WarRoom Battleground EP 732: Trump Admin Responds To Judge Boasberg With State Secrets Privilege...

Steve Bannon
I think sometimes it's important to do a little bit of reality check and take a little different spin at the numbers. I'm going to do that right here because all we talk about is how unpopular Donald Trump is, but in reality, he's basically more popular than he was at any point in term number one, and more popular than he was when he won election back in November of 2024. What are we talking about? His net favorable rating right now comes in at minus four points. Compare that to where he was when he won in November of 2024, when he was at minus 7 points, or March of 2017, when he was at minus 10 points. So when you compare Trump against himself, he's actually closer to the apex than he is to the bottom of the trough. And of course, that's so important because Donald Trump, historically speaking, has had his numbers underestimated.
Mark Mitchell
So.
Steve Bannon
So I think it's very important to compare him to himself to understand he's actually more popular now than he was when he won, or certainly where he was at this point back in his first term. The bottom line is Trump is more towards the ceiling than he is towards the floor.
Cash Patel
So when.
Steve Bannon
When you do that, it makes my knees hurt.
Cash Patel
So when you look at this compared to sort of historically, what does it tell you about the percentage of folks.
Steve Bannon
That think the country itself, with him.
Cash Patel
At the helm, is on the right track?
Steve Bannon
This, I think, is rather important because, again, if the polls have historically underestimated Donald Trump, what is a metric that might get at understanding at how popular he may actually be? So let's take a look at the percentage of the country who say that we're on the right track. It's actually a very high percentage. When you compare it to some historical numbers, what are we talking about? According to Marist, 45% say that we're on the right track. That's the second highest that Marist has measured since 2009. How about NBC News? 44%. That's the highest since 2004. The bottom line is the percentage of Americans who say we're on the right track is through the roof. And if you were to compare it to when presidents have historically been reelected, of course, Trump is not constitutionally eligible to run for reelection. But I think it sort of puts it in perspective. 42% of the country says the country is on the right track when the incumbent party is reelected. And also, keep in mind, back when Kamala Harris lost and the Democrats were turned out of power, only about 27 to 28% of the country said the country was on the right track. The bottom line is right now a much higher, higher percentage of the country says we're on the right track. And finally, Sarah Seidner, I want to put it all in the congressional generic ballot.
Cash Patel
What about Congress?
Steve Bannon
What about Congress? Because those are the folks who are up in 2026. And take a look here, the Dems versus the Republicans on the generic congressional ballot back in November of 2020 when Democrats won, it was plus five Democrats tied in November of 2022, plus one in November of 2024 when Republicans maintain control. And then you look at March of 2025, this number looks a lot more like 2022 or 2024 when Republicans won control of Congress. The bottom line is yes, Donald Trump's approval rating is lower than compared to a lot of his predecessors, but it's higher compared to himself. A lot of folks say the country is on the right track. And the generic congressional ballot looks a heck of a lot more like when Republicans win than when Democrats win.
Cash Patel
It will be interesting to see if.
Mike Davis
Any of what just happened with these leaking of the text plays into it.
Steve Bannon
In a later poll.
Mike Davis
But this is very telling.
Steve Bannon
This is very telling. At least at this point, Republicans are still in the catbird seat.
Cash Patel
Okay, right there. Welcome for the second hour of the warm late afternoon early evening. It's Tuesday the 25th of March in the year of older 2025. Polling right there. Right track, wrong track being the key. I want to bring in Mark Mitchell. Also the policies. We've got Julie Kelly and Mike Davis here because the second front of take down President Trump is this judicial insurrection. But this is based on policies of what they're coming for. Also note to self, we finished the first hour talking about the executive order President Trump signed today on election Integrity. We're trying to get later in this hour. Chuck Gray from the great state of Wyoming has been working on this Secretary of state already. Multiple lawsuits filed in court to stop President Trump on election integrity about having shown ID to show you're a US Citizen and many other things already they're in court. Mark Mitchell of Rasmussen, amazing poll out this morning. Walk me through. Because this what you're talking about in this poll and you're showing the American people favor is the is the foundational element of a number of lawsuits. They're coming after President Trump, including a big one in Washington, D.C. can you explain what your poll shows, Mark Mitchell?
Julie Kelly
Oh, I feel dirty after watching CNN because this is the same cnn, Harry and comes out and Says, look at that. Everybody's super happy as measured by right direction. But just a week ago, with one of their own polls, they were trying to convince everybody that, no, Donald Trump's approval is plunging. And if you listen to Rasmus and reports way back in January, I said the number to follow this term is not Trump approval, because they've thrown everything at Trump. He's pretty much earned his 52%. He's going to stay there. Guess where he is today. In my polling, he's still at 50, but we saw right direction shoot up to 48% a month ago, the highest in our 19 years of polling. And today our right track is 45%, the exact same as Marist, the exact same as NBC. So what's interesting is they match me on right direction, but for some reason, their Trump Approval numbers are 10, 15 points to the left. Guess what? Donald Trump's approval rating is locked in at 51, 52%. It's going to stay there. But what's new is that people like what they see out of Donald Trump's presidency because he's finally giving them what they've wanted this entire time. And that's basically a party that's not controlled opposition, that's going to go in and cut the government. Now, we've asked so many different ways.
Cash Patel
Hang on, hang on, hang, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on. Full stop. Also to take on elite institutions. When I took the campaign over in mid August of 2016, I said the key number is right track, wrong track. After Obama's eight years of hope and change, it was 2/3 wrong track, one third right track. That number almost goes back to when people realize what we had gotten into with the Iraq war back in 2004. From 2004 and then 2009 with the financial collapse, the American people realized something is deeply wrong with the country. And the elites are leading us down off an abyss. It's Trump that's got it back to 44, 45%. And he's doing big things. This is not changing like Clinton school uniforms for kids. He is doing the biggest geoeconomic, geostrategic pivot since World War II. He is securing the border, getting our sovereignty back. Mass deportations, huge effort on the economy, bringing hundreds of billions, hundreds of billions, Almost a trillion dollars from major corporations and big plants here. Everything he's doing is at a scale, just like this Election Integrity Day. This is not a small executive order. This thing goes on for page after page after page. Mark Mitchell in Rasmussen. Tell me about some of these policies you've been tracking. Because we finally have a president that's broken through that barrier of the country being on the wrong track. People are coming together and say, hey, I see this guy's taking on lead institutions. He's got me in the room. He's listened to American citizens. He represents the little guy. We're making some progress, sir.
Steve Bannon
Yeah.
Julie Kelly
The last time the right, right direction was this high was in February of 2020. And we all know what happened the following month. So this is almost like a natural extension of the first Trump term. Leveled up, giving people finally what they want. We've asked about mass deportations. They absolutely want it. We ask about drastic cuts to the government. We get numbers in the 60s and we're trying frantically to keep up with everything in the news. But we just asked about this stuff with the Venezuelan gangs and US likely voters, 64% support. Only 26% oppose deporting these gang members. Like, imagine that. Imagine you have some unelected judge going out there and hampering the Trump administration in things that are obviously counter to the interests of the voters. Well, guess what? They don't want that crap anymore. We asked about whether this judge should be impeached or not, and it's a 2 to 1 majority. Yes, 49% to 24. So overwhelmingly they say no, like, stop this. Stop impeding Donald Trump. We asked about the Democrats. Do you like the way that they opposed Trump's speech? Nobody liked it. We asked if they should cooperate with Trump or oppose him. And they say cooperate by like 20 points. And what's crazy is the Democrats, like, don't. They're not getting this at all. They're in a complete civil war, ripping themselves apart. Some of the numbers I sent you just earlier today are just absolutely astounding. You have the crazies on the Democrats side trying, trying to wring control of the mouthpiece and shift it into this, like, anti oligarchy, eat the rich kind of thing that supports violent protests. And the mainstream media is doing the shilling for them still, I think, like carrying out these psyops. I can't understand why you would try and convince a nation that Donald Trump's approval rating is failing. Like, last week they were cherry picking polls like Quinnipiac and cnn. They're horrible outliers in order to paint that narrative. But we asked Democrats like, hey, you know, Chuck Schumer just helped kick the can. He helped sign off on this deal to increase the debt limit and avert a shutdown and Democrats overwhelmingly approve of that, 65% to only 26%. But if you listen to the media, it's like, well, they're ready to feed this guy into a wood chipper. They want him to resign. They. They want to pretend he never existed. And which is closer to your opinion? Schumer is a valuable leader for Senate Democrats or Senate Democrats need to get rid of Chuck Schumer, And Democrats say he's a valuable leader, 52% to 33%. Only one in three Democrats wants to get rid of this guy. And meanwhile, you know, you have all these people on blue sky clicking the little, like, button on that AOC on that Bernie Sanders, you know, event they had out in that stadium. Like, that's not where the party should be going. And voters are screaming for the Democrats to just back off of this thing. Does the party need to be more moderate, or does it need to be more liberal? 59% of the country says more moderate. 27% says more liberal. Democrats say more moderate. 49% to 38%.
Cash Patel
Mark, this is amazing, the numbers you've had and you've been putting up. I'm gonna make sure we don't bury the lead for what we're covering today, which is this judicial insurrection. Please go back and tell me what the American people think on the topic of impeachment of this judge that is trying to get in the way of President Trump as Commander in Chief, sir.
Julie Kelly
So what I'll say is that there is a little bit of a tricky path that has to be traced here by Trump. He doesn't have carte blanche to just ride roughshod over the judiciary. Now, we know that they've overstepped, but voters don't necessarily know this. So should Trump just ignore federal court injunctions he believes are unconstitutional? Only 27% of voters say yes. 60% say no. But then when you talk about the very specific policy, like, hey, yeah, this judge just stepped in and prevented the deportation of these people. Americans are like, no, that's messed up. Impeach the guy. 49% want this particular Judge Boasberg impeached over this situation with the Venezuelan gang members, 49% to 24%. Now, there's a little bit of not sures in there. The Democrats, 28% of them say yes. Only 36% say no. Republicans, though, it's 74% to 14. Independents, 47% to 22%. And again, we had 64% who say, yeah, I absolutely support deporting these people who are trying to kill my children and living off the government dole. Only 26% oppose that. Even 43% of Democrats are like, yeah, deport these people. And so what I think this is a message to is Congress. You have Trump here, who's trying to do the right thing. He's following his constitutional limitations. You have a judiciary that is overstepped, and you have Congress, who I think, by all measures can be said to have, like, the output's not high, right? The output is absolutely not high. Trump came out of the gate with shock and awe on days of thunder and whatever. And it's like a Tea Party right now down in the Republican House. You know, they're taking breaks, going down to the town halls. It's like, you know, maybe you should codify that election thing now maybe it's time to wrap up those courts. I wish we had polling on that, because my understanding is this could be done by Friday. Right. And I don't know if I want to hear about necessarily the nuclear option anymore, because didn't, you know, Harry Reid sort of throw that one under the bus just to get some judges confirmed? So I don't know. But what voters say is that this is a potential constitutional crisis. Now, we in politics know that there's probably about 30 or 40 constitutional crises so far just in the Trump era. But we ask voters, is this current conflict between Trump and federal judges a constitutional crisis? 57% say yes, 28% say no. Now, they're not assigning blames, but Democrats are more likely to say yes. It's like somebody has an obligation constitutionally, to get us out of this situation. And maybe it's the Supreme Court, maybe it's Congress, but my advice to them be, you know, voters are happy, they don't want this impeded, and it's just gonna upset a lot of people, right. If the, if the wheels come off of this and it all gets stopped because of this fight over judges.
Cash Patel
Mark Mitchell, where do people go for YouTube, social media, all of it, to follow. You're. You're doing stuff every night that's absolutely incredible, and people ought to follow it daily. Where do people go? Yeah.
Julie Kelly
Thanks so much. Rasmussenpole on Twitter, and I'm honest pollster on Twitter, and we stream Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 9pm Eastern, usually tomorrow night. I'm doing a deep dive in all of the different ways that a scummy mainstream media pollster could lie to you. So should be pretty interesting. Fabulous lot to cover.
Cash Patel
I get Grayson. Moe does stream that. Thank you, brother. Appreciate you.
Julie Kelly
Happy to be Here. Thanks, Steve.
Cash Patel
Julie Kelly of. Thank you, man. Julie, I've got a call open for you about the state secrets, but I got to get to you right now. Since you're in the middle of this, tell me what you think about that. Is that polling translating it all into the courtroom right now in this situation, ma'am?
Sarah Seidner
I don't think so. And you know, Mark sent me the results of that poll earlier this morning. And the demographic breakdown is really fascinating. In terms of the deportation plans for the TDA gang members, you know what demographic is most supportive? Conservative Hispanics. So they understand the unique threat that thousands of these trende Aragua gangsters who are involved in human trafficking, sex trafficking, obviously drug running. They have taken over certain areas of major cities. I talked to a police officer in Chicago a few weeks ago who talked about these high end retail burglary rings that the TDA members and other illegals are responsible for. So people, I mean, Judge Bossberg doesn't have to worry about that, right? Because he's a Beltway lifer and he's, his family is doing well and as we know, they're connected to NGOs and other organizations specifically tied to helping illegal immigrants. So he doesn't have to worry about these TDA members coming into his neighborhood. Will this impact, will polling like that impact his decisions? No. But we did get a little indication last Friday that he's very aware of the public interest and coverage of what's happening here. He tried to backtrack a little during that hearing and certainly in his order that was issued just a few hours before oral arguments yesterday in this case. But, but I know you and I talked about this off camera. I do not see him relenting at all, if anything, after the invocation. The government DOJ last night saying they will invoke state secret privilege to keep details of the deportation flights away from him. I would be shocked if he gave up on this.
Cash Patel
Hang on, I want to get, I got a clip here I want to play and then I want to have you come on, let's go. And play the clip about the state invocation of the State Secrets act last night by the attorney general in the White House. Let's play it.
Mike Davis
The Trump administration is escalating its open defiance of a federal judge in its quest to deport Venezuelan nationals without any due process. The New York Times reporting, quote, the Trump administration told a federal judge on Monday night that it would not disclose any further information about two flights of Venezuelan migrants it sent to El Salvador this month despite a court order to turn back the planes, declaring that doing so would jeopardize state secrets. This claim comes after the presiding judge, James Boasberg, has spent nearly 10 days trying to get the Trump administration to answer his questions about whether two plane loads of Venezuelan nationals were deported in direct violation of his order to have the planes carrying them returned to the United States. Late yesterday evening, the Justice Department doubling down on its stonewalling of Judge Boasberg. The Times adding this quote, the Justice Department told Judge Boasberg that giving him any further information about the flights would undermine or impede future counterterrorism operations. Administration has not even claimed the information at issue is classified. Instead, it submitted statements from Marco Rubio and Kristi Noem, the Secretaries of State and Homeland Security, saying that sharing the information with a port would jeopardize national security and foreign policy. These unsubstantiated claims by the Justice Department came the same day as Judge Boasberg affirmed his order barring the Trump administration from using the Alien Enemies act to summarily deport Venezuelan nationals.
Cash Patel
Menendez, who's now one of the anchors over at msnbc, and I think she does, she's as tough as boot leather. She's correct, is she not? Julie Kelly, this is a major escalation between the White House now in the courts, is it not, ma'am?
Sarah Seidner
Oh, it absolutely is. And the administration warned Judge Vosberg that this would be their next step if he continued to demand details, granular details about these flights on March 15th, when he rushed the proceedings, the ACLU, Judge Bosberg confirmed in his order yesterday, 37 page order, talking about why he would not vacate his original temporary restraining orders confirming that this lawsuit was filed at 2am on Saturday, March 15. He got this case at 8am on Saturday. Immediately reached out to both sides, the government and the ACLU immediately entered a temporary restraining order without even hearing from the Department of Justice about this newly signed and published proclamation of the President invoking the Alien Enemies act without any input whatsoever. He immediately issued at about 9:45am his first temporary restraining order prohibiting the deportation of these five unidentified Venezuelan illegals that are tied to tda. Then he rushed the process even further, did not allow the DOJ to file any sort of breach in response to this lawsuit set a 5pm hearing on March 15 where verbally during that hearing and he took a big break in between because no one was prepared. Certainly the DOJ was not prepared for this at all. And at about 6:45pm he makes the verbal comment telling The Department of Justice, if there's any planes that had taken off during the hearing, 5:30 and about 542 planes left for one for El Salvador, one for Honduras to turn those planes around. He said that verbally. Then at 7:30 he issued another TRO turning those five illegals into a class action lawsuit covering any Venezuelan illegal TDA member who would be subjected to this Alien Enemies act proclamation turns it into a class action lawsuit. This is how quickly Bosberg moved on Saturday, then entered another TRO prohibiting the government from removing any of those in the class action. However, Steve, he did not codify the turn the planes around comment that he made verbally and this is a big dispute between the Department of Justice and the judge right now, that that verbal command is not controlling, that only the two minute orders with the temporary restraining orders are controlling. Bosberg wants this information to catch the DOJ in a lie. He has already suggested that they have misled the court. He said it again during the hearing last Friday. He doesn't want this for national security purposes or even to protect the due process rights as he claims of these Venezuelan illegals. No, he wants to bolster what that MSNBC did person just said that they are flagrantly violating a court order. There's no evidence of that at all. They have already said that they were in compliance. We know that they were in compliance because there's testimony from five Venezuelan illegals who were removed from the plane. The ACLU has even filed that themselves. So we know that they were in compliance. He has nefarious, sinister political reasons for wanting this granular detail and invoking state secret privilege. And the declarations made last night in that filing by Attorney General Pambandi, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and Secretary of State Marco Rubio very strongly made their case argued that disclosing this especially to a reckless partisan judge. They didn't say that. I'm saying that compromises national security and is at risk of disclosing very careful deliberations between other countries in removing these individuals, placing them in prisons outside of the United States. So this is the bad guy in all this, of course, is Judge Bostberg. Now will he relent on this again? I don't think so.
Cash Patel
Well, let's. That's. Hang on, hang on. That's the question. Of course, you've seen the polling overwhelmingly by 2/3, 1/3 the American people are 2/3, less than one third the American people want this to continue even 2 to 1 that without really understanding the facts like the war and posse understands them. They're two to one to impeach. If anybody intrudes on the commander in chief, on his commander in chief role, the great Matt Gaetz, who's got a tremendous feel for this, he put out a tweet last night of the state secret said, hey, game set, it's over. Boom, shut the full shutdown. Do you agree with Gates or you think this judge keeps rolling hard?
Sarah Seidner
Ma'am, with all due respect to Matt Gaetz, and I like Matt Gaetz a lot, I've covered this judge for years. I've covered all these judges. I understand the poisonous groupthink that exists in that federal courthouse in Washington. It's not a coincidence that they are all working in lockstep together to enter these temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, overturning key elements of executive orders. That is a sick place. Okay, I've covered it. I know Matt would probably agree that I probably understand what happens in there more so than he does. I have seen these judges in action. They don't care if they're overturned by an appellate court. Jud Bossberg, it appears, anyway, there's a good chance he will. I was in Tanya Chutkan's courtroom a month after the Supreme Court reversed her immunity order. And Steve, she strutted in there like she had just won the Miss America pageant. They don't care. They think these higher courts, especially the Supreme Court, are illegitimate. These democratic judges.
Cash Patel
Hang on. I want to make sure everybody understands this. Julie Kelly's been. And by the way, Gates is the best.
Sarah Seidner
Oh, I love Matt.
Cash Patel
Here's the reality. Yeah, but here's the reality. This is the J6 crowd. This is the Lawfare crowd, J6 and everything against Trump, putting Trump in prison. This is that same mindset. This is the mindset sent Navarro to prison, banned into prison, sentence all the J6ers to prison. The same mindset. And folks, I am telling you, as sure as the turning of the earth, they're going to be involved. They're going to get involved in this deep state. Other flank attack on President Trump that is coming. The linchpin of their assault to take down the Trump administration is that court. As Julie Kelly just said, it is poisonous. A poisonous atmosphere. That boil has got to be lance and the pus has to be drained out. Julie, I know you got to bounce. We'll see you tomorrow. Where's your social media? Where's everything? People can get you everywhere, ma'am.
Sarah Seidner
Tonight I'm going to be posting a transcript of Judge Bosberg, his hearing on Friday. Just bought that more interesting things that he said that need to be made public. Julie underscore Kelly 2 at Axe and Twitter and of course declassified with Julie Kelly on Substack.
Cash Patel
Where are you going to be hosting? Can we stream it? What are you going to be doing?
Sarah Seidner
I'm going to be posting snippets of the transcript that I just purchased from the hearing on Friday so people can see firsthand exactly what Bossberg was saying to the doj, accusing them of lying, of being disrespectful and intemperate. And this is the the window into his thinking.
Cash Patel

As folks, they are rolling and they're going to roll hard on this. And I'm telling you that poisonous federal court in Washington D.C. ensures the turning of the earth is going to get involved in this situation on this signal chat. And now you got the Senate Armed Service. And this is my point. It's not the radical Democrats you got to worry about. It's the pro warmonger, neoliberal, neocon, weak controlled opposition Senate Republicans. And you already heard the Armed Services Committee on wicker who want to use a tactical nuclear weapon in Ukraine. Remember that thing at the beginning of the war? We went nuts on this guy. He's calling for the Armed Services Committee to get to the bottom of it. And he's actually working with Jack Reed, who's another radical from Rhode island to have a quote unquote bipartisan hearings. There are no bipartisan hearings. This is why the White House has got to hunker down. Tulsi Gabbard's opening remarks today is the only answer they should get. It's under review. We'll get back to you. Mike Davis. I'm going to get into everything about the polling and what Johnson's saying about expanding, talking about having hearings. But I got to ask, am I wrong here or is that court and those radical justices who have already had, you know, try to jam up President Trump, to delay is to deny. Oh, by the way, Mark Elias is already in federal court with a lawsuit. Guess what? On the ink's not even dry on the, on the voter integrity. They're already in court and they've already got the Secretary of State of Arizona, secretary of State of Michigan, all these places that the election was stolen in 2020. They're all sitting there going, oh, we're never going to implement this. This is outright political warfare. Mike Davis, am I wrong? Are they aiming these radical Democrats and these weak Republicans are looking to get this poisonous federal courthouse and Judges in Washington, D.C. involved in this situation? On the signal chat, sir.
Hakeem Jeffries
Yeah, because the DC Unit party working with the military industrial complex hates President Trump's national security team. Because President Trump and his national security team want to get us out of these wars overseas, like in Ukraine, where the DC Party with the military industrial complex makes a lot of money. They get very rich sending other people's kids to die in their wars. And so let's just take a step back. If these people actually cared about the sensitive material on this signal chat, where the hell were they when Joe Biden had thick stashes of stolen classified records going back to his time as a US Senator, along with the Vice President, unguarded for years, moved several times, accessible by Biden's Chinese agents, and almost certainly used by Hunter Biden for the, for the Biden family corruption? Do you think that Hunter Biden became an expert in geopolitics of Ukraine? Or did he write a 23 point memo when he secured Ukraine funding from stolen classified records? And then, remember, Joe Biden even illegally shared his stolen classified records with his ghostwriter to put in the book. And when the ghostwriter learned about Special Counsel Robert Her's appointment, this ghostwriter obstructed justice by illegally deleting these recordings of these highly classified discussions with Joe Biden. So when Democrats start caring about Joe Biden and Hunter Biden and the Bidens espionage and corruption to make millions of dollars, tens of millions of dollars from the Biden family all start pretending to care about this signal chat.
Cash Patel
So here's why. Here's how they're teaming up. Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not a lawyer. But the question to Cash Patel, the very first question Cash Patel was asked by the Vice Chairman Mark Warner, very first question asked FBI director was have you started an independent investigation of this? And Cash told him how. I'll get back to you by close of business. Also, I'm hearing this pressure on Pam Bondi to call for a special counsel. Is that the way they get the federal courts involved in this, sir? By either having the FBI initiate an investigation or having Pam Bondi name a special counsel to review this, sir, of.
Hakeem Jeffries
Course that's what they're going to try to do. And look, there are processes in place at the Justice Department and the Director of National Intelligence that deal with situations like this. And so this was, you saw government officials, if these messages are correct, what if what we see is what was actually written. You have government officials working together in real time to try to coordinate our national security in the best interest of of America. Contrast that with the Bidens where they're stealing our classified records to line their pockets. So if there was a mistake made here by adding a journalist to this signal chat, they need to, they need to, they need to tighten up their operations so this doesn't happen again. But remember, the Biden administration approved the use of signal for these communications. We can't expect these principals, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of State, the Director of National Intelligence, top national security officials. We can't expect them to run to a skiff at the same time in order for them to communicate. That's not the world in which we live. They have to be able to communicate. It's not going to be perfect. Mistakes are going to be made. But they have to be able to do their job and you have to look at their intentions. And I look, I don't care. I don't care if a mistake was made and you know, that didn't harm America. What I care about are people are reckless or malicious in what they are doing and that's not what we have here.
Cash Patel
Mike, I want to turn to another topic. We just had Mark Mitchell on here from Rasmussen. It says that 64% of the American people support including a majority of Hispanics support in fact it was the highest demographic we had support. Removing these criminal terrorist groups from your soil immediately by the commander in Chief. By 2 to 1, sir. They support the, they support the impeachment of the judge is trying to come in between President Trump and acting as Commander in Chief. We actually have Speaker Johnson. A clip from Speaker Johnson talking about various alternatives. I want to play that and get your thoughts on all of this.
Mark Mitchell
Not what the founders intended. So there's a Natural tension between the branches of the government. And we're working through that. The Judiciary Committee is looking at alternatives. One of the bills that I really like that's already been through committee was authored by Representative Darrell Issa. And that would limit the scope of federal injunctions, the ability of one individual judge to abuse the system in this way. And it would be, in my view, a dramatic improvement on that. So we'll be moving, I think, that piece of legislation and some others to address it, because we have an Article 1 authority under the Constitution to do that. We do have authority over the federal courts, as you know. We can, we can eliminate an entire district court. We have power, funding over the courts and all these other things. But desperate times call for desperate measures. And Congress is going to act. So stay tuned for that.
Steve Bannon
Thank you.
Cash Patel
Desperate times call for desperate measures. I don't believe Mike Davis, correct me if I'm wrong, a speaker of the House talked about using the appropriations process to eliminate a district, an entire district court. Sir, are we going to war here in, in the House against these radical federal judges?
Hakeem Jeffries
Sir, I hope so. And I think that the Article 3 project, teaming up with the War Room Posse and taking action and lighting up both of our home state senators and our U.S. house rep, has lit a fire under their asses in the House because they weren't talking about this a couple days ago. I think that they're feeling the political heat in the House and they should be, because we cannot have radical activist judges sabotaging the President's core article to executive powers, undermining the American voters. The American voters gave President Trump a broad electoral mandate. 312 electoral votes, all seven swing states. The popular vote kept the House, won the Senate with a comfortable margin. The American people elected President Trump to root out waste, fraud and abuse to cure our border and get these illegal immigrants, particularly foreign terrorists, to hell out of America. And we have these activist judges who think they're the last line of defense, who think that they're the resistance. And we're not going to take this crap this time. We're not going to let these judges sabotage the presidency like they did in President Trump's first term with Crossfire, Hurricane, Russian collusion hoax like they did with their bogus immigration injunctions. We are ready to lead this time. President Trump had four years in office. He had four years, four years to reflect. He faced the welfare for eight years. He's not going to put up with it. We're not going to let him. And these judges who get in the way are going to face severe political, legal and financial consequences, are going to face impeachment. They're going to face funding getting cut and their jurisdiction being cut and just general oversight. If they, if they want to take off their judicial robes and climb into the political arena and throw political punches, they're going to expect powerful counter punches from the Article 3 project in the war Room Posse.
Cash Patel
Well, this, the numbers are overwhelming, folks. This is a 2, this is not close. This is a two thirds, one third issue about the deportation of these criminal terrorists. It's not even close. This is, this is a, this is a huge spread. And the more information people have, the more they come our way on the impeachment is 2 to 1 right now. This is what people having very little information. What, what is the call to action at Article 3? Well, you want people to go to Article 3 right now and do what?
Hakeem Jeffries
Sir, there are two action items that are getting their attention. It's number one, that $2 billion that D.C. biden radical, Judge Ali, the first Muslim and Arab, as they bragged on the D.C. court and a Canadian citizen to this day ordered $2 billion in foreign aid to go out the door without President Trump being able to do a national security review. Apparently, Judge Ali wants to fund his Hamas terrorists who are killing Americans under the guise of Gazan relief. So we need to take that $2 billion that the Supreme Court let Ali send out the door, come right out of the Judiciary's budget, their $10 billion. So that's 20%. The other thing we need to do is we need to put pressure on the House and the Senate to impeach and remove D.C. obama. Judge Jeb Boasberg, who dangerously, lawlessly put our national security at risk two Saturdays ago when he exposed an ongoing military operation to get the worst terrorists in the Western hemisphere the hell out of our country. Boasberg the Clown held a hearing, exposed this putting American and our allied lives at risk, ordered two planes to turn around because Boasberg the Clown thinks he's an air traffic controller. I always say he's not. He's not qualified. He's not a black transgender woman. So I don't know how he could be an air traffic controller. And then he's trying to get details on this military operation to which he's not entitled. So the House needs to, I have never called on this before, but the House needs to impeach this judge because not only what he did was extremely lawless, it was extremely dangerous.
Cash Patel
Is the invocation of the state secrets App Matt Gaetz happens. I think this will back this guy down. Do you agree with that or not?
Hakeem Jeffries
I think that it will. It should legally back Boasberg the clown down because the state, when the president invokes state secrets, the judges need to stand out. I don't think that this judge will and I think that he'll keep moving forward as Julie Kelly was talking about. She's been in that courtroom, that courthouse for four years. She knows that these judges are radical Marxist activists along with weak Chevy Chase country club Republicans. Right? It is a hopeless court. There are only a couple judges on that entire D.C. district court who are even decent. The rest of the court is terrible and frankly, they need to get rid of this court. And in the meantime, what they need to do is have these D.C. district court judges take the D.C. superior courts street crimes docket, get rid of the D.C. superior court. There are a ton of vacancies. Let's just get rid of it. Because you just get a bunch of local D.C. goons on that court who encourage crime, make these D.C. district court judges do D.C. street crimes and then randomly in a lottery system, draw judges from around the country to handle all other DC issues in that DC Court because these DC Judges are radical Marxist or weak Jenny Chase Country Club Republican.
Cash Patel
Okay, your efforts with Bill BLASSER and Article 3 got the Judiciary Committee's attention, folks. We got more work to do to the ramparts. Mike Davis, where do people go? What's your social media? All of it, sir.
Hakeem Jeffries

Fully engaged now. Three prong. Three prong. Approach, approach of the nullification project. Number one, the color revolution you're going to see. In fact, we had Natalie, we couldn't do it today. We didn't have enough time. We will hopefully do it tomorrow. To break out the 29 minute opening remarks last night of Rachel Maddow went through the entire color revolution throughout the country. How they're trying to resist in the, in the streets, the violence they're bringing to these Tesla dealerships. Number two is the judicial insurrection. It is an insurrection. Now the House is getting involved. We got to have the back of these guys. We got to stiffen the spine of Jim Jordan and particularly the speaker of the House. It's not just talking about cutting the budget. It's much more that they have to commence hearings right away. Hearings. You got to call a couple of these judges in there and let's hear what they start popping questions to him. Also, the deep state has raised their ugly head. They are full on coming at President Trump hard. You watch developments overnight. I'll be up on getter all night. We'll be back here tomorrow morning at 10:00am Eastern Standard Time. They want to get this into a federal court and get one of these radical judges start making decisions and start making claims against President Trump and demanding information from the administration. We are heading folks rapidly to a constitutional crisis because they want it. Watchword for the White House. Hunker down right now. Don't em anything. Dare them. Keep rolling and keep rolling hard. Birchgold.com you think it's going to get turbulent? I haven't gotten into the economics talking about about debt ceiling. They're talking about cuts in the budgets, all of it. Clouded round I could see my loved ones weeping as they lowered me in the ground. No words were spoken over me. I almost thought I died. Then I knew I wasn't dead. I had been buried alive. I said, get deeper behind this Satan for I command commanded in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth. 50 behind me, sitting. For I commanded the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I couldn't see my hand in front of my face. I knew that I was buried in the deepest, darkest place. The deeds I had done put me in this awful place. Then I felt a stir inside me and a smile came across my face and I said, get deep around with Satan for I command it to make name of the Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth empty behind me sitting Oh I command it in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Of the Lord Jesus Christ. Nazareth Satan, command it in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Steve Bannon [00:13]:
“Donald Trump is more popular than he was when he won election back in November of 2024. His net favorable rating right now comes in at minus four points… he’s closer to the apex than he is to the bottom of the trough.”
Julie Kelly [05:48]:
“Donald Trump's approval rating is locked in at 51, 52%. It’s going to stay there… their Trump Approval numbers are 10, 15 points to the left.”
Sarah Seidner [14:52]:
“The government DOJ… stating that sharing the information would impede future counterterrorism operations… Judge Boasberg doesn’t have to worry because he’s not directly threatened by these operations.”
Mark Mitchell [40:39]:
“Representative Darrell Issa authored a bill to limit the scope of federal injunctions… desperate times call for desperate measures. Congress is going to act.”
Hakeem Jeffries [43:47]:
“We need to take that $2 billion out of the Judiciary's budget… impeach Judge Boasberg because what he did was extremely dangerous.”
Trump’s Popularity: Data presented suggests President Trump’s approval ratings are stronger than often reported, indicating a solid base of support.
Public Confidence: A significant majority of Americans believe the country is on the right track under Trump’s leadership, surpassing historical metrics during previous administrations.
