Yeah, I mean, just very quickly, I want to make it clear I'm not a doctor. I'm a journalist. I was a producer on the daytime talks to the Doctors at cbs. I won an Emmy award doing medical research sciences television. I made the documentary Vaxed from COVID up to Catastrophe with Andy Wakefield that changed my career forever. Destroyed my television career. Because once you've gone against pharma, you can't work in tv. It didn't matter. I doubled down on that investigation. That film came out in 2016. I wanted to get to the bottom of the idea of vaccine safety. I didn't really care, honestly, if vaccine, you know, we hear that they're safe and effective, but how did we know they were safe. That's what I wanted to know because I met hundreds of thousands of vaccine injured families across the country when I toured with vax. So I started my nonprofit, the Informed Consent Action Network, with one goal in mind really, and that was to eradicate man made disease anywhere where we were poisoning our children. I wanted to show it, but most specifically in the vaccine arena. So I hired international scientists around the world. I brought in one of the greatest constitutional attorneys of all times. His name is Aaron Seri. And as you know, Steve. But very few people recognize there is complete liability protection of our vaccine program. You cannot sue the manufacturers for this product. You can't sue the doctor, you can't sue the gymnasium. If they decide to give this to your kid while they were at school, you can't sue anybody. So the government's protecting them. So we did something no one had ever done. We started suing the government of the United States of America. And we started winning against fda, nih, cdc, Health and Human Services. All of that started in the end of 2016. So by the time Covid came around, we had like, you know, all of these lawsuits we'd won. We knew how the game was played. So Covid, once warp speed vaccine came along, we knew how they were going to rush that product on the market. We knew how they were going to cheat the system because they'd done it over and over and over again with every childhood vaccine. So they basically played into our hand and then we started suing because obviously they said, we're going to be very transparent. They recognized all of us. They said, look, we are rushing this onto the market. It got an emergency use authorization. But we said, well, where's the science? How did you determine it was safe? How did you determine that it was effective? Where's the Pfizer data? Where's the Moderna data? So we sued the fda and the fda, as you know, came out in that courtroom and said, it's going to take us 75 years to produce the Pfizer data. And Aaron Seri said, on behalf of our nonprofit Informed Consent, you know, Consent Action Network, if it's going to take 75 years, how did you determine it was ready for people? I mean, you obviously read something. How is it that we can't see it for 75 years but you, in a couple of weeks were able to determine it was safe enough and effective enough to give to everyone in the world? That's unacceptable. The judge rebuked the FDA and then ended up forcing them to release The Pfizer data. We had the same case and won the Moderna data. We also sued CDC for the V safe data. That was the app that went on your cell phone that could track all of your injuries after you got the vaccine. We sued for that data. And now people are writing books like the Pfizer papers and everything, which is fantastic. That's all we try to do is create transparency around this conversation. Now, the world has that data because really because of the support of ICANN and all of our great supporters out there. This wouldn't be possible if people weren't donating to make that happen. It cost millions and millions of dollars to bring those lawsuits. And I want to also point out we're really into freedom. I think this is the biggest freedom issue there is. Steve. If you don't control your own body, then you don't have. You aren't a citizen. You don't have rights. You have the same rights as a farm animal. That's how they're treating you when they tell you you can't go to work if you don't get a vaccine. And by the way, when they say your kid can't go to school unless they get vaccinated, that's your government telling you your children are the property of the US Government. They are not your children. This must end. It's the number one fight we have. I don't care if you want to vaccinate, but it has to be a choice. If it is not, then we have no rights whatsoever. Nothing else is more important than our sovereignty in our body. So we've won back with that same Aaron Siri. We won back the religious exemption in Mississippi. So after for since 1975, they could not put their kids in school without vaccinating them. Now, as of two years ago, we won back the right to go to school without a vaccination. And we're dead in the middle of a massive lawsuit in West Virginia. We believe we're going to win back the religious exemption for West Virginia, which means there will be only four states left that are taking away your right to opt out of the vaccine program. And we're on the front lines in every one of those states.

Del Bigtree (10:39)

It's the holy grail of all studies. This is the study. When I got into this conversation and started investigating it, every parent of a vaccine injured child said where did they show that they're safe? Why won't they just do a comparative study to that compares the health outcomes of those children that were vaccinated to those that never received any vaccines. Why is this study never been done anywhere in the world? Robert Kennedy Jr. Ran his presidential campaign. I was his director of communications when he did that. But he ran on. I'm going to do a vaccinated versus unvaccinated comparative study. If I can get into the health agencies of the United States of America. Now I, you know, it's rumored that those databases he would have used were destroyed before he got there. So that's how much the other side, the pro vaccine pharmacide does not want this study done. And that is the heart of it, you know, because let's be honest, why, why haven't they done the most obvious study known to man. We are, we're at a civil war over vaccines. Now whether or not they're destroying our kids lives or making them healthier, the news and mainstream media obviously takes the position. It does. That you are. It's a crime against humanity to not vaccinate your child. But why can't a single health agency in the world, not the uk, not Australia, not India, not Africa, not the United States of America, not Canada, no one, no one is can figure out how to do a Study that compares the health outcomes of vaccinated to completely unvaccinated. And you know, they'll say, well we can't figure out how to do that study, which is the craziest statement ever made. That's why this study is so important. And it's been done a few times. As we point out in the film, there's been about four or five small studies done. One was done by the University of Mississippi. Dr. Mawson did a homeschool study of 600 kids, found unbelievable rates of autoimmune disease amongst the vaccinated and almost none in the unvaccinated population. Same thing. Dr. Paul Thomas, a pediatrician in Oregon, did a study, nearly 10,000 children I believe, in his own practice comparing those that got the vaccines to those that got none. The none were the safest, the healthiest. Now he's traveling the world, lost his license for doing that study, by the way, but tells everyone in the world, don't do vaccines. I did it my whole life is the greatest mistake I ever made. But this study, this study wasn't done by a doctor that was open minded about vaccines. This was done by Dr. Marcus Zervos, the head of infectious disease and virology at Henry Ford Health, which is one of the preeminent research institutes in the world. They brag about how they vaccinate everyone on this staff. Dr. Marcus Zervos was the head of the Moderna arm of the research for Henry Ford. So he pushed that vaccine through. So when he agreed with me, I challenged him. I said I was lucky enough to have dinner with him. And I said, look, if you're right and vaccines actually make our children healthier, then why don't you do a comparative study, compare the vaccinated to the unvaccinated. And he agreed to do the study. I was mind blown, but he's a good scientist. He already fought in Michigan on the Flint, Michigan water crisis. He outed the health department there that they were poisoning the underserved in Detroit, Michigan with lead pipes and Legionnaires disease. And he stood up for humanity. So he's the type of guy, I thought this guy might just follow through. Well, he did follow through, but then he wouldn't publish the study. And this is like I said, this is the holy grail. And I knew it. I knew as soon as he didn't publish it, I was like, I got a sneaking suspicion what's going on here. I'll bet you it showed that the vaccinated are completely and totally sick. And I just kept saying, Dr. Zervos, you promised you'd publish it, do what's right and publish that study. Finally I said, can we have dinner? And I flew out to Michigan and had dinner and I brought hidden cameras and recording equipment because as I say in the trailer, these are the children of our world. If there is something that is, we know is poisoning them and everyone's too afraid to say it, then I got to bring cameras. I got to do whatever it takes so that people can know the truth. And that's what this film is about. That's what I think this study shows us. But let me be clear. There's a cease and desist letter against us. Henry Ford is claiming defamation. Now, I want to make sure that you know that what they are saying is that it's not that the vaccine, it wasn't the results of the study. That is why it didn't get published. It didn't get published because it's not a good study and it didn't meet their scientific standards. That's the basic gist of the accusation against us. But they, when they sent that cease and desist, they didn't know I recorded their head of infectious disease saying the exact opposite, saying, it's a good study, it should be published. I'm just not going to do it because it'll destroy my career. And that's where we're at. So now we have a film. You can watch it, you can download the study. You can make this decision for yourself. And I'm telling you, I don't think there's a more compelling film out there. I. You know, we have wanted this study for a very long time. And with nothing better than having a study by your detractors, those trying to prove you wrong, when they prove you're right, you really know you're onto something.

Del Bigtree (16:31)

Yeah, because I recognize, look, I used to be a liberal progressive from Boulder, Colorado, and an environmentalist and all of those things. I know what it's like to have a bias. I know. I mean, I've had to really, you know, deal with a giant. You know, I consider myself like the prodigal son here. I'm as conservative as it gets. I want freedom. I want as little government as absolutely possible. Now, but I remember how I used to think, and I remember what mattered to me. And I wanted information that didn't come from the bias side of what, you know, was against me. And so it has never been lost on me. And people will say, well, Dell, why didn't, you know, if you, if you guy gave you the study, he handed it to us at this dinner back in, you know, 2020. Why didn't you publish it? Well, number one, if I publish it, it looks like I did it. And everyone say, well, Del, big guy, it's his study. No, we wanted it to come from someone that is clearly not on our side. That's the only way I believe we would ever trust the science. It has to come from the other side. When I ran, you know, when I was working with Bobby, preparing him, should he have, you know, should, God willing, he get into the White House somewhere and where he landed, HHS is perfect. But I said, Bobby, you cannot fill. You can't do these studies with a bunch of people that have already been, like, said to be anti vaxxers. You've got to find great scientists that everyone trusts, which is what he did. Look at who he got. Dr. Marty Makary, a guy that was pro COVID vaccine. Dr. Mehmet Oz supported the COVID vaccine. Bobby did not surround himself with shills and neither did President Trump in going across the aisle and picking Robert Kennedy Jr. If you want change, you need to have that pressure of debate. You got to have the honesty there. And that's why this study was so important. And I'm not going to say, look, Paul Thomas did a great study, but it was clear he was already questioning the safety of vaccines. So you could argue he had a bias. Dr. Anthony Mawson, that attack was less about his bias and more about the size of his study with the homeschool study. But they always have these attacks. I just thought, what if we could get someone that is so publicly pro vaccine, comes from the institute that gives us most of our vaccines and does whatever studies they're going to do on them and has A large enough database, Steve, this is one of the best databases in the world. It may even be better than the database the CDC had, because not only do they have all the children in the Henry Ford health system, they are both the insurer and the provider. So they get all of their vaccine records, all of their health records, that even if that kid is out of state and maybe gets sick or injured in another state, they still pay the insurance, so they still get that data. So they had all the data on these, you know, 18,000 kids, you can't get better data to study than that. But for that reason, I've never wanted to like just say trust me, because Del Beatri said so or because Robert Kennedy Jr. Said so. I want the science to show you. So it's about the science. And that's why I'm so passionate about the fact that Henry Ford did this. And look, I don't know what they're saying, defamation, I'll say it over and over again. They're the greatest research, one of the greatest research institutes in the world. Dr. Marcus Zerbos is a world renowned scientist. He knows how to do this study. I believe he's done it as well as it can be done. And now we've really got to take a deep look because it doesn't stand alone, because it isn't an anomaly, because it is mirroring the studies done by these other people that you said had a bias. Well, now we've come from the other perspective. We're seeing the same reproducible results, which to me, that's real science. That's the scariest kind of science there is. Because now it shows us no matter who does this study, they're coming out with the same exact signal.

Del Bigtree (20:32)

I first convinced, you know, I first talked him into doing the study in 2016. I visited him in 2018 to put greater pressure on him. And I brought Aaron Seri, my attorney, to have that conversation. He agreed in 2018. We found out in 2020 that the study had been finished, but that they weren't publishing it. I spent over a year calling him at different times, trying everything I could to inspire him to publish the study. And then finally, I believe it was in 2022. I asked him if we could have a dinner. And the main goal of that dinner was just to meet him face to face and say, will you please publish this study? You can see it when you see in the film. You see me trying every possible angle on this conversation to inspire this man to do what's right. Unfortunately, I could not do that. And so it sat there until Ron Johnson, Senator Ron Johnson, God bless him, what a warrior he has been on this issue. He got his hands on it just a few months ago. And I got a call, I think it was in August, from Aaron Seri. My lawyer said, ron Johnson has the study and he is going to publish it on the Senate website. I didn't want it coming from us, as I said. I also didn't know that it was a copyright issue if we published it. But Ron Johnson, I guess as a public official, he can publish it as the public good. So he published it on the Senate website, and that's what made it available for us to legally use it and now show the world and show them the footage and how this study happened. So. So that's the timeline. We. We made this documentary faster than anything you've ever seen. When, you know, when I got a call said you got about a month and a half to make a documentary, I'm like, Aaron, you're a lawyer. You're not a filmmaker that takes a year to make a film like that. And he says, I don't care. Get it done. Ron Johnson's already got the hearing set. And I'm really proud of my team, man. They work day and night, and I wouldn't change a thing. I think the film really nails it to the wall.

Prevnar 13 in its safety trial was tested against Prevnar 7, the earlier version of the vaccine. And he'll say, you cannot test Prevnar 13 against a saline placebo because it'd be unethical. You'd be denying children access to a vaccine that is already on the market and that's not fair to them. But what he leaves out is that Prevnar7 was never tested against a saline placebo. So we don't know if it's safe. So we're testing one product we don't know the safety profile on with another product we don't know the safety profile on. And this is how the entire vaccine schedule works. I like to call this the whiskey study. Let me explain. Let's say there's a group of people that are complaining that whiskey is making people drunk and they're crashing their cars and people are getting killed. Now, in order to test does whiskey cause car accidents? You would set up a double blind placebo trial. One group, the test group would get the 10 shots of whiskey. The other group, the placebo group, would get 10 shots of water. And then we'd have them both drive on a driving course and see who has more accidents. It's obvious, but in this case, the whiskey company is the one doing the study. And what they say is, oh, we're gonna do a placebo based trial and. But our placebo based trial is not going to be water. It'll be vodka, another product already on the market. And so 10 people get the whiskey shots and 10 people get the vodka shots, and they had them all drive. And guess what? They had just as many car accidents. Therefore, whiskey does not cause car accidents because it didn't cause any more than the vodka did. And so to take this all the way to the end of Dr. Paul Offit's point, if vodka had ever been tested against 10 shots of water and there was no car accidents in the vodka group, then it would make sense to test the whiskey against the vodka. But we all know that study was never done. Just like no vaccine placebo study was ever done.

Well, I did think, oh, my God, I've got it. You're also, though, trying, and you're asking yourself, did I get it? Did I really get it? Did I get what I think I just got? Because you're just trying to have a natural conversation and hoping all the cameras work. And my biggest question was, man, I hope these damn cameras are working. I hope we got what this guy just said, because it's so important. And so it isn't until we got back, you know, your days later. It's taking hours and days to load all of these footages, you know, coming in and to finally sit down and go through it and say, and that was the moment where we said, all right, we've got it, but now what do we do with it? What the study's not out there. What are we going to be talking about? How do we make this into a story? And the truth was, is we were dead in the water until Senator Johnson decided to publish the study on the Senate website. And suddenly, this tree we had planted, the seed that we planted years ago, you know, you look up and go, oh, my God, we've got something very special here. So this is literally like a great wine. It's years in the making. It's a dream that has finally come to fruition and come true. And all the people that helped make it happen, all the people that worked on this documentary, everyone that helped get me that recording equipment and tried to teach me to use it, it took all of it working. And then it's sad. I mean, in the movie, I think you feel it. You can feel just how, you know, I mean, the guy says, as he says in the footage, I'm not a good person. I mean, just to come to that place in himself. And, you know, maybe it's because he got beat up so much, you know, before he got beat up on the Flint, Michigan, water thing, he got beat up on the hydroxychloroquine study, which was very important. And I guess he's just broken. He's got nothing left. But as, you know, somebody weigh in on the film, you're talking about our children. How can you not stand up and do what's right? So it's an amazing character study. It was very depressing to sit in the face of it because, you know, in all honesty, I believe Dr. Zervos is a good man. I think he's doing what so many of us do, Steve. We look the other way. And I say this at my talks, you know, when we really want to scream and yell about the Dr. Zervos. How many of us knew the truth about the COVID vaccine, but didn't really, at the Thanksgiving table, bring it up and talk to our loved ones? We just looked the other way because we didn't want conflict. How often do we see our country going down the tubes that you've been just. I mean, you're all alone. Why is there only one Steve Bannon? Why is there only a couple of Del Big Trees and James o'? Keefe? We should all be standing for this country right now. But we turn the other way, we wait for somebody else to do it. We think, well, I'm not, you know, this isn't my axe to grind. This isn't my hill to die on. And so then we all die. And that's what you see in this movie. People will judge Dr. Marcus Zervos, but I would like to say what Jesus said, you know, let he was who is without sin, cast the first stone. We have all looked the other ways and shirked our duties at one point or another when it was demanded upon us to be brave. To walk away from that job was going to force vaccinate our kids to walk away from that state that was going to make us vaccinate our kids. So many people say to me, I had to do it. My kid couldn't go to school. What are you talking about? There's not a 20 foot wall around California. There's not a 50 foot wall around New York. You do what's right, you walk away from your job, you find a career somewhere else. These are the children of our future and a future we are really so close to destroying for them. All right, let me bring it down. Obviously I get so passionate about this, Steve, but I know all the judgments against Dr. Marcus Zervos and they're well founded. It's hard to watch it, but we all do it. We all deny Jesus at some point in our lives. We all deny the truth. We all deny our Constitution and our First Amendment Amendment rights. We let them mask us, we let them lock us in our houses. We let them shut down our churches. And we didn't go out and have a no King's March when that happens. Why.
