Jack Posobiec
Tuesday 10th March Overlord 2026 we spent a lot of time down in Texas and tend to spend a lot more time down in Texas, particularly on this, this runoff and other issues related to Proposition 10. Proposition 10 was prohibiting Sharia law in the state of Texas and It got almost 2 million votes passed with or was approved by over 90%, roughly 95% of the Republican participants in that. And there's a lot more going on about getting very focused on Governor Abbott saying, designating the Muslim Brotherhood in CARE as terrorist organizations. Also about having hearings to tee up a special session to make sure that we can get all activity in action and backs of Proposition 10 and also the issue of the Muslim Brotherhood and care. We're gonna have Dr. Julie Pickering on a little later in the show go through a massive issue that is confronting people right now in Texas about education. So we're gonna get to all that momentarily. CPAC is 25th, 25th to 28th March. It's taking place in the exact Gaylord hotel that we had to kick off on January 9th with Gert Velders, Glenn Beck, myself, Grant Stinchcomb and others. And Grant did a great job. He was the master of ceremonies and really made that thing hum along with the Patriot Mobile team, particularly Glenn and Jenny Story and many others, Karen Seaman, Frank Gaffney, the people who pulled it off and all the grassroots in Texas that really gotten back this and made it work. $17 is the price. Special deal. Now, I understand Mo and Grace that some War Room Posse members have already bought tickets at the other price, the higher price. Anybody in the War Room Posse that bought it at a higher price, just get to Mo Grace in the chats and we will make sure that the War Room will give you, make sure that we compensate you so you're paying the $17 price. So, $17. The place is going to be packed. Amazing speakers, breakout sessions all over. Of course, the worm's going to be the real America's voice. Patriot Mobile. It's gonna be fantastic. $17. If you're in the Texas, particularly in Texas and Oklahoma or in North Texas, be there. And they're gonna be many. Particularly we're gonna do a breakout session about Proposition 10 and about this situation with this Islamic invasion of Texas. Cause remember, Texas is the jewel of the crown in our union. Okay, we're absolutely packed in the second hour. We gotta get on. So, Neil McCabe. Neil, you did a fantastic job. You're up on Capitol Hill, an incredibly important hearing today, and there's so much going on, I wanted to cover it live and stream it. We couldn't get to it. Senator Eric Schmidt and others Talking about the 14th Amendment and birthright citizenship, particularly on a day that was leaked out of the White House, that certain elements over there don't want to talk about mass deportations. Mike Howe with the Mass Deportation Coalition is going to be with us here momentarily. But talk to me. Tee up this interview you did, then we're going to play the interview.
Neil McCabe
Yeah. So Eric Schmidt, of course, is part of that Missouri conservative lawyer mafia that really boxes above its weight class here in Washington. And, you know, you talk about a lot of them. You have Hawley, you have Bailey at the FBI, John Sauer, Solicitor General. So Eric Schmidt is part of that group, and he's really taking leadership on birthright citizenship. Not just because of the idea that people are using gaming, the system, but also because of stuff that Peter Schweitzer discovered for his book Invisible Coup, where you have so much Chinese tourism, birthright tourism, that you have maybe 1.5 million Chinese living in China. But American citizens who can vote in our elections. And remember, overseas voters, they can pick what precinct they want to vote in. You can literally have a million Chinese votes pouring into a single precinct.
Jack Posobiec
Hang on. Because of this Schweitzer, this book. Four weeks, five weeks. New York Times number one bestseller. Peter, years of research on this.
Steve Bannon
I want you to repeat that.
Jack Posobiec
1.5 million. Because of this birth tourism, 1.5 million are living back in mainland China. They're Manchurian voters. They're living in China, and they're eligible to vote here. Neil, how outrageous is that?
Neil McCabe
It's incredibly outrageous. Consider that they were doing it for Hong Kong citizenship. And the Chinese government shut it down in 2013 because they know the game. There are hundreds of businesses in Southern California who do this now on the books. It's illegal to come to the United States for this kind of if you're pregnant, you come to the United States just to give birth for this citizenship, that's illegal. But who can police this? And it's rife with visa fraud and everything else, and there's millions of dollars being made. And so Schmidt had this hearing today to basically lock down legal and constitutional arguments and then bring in Schweitzer to talk about the practical dangers to our democracy and national security.
Jack Posobiec
Steve okay, let's go ahead and go to your interview, and then I want to come back for your observation. Mike Howell's on. And I wanted Mike, I wanted to play this before Mike to get his observations on this, too. Let's go and play it.
Neil McCabe
This is real America's Voice, national political Reporter Neil W. McCabe. And joining us is Missouri Republican Senator Eric Schmidt. Senator, thank you for joining us on rav.
Senator Eric Schmidt
It's great to be with you.
Neil McCabe
You held a hearing today. You're the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee subcommittee on the Constitution. Your hearing was on birthright citizenship with a specific focus on illegal aliens and tourists. What was the purpose of this hearing, sir?
Senator Eric Schmidt
Well, I think it sets the stage for what's coming next month. You've got oral arguments on the big birthright citizenship case. John Sauer, who's my former solicitor general, be arguing that. And a lot of briefs have been submitted on that on that front. And I think it does a couple things. It sets the stage for that for the case. It raises the profile of the issue, which I don't think we talk enough about in this country, especially now that we're celebrating America 250. What does citizenship mean? I mean, it's kind of a fundamental question for a sovereign country. And what we've seen over the years is that being degraded in some ways by allowing the abuse that we've seen. You know, this idea, as Peter Schweizer testified, you know, there's a million and a half people living in China right now that were born in the United States, that are sort of Manchurian citizens that could theoretically vote in this country. I mean, this is the kind of, you know, sort of tourism that we've seen. It's being marketed around the world, where in your last weeks of your pregnancy, come here, have your child in the United States and leave. I mean, this is a real abuse and I think highlights the flaws with the with the arguments that have been presented by the other side.
Steve Bannon
Side.
Neil McCabe
You've submitted an amicus brief for that case that's before the Supreme Court. The ruling, the ruling sort of document or case now is the, the Wong Kim Ark case that was ruled in 1898. What are the flaws with that case?
Senator Eric Schmidt
Well, I think, look, the original public. I think what the case comes down to is, is the court going to recognize the original public meeting of the jurisdictional argument about what does that mean? Of course, it means the original meaning of that was that there was some sort of loyalty to the United States. It didn't mean that if you were here as an ambassador and had a child, that your child was then an American citizen. That's never what it meant. And the drafters of the 14th Amendment were pretty clear about that. So I think that, you know, if you take a sort of an originalist or textualist view of the 14th Amendment and how this came about, which was meant to, to bestow citizenship on the children of slaves who were, you know, recently emancipated, you can't come to the conclusion that the system that we have now was intended.
Neil McCabe
And finally, the president put out an executive order on birthright citizenship. Is there a chance that we could see Congress codify that, sir?
Senator Eric Schmidt
I would hope so. I would hope so. I think that's something we should move forward on. I think that this is a. We'll see what the court does. The 14th amendment, I think, kind of makes it clear. So I think probably after the disposition of that case, we'll know a lot more and we wouldn't want to undermine, I don't think, any of the arguments because I think right now that is the case, right, that this, this current interpretation of birthright citizenship is counter to the original public meaning of the 14th Amendment. But, but I do think highlighting these issues and the actual abuse, which is the point of the hearing that we had earlier today.
Neil McCabe
Senator Smith, thank you for joining us on Real America's Voice.
Senator Eric Schmidt
Anytime.
Steve Bannon
You're right, Neil.
Jack Posobiec
I mean, the great state of Missouri you have delivered. I mean, Schmidt, that's a fighter. Hawley Sauer, the deputy director of the FBI. It's incredible. What's your takeaway? We're trying to get to Peter on tomorrow. This book, I keep saying, is a must read. The shocking develops how our enemies, not our friends, our enemies, have used our immigration law and mass migration to try to destroy us internally. And every page is a revelation. His testimony today was also electric up there, if you listen to it. And of course, the Democrats don't want to listen to it. What was your takeaway from the Schmidt
Neil McCabe
Interview Neil yeah, I thought that the senator absolutely nailed it. He's right on. This isn't just, this wasn't just performative. This is actual dealing with, with legal arguments, constitutional arguments, the practical dangers, so that people who paid attention to this could then become centers of influence in their communities and they could talk about this so that you have sort of informed MAGA voters who can then call their congressmen and their senators and get involved in this. Because I didn't understand the scale of it until I heard Schweitzer talking. And it's not just China, it's Russia, it's Turkey, it's Nigeria, it's Brazil, it's, it's a whole program to basically undermine the United States and American citizens using our own constitution against us.
Jack Posobiec
Neil, social media, where do people track your reporting?
Neil McCabe
Steve, you can find me at all the socials at. Reporter McCabe, thanks for having me on.
Jack Posobiec
Neil, thanks. Great, great interview. Mike Howell joins us. And Mike, just so the audience knows you're doing this, you've got a baby that could come any moment. So I really appreciate you doing this and we got it for this story in Axios. But I gotta ask you, because you've been one of the great fighters in this whole thing, this 14th amendment. What's coming up. Senator Schmidt Schweitzer's testimony today, 1.5 million babies born here in the United States on this tourism that live in the mainland China under the, under the auspices or under the rule of the Chinese Communist Party that can vote in the, when they're eligible, can vote in the United States of America. The 14th amendment. Sir, your thoughts?
Mike Howell
Yeah, I think the Constitution is pretty clear. And the interpretation that comes out of that court case is obviously absurd. It's so stupid that obviously our enemies have taken great advantage of it. Not just, you know, the horde storming over the borders, but, you know, real sophisticated plans by China and the like. And what Peter put out in his book is just jaw dropping. But what really upsets me the most about it is the fact that he got a lot of that data from China because China is keeping track of how much they're taking advantage of us. And the US Government's not even really housing all this data in one place. So as a country, we're not taking it seriously, but they, the enemies certainly are. And the implications are dire. Obviously, if things heat up with China, the fact that they have such a large political constituency like spread out to, through the country with citizenships, a major national security problem.
Jack Posobiec
Mike, far be it for me to say that the clips that somebody's watching alive when you were on about your new mass deportation coalition and particularly the momentum, I've never seen really a launch of a new entity that has as much heat and back as President Trump would say, you're hot. And then we get this story this afternoon and from Caputo. I mean, he's the most dialed in reporter about the White House. When they actually want to put something out, they go there. And this actually had Blair's name on it. It wasn't like they were hiding it. So the story that broke after how was on the show this morning to talk about the mass deportation coalition is James Blair, who's the political director over the White House. They had a meeting, I guess down at the conference they had where the President talked yesterday that we covered live. I think it was a couple of day conference, and I think they actually had some meetings where they said the one thing they don't want to talk about anymore until after the midterms is mass deportations. Now, does that make any sense at all? Mass deportations? It's about saving the country from, I don't know, the 13, 15, 17, 20,
Steve Bannon
25 million that Biden basically brought in here on his watch.
Jack Posobiec
It's one of the, it's one of the central issues that we won. The 2024 election really blew out everything. Does it make sense to do that? I mean, you've put together this coalition and you kind of put it together for a reason because you weren't, I think you kind of felt, and a lot of people did, that there was appropriate focus on the bad hombres. But what we have here is a problem that's much deeper than the bad hombres, sir.
Mike Howell
Yeah. So there are no coincidences in Washington, D.C. or in politics generally. We launched this thing. It's got tremendous momentum, a lot big players coming together. There's a playbook coming out exactly how to get to 1 million deportations up from the couple hundred thousand of last year. And the response has been telling and it confirms why we did this in the first place. It's because the special interest, the pollsters, the consultants and the rhinos don't want mass deportations. We've known that for a long time. I think Trump knew that when he came down the golden escalator 10 years ago as well and returned the party back to the hands of the working class and the America first movement. But right now, the special interests are trying to take it back. I mean, that's obvious in a lot of different fields, but it's most obvious in deportation. And so as soon as we started poking our head out and really sounding the alarm, and the posse's been great on this, there was a reaction. The first you see the mainstream caucus, which are all the Rhino Chamber of Commerce Republicans, they put out a letter trying to box Mullen in saying, please don't support anybody else, only like this limited small post population of criminals, which, by the way, is Biden Obama policy. And I don't think the president wants to do that. But then today, down at their big, you know, meeting with the House Republicans, the White House, and keep in mind, this is not President Trump, right? This is the White House political director. James Blair gave what I'll call terrible political advice, and he told them, don't talk about mass deportations. As Axios reported, here's why it's terrible political advice is because mass deportations are insanely popular. Proof of that is the 2024 election was Trump's central campaign promise, and he won on it. Now, poll after poll shows that it remains popular. It's growing in popularity. But here's the rub. The people who fund the campaigns, the donors, the major donors, the special interest, and then the consultants and the pollsters who work for them, they don't like mass deportations because they like their cheap labor. And so you have the split within the party of the top verse, the middle and the bottom. And that's what we're fighting against. That's why we launched the mass deportation Coalition. We want the administration to win. If they back away from the president's chief campaign promise, they're just not going to win. And so that's why we're doing this. We got a country to save. And handing power back to the Democrats is just going to make it worse. And I don't care what the Chamber of Commerce or special interests say. I don't care what the sanctuary farms or factories or, or, you know, industrial hubs think, they gotta go. If millions must go, then millions must go. It's what Trump promised. And if he's got to talk about keeping his promises on the campaign trail, if the base is to turn out, that's what we got going on right now. That's what we intend to do.
Jack Posobiec
The, the left understands that this is a turnout election. I mean, and they, a base turnout election. And they did. They did a strong job in this primary down in Texas, where I think they hit presidential cycle levels. And they're not playing for moderates, they're not playing to Republicans. There's always going to be some people disgruntled. They're going to their base and expanding their base. This midterm election is going to be a base turnout election and we have a massive base that will turn out. But one of the things you have to hit the mark on, and I take it I'm hearing that you guys and others are going to be putting out some polling in the next couple of days. But this is enormously popular with the base. Why is it popular with the base? They understand we're losing the country, that you can't allow 15, 20 million people into the country that are here illegally. It destroys the medical service system, it destroys the education system, it destroys the criminal justice system. This is why these cities are hell holes right now, particularly sanctuary cities. This has to happen. We really don't have a choice, do we, Mike?
Steve Bannon
No.
Mike Howell
No, we don't. And the base, the base absolutely gets that. And it's why when President Trump promised it on the campaign trail, they went nuts and they showed up in record numbers for him. But ultimately what this is about is returning, you know, the realignment to pre Trump times, the money interest in the party, want to take it back and give it to the Bushies of the world. And we're not going to let that happen. You know, this realignment needs to stick. It needs to be see enduring winds on really bold campaign promises. And that's what the mass deportation campaign promise was. And all these people, like the Republicans that by the way are still getting President Trump's endorsement, that are now speaking out and undermining that campaign promise and pushing for the White House to walk it back, are doing that because they know it'll destroy the America first movement and take us back to where we're just not going to go. The Democrats know that. That's why they're driving out and going towards their base. And instead we're seeing, you know, the light of the political attention out of this White House and you know, the big, you know, funders of the election trying to focus on this really small subset of, you know, your, your swing district, quote, unquote, moderate Republican. We're just leftist with an R next to their name. And that's what they want because they know if they can do that, they can stop the Department of Homeland Security from actually executing on the agenda and that'll protect, you know, the cheap labor and all the sorts of things that they depend on.
Jack Posobiec
Mike, how. Where do people go to find out more about your mass deportation coalition? Sir?
Mike Howell
Yeah, we're On X at phase two. Deport. That's because it's time to go to phase two. Phase one was just the criminals. Sure. We got the bad hombres out. Now's the time to make good on the promise or check us out@mass deportation.com. pretty simple.
Jack Posobiec
And Mike, thank you. And thank you so much. Given the.
Dr. Thayer
The.
Jack Posobiec
The care and. And focus you have to have on your family. Really appreciate you coming on today.
Mike Howell
All right. Thanks for having me.
Jack Posobiec
Like. Like Mike said, there are no coincidences. That was. That was dropped after. Right after. How's. Right after Hal's. His performance here this morning, which is incredible. I've never seen anything take off like this because people want to come together around a new entity that's going to focus on mass deportations. Dr. Julie Pickren. So, Julie, I'm going to hold. I'm going to play this tape in just a second. It's four minutes, so I want to do that. I'm going to play the tape and take it in. But we got about a minute and a half before I play it. Explain what we're about, who you are, what's your position, and what are we about to see?
Dr. Julie Pickering
Yes. So I'm elected the Texas State Board of education. I represent 12 counties, about 10,000 square miles of Texas. I have about 2 million constituents. And what you're about to see is care. The Council on American Islamic Relations has come before the Texas State Board of Education three times now and tell the press conference making these demands of basically what it boils down to in a nutshell, is removing patriotism from education. They want. They want the Mayflower Compact removed. They want. They want the slaves. They weren't taught that slaves were Muslims and that's why they were enslaved and persecuted in America. It was because their Muslim faith. They want Thanksgiving removed. They want Columbus, Christopher Columbus removed. Columbus Day removed. They want George Washington's Thanksgiving address and Thanksgiving prayer removed. They just have a whole litany of things that they want removed because basically what they want is a rewrite of us and Texas history so that they can remake it what they want so they can indoctrinate our children to have a favorable opinion of radical Islam.
Jack Posobiec
Dr. Pickering, hang on for one second. Let's play the tape. As we get up to run up to break. Dr. Pickering is going to join us on the other side. Let's go and play it.
Dr. Julie Pickering (video)
Howdy, Texas. So today we had the foreign terrorist organization testify before the Texas State Board of Education again, the Council on American Islamic Relations, which Governor Abbott has Designated as a foreign terrorist organization which the FBI has said is the face of the Muslim Brotherhood, another terrorist organization. So today I'm going to dealing with terrorists. They make demands. So I'm going to share with you the demand letter from Shama Zayan, Z A Y A N who says that she is the operations manager for the Council of American Islamic Relations. Okay, so this is what they want. They want taught to students in Texas that one third of all slaves in America were Muslim and that they were enslaved because of their Muslim faith. They were persecuted and killed during slavery because of their Muslim faith. So that's why they were enslaved. I. Y', all correct me if I'm wrong. David Barton, if you're watching this, you are a great historical scholar. Correct me if I'm wrong. We're one third of all slaves in America. Muslim. I, I don't know. I've never seen evidence to that or thought about that. The other thing that they want is they want the Mayfeld Mayflower Compact not to be taught. Another thing that they want is they want Columbus, all references to Columbus and Columbus Day removed. Another thing they want is they want Thanksgiving removed. Specifically, they want the 1789 President George Washington proclamation about Thanksgiving and the Thanksgiving Prayer which is a national archive document. This is a presidential proclamation. They want that removed. They don't want stuff students from Texas learning about Thanksgiving or George Washington's Thanksgiving prayer. Another thing that they want is they want added that the Alamo was influenced by Islam. Did you know, according to them, I mean, this is so laughable. This is such a rewrite of history. Did you know that according to them that the, the design of the Alamo is specific to Islam, Islamic architecture and that the, the people who built the Alamo were trying to honor Islam whenever they built the Alamo? I'm telling y', all, you can't make this up. You just, you cannot make up this rewrite of history that they are wanting. Also, they are wanting to, to, to include several people who have written great works of fiction. I'm going to say it that way. It's a rewrite of American history and Texas history. So I'm going to say these great works of hubris and fiction to be included and teaching our children as facts about Muslim contributions to the founding of the United States of America and Muslim contributions to the founding of Texas. So y', all, I'm telling you, look, here it is. This is the two page demand list from this terrorist organization on what they want your children and what you what, what they want your grandchildren to be taught. And I'm telling you, they're going to hit this big, beautiful wall right here. This is going to be a hard no. This is a beautiful red, white and blue wall that I get to honor. I have the honor of representing you, SBOE7 and I promise you, this terrorist organization is hitting this beautiful red, white and blue wall. We this is not acceptable. We're going to teach Christopher Columbus, we're going to teach the Ten Commandments, we're going to teach Thanksgiving, we're going to teach George Washington Thanksgiving prayer when we are certainly not going to teach that the Alamo was designed and built to honor Islam. So God bless y'.
Dr. Julie Pickering
All.
Dr. Julie Pickering (video)
Y' all keep praying. We're going to keep on winning. And God bless t Texas.
Jack Posobiec
That's Dr. Julie Pickren. She's going to join us after the break right there. That's called standing in the breach. That takes a lot of guts because these organizations and they understand what they're doing right, this is called civilizational jihad. They're going to force it and they're not going to back down. And my question is why are they even able to send letters? They've been designated terrorist organizations by the government of the state of Texas by a decree by the governor, Governor Abbott. But they are relentless and they're well funded and they're well funded by foreign powers, some of the exact same foreign powers that we happen to be putting our Navy in harm's way to protect. And Lindsey Graham, even Lady Lindsay sitting there going, well, you know, you're double dealing us. His words, not mine. We got to get to the bottom of this. This is why Texas, we have to take the stand in Texas to Texas is the jewel and the crown of this union and they know that. That's why you see this Islamic invasion. A short commercial break. We're going to return in the war room in just a moment.
Steve Bannon

I hope this audience and what I want to do is I'll get that. We want to get the letter and send it out to everybody. Dr. Julie Pickering from the Texas Board of Education. What strikes me, ma', am, is the arrogance, the disrespect for this country, the disrespect for our republic, our Constitution, our traditions, and specifically a direct insult to the people in the great state of Texas. I just don't know, having, you know, been in and out of Texas for, you know, 40, 50 years, but really having the opportunity and the pleasure of spending the last five or six, seven weeks there. Texans are some of the proudest people in this country for good reason of what they've done and what they've accomplished. I am just shocked at the arrogance of these people and what they're putting forward, ma'.
Neil McCabe
Am.
Dr. Julie Pickering
So arrogance is the right word because not only are they coming and testifying before the Texas State Board of Education, which is entrusted with the public education of almost 6 million children in the great state of Texas, and about half the states in the country follow our decisions. So not only the arrogance to come and testify before us on these ludicrous demands, but also doing it after the governor of Texas has designated them as a foreign terrorist organization. So they are standing before us knowing that they are representing a terrorist organization. And so it, it's been wild. They've come before the Texas State Board of Education now three times to testify, and they held a press conference in November to, to give out their demands. And so it's just, it's wild that this is what we're fighting now in the great state of Texas is the rewrite of U.S. history and the rewrite of Texas history for what they're wanting is a favorable rewrite to Islam, to radical Islam. And so you can't create it. It wasn't there at the beginning of US History. It wasn't there at the beginning of Texas history. But they want to create this fictional rewrite of history to make Islam favorable to the indoctrination of Texas children. Children and which will ultimately be the indoctrination of America's children, because so many states follow the Texas State Board of Education and our decisions. So that that's where we're at now. Steve so you've seen the video. The press conference was In November, they laid out their list there. That's where they were really talking about Christopher Columbus and wanting to remove Christopher Columbus and remove Thanksgiving, which, by the way, President George Washington's Thanksgiving address was in 1789. The Thanksgiving address, the Thanksgiving prayer, that's a national archive document. That's a presidential proclamation. So why would we not teach our children what the first president of the United States had to say about Thanksgiving and why we were designating Thanksgiving as a national holiday? But they don't want that taught. They don't want Founding Fathers taught. They don't want America's Christian heritage taught. They want radical Islam taught. And then to go even further and desecrate our Alamo, right, The Alamo is sacred to Texans. And so to come in there and say that they want thought that the Alamo was designed and built to honor Islam, that it's just not going to work. That's not going to work for the great state of Texas. And I'm telling you, like I said that video, they're going to hit this red, white and blue wall. My constituents, my almost 2 million constituents in southeast Texas, which by the way, is the most Trump votes in all of Texas. I have a clear mandate from my constituents and the clear mandate for my constituents because I believe the president won almost 70% of the vote in the area that I represent. In Southeast Texas. The clear mandate is they want the president's agenda in education and they clearly want Governor Abbott's agenda in education, which is teaching patriotism, which is teaching American exceptionalism and Texas exceptionalism, and teaching the true history of the United States and America and not this woke indoctrination

Jack Posobiec
through the teaching of a state that epitomizes with all the volunteers and folks that go into the military and the great bases. But the history of the Texas independence, the Texas revolution, what the Texans had to go through to make sure they turned that state into a financial powerhouse. It's the eighth biggest economy in the world. It's almost a country in and itself. And the pride that these people take. Dr. Pickering, hang on one second. I got Dr. Thayer and Dr. Thayer, you're here. We're going to talk about the war in a second. But I want to bring you in because you also did the best analysis, you and Natalie did the best analysis of breaking down the national strategy memo, national defense, correct me if I'm wrong, and this is one of the reasons we got motivated to go to Texas, is what our friends in London told us about how far down the path Texas was on this Islamic invasion vis a vis what London is. And London has fallen, as we know talk about in the national security document the President of the United States put out just a couple of months ago. He put Europe on pages 29 to 32 at the tail end because they said you guys face civilizational erasure. This is exactly how it happens, does it not, Dr. Thayer?
Dr. Thayer
It does indeed. So the National Security strategy of the United States talked about a danger to Europe of civilizational erasure. But as Dr. Pickering's great work is illustrating, that civilizational erasure is taking place within the United States as well. The care letter is an example of that. As Dr. Pickering is taking the lead in Texas, we need to do that nationally as well, recognizing that whether we're in Australia or in Ireland or the UK in Europe, in Canada, in Texas, we face the same fight, which is that there are groups the red green Access is seeking to erase our civilization and has been supremely successful at social doing because they've never encountered any resistance until now with obviously good results in Texas. And again, Dr. Pickering is so important because of the importance of education and the importance of other states using Texas textbooks.
Jack Posobiec
So Dr. Pickering, I know you're a leader in education. Give the brutal truth though, given that letter, given your video, given your presentation here to the country, I would assume, oh, this is slam dunk. Why are we even spending time with this? Cuz it's so ludicrous. That's not the case though, is it? This is gonna be a tough vote, ma'. Am.
Dr. Julie Pickering
It is, it is, Steve. Because the five Democrats have already stood with care at a press conference supporting this. And we have, we have one or two soft Republicans on our board that don't really have a problem. We have one of our, our state Board of Education members, Republican from Houston, that already has tried to remove all founding fathers and patriotism from our state mandated reading list. So this isn't a far jump to go ahead and remove George Washington to make all these removals, Christopher Columbus for him. So this is going to be a close vote. But I'd also like to say that in this discussion at the Texas State Board of Education, I was very quick to come back to say if we're going to teach Islam, then we're going to to teach the Barbary Coast. We're going to teach, when we teach radical Islam, we're going to teach the birth the United States Marine Corps because of Muslims in North Africa taking ships captive, taking European and American ships captive and enslaving the people because it was justified. Because they were Christian. And then you had President John Adams
Dr. Julie Pickering (video)
wasn't president the time you had John
Dr. Julie Pickering
Adams write a letter saying to the Muslims in North Africa, look, America is not a Christian nation, that we're willing to go to war because we want to Christianize other nations. John Adams never said that America was not a Christian nation. They like to cut that sentence off. But that's not what he said. He said that we are not a Christian nation as to go to war to make other nations Christian. But that was the negotiations to stop the Barbary. Stop what was happening at the Barbary coast and happening there with the enslavement and the murder of hundreds, maybe thousands of European and American men and women and children.
Jack Posobiec
No, they would take. They take the women and the children right to the slave block, auction them off right there. So don't. I don't want to hear about the slavery issue.
Steve Bannon
Let's go.
Jack Posobiec
I just want to be specific. Walk us through the critical path of when this is going to happen. Voting, other testimony, and what assistance do you need from this vast audience that has your back? And as I can already tell by the chat and other things, my phone blowing up, that people are outraged about this. So tell us, what's the timing of what's going to happen and how can this audience assist you in your efforts to thwart it?
Dr. Julie Pickering
Yes, sir. What we need is we need public testimony. We had 91 testifiers testify before us in the Texas State Board of Education a couple of weeks ago at our meeting. And all the 91, only two were against this. So we need America, we need the maga, we need patriots. We need y' all to stand up and to speak up, email the Texas State Board of Education, come and testify in Austin before us. Because right now, we only had two people out of 91 that did not support this. Even one of the leading social studies, one of the leading history professors at University of Texas, Austin, Dr. Metz, was supportive of this rewrite of history. So I'm telling you, this is a David and Goliath moment for Texas. But I tell you what, I know my state. I love my state. And the power is always with we the people. We just need to hear from we the people.
Jack Posobiec
Dr. Pickering, what would be the timing? Or have you already set up more hearings? Or should people contact you and say, hey, I want to do it, and then you'll set up the hearings? What's just the logistics of it?
Dr. Julie Pickering
Yes, sir. So the Texas State Board of Education, Our next meeting is Scheduled for the third week of April. We meet Tuesday through Friday. We'll probably take testimony on this on Tuesday or Wednesday, third week of April. So we would love to hear from you. You can email. Actually, you can email us. If people want to get in contact with me, I can share that email. I can share that email address with you@sboe supportexas. I'm sorry, it's sboe support boe.texas.gov if you email there, then they will disperse your emails to all 15 State Board of Education members. But we need our patriots to speak up. We need you to email. We need you to call and we need you to show up in just a few weeks in April to say, this is not right. We are not going to teach a radical Islamification and rewrite of Texas history and U.S. history. We're going to stick with the facts. We're going to stick with founding fathers. We're going to teach the Mayflower Compact. We're going to teach the Ten Commandments, Moses Law. We're going to teach the greatness of America and, and the greatness of Texas and our founding Fathers.
Jack Posobiec
One more time, slow, just the email address and we're going to get it up on a chyron later. But if you can just give us where people can email and then I would like your social media so people can follow you. And we'll make sure the war in posse and particularly the folks down in Texas, the grassroots, they're on fire on this topic. So we'll make sure this thing is packed and we'll definitely outweigh what they brought. But just go slowly and just give us the email.
Dr. Julie Pickering
Okay? They can email. Actually, if you want to email me, I will send it out to the other members. You can email me at juliejulie. Pickren P I C K R E N @S B O E.TexasTex.gov julie.pickren.texas.gov
Jack Posobiec
and
Dr. Julie Pickering
then my if you want to watch your social media, Twitter is at Julie the number 4 tx@julie4tx. Or you can go to my website, www.juliepickren.com But Steve, God bless you. God bless Texas and God bless we the people. That's where the power is always at with the people.
Jack Posobiec
Amen, sister. Fantastic work. You make us all proud. Keep fighting.
Dr. Julie Pickering
Thank you, sir. Pray for me.
Jack Posobiec
You got a lot of people back. You got a lot of. You got a lot of people back you up. Dr. Pickering, we'll get on this one. You got to look at their arrogance. Look at the letter. They sent it. Look at the testimony.
Steve Bannon
And they know.
Jack Posobiec
And they try to intimidate people. That's why people didn't show up the first time. These history professors are all going to kowtow. Are you going to kowtow to them? Ask yourself, are you going to kowtow to them? Are you going to take a stand now? Because it's right now. The fight's not in the future.
Steve Bannon
The fight is right now.
Jack Posobiec
Look what's happening in Texas. And that situation is serious right there. The Democrats, how Tirico gonna win? Come on, man. Look what they support, the destruction of this country, the internal destruction of this country. Dr. Thayer, you're on here today to give us a summary. We started the day with Pete Hegseth, the Department of War. Very systematic walkthrough of what the what CENTCOM and the Joint Chiefs are doing in this methodical takedown. But a lot of things have happened during the day. He promised a big bombing run. They've had a big bombing run. I'm sure it's even going to get bigger later. Your assessment of where we are, as the Iranians are saying now, hey, we hear you. We're going to mine the Straits of Hormuz, sir.
Dr. Thayer
Sure. So Secretary Hegseth did say, and it does seem that that's coming to pass tonight in Iran, that there are major attacks underway. We hope that those are just a continuation of the attritional attacks, going after, of course, remnants that they have in their ballistic missile, cruise missile capabilities, drone capabilities, manufacturing of those capabilities, the distribution of those capabilities, and then deployment of those capabilities. So that's very important. So a continuation of the counterforce target sets which are so important for President Trump's objectives in the war. I would also suspect those are also going to include more naval targets, particularly mines, where the mines are going to be stored in ports, and the continuation of destruction of vessels, even the smaller vessels, as Jack was saying earlier. Right. A Dow could launch a mine, two or three or four mines off of a dhow. So small ships are a great danger in Iran's effort to close the Straits of Hormuz. And the strategic objective of closing the Straits of Hormuz, of course, is to inflict pain on the United States. They want to increase the cost to the Trump administration of continuing this war. So by closing Hormuz, they're preventing oil and gas from exiting, which hurts Americans, which hurts our allies, of course. And really, most countries around the world are going to be affected by this. So their capabilities may be modest in that regard. But the threat of mining, of course, again, as Jack Posobic stressed earlier, is key. Right. That's going to be essential for intimidating the insurers, the shipping companies from attempting to transit the straits.
Jack Posobiec
Yes, because they said, hey, we're not gonna even if we can shore em or the United States guarantees reinsurance, we're not gonna do it because of the crews and the vessels themselves. Real quickly, what did Lindsey Graham mean when he said he's pleading he's a supplicant to Saudi Arabia multiple times over at Fox saying, you guys, we will give you a perpetuity defense agreement if you step up now and attack. And then later he said, I can't send this. I can't go to my state and ask for the sons and daughters in South Carolina to go fight. If you're double dealing us, what is your assessment of what's really happening with our quote unquote allies in the Gulf region, sir?
Dr. Thayer
Well, it's mixed, Steve, of course. So Israel is obviously very important fighting with us, of course, course. And going after different target sets, the counter value target sets, which you call attention to earlier, that is going after the oil industry in Iran, which President Trump does not want to hit, of course, and Israel, of course, taking the lead on leadership, it seems, going after the Iranian leadership. The Gulf sheikdoms of course, are a mix. Right. They were reluctant in this regard. They've taken some hits in very important areas and desalinization, of course, in their oils and Saudi Arabia has as well. I don't understand what's behind Lindsey Graham's desire to create Saudi Arabia as the 51st state of the United States. There's very little strategic logic to that. One element of development which is a cause of concern, Steve, was the sending of parts. Some of the components of the Thaad air missile defense system from South Korea have been sent to the Middle east and that's a cause of great concern. Thaad batteries, of course, are very precious commodities. Low density, very high demand. We don't make many of them, particularly the radars are very difficult to construct and we don't have many of them. Iran claims that four of the radars have been damaged in the Middle east. And whether that's true or not, it seems at least one has been damaged. And thus we're taking components from South Korea and sending it to the Middle East. That has worried the South Koreans considerably and has worried the Japanese and worries Indo Pacom, of course, because again, those assets are precious and they serve a very important deterrent function. In the Indo Pacific. And when you're reducing your deterrent capabilities in the Indo Pacific to serve the Middle east, the fear is that the likelihood of aggression, of course, from North Korea or from Communist China increases. So that was a worrisome development.
Jack Posobiec
Dr. Thayer. We've got to bounce. But also another worrisome development. Axios reported this afternoon that the United States is asking Israel not to hit any more of the oil infrastructure in Tehran. For post war and for just making sure we don't drive these people into some Persian nationalism. We got to bounce. What is your coordinates, sir? That people can follow you?
Dr. Thayer
Well, follow Dr. Pickering. I think that's key to get into that fight Right now that she is standing, she's preventing civilizational erasure. Right? Which is happening right now in Texas. It's happening in the United states. So back Dr. Pickering and her efforts. It's absolutely essential to stop this now and to reverse it. Right. Not to simply stop it, but to begin to reverse these efforts. Efforts. So Dr. Pickering is outstanding and a supporter. 100%.
Jack Posobiec
Dr. Thayer, thank you so much. Look forward to seeing you tomorrow. Another big night in the war. We'll be back at 10:00am Eastern Daylight Time. Thank you, War room, engine room. Date: March 10, 2026
Host: Steve Bannon & Jack Posobiec (WarRoom.org)
Featured Guests: Neil McCabe, Senator Eric Schmidt, Mike Howell, Dr. Julie Pickren, Dr. Thayer
This episode examines what the hosts characterize as the “Islamification” of Texas education, focusing on ongoing battles at the Texas State Board of Education. The episode also discusses birthright citizenship, foreign influence on U.S. elections, immigration, and the broader national security landscape—including mentions of ongoing military action in the Middle East. Special attention is paid to political activism around Proposition 10 (banning Sharia law in Texas), mass deportation initiatives, and grassroots conservative organizing.
The dominant theme: defending “American and Texan identity” against what the speakers describe as radical Islamic influence, with the Texas school system as a key battleground.
“Texas is the jewel of the crown in our union... we’re going to do a breakout session about Proposition 10 and about this situation with this Islamic invasion of Texas.”
— Jack Posobiec (01:53)
“You can literally have a million Chinese votes pouring into a single precinct.”
— Neil McCabe (04:54)
“It's incredibly outrageous...hundreds of businesses in Southern California do this [birth tourism] now on the books. It’s illegal...but who can police this?”
— Neil McCabe (05:36)
“The original meaning...was that there was some sort of loyalty to the United States...The system that we have now was not intended.”
— Sen. Eric Schmidt (08:33)
“If millions must go, then millions must go. It's what Trump promised.”
— Mike Howell (16:57)
“The special interests...don't like mass deportations because they like their cheap labor...That's what we're fighting against.”
— Mike Howell (14:54)
“They want a rewrite of U.S. and Texas history so they can indoctrinate our children to have a favorable opinion of radical Islam.”
— Dr. Julie Pickren (21:05)
“They're going to hit this big, beautiful wall right here...This is a beautiful red, white and blue wall.”
— Dr. Julie Pickren (video, 24:41)
“Civilizational erasure is taking place within the United States as well...other states use Texas textbooks.”
— Dr. Thayer (36:29)
“This is a David and Goliath moment for Texas...[but] the power is always with we the people. We just need to hear from we the people.”
— Dr. Julie Pickren (40:13)
While not the main focus, the episode ends with a quick assessment of U.S. military activity in Iran (strikes, threats to close the Straits of Hormuz), concerns over moves among Gulf allies, and a warning about U.S. defensive resources being reallocated from the Indo-Pacific.
“Sending...Thaad missile defense systems from South Korea to the Middle East…worries Indo Pacom, because those assets are precious...the likelihood of aggression from North Korea or Communist China increases.”
— Dr. Thayer (47:40)
This charged episode of War Room spotlights what panelists call “the Islamification” of Texas education as a microcosm of broader national culture wars. The conversation covers legal efforts to curb Sharia law, the controversy around birthright citizenship and voter eligibility, organizing for mass deportations, and frames the Texas State Board of Education dispute as the frontline against “indoctrination” by radical Islam. The show is a rallying call for grassroots conservative activism, with repeated appeals for listeners to participate directly in April’s decisive school board meeting.
