This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. Reasons I got a free shot on all these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share the big lie? MAGA MEDIA I wish in my soul, I wish that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be sa war Room here's your host, Stephen K. Ban Friday for April year valor 2025. President Trump put forward this week probably the most, not probably the most important restructuring of the American economy in the world order since the end of World War II. And to write everything that's gone wrong for the forgotten man and woman in, as Jack Posobec calls it, the great deal. And it is a great deal. Now it's got to be executed upon and that means people have to have President Trump's back. I can tell you already, many nations of the earth are already lining up to figure out how they work with President Trump in the United States of America. They understand the elites in their country understand how they game the system. They're smart people and they put their interests first. What the elites in the United States have put their own personal interests first. That's the difference these elites. And you go, you look at the reciprocal tariffs and the calculation is to put it all in the trade deficit, everything they do, the non trade bearers, all of it, to put it into one, to mix it up and come out with one number. And I'm sorry that the economist at Slippery Rock State Teachers College has some Ph.D. doesn't like the formula. That's okay, do your own formula. But Trump's in charge and his people in charge and that's the formula the world's going to deal with. So love to have your input. Glad you got some commentary on that. It's great. It's also not the point. The point is what's out there. That's the deal. It's called the bid in the ask, the bid in the ask. And now you're going to have. And President Trump is locked in hard on this. He's not going to budge. He's not blinking. But he's going to need some assistance. He's going to need Some assistance in getting this message out. And the message should be coming from the heartland of the country. And we have to do that. Maybe this weekend we regroup and get it up there. Because the folks in charge are not just going to sit there and go, oh, this is terrific, let's do it. It's fantastic. So smart. Because they've been so receptive to so many other President Trump's ideas, they just embrace President Trump's ideas. They finally accept them when they're browbeaten enough. That's what you have to do. This is not a debating society. We're not here to have a debate. Not a debate. President Trump made a decision, thought it through for years and years and years he ran on this. It's not a big surprise. Some guy today said, well, this is a shock to the American people. I don't think so. You talk to his followers. Are you shocked he did this? No, you won't find one. I'm shocked. I'm shocked. He actually went after the post war international rules based order put on us by our elites so that they could grift all the value and wealth out of the United States of America and leave the working class and middle class with nothing but anxiety. Like if you're well off and you get laid off, you got 100 days. 100 days you're going to miss those mortgage payments, going to miss that car payment, going to miss the payment for the kids private school and you're going to be in a death spiral. That's if you're in the middle class, if you're in the working class. It's hard Scrabble day to day to figure it out. How do we get to the next week, how do I get to the next paycheck? That's why 8 or 9 million people have second jobs. That's why credit card debt is at $1.4 trillion. That's why non performing credit cards are, I don't know, 10%. This is why so many people are missing loan payments. What's 52% or 55% of people can't put their hands on $500 or 1,000 bucks in an emergency. Can't do it. Have to go rob a bank. Ed, Doubt your thoughts are. Thank you for coming on. You're in Hawaii Today, Ed.
Ed Dowd
It's 12:12 here.
Steve Bannon
Okay. My God. You. I'm going have to, I'm have, I'm have to think about that. I, I may, I may need some Hawaiian time. Sir, your thoughts?
Ed Dowd
Well, like two, two things we're still analyzing the tariffs, but there's a lot of confusion, a lot of hand wringing, a lot of takes and emotions. It could have been communicated a little better, but it looks like the Trump administration decided to put the end goal out there. We want zero, we want deficits to be zero. This is how we calculate the tariff. And let's now come to the table and figure this out rather than go into the, you know, all the legal documents, looking at all, you know, how much time it would take to like negotiate every little product and every little reciprocal tariff. This is just a way to get people to the table. And I think it's, I think it's going to yield some benefits down the line. This is a dynamic process, but there's a lot of confusion. I think, I think, I think it's a way to cut through all the time it would take to negotiate with each country one by one on reciprocal terms. Like this is the end goal. Now let's start, start, come to the table and see what we can talk about. That's, that's what I think the purpose ultimately was. And, and I think that's the goal. It actually saves a lot of time because I think they would have been bogged down for months trying to figure this out. That's, that's opinion number one. Opinion number two on the economy, the stock market look, fraudulent elections have catastrophic consequences. If you, as you've often said, the last two to three years of this economy have been fraudulent and we have a stock market bubble. All time valuations. Trump inherited that. It was coming down regardless and his policies, we're going to shut off the liquidity spigot from the government and this is bound to happen. Tariffs are the reason du jour. But quite honestly, we were topping out since December. There were warning signs in the market. Yeah, bubble burst in February and now the trade tariffs are just fed on it. This is phase one, stock market bubble bursting. If I'm a betting man, we're getting close to some sort of washout low and maybe a massive recovery as more and more countries come to the table. So this is phase one. We'll have a relief rally, but then we're going to have to deal with the housing crisis that was caused by the aliens. They priced a lot of people out of the market. We're going to have a housing correction, a housing recession. So the Trump administration is realigning the economy, restructuring the economy. I think home prices going down would be a good thing for the middle class. And this is very painful to the financial Elite, but to the average man, as long as he keeps his job, should have more opportunities down the road. But it's not going to be pretty. It's going to take a long time. But it had to be done because the other way was a currency crisis and a loss of reserve currency status. If we kept going the way we were going.
Steve Bannon
Well, what about this? Because Rand Paul's just ripping on the, on the Senate floor. I think for good reason. They're passing this part of their reconcil. They're part of the reconciliation. It's not final, but there has a $5 trillion lift on the debt ceiling and the House is going to be 4 trillion. I mean, if that's the case, they're saying we're going to hit both of them and that I think these are two year deals. I might be wrong, but I think they're two year deals. So if we don't get control of federal spending, and look, I'm the biggest Doge supporter if it's real, so far I haven't seen any impoundments. I haven't seen any cash that people can point to besides some stuff on a website that's real, besides Programmatica, USAID and Voice America. But that's different than the fraud that was supposed to go on. And I haven't seen cash and I haven't seen Pam Bondi or anybody. I haven't seen a grand jury. I haven't seen some guy perp walked out of a Social Security office or a bunch of illegal aliens rounded up that have 400,000 illegal Social Security numbers. I do believe that that has happened. But I think we got to see the manifestation of that because otherwise these people are not going to cut federal spending. Federal spending, they have no intention. You see, by the giveaway, the tell is what they're doing on the debt ceiling increase that is packed into these bills. So how do you avoid a currency even what President Trump's trying to do on, because the this side of it, of what he's doing is to get that trade deficit. If the trade deficit keeps going up a trillion dollars a year, you're finished as a nation. Go back and farm and just let's give some crops and some tin and some tin and some copper and gold or whatever to the Chinese Communist Party. We're just like a colony because that's what we give them right now. We provide them services, quote, unquote, and we provide raw materials. We're nothing. But we're an economic colony. If Trump's reorganization takes place reorientation takes place. When it does, that's where we start attacking the $25 trillion aggregate trade deficit. But that will hit the margins of the $37 trillion of debt. I've warned this for years. The numbers are going to get so big. The numbers themselves, the law of large numbers takes over and you almost can't do it because it's so big. That's where we are today. I told you, you go down this path and you keep kicking it down the road and you're going to get to a position where your range of alternatives ain't great. That's why this is the last chance to reorient this. Trump has given you the last chance. He came back from the political dead to do exactly this. This is the reason he did this. This gets, besides sealing the border, deporting everybody, get our sovereignty back, get out of these alliances that killed us, stop the forever wars. This is the beating heart of the economics to get our sovereignty back. You got one shot at it. And they know that. They know that to delay is to deny. We're going to have, we're going to have Mike Davis up here in a minute, another whole raft of this judicial revolt. Hell, we're going to have people here from South Korea in a minute. One of the person with a big YouTube channel is going to tell you in Korea the CCP's got a coup. Just the legal system there threw the President out. Ed, doubt. How do we get. Does it not make you concern on your model Because I knew you were not that gung ho about 2025 even from the get go before this? Does it not make you concerned when the House and the Senate are passing in the one big beautiful bill buried in there is a debt ceiling increase of 4 trillion on one side and 5 trillion on the other. Sir.
Ed Dowd
Yeah, that has, that has to stop. The good news is the bond market's anticipating a slowing economy and anticipating some some control of this discretionary spend. Not the entitlements and the interest rate payments. But they need to get a control that. They need to show the bond markets that so far the bond markets are responding the way that that's it wants the 10 year yields down from around 480 to close to 4% today. So that's good news. But if they don't get control of the spending and show that they're uncovering the fraud and impounding it and stopping it, this is going to be a problem. And I agree with you. We need to see enforcement actions. We need to See the investigations. If you have to hire another thousand attorneys to look at the NGO system, do it. This needs to be, we need to rip the band aid off because we're going to be first in, first out of this fraud cycle. Because if you think we got fraud in the US government, there's fraud in the EU governments, there's fraud all over. This is a system that's been percolating and getting bigger and bigger like a monster the last 25 years. And we're at the point of no return. So if we don't fix it now. Katie, bar the door.
Steve Bannon
Ed, where do people go to get your analysis? Where they go to get your social media?
Ed Dowd

Mina Kim joins us. Mike Davis is going to be up here in a moment. Mina, very disturbing. We're following President Trump and this law for against him both before he came into office on the stolen election and now in office. It's even increasing. And David's going to be here in a moment to talk about more of the madness in Brazil. We have Bolsonaro on trial essentially for his life because he protesting a stolen election that was obviously stolen. They're going to put him in Prison in a show trial for life and they hope he's assassinated there in France Le Pen on this kind of bizarre charge about some staff just got four years in prison and unable to run in the election. Now they've said they're going to cut the appeal to the summer 26. Maybe she can run, maybe she can't. That's all being worked out. But the facts are she got a four year prison sentence held in abeyance right now. And she got. And she's not eligible to run. And she's up 12 points. Bolsonaro's up like 20 points. Trump's first time right track, wrong track has turned around in 20 years here in the United States. So all these populist right nationalists are under assault. But out of nowhere, we've been following quite closely what happened in Korea. And we saw like some of the other, you know, primary. Well, all these were either, you know, said that they were okay or, you know, they didn't have to go to trial. All of a sudden, out of nowhere, it appears to us the President's impeached and removed from office in 24 or 48 hours. And our belief is that is part of a CCP coup d'etat. Now, you're one of the strongest voices of influencers with a huge YouTube presence. Can you just walk our audience through exactly what's going on in South Korea? A great ally. And for the war room posse, who absolutely love the folks in South Korea, ma'am, of course.
Mina Kim
Thank you, Steve, for having me. First of all, and as you said, it is a sad day for South Korea. We just lost our conservative president. And I just want to explain the whole story of how this happened. So in the past December, the President, our President Yoon, declared martial law. And according to President Yoon, the opposition party which is currently holding the majority in the national assembly, which is the Congress in Korea and consisting of those, are anti state forces. And they submitted 29 impeachment motions targeting the entire cabinet. And at the same time, they cut the government's budget to a point where it became nearly impossible for the President to fulfill his duties. And this was all made possible because the Democratic Party in Korea, as the majority party, was able to fast track all these bills without opposition. And meanwhile, ongoing concerns over election fraud in South Korea has been raised once again, and this time with growing suspicions of influence of Chinese Communist Party, like he said. And President Yoon believes that the national assembly has been infiltrated by these foreign interests, particularly pro CCP forces, and that there are even pro North Korean Sympathizers within our legislative body and many politicians in this view, have clearly compromised. And faced with this reality, President Yoon saw martial law as the only constitutional power he had left. And it was a last resort decision that he had to make. And while the timing may be controversial, it exposed deep corruption and injustice with within our government. And importantly, no violence was used. The declaration of martial law was peaceful and a strong but lawful appeal to the people. I believe. However, soon after the declaration, the president was arrested illegally. Of course, this is similar to what President Trump has gone through in the past and even for you, Steve. And President Yoon has been taken into custody under accusations of inciting insurrections and pursuing foreign policy measures that directly challenge China, Russia and North Korea. And the corruption investigation office for higher ranking officials, which is called CIO in Korea, which doesn't even have proper legal authority in this matter, pushed for his arrest. And although the Central Prosecutor's office did not approve the warrant, the regional court did and they issued it. Still and thankfully, the Chief justice at the Seoul Central District Court, they recently ruled to cancel the arrest and nullify the warrant. But then now, when it came to the impeachment itself, which happened like 24 hours ago, everything hinged on the votes of the eight justices, Constitutional Court justices, which are like the Supreme Court justices in Korea. The outcome would be determined if the six or more agreed out of those eight justices. And there were many conflicting opinions during this deliberation. But in the end, all eight justices were voted. They voted unanimously, unanimously to uphold the impeachment. And here's something important to note. Over six of those eight justices come from the National Election Commission, a body that has long been accused of playing a key role in election fraud. And many are now questioning whether these justices are themselves entangled in corruption with ccp. And further.
Steve Bannon
Let me just.
Mina Kim
And I hope that answered your question, Steve.
Steve Bannon
No, it was great. I just wanted for the clarification for our audience back in December, because we covered this live that day it happened. His declaration of martial law was because he felt that just not legislation that was coming, but they're blocking of him to actually get to the bottom of election fraud and some of the problems they've had in elections. Is that what caused him? What was the trigger? Because it seems to me this thing picked up velocity when he declared martial law and that kind of caught a lot of people by surprise. What was the single thing you believe had him caused him to declare martial law?
Mina Kim
First of all, it's the election fraud caused by ccp. Of course, that's what people say. And our election commission, our national election commission, is supposed to be known to be very corrupt. And they were influenced by politicians and those forces that are affected by the CCP because they're very close to us. And the second reason was that, like I said, the opposition party, which is the major party in Korea, Democratic Party, they fast tracked all the bills to impeach all the cabinet members of the president, President Yoon, and that caused President Yoon to actually go on with the martial law, which is the only option he had left to reveal all these corruption did.
Steve Bannon
I think people are also surprised. And correct me if I'm wrong, you have four liberals and four conservatives on the Supreme Court. What it effectively is the Supreme Court. Now, are those conservatives, like the MAGA movement, kind of right wing in the United States? Are they more like what we call Rhino Republicans? Because I think people were kind of stunned. You only needed two votes, I think, to withhold backing the impeachment and being removed. And it was eight to nothing. All four conservative justices threw in with the other side. What was the cause of that? What's in back of that?
Mina Kim
That's a good point, Steve. So four of the justices that were supposed to be conservatives, I would say are more like likely to be like rhinos in America. And also in Korea, being conservative politician doesn't really mean following the values of conservatism. It's more like they're there because the conservative party kind of allowed them to be there and they gave them opportunity. So in Korea, being conservative and liberal doesn't mean they're being really conservative ideologically. It's just that they are there by the opportunity that the party has given them.
Steve Bannon
Now, Mina, when we had it stolen from us In November of 2020, there were some quick elections for senators that were. And our people, some of them were so upset and didn't believe anything that they didn't participate. It took us when President Trump was forced out of Washington and went back to Mar a Lago, it took on the show. And I can tell you getting organized, it took us a couple of months to get traction, to rally around the guidon. And actually. And then once people started rolling, we started rolling. My concern is you have 60 days for another election. Are the conservative forces and the forces of righteousness, are they motivated enough to understand that, hey, we understand there's election fraud, we understand there's problems, but are they prepared to fight now or are people so deflated they're just prepared to surrender?
Mina Kim
Unfortunately, right now, not a lot of People, not enough people are awakened. That's why I think what happened with President Yoon, his martial law actually played a role in awakening so many people in Korea. So many Christians are now aware that we're actually on the verge of losing our freedom. And a lot of people are just starting to wake up. And just like in 2020 in America, when President Trump had to go through all the election and fraud and rigged elections, Korea is going through the same thing, except our people are just beginning to realize this is happening. So we still do need more attention by the people. We the people need to know what's really happening in our government. But interestingly, Korean mainstream media is the same as American mainstream media. We only 99% of our media are leaning left, and they don't tell the truth. So that's why a lot of Korean people are right now currently deceived and following the pattern where leftists are trying to, you know, put people through. And also a lot of our mainstream media are affected by Chinese Communist Party, which we really need to actually take that out of our country. And we need a person like President Trump in Korea. And we believed that that's President Yoon because he did impose the martial law, which was not brutal, it was not violent. It was something that he did to awaken our people.
Steve Bannon
Mina, we'll have you on back next week and we'll work over the weekend because we've got to get organized in this, the War Room Posse, and so many elements of it fully support the Korean people and your struggle for freedom there, particularly the Christians. Where do people go to get to your YouTube channel? And what's your social media? What's your Twitter?
Mina Kim
So it's called MKIMtv on YouTube, mostly in Korean, but I do have translated videos and some interviews with American politicians. And I also have my Twitter, which is ealminakim. And also buildupkorea.org is my website. Our website for Build Up Korea, which is Grassroots, a conservative Christian movement in Korea, which is like Turning Point USA in America.
Ed Dowd
Wow.
Mina Kim
Charlie inspired me, though.
Steve Bannon

Let me just close this portion of my remarks by saying it is up to all of us to fix this. It's not going to be because somebody comes and saves you. The most important office in this democracy is the citizen, the ordinary person who says, no, that's not right. And I do think one of the reasons that our commitment to democratic ideals has eroded is that we got pretty comfortable and complacent. It has been easy during most of our lifetimes to say you are progressive or say you are for social justice or say you're for free speech and not have to pay a price for it. And now we're at one of those moments where you know what it's not enough just to say you're for something. You may actually have to do something and possibly sacrifice a little bit. So, yeah, if you're a law firm being threatened, you might have to say, okay, we will lose some business because we're going to stand for a principle. If you are a university, if you are a university, you may have to say, figure out, are we in fact doing things right? Have we in fact violated our own values, our own code, violated the law in some fashion? If not, and you're just being intimidated, well, you should be able to say, well, that's why we got this big endowment. We'll stand up for what we believe in and we'll pay our researchers for a while out of that endowment. And we'll give up the extra wing or the fancy gymnasium that we can delay that for a couple years because, you know, academic freedom might be a little more important. For most of human history, and to this day, in most places in the world, there is a cost to challenging the powers that be, particularly if they're abusing that power and this idea. And I've noticed this among some wealthier folks who, you know, after George Floyd, they were right there and a bunch of companies were talking about how they cared about diversity and they wanted to do this and they were all for that. And they are mute right now. But what that tells me is it was okay when it was cool and trendy, and when it's not, not so much. And that, I think, is what we have to, each of us has to examine in our own hearts is all right. We say we're for equality. Are we willing to fight for it? Are we going to risk something for it? We say that we're for rule of law. Are we going to stick to that when it's tough, not when it's easy? We believe in freedom of speech. Do we stand up for freedom of speech when the other person talking is saying stuff that infuriates us and is wrong and hurtful? Do we still believe in it?
Steve Bannon
Okay, this President Obama, by the way, I'm looking forward 28, because the solution we're coming up with. Barack. President Obama can run again. Trump versus Obama. Alien versus Predator. What a classic that would be. I don't know. I think he's. I think he's losing. I don't know if. Does President Obama still have his fastball asking for a friend right there. President Obama. President Obama. Let me get this right. Forget the ivies. That's a whole different kettle of fish. I'm Talking about the public. You told me. University of Michigan, University of Wisconsin in Madison, Ann Arbor in Michigan, Virginia, North Carolina, down there in Chapel Hill, Berkeley, University of Texas in Austin. The public Ivies. They're going to sit there and say, no, we won't take the money. We'll do it out of our fund, out of our endowments, or have the state pay for it. Not going to happen, brother. They're going to kowtow. And this is why we ought to take it and purge the faculty Senate and purge the administrations while we got the time to do it. We'll call your bluff. President Obama. Go sell that one to in Ann Arbor and go sell that one in Madison. I'm not sure you're going to get a great hearing on that because they're addicted to the money. Michigan already jettisoned the DEI program. A quarter of a billion dollars. Is that stunning? They junked it in a New York second. Mike Lindell, the viceroy. We just heard from Korea. They turfed out a president there, impeached him and got rid of him in, I don't know, 12, 24 hours. Bolsonaro's on trial for his life in Brazil and that's not going well. They've just sentenced Le Pen in France to four years in prison for an accounting issue. Heard that one before. Le Pen's up 12, Bolsonaro's up like 20 in the polls. She can't run. And they just got rid of the ccp, just did a coup d'etat in South Korea and got rid of the President. Mike Davis, is that any real difference of what's going on here? This has gone from a judicial insurrection to a judicial coup. Am I too far off base on that, sir?
Unknown Speaker
No, you're not at all. I mean, look what they tried to do with President Trump before they ran Crossfire Hurricane against him eight years ago. The Russian collusion hoax. They impeached him twice. They indicted him four times for nine crimes after he left office. They tried to bankrupt him for non fraud. They tried to illegally, unconstitutionally take him off the ballots. They tried to take off his head when they underfunded his Secret Service protection and Biden said to put a bullseye on him now that President Trump's back in the White House and he has the House and won't accompl comfortable margin in the Senate. You have these activist judges, these judicial saboteurs who are trying to destroy the presidency because they have a political and policy disagreement with who the American people elected. Fortunately, we just got a major win in The Supreme Court of the United States this afternoon, a 5 to 4 decision where Justice Amy Coney Barrett's finally got her head out of her ass, and she joins four of the conservatives and slapped down one of these activist judges. You had this new Biden activist judge, a federal judge in Boston, who said that President Trump couldn't cancel $250 million in bogus DEI teacher training grants. And so the Supreme Court correctly held, as we've been talking on this show for over a month, that if you have a grant canceled, your recourse is to file a lawsuit in the Court of Federal Claims. It's not to go to an activist judge and get a temporary restraining order. That's not temporary at all. The Supreme Court held that these fake TROs by these activist judges are not TROs. They're actually preliminary injunctions. And that means that they're immediately appealable, and that means that we're finally starting to fight back and win against this Democrat law. Fair.
Steve Bannon
Hang on, because I want to ask of everything that's going on, of all the hundred lawsuits, and now they're suing on tariffs. Of all the hundred lawsuits against Trump, how this one got to Supreme Court so quickly? But take a second, explain to people, because I'll be honest, I didn't know this till I got to D.C. and started learning about the administrative state. I was a typical conservative that bitched and moaned about the bureaucracy for years, but didn't really understand the mechanism of how vast the apparatus is, the administrative state. Talk about what claims court is and how big that is and why this should have gone there. What is the claims court? How big is it, and why is that a venue for people to take this instead of running into federal court to try to stop the president's activity?
Unknown Speaker
So generally, the government has sovereign immunity, meaning you can't sue the government unless the government gives you permission to sue the government through a statute. So we have the Jones act and the Court of Federal Claims that was set up. If you have a contract claim, if you do business for the government, you're a contractor of the government. The government does not pay you for your work. You can't just go to a district court and bring a breach of contract claim. You have to go to the Court of Federal Claims, which is a specialty court in Washington, D.C. and you have to bring contract claims there. And if you don't bring contract claims, though, you generally don't get your money. These other courts do not have jurisdiction. And when you have President Trump canceling these bogus Contracts like DEI contracts or USAID funding contracts, the recourses go to a court of federal claims. Well, these activists have been running to their activist judges and getting these supposed temporary restraining orders that aren't temporary at all to get the government. Like, for example, we had Judge Ali in D.C. just over a month ago, who ordered the President to send out $2 billion in foreign aid over the President's national security review. He did not have jurisdiction to do that. And it's just insane that the Supreme Court allowed that to happen. And I think that Judge Justice Amy Coney Barrett has learned her lesson and she saw that, her stupid ruling from before on that Judge Ali USAID case, where the President can't do a national security review, it caused all these activists.
Steve Bannon
Because this is what confused me, because, correct me if wrong, the claim there, the two and a half billion, is for contracts. Remember folks who told you it's about two and a half million bureaucrats or people actually working in the government, Government employees, two and a half million, three million military, there's another five million, let's say contractors at the executive level, managerial level. That 2.5 billion at USAID. I thought a lot of that was to basically a president. They're not going to pay the contracts for some of these contractors. Right. They want these guys gone. This is cutting. This is a cutting thing. Why did she support him and then kind of reverse herself here and say, no, you got to go to the claim. You have no claim here. You got to go to the claims court. Good day.
Unknown Speaker
Well, I mean, I think that when I, you know, when I go on your show and other shows and say that she's a rattled law professor with her head up her ass, maybe that had the intended effect and she didn't make that mistake again this time when this was on the emergency docket today, like she did over a month ago when she allowed Judge Ali, the first Muslim, the first Arab D.C. federal judge, as he brags, to send $2 billion in foreign aid to who knows where, maybe his Hamas buddies, to kill Americans. And so Justice A.B. cody Barrett's. I think she learned from her mistake, the mistake that Justice Alito clearly pointed out in his dissents in Judge Ali's case over a month ago is now what the supreme court in a 5 to 4 ruling with the Chief justice, of course, joining the liberals, but Justice Barrett getting her head on. Right.
Steve Bannon
This is unbelievable. Explain to the audience, because the emergency docket of the Supreme Court is going to be so important to kind of expedite these of Everything that's going on and we now. And they haven't even just finally decided. It looks like they're going to, but they haven't finally decided on the Bozberg central issue of the national security issue, about even taking that on the emergency docket. They're still filing papers on that. What actually gets to the emergency docket? How do they select that? And how do they just say on others, we're just not gonna do it?
Unknown Speaker
Well, the reason we're at the emergency docket is because these activist judges are issuing these unprecedented temporary restraining orders in name only. They're actually injunctions. And they're sabotaging the president's Article 2 powers. Again, Trump's not stealing Congress's legislative power under Article 1. He's not stealing the Supreme Court's judicial power under Article III. He's ex his Article 2 power. He's faithfully carrying out the laws. He's acting as commander in chief, the chief executive officer. And these activist judges are sabotaging him. Remember, Trump campaigned on this. He campaigned on the fact that he's gonna hire Elon Musk, set up Doge, go after this waste, fraud and abuse, cancel these bogus DEI contracts. He campaigned on the fact he's gonna seal our border and get these illegal immigrants, particularly foreign terrorists from Trende Aragua and gang bangers from Ms. 13 the hell out of our country. He's doing that. And these judges are trying to sabotage him. And the Chief justice and Justice Barrett joined the Three Libs and let this happen over a month ago. We see that this has only emboldened these activist judges, where we have judge after judge after judge trying to sabotage the presidency. I think Justice Barrett, to her credit, has finally learned her lesson and she's backing away from her position a month ago that these are somehow temporary restraining orders that are somehow not immediately appealable.
Steve Bannon
As we close the week out. Of course, we're back here on Saturday morning. How do you think we stand? When you look at the whole battlefield of the judicial insurrection that's now become a judicial coup d'etat or quickly becoming a coup d'etat, how do you stand? Because I haven't seen the scheduling of any hearings on either Burrow Howe are Boasberg. So how do you think we stand?
Unknown Speaker
This is a huge win today. It's going to turn the tide against these activist judges, these judicial saboteurs. They're going to understand you can't use these injunctions, slap a TRO label on it, and then avoid appellate review. So that's going to end a lot of this judicial sabotage. And then we're going to see how the Supreme Court rules on Boasberg's order to be the commander in chief and expose and sabotage an ongoing military operation four Saturdays ago and order planes to be turned around. I mean, it's just crazy what these judges are ordering. I hope that we're going to get a good result from the Supreme Court on the Boasberg case. But it makes me a little bit concerned it's taking so long for the Supreme Court efforts to rule.
Steve Bannon
What about. He's also going in a different track. And I know Julie Kelly is covering this. She's actually doing the timeline right now, folks, that'll be up on our sub stack, hopefully by tomorrow morning. Maybe we'll get Julie on to walk us through that. But, but, Mike, this whole thing now, he's very specifically going after, I think, President Trump and his most senior advisers on a contempt charge. Am I too overwrought on that, or is that you see Boasberg going and laying the trap on this contempt charge?
Unknown Speaker
There's no question that's what Boseberg's trying to do. And I will say this to Jeb Boasberg. You are taking the federal judiciary over the cliff with this one. So you better back up, because once the federal judiciary loses its legitimacy, it loses everything. And that's why the chief justice needs to use the emergency docket to shut down this case. There is no question that President Trump had the authority under Article 2 of the Constitution, separate from any statute that's been on our books for 250 years to repel an invasion. You have Trende Aragua working with the Venezuelan government to invade our country, sabotage our country, to kidnap, rob, rape, murder, torture. President Trump was absolutely within his legal right to get them the hell out of our country. And for for this judge to open up his courtroom four Saturdays ago when he didn't even have the emergency docket that weekend. He opened up his courtroom, exposed this ongoing military operation, putting American and allied lives in grave danger, undermining the president's ability to conduct foreign affairs. Why would a foreign leader want to take a big risk like that if that foreign leader knows that an activist judge is going to expose what they do and order these planes turned around? He doesn't know the fuel levels of these planes. He doesn't know the security footprint. Back in America, we saw the security footprint in El Salvador. Hundreds of law enforcement, intelligent military officials ready to take over 200 of the worst terrorists in the Western hemisphere. Boasberg wanted to turn around the planes and bring them back to America. The president did the right thing by landing those planes. And if Boasberg wants to have a pissing match with the president of the United States over deporting foreign terrorists like Trend Aragua, he is going to lose. He's going to lose badly. It's going to badly damage the legitimacy of the Supreme Court. So I again, I tell the chief justice, you better get your judicial house in order here. This is the red line. This is the breaking point for the federal judiciary. If Boasberg tries to hold anyone in contempt because they didn't want to turn around planes and bring dangerous terrorists back into America.
Steve Bannon
Wow. Mike Davis on Article 3. Fantastic. People need next week we're going to get back up on it on the judiciary, et cetera, to start having these hearings. Where do people go this weekend to learn more about Article 3 and your social media so they can follow you?
Unknown Speaker
Article3project.org, article number three project.org we're calling for Jeb Boasberg's impeachment right now. If you take action, call for Bozberg's impeachment. I don't care if we don't have the votes. Let's make the process the punishment as a deterrent here so this never happens again.
Steve Bannon
Mike Davis, social media where do people get you particularly late at night when I particularly. I don't know what's more entertaining late at night. Is it the mouth breathing imbecile Grace Chung, queen of the trolls or Mike Davis? I think it's a coin flip. Many times.
Unknown Speaker
It goes back and forth. It's so M.R.D. d M I a M.R.D. d Mia my initials in Des Moines, Iowa. And they thank you, Steve.
Steve Bannon
Thank you, Mike. Great week. You heard it right there from Mike. Red line. Julie's working on that timeline. This contempt is big. You can see what they're doing. The lane of trap for President Trump. This is my point. He's got so much going on from Russian rapprochement to the Chinese Communist Party. We're at full scale economic war right now. What's going on around Taiwan, his duties as commander, Chief, just the briefing alone. The southern border, all of it. That's where all of us have to put our shoulder to the wheel. WarRoom Battleground EP 740: Resetting Of The Markets; The CCP Forces At Hand In South Korea
Released on April 4, 2025
Hosted by Stephen K. Bannon, WarRoom.org
[00:20] Steve Bannon:
Stephen K. Bannon opens the episode by discussing President Trump's significant economic restructuring plan. He emphasizes that this initiative is the most critical overhaul of the American economy and global order since World War II.
"President Trump put forward this week probably the most, not probably the most important restructuring of the American economy in the world order since the end of World War II." [00:20]
Bannon highlights Trump's focus on addressing the grievances of the "forgotten man and woman," critiquing the nation's elites for prioritizing personal interests over national well-being.
"What the elites in the United States have put their own personal interests first. That's the difference these elites." [02:15]
Bannon welcomes Ed Dowd, an economic expert, to delve into the current state of the economy, trade tariffs, and market dynamics.
[05:16] Ed Dowd:
Dowd provides insights into the confusion surrounding the new tariffs introduced by the Trump administration. He explains that the administration's end goal is to eliminate the trade deficit, simplifying negotiations by encouraging nations to come to the table with this objective.
"We want zero, we want deficits to be zero. This is how we calculate the tariff." [05:29]
Dowd also discusses the stock market's current bubble, attributing it to fraudulent electoral processes and unsustainable economic practices. He predicts an impending market correction followed by a potential recovery as global trade relations stabilize.
"This is phase one, stock market bubble bursting. If I'm a betting man, we're getting close to some sort of washout low and maybe a massive recovery as more and more countries come to the table." [07:45]
The conversation shifts to fiscal policies, focusing on the debt ceiling increase and federal spending. Bannon expresses concerns over the bipartisan agreement to raise the debt ceiling by $5 trillion and $4 trillion from different sides.
[08:08] Steve Bannon:
Bannon critiques the lack of control over federal spending, warning that unchecked deficits could lead to a catastrophic economic downturn.
"If the trade deficit keeps going up a trillion dollars a year, you're finished as a nation." [09:30]
[11:49] Ed Dowd:
Dowd agrees, emphasizing the necessity of enforcing spending controls and combating systemic fraud to prevent a deeper economic crisis.
"If we don't fix it now, we're at the point of no return." [12:52]
Bannon introduces Mina Kim, a prominent voice on South Korean politics, to discuss the recent impeachment of President Yoon and the alleged influence of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
[16:18] Mina Kim:
Kim outlines the circumstances leading to President Yoon's impeachment, attributing it to internal corruption, CCP interference, and legislative maneuvers by the opposition.
"The Democratic Party in Korea... was able to fast track all these bills without opposition." [17:05]
She details how President Yoon declared martial law in response to impeachment attempts and election fraud allegations, which ultimately led to his arrest and removal from office.
"President Yoon saw martial law as the only constitutional power he had left." [19:00]
[20:32] Mina Kim:
Kim further explains the triggers for martial law, highlighting CCP's role in manipulating South Korean elections and the aggressive legislative actions by the opposition.
"The election fraud caused by CCP... are entangled in corruption with CCP." [21:25]
The discussion evolves to a broader critique of the U.S. judicial system, focusing on recent Supreme Court decisions that Bannon and his guests view as setbacks for President Trump.
[38:23] Mike Davis:
Davis accuses activist judges of undermining presidential authority, particularly criticizing Justice Amy Coney Barrett for her role in recent rulings that he believes favor Democratic policies over Republican initiatives.
"Justice Barrett has finally learned her lesson and she joins four of the conservatives and slapped down one of these activist judges." [39:00]
He emphasizes the importance of the Supreme Court in checking judicial overreach and calls for impeachment proceedings against judges like Jeb Boasberg who he claims are overstepping their authority.
"We need to rip the band aid off because we're going to be first in, first out of this fraud cycle." [50:26]
[44:50] Mike Davis:
Davis discusses the implications of emergency docket cases and criticizes how lower courts have handled issues related to executive power and foreign policy, advocating for stronger judicial accountability.
"Trump was absolutely within his legal right to get them the hell out of our country." [48:00]
In his closing remarks, Bannon underscores the ongoing global fight against what he terms the "forces of darkness," urging listeners to fully commit to the Trump agenda and nationalistic movements to safeguard America's future.
"If we fully commit, I guarantee you as sure as the turning of the earth, we're going to win." [26:11]
He reiterates the importance of unity and vigilance in the face of internal and external threats, promising continued coverage and analysis in future episodes.
"We're going to be back here on the war room. Are you a yo-yo dieter?... Push through, lose it and keep it off." [54:09]
