This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray for our enemies because we're going medieval on these people. I got a free shot. All these networks lying about the people. The people have had a belly full of it. I know you don't like hearing that. I know you try to do everything in the world to stop that, but you're not going to stop it. It's going to happen. And where do people like that go to share the big line?
B
MAGA media. I wish in my soul, I wish
A
that any of these people had a conscience. Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose? If that answer is to save my country, this country will be saved.
B
War room here's your host, Stephen K. Banner.

Foreign. 24th March, year of our Lord 2026. CPAC is going to start tomorrow in Grapevine, Texas, all the way through Saturday. Real America's voice, Patriot Mobile have a huge presence. Let's say that. Going to be a lot of excitement. Real American music. We're going to walk you all through it. You guys are going to really, really, really enjoy it. If you haven't got a ticket, go to cpac.org wharam 17 bucks for four days. Do it and do it today. Neal McCabe, you're at the White House today. So many developments on this war. But also the President took took some questions and kind of pointed direction, you know, Capitol Hill, Save America. This whole DHS funding bill. Mark Wayne Mullins was not just confirmed. President welcoming the board as a new DHS director. Our next guest, Elizabeth Troutman Mitchell actually asked a question about the Save America. We're gonna get to her in a moment from the Daily Signal. Neil, your thoughts? Save America. What's gonna be happening tonight? It hasn't quite had the urgency, although Mike Lee and a couple have dug in there and the President's digging it. He's saying, hey, no deals. That's gonna save America. And you're not gonna tell me what I'm gonna do with ice to try to get some deal on dhs. And in fact, and I'll play this later, it's melted down people. He sent ice to these airports and let's just be blunt, the lines are a lot shorter, they're moving a lot quicker. Part of that I'm sure is the ICE folks have really acted as an auxiliary to tsa. Also, I think maybe word got out and a couple, three folks maybe not going to the airport because afraid. Hey, can you step out of line for a second? Can we see your id? Because the President said Hey, if you're an illegal alien, you go to the airport and ice pulls yet, you can get arrested full stop. Neal McCabe, the White House, what happened?
C
Well, I think another component of that, just to follow up on the ICE at the airports, is that the TSA agents are now saying, well, wait a minute, we might be replaced. And so there are sick outs all over the country. Atlanta is at 40%, JFK is at 25, LaGuardia 16. There's 20 airports that have no sick outs because they're run by contract screeners. And these are mostly, you know, Yellowstone Airport and Sarasota Airport, but also San Francisco International has contract screeners. So there's no sick outs. And those 20 airports are just cruising along like nothing's wrong. And I think tsa, those agents may find themselves out of a job if they continue to play the sick out. But going back to SAVE act, John Thune said today that they are continuing to push on the SAVE Act. And I've been talking to people who say that Lisa Murkowski, the Republican from Alaska who has been seen as a no may become a yes. And they're talking to her, the Lee people are talking to her and she has some concerns about, you know, the verification if people have to, you know, fly or go great distances to, say, go to Anchorage to get their documentation. Maybe she wants an exemption for older voters, say over 65. And you know, people might take those, you know, because over time those voters are going to age out and eventually everyone will be certified, you know, as it comes. So if Murkowski comes on board, that's actually a huge plus because that shows momentum on the SAVE ACT side. You are going to see some sort of shuttling around. It's almost like a two card Monty with the homeland funding bill because Thune is filing a bill. I don't know if he's filed it yet, but he said today at his press gaggle that he was going to be filing a bill that would basically fund, fully fund Homeland Security except for the deportation and law enforcement operations of ice. And they'll just put that to the side and they're willing to compromise on, you know, body cams, but there'll be no compromise on masks or any kind of identification or, or name tags on the ICE agents. And so that's where Thune is right now. And you know, he's, he's trying to get something done because he's getting pressure from the president. But you know, if they don't move something, if they don't move something on, on the, you know, with ICE or without ice, they could go to what's called the reconciliation. That's, that's a simple majority bill that you can use once every fiscal year. They may just use reconciliation to get Homeland Security done. And if they go that route, because you only get one bite at the apple, they may load in the Epic Fury supplemental and a bunch of other supplementals. And so you'll see a lot of projects piling on if they do go to reconciliation.
A
Steve yeah, I'm not so sure the reconciliation that easy. Caroline Wren just blew up Kennedy on Twitter a moment ago. I'll read that one. Elizabeth Mitchell joins us. Here's the thing, Murkowski. I would say no deals. I don't want to hear over 65, hey, look, over 65 people, 65 years old to me, are kids, okay? Kids. You can get your documentation and prove you're a citizen. If you prove that, if you've been around this long voting, it should be simple. We shouldn't be watering this down. And I don't like carving ICE out of this on the deportations, because what they're going to try to do is ICE is our hammer. ICE is what put fear into them. And, hey, you're going to have to put fear. You have 20 to 25 million illegal aliens in this country, and they ain't leaving. You're not leaving. This is why Bovino, Jack Posopic and I used to talk about Bovino. I loved him because we used to say posobic. And I used to talk and said, that's the type of guy that pacified Gaul under Julius Caesar. We need folks like that because that's what you need to do. And they should have had his back in Minneapolis. What he did in Minneapolis was magnificent in trying to get that crowd down there that is nothing but Marxist jihadist scum, okay? Marxist jihadist scum, the same that's run in New York City right now. And they can't trade them out. I'd like to know. In those compromises, I don't like the fact that they've taken the mask off of the ICE agents in the airports. Because what they're trying to do is dox them so they can get to their families and intimidate. We have to have the back of these, of these ice, of these ICE agents. Also, in addition, have we worked out Mark Wayne Mullen's kung fu fighter was signed in today. He's dhs. Do we have any clarification about judicial warrants? Because this is a massive issue, you know, if we go along what Mark Wayne Mullins wants to do and have to get a judicial warrant to go into any business or any home, if you're not actually chasing in pursuit of a bad guy, a bad hombre, it's going to take us 100,000 years to remove the 20 million illegal alien invaders here. And we don't have 100,000 years. We have to do it now, now, now. This is why I'm so supportive of what Mike Howell and the team has pulled together on the mass deportation coalition. If you look at the who's who, that's, you know, the Rosemary Jenks, everybody's in back of that. It's people that have been at the forefront of this fight for decades. So do you have any sense with either Markway Mullens or what, Thune? Because Thune is weak. He's just weak. You see this? There's no, the only time he has any urgency, Neil, is when the President of the United States gets on the phone with him and said, look man, you're supposed to be a leader. Where are the votes? And then it's a little bit of energy, but it's all performative just to get President Trump off his back. You know why? Because like Tommy Tuberville told us and you said the other day, they don't actually want this. They don't really want the SAVE Act. They don't think Trump, the election was stolen in 2020 or if it was, they just want to, you know, let's move on. It's too hard to go, you know, go back and do this is The Kemp, Thune McConnell Republican controlled opposition that got us in the mess we're in by just letting the radical Democrats run roughshod over. So do we know. Look, it's, I think it's terrible to carve ICE out because once they carve ICE out, they're going to have us.
D
Right?
A
It's going to be tough. But do you know where Mark Wayne Mullins right now is standard policy over dhs, where we stand with mass deportations, which the political side of the White House does not. Those are the words that cannot be spoken. Mass deportations and particularly judicial warrants, sir.
C
Well, he probably, he pretty much gave away the store during his confirmation hearings. That's Mullen. But today Thune, you know, you're talking about his energy. He was low energy, Jeb. Today he basically said that we're going to give the Democrats the reforms that they're asking for. And you know, he says every time we try to negotiate with the Democrats. You know, they, they distance themselves, they walk away. They don't want to deal with us. We've been trying to deal with them, but they won't talk to us. It's not really a position of strength on the Thune side. Meanwhile, you know, Schumer goes up there and he says, hey, the Republicans have voted against funding TSA eight times. So Thune Schumer's coming in large and in charge and Thune just isn't up to it.
A
Now, this fight, it's going to be difficult. Are they going do you have any current updates? Are they going to the floor? They've been coming in about 7 or 8, staying till about 11. Are we going to go through that again? Because Mike Lee is still trying to work a legislative process, not a messaging bill. Do you know what's going to happen tonight? You know, what's the logistics?
C
The logistics right now is they haven't gone to Homeland Security yet. And so they're just going to be they'll be trading back and forth. And see, that's the other thing, Steve, until if the Republicans stop talking, it forces the Democrats to hold the floor and that's your real filibuster. But until then, they're basically carrying the Democrats and not forcing the Democrats to, to take and hold the floor. As soon as the stopping talk, as soon as the talking stops, they have to vote, Steve.
A
Yeah, well, even Tuberville saying he doesn't know if he gets the 51. So let's and by the way, I think they, I think Stitz, the governor of Oklahoma, I think his replacement is going to take Mark one because we're at 52. I think we go back to 53 because he made a recommendation. This guy, he sworn in this afternoon.
C
This afternoon, Steve, sworn this afternoon.
A
This brother gave money to kinzinger after Kinzinger's J6 activities. I'm not a fan of the Oklahoma's got the most MAGA and is the reddest state in the Union and man, they got some political class down there. I still can't figure out like the governor who says what are you making a big deal on these illegal aliens, man, we can't ship them all back. Yeah, you can ship them all back and that has to be your position. And then he puts up a guy I'm not so sure the due diligence. But I understand that he gave money to Kinzinger. Who's the worst? He's right next to Liz Cheney. He's right below Liz Cheney. He's like her deputy during the darkest days of J6.
C
Okay.
A
I'm not talking in March 2026. It looks very different, but you go back to those dark days in 21 and 22, and this audience remembers guys like Kinziger was turfed out of the House of Representatives. Liz Cheney was humiliated by maga. We had. This was our vengeance. And I don't know why we got a guy in there that's writing checks for Kinzinger when Kinzinger could not be more up in President Trump's grill about how President Trump was guilty for all this. Neil, where do people go? I know you got a lot of people. Double and triple duty. Go ahead.
C
I was just gonna say Kinzinger was like the Madame dufage of the J6 committee. And they can find me on all the socials. Steve at reportermccabe.
A
Thank you, sir. I appreciate you. That's always one of my favorite references. If you don't catch that, it's from Tale of Two Cities. And if you've ever had the opportunity to see the film Black and White film, I think from 1935. And I think Norma Shearer, I think she played Marie Antoinette in Marie Antoinette. Anyway, in the Tale of Two Cities, Madame Dufarge was mesmerizing. She was a revolutionary, but she was basically worked in a wine shop with her husband. And at the end was the one that was like singling him out to go cut this head off at the guillotine. Incredibly powerful. Great analogy right there. We got a cold open for Elizabeth Mitchell, who joins us. Let's go and play it. We'll bring her in.
E
Would you be open? Are you hoping to see the Senate pursue reconciliation 2.0 to fund ICE and pass the Save of America?
A
Well, we'll see about reconciliation. We're certainly talking about reconciliation. I think Mark Wayne.
F
Right.
A
Do you want to talk about that for a second? Now that he's working, we can get him to do this.
B
Thank you. Lindsey Graham, the chairman, where the reconciliation will funnel through. He is committed to making sure we get reconciliation through. If that is in some form with funding, ice, possibly backfilling from the one big beautiful bill, but also, more importantly, the Save American Act. There's a framework that we can do through reconciliation, paying for it, put some of the policies that cost money in, because there's nothing more important than the Save American Act. I mean, that's what the American people want. There's 80% of the population say they want only Americans voting, citizens that are registered to vote citizens that have done it the right way. And, and I believe that everybody wants an election in territory. So fortunately, Lindsey Graham has said through reconciliation, he's willing to put the framework out for that.
A
There's a little controversy about Senator Kennedy, I think, went on Fox Afternoon and Caroline Wren somehow lighten him up. We'll get more detail on that later. Elizabeth Troutman Mitchell, first off, I have a question that the audience wants answered. How do you write these amazing exclusive stories about artificial intelligence? All the complexity. And Bluey's got you. You have the White House beat, too, so you're in the Oval sitting for that and asking questions. I mean, Bluey's got to up your pay or get you some help, ma'. Am. How can you do both?
E
Thanks for asking. I don't know. Just really enjoy, really enjoy this work.
A
Great, great question. Give me a SAVE Act Reconciliation dhs, because it's kind of a. It's one of these ones that inside baseball in D.C. it gets so complicated and the grassroots just wants to kind of say, like, what is going on here? We don't really see the energy in the Save the Act, Save America act, except for the Mike Lees and the. And Eric Schmidt and a handful of others that are pushing and try to get to a legislative process. The others are kind of like kabuki theater. Then you've got this whole situation with the funding bill. And now we're hearing that they may, to get a deal, may pull ICE out, which, as you know, ICE is the beloved entity of the war room in the War on Posse, because they're the guys, the internal. They're the people actually send people home, which is kind of the purpose of the exercise is to somehow deport, I don't know, 10, 15, 20 million people somehow. So, Elizabeth, make it make sense for us, ma'. Am.
E
So there's two kind of big things going on right now, Congress. One needs to pass a funding bill to restore funding to the Department of Homeland Security so that the airport lines aren't so long, TSA gets paid, et cetera. Secondly, they need to pass the Save America act, which President Trump has said is his number one priority. And so a plan has been put together to actually combine these two things. So what this plan is is Democrats do not want to fund ICE at all. So the plan that's going around is that the Senate would vote to fund dhs, but separate ICE funding from that ICE would continue to remain funded because it was funded by the one big beautiful bill. And then later on a reconciliation bill which requires 50 votes instead of 60 to pass the Senate, making it a lot easier to pass because it doesn't require any Democrat support. Reconciliation bill would then fund ICE on for the next year. But what the proposal is is adding the Save America act onto that reconciliation bill because it would help to only require those 50 votes because Democrats are not going to vote once again to pass the Save America Act. So I asked President Trump today after he swore in Mark Wayne Mullen to lead the Department of Homeland Security if he wants to see reconciliation 2.0 and if he wants to see that being the vessel to pass the Save America Act. And he said he's looking at reconciliation and then passed the MIC over Mullen, who said that this is in fact the plan that Lindsey Graham is going to lead the way on passing the Save America act through reconciliation. However, there are some potential issues that could arise with this which we can break down as well.
A
Well, I want to break it down because if Lindsey Graham's involved, that means the $200 billion, the supplemental for the war in Iran is gone. This is what Lindsey Graham cares about. Lindsey Graham could care less about Save America. He could actually care less about DHS funding and ICE deportations. He's kind of an amnesty guy. He damn well cares about that $200 billion because he's frothing at the mouth every night on Fox in this reconciliation. These things are quite complicated. That's why you can pass them with a majority other than the 60. I think you have to. The parliamentarian really gets involved here. You have to have pay fors. This can't increase anything. And if they're going to do it, I guess it means, Elizabeth, the $200 billion are going to have to get carved out of somewhere. Am I correct? Because clearly reconciliation, Lindsey Graham, means Somehow the 200 billion is going to show up here in this process over the next couple days.
E
Yeah. So the issue here is that the parliamentarian, like you said, is very likely to strike down any provision reconciliation, which doesn't directly rel to the budget. Save America act does not relate to the budget very directly at all. So she will likely strike this down immediately before it even goes to a vote. So while this strategy will get everyone, every Republican and every Democrat on the record about voter id, which of course is extremely popular with Americans, it's unlikely that this could actually succeed in passing the bill. However, Senator Kennedy, as you mentioned earlier, has said maybe they could get the Congress's smartest lawyers to write the in a way that the parliamentarian wouldn't be able to do the birdbath on and strike down. So we'll see if that's a possibility
A
now. So we're going to have you back on because this is enormously complicated. And President Trump, I mean, he's trying to fight a war. He's got everything in the world on his mind he doesn't have. The Senate rules are so arcane for a reason. So only a couple of senators know how it really works. So we'll follow this closely. But remember, you've got to fund a war. He's trying to get the Save America act, they're trying to fund DHS and the Democrats sitting there blocking everything. And as long as the lines are long and President Trump's getting blamed, they'll keep it out. They'll keep it out forever. Now, I want to pivot to your. And by the way, we just announced that I think out in New Mexico, the jury found Meta guilty, I guess, of child exploitation in this case brought by some parents. I think we're going to clip here in a minute. And you just wrote this amazing piece on AI, which I'm going to get to in a minute. But any observations on that? Because this is one, actually, I think Zuckerberg had to come and testify. And this is by a handful of parents. Some of these not these exact parents, but other parents like this we've had on the show many times. This, I think, shows you. Elizabeth, as we get into your AI story about child safety, the country is very attuned now to what social media has done to the children and kind of accessed, unfettered access they've had to the children. And so even people who are not that engaged in politics are starting to put this at the top of their agenda. Is that, is that you think what New Mexico shows us?
E
Yeah, I think that this is absolutely huge, probably the first of many such cases. It's really being brought to light in a new way that social media has harmed children. I've spoken to parents, as have you, who have told me about how the addictive algorithms have repeatedly shown their children content about suicide, depression, anxiety leading to their kids, in many cases taking their own lives. So this is a very serious matter here and glad to see some justice for these families.
A
Elizabeth, let's get up. You had your, you did an exclusive today. It's about this letter. It's very important. You did have the photo of Ted Cruz. And remember, Ted Cruz kind of led the amnesty side. But I do think, and this is part of the process, that maybe Senators Cornyn And Cruz and others realize that the base of this party is really up in arms about this topic and this AI. I'm telling you, folks, behind the scenes, where is. You don't see a lot of energy in Save America right now. You see a lot of energy in this massive fight to somehow codify the president's executive order into law. Do you want to talk to us about this exclusive piece that you've got up over the Daily Signal, ma'?
E
Am? So what we have here is there's a bipartisan group of 20 state senators in Texas that includes Angela Paxton and many others who are saying that they want their US Senators, that being John Cornyn and Ted Cruz, to fight for stronger child protections against AI. So we're dealing with the House version of the Kids Online Safety act versus the Senate version. And the House Energy and Commerce Committee recently passed the King act, which includes a version of the Kids Online Safety act, which these senators and other child safety advocates say is not as strong as the Senate version, which came from Senator Marsha Blackburn. So they're saying that the duty of care, which is something we've talked about before on this show, which means who's responsible for kids safety? Is it the parents or is it the tech companies? These senators are saying that the duty of care is not appropriately on the tech companies in the Kids Online Safety act, the Senate version, making it too weak to truly protect kids. And so they are asking Senator Cruz and Senator Cornyn to fight to make these protections stronger for kids.
A
The reason this is huge news. I mean, Cornyn's right in the middle of a grassroots firestorm with Paxton. And I think there's going to be reporting in the next 24 hours that they don't know if his endorsements coming. I mean, Cruz is one thing, but Cruz is not in this cycle. Right. And he's been kind of adamant. He's been kind of a leader for the tech bros. But Cornyn is right in the crosshairs. I mean, this could really force him to make a very uncomfortable decision, could it not?
E
It could. I think when we've talked about the White House AI framework that was released Friday, I think we can expect to see Cruz be quite a leader in codifying that in the Senate because he, as you said, has been involved in these kind of conversations, has been supportive of preemption to some extent. And so I think we can expect to see a lot from him. We know what side he'll take. Cornyn's more of an unknown, and so it'll be really Interesting to watch where he falls on this really important issue.
A
One of the things that's so important about your article, preemption was always talked about about going back to the states. And we've seen Ron DeSantis essentially from the red state side kind of take the lead on this. Of course, Newsom for the blue states in California, but we haven't heard a lot of Texas. These state senators are showing you that this is a burning hot issue at the state level. And I'm not quite sure that even the administration understands, particularly after this situation in New Mexico. And I realize they're not exactly the same things, but they're close enough for government work. It's going to put even more heat on people at the state and the state representative level. This is a big deal for people in Texas. Do you think it's this letter and your article that's finally going to get through and say, hey, look, we just can't shine on these states? We've really got to work this out together because there's massive political pressure here.
E
There's definitely a lot of pressure mounting on child safety from around the country. Yesterday was the launch of a pro family coalition called the alliance for a Better Future. And they launched with some powerful new polling showing that 83%, I believe, of Americans support guardrails to protect kids on AI. We know that this is a wildly popular issue. The vast majority of Americans do want state laws which protect kids from potential AI abuses to remain on the books. And so I think that pressure will definitely play a role in this upcoming fight to pass this national framework on AI.
A
In fact, just 24 hours ago, at this very moment, he was on the show, the new chairman or the new head of it. We got about 30 seconds. Where do people go to get your writing and to put pressure on Rob Blowey to get your raise?
E
You can read my work@dailysignal.com and follow me on X. Heliz Mitchell,
A
Liz, you're absolutely terrific. Keep fighting, keep working.
E
Thank you so much.

Fraudulent petitioners on skid row are now paying the homeless to forge names, forge addresses, and forge signatures of registered voters.
A
What are you using, Teresa? No, I'm gonna give you an address to write.
D
Oh, okay. Okay.
B
Yeah, yeah.
D
Quick becoming a widespread scheme that can be found on almost every street corner in downtown Los Angeles.
A
You gonna go do this? They gonna give you another $3. Then you gonna do somebody else. They gonna give you another $3. So you guys are all working together?
B
You act well.
A
You scaring me.
D
We find thousands of names and addresses of registered voters being handed out to the homeless on scraps of paper.
A
Oh, cool. They pay you? Yeah.
C
How much?
A
Oh, what name you have there?
D
Oh, it's Vicki.
A
You're Vicky, huh? He gave me the name. Oh, cool.
D
We track down the disenfranchised voters at their homes to get the reaction to their signature being forged. They're giving names of currently registered voters and one of them is a Vicki Walker. I assume that's his address.
A
I still get her ballot.
D
But you still get her ballot? Yeah.
A
Doesn't live here at this house. Nearly nine years ago.
D
Okay. That's why I always feel really weird when I get the voting ballot because,
A
you know, obviously that's project.
E
Definitely want to stay informed.
C
We definitely want to follow through on
E
this and see where they're getting this information happening. This information.
A
I just hope we get a stop to this soon. I mean, I didn't know that they were using my. My name and address for. But it's political fraud. That's what it is. Right? Yeah.

Just hopefully the governor and the district

attorney just put a stop to this. You know,

Last week we exposed a major election fraud scheme deep in the heart of skid Row Los Angeles. What the fraudsters described as a pyramid.
A
If it's. If it's if it's o', Keeffe, it's always going to be great photography and great music. James o' Keefe joins us. This is another element of this. James, what strikes people, I think, in doing this undercover video is how it's an open bazaar. I mean, they're not trying to hide it. This is like a process they've gone through over and over and over again. It looks like. Walk us through what's exactly happening in Los Angeles, sir.
D
What you just watched, it's a 12 minute video, is. I don't think anyone's ever captured this on video before. Maybe your audience can correct me if I'm wrong, but they're actually giving cash to homeless people tens of thousands of times. You see a couple dozen instances of it in this video and they're telling the homeless to vote in the names of other registered voters. And it appears to be a coordinated conspiracy. We're trying to figure out who's behind this. But these are petitions, California ballot petitions. And you watch them Give what are 2, 3, 5 dollars cash to the homeless on skid row. That's in downtown la, worst area of Los Angeles. And they're taking advantage of the homeless who have no idea what it is that they're signing for petitions like Tax the rich and petitions on Uber and other propositions in the state of California. So this is the first time, I think if anyone's ever done this, where you actually prove non circumstantial evidence of a felony caught on camera in this video. This is the second installment. We're calling it the Justice League because it's not just me, it's Cam Higby, Savannah Hernandez, Anthony Rubin. There's a number of brand new citizen journalists working alongside me. Not working for me, Steve. And we're going to be releasing a tape every single day until somebody gets arrested.
A
James didn't. There was an altercation, I think Higby and yourself. Here's my point. It's quite dangerous what you're doing. People should understand. There are thousands of homeless down there. This is very dangerous. This is a very dangerous. They've made downtown LA and parts around Santa Monica. Santa Monica free. All over Los Angeles with these folks that are down and out, but there's some bad hombres mixed in there and some dangerous people just psychologically on drugs, alcohol. Some people don't know what they're actually doing. What shocked me is how brazen the people sign them up and giving the money, it's like there's no fear of being Caught. But I think that. Weren't you guys in the other day, that it got a little.
D
Yeah, we were assaulted. Yeah, there's been two violent assaults. My producer got punched in the neck. I was standing a few feet away. There was some pepper spray deployed that got into the eyes of my other colleague and I had to run out of there. We had security, but there was a security lapse. And then Anthony Rubin, my colleague, was assaulted by one of these petitioners. So there's been two batteries against my team. It's a remarkable piece of video. There it is. It's playing right there for you. There it is. He's getting clocked in the neck. That's Andrew, my producer on the street in la. This is extremely dangerous. And you're right, it's happening in broad daylight. There's petitioners behind this. We have reason to believe there's gangs behind this. This is elections, by the way, just so your audience knows, it's a federal felony. The Department of Justice has jurisdiction. If you're paying someone to register to vote in the federal election, it's a federal felony. All the other crimes you see are state felonies, Voter impersonation on California petitions. Now, there has been a development, Steve. We've heard back from everybody. We've heard back from Gavin Newsom. He did not attack us. He said they should arrest the people in the tape. We've heard back from the Los Angeles County District Attorney. They've opened up an inquiry. The California Secretary of State's office is working with me. They want to arrest someone and the Los Angeles Police Department. We filed a police report. We've also heard back from the United States Attorney in California, Federal prosecutor named Bill Asalia, who works for Pam Bondi. There needs to be arrests, they need to arrest people. There needs to be accountability in this country. And my solution is I'm going to put a public pressure campaign so intense every day, each day, with an army of citizen journalists until somebody is arrested.
A
Well, we're here to be a platform to help you do that, James. I think also I've heard, as your first tapes came out the other day, people got to remember, although we sometimes are not competitive in elections out there, and President Trump's going on and on and on about how he's one of the popular vote there, he thinks they're stolen. And as a really. We can prove they've been stolen all over the country. He wants to prove in California. I remember on an absolute basis, there's more MAGA voters in California probably than any Other state, maybe even Texas and Florida, I mean, because it's such a massive state with over 40 million people. I've heard so many people say this is what we need. We need people not to forget about California. The sheriff out there, I think just, he just, it took 650,000 ballots from the 25 election that he's saying there's something wrong with it. It seems like California, since it's kind of fallen off the map of MAGA being so intense, although there's so many MAGA voters that this stuff is just kind of brazen. Is this why you're now making of all the other things you could do? You're making such a big show of force from o' Keeffe Media Group in California? Yeah.
D
And it's not just o' Keeffe Media Group. We're calling it the Justice League, which is the Knights of the Round Table, the Citizen Journalist Justice League. What's so special about this, and I was talking to Betty Johnson about this, is that these other citizen journalists don't work for me. Cam Higby doesn't work for me. He's got his own platform, his own YouTube channel. Savannah Hernandez. Anthonyrubinmukraker.com I think the future is an individual's, not institutions. Because institutions can be corrupted and they can be co opted and profit can become a problem. And this sort of investigative journalism is extremely dangerous. You mentioned the physical risks. There's that, there's the legal risks, there's how expensive it is. So. But to address your point about California, I read the New York Times Sunday. I always read the New York Times, by the way. I read all the different newspapers, whether I agree with it or not. And the New York Times wrote, and this is, I'm quoting the New York Times quote in person, voter fraud is virtually non existent. It simply doesn't happen. So I mean, this may be the first video in American history that shows and not circumstantial evidence. Because I know you're gonna say, well, we know there's voter fraud, but you never actually see it, do you? You don't really see the cash changing hands. You don't see the bribes. Well, this is the first video ever where you see dozens and dozens and dozens of cash exchanges from gangsters, petitioners and coordinators working alongside the California homeless industrial complex NGOs like the Winegard center, which receive hundreds of millions of dollars of state money. And they're encouraging to give money and to tell them to vote in other people's names. So we have Divergent realities in this country. People are saying that in person, voter fraud doesn't happen. Well, this video shows it happening. And the good news is, and I do think this is good news, that even Governor Newsom of California has come out now and said, this is a felony. We have to arrest these people. Now I have to put pressure on law enforcement locally by keeping putting more evidence, more and more and more evidence until they do something.
A
But you've caught them dead in the act. That's why they can't sit there and deny it. This is what's so powerful before. You know, one part I want to say that's so great is when you go up to the homes of the people's names are actually ripping off and they're sitting there going, what? I can't believe this is happening. The one guy at the end behind the door said, hey, this is criminal fraud. This shouldn't happen. It reminds me of the great case you broke a couple of years ago with the donations, particularly the small money. You go up to people's houses and some person sitting there of pretty limited means. You could tell older person, and you're sitting there go, you know, you've actually donated $5,000 in 50 different times to Act Blue. And they're sitting there going, what are you talking about? It's the punchline to o' Keefe videos is when they go up to the innocent victims and show them what's going on and people's heads blow up. But that's, James, what you've been doing for years, you really, you bring the, you bring the good, you bring the receipts, as we say in the war room. How do people, if they want to. Yeah, go ahead, go ahead.
D
Just two comments real quick. I think the point you made is very important. This is non circumstantial evidence. Most voter election crimes are hearsay. It's a smoking gun. We've heard about it, we saw it. But this is different, Steve, because you see the sticky notes. They're giving the names of the registered voters to the homeless. So that's the first point I want to emphasize. This is non circumstantial evidence. We've had caught them in the act. And that's what's forcing Democrats in California to take this very seriously. And the second point, I mean, we visited one voter, his name was Vicki, right? And we visited this voter's home in Los Angeles. Hey, are you Vicki? And the guy goes, vicki hasn't lived here in nine years. And I've been getting Vicki's ballot For nine years. And he goes, I named my cat after this mysterious Vicky person because I keep getting their ballot every year. It turns out in skid row, they're giving the name of Vicki and the address to a homeless person and asking them to sign and forge their signature. We don't know who this Vicky individual is, whether they're dead or alive. But this is a developing story. And I think first we have to prove that this is even reality. And right now, Americans don't have a shit understanding. How can they support it? I mean, we're a nonprofit citizen journalism foundation. Donations are tax deductible. There you have the website OMG and cjfusa.org and this is developing story. We're going to be breaking a video tomorrow, the next day, the next day, the next day. And I'd love to come back on to talk about what we unearth.
A
You can. We are open to you. Come on. Every day. Where do people go? The Justice League or o' Keeffe Media Group? Where do they keep up with the backstory? Maybe the ones they've missed? And going forward every day, when you drop one, how do they get it hot off the press?
D
O' keefemediagroup.com O', Keefe, O K E-E-F-E MediaGroup.com is the website where we can redirect you to these places. But this is all over social media. This is a collective Knights of the roundtable there of the different citizen journalists trying to get Nick Shirley involved. He's in California, too. And I think we just got a new submission from a new citizen reporter in Los Angeles. So I'm really excited about this. I've got tapes for two weeks, Steve, every day on X, on Instagram, on YouTube, all over social media. We're gonna be applying the pressure. And stay tuned for that.
A
Yeah, James, just be safe. We need James o'. Keefe. So be safe. Thank you, brother.
D
Thank you.
A
I will. Jumping on here as soon as it came up. James o', Keefe, the Justice League, citizen journalism folks. What they do is very dangerous. Okay, I've got a couple things. I got George Papadopoulos. I have a couple things. One, we had that clip from the White House. We can play in a moment. But, George, you just got back. You were in Russia a couple of weeks ago. I want people to understand. Over St. Petersburg, I think on, I want to say on Saturday or Sunday night, there were 70 to 100 of these drones that were identified by the Russian military as they weren't theirs. And so they shot them down. Now we've got footage, I think, in Ukraine where they're hitting. That they're coming back and hitting Ukraine. I want people. And then McMaster said today we're playing the morning show that the Israelis have taken and not sunk, but hit two Russian cargo ships bringing drones to the Iranians. He said that this kinetic war in the Middle East, I mean, people should understand this thing in the Ukraine is not over by a long shot. It's kind of gone the back burner as we have a shooting war, a bigger shooting war where we're involved. And so now everybody's focused on that 24 hours a day. But just give us a couple of minutes on the dangers we have of this thing in Ukraine becoming kind of merged into this. And then, baby, you got the third World War, sir.
F
Yes, Steve. So Ukraine is literally the most corrupt government on the European continent. And what they've actually become is a liability to US Foreign policy priorities and goals throughout not only Eurasia, but Eastern Europe. What the US has been attempting to do under President Trump is to project power, promote energy security, and really sustain the cohesiveness of our various alliance structures in the Middle east and in Eastern Europe and in NATO. And what Ukraine is doing by escalating the conflict and the tension with Russia, it's really affected all three of these priorities. What the Ukrainians are doing when it comes to energy security is they're trying to block Russian oil exports to Europe, which Hungary and Slovakia are basically begging for. And they're willing to sanction Ukraine because Ukraine is holding them in an energy hostage type of situation that is resulting in rising oil prices and it's affecting the European economies. You have people like Matteo Salvini in Italy, who's a deputy prime minister, who's saying that we have to drop sanctions and start to buying Russian oil because the European crisis has been caused by this situation with Ukraine is affecting our own livelihoods. Then you have this escalation in the Middle east now where you have the Israelis targeting Russian ships in the Caspian Sea along with Ukrainian drones. It really shows you that the United States is not really dealing with equal partners who want to deescalate the situation, but escalate it at a time when the President is trying to prioritize geoeconomics over geopolitics and to slow this thing down.
A
George, also, while we're on it, in fact, I'm going to have you back tomorrow. We'll do the other part that we talked about the other day, but I want to get your Thoughts on Viktor Orban, who is beloved in the global MAGA movement. Right. And a real nationalist, has saved his country, has been such a hero. The sprint to this election, which I think is in a couple weeks in Hungary, he's actually put Zelensky on the ballot. I mean, he's really turned to the Hungarian people and say, hey, look, this is the most corrupt guy on earth. He's put our nation in jeopardy and we're not going to stand for it. Walk me through what Viktor Orban has done in Hungary to really point out that Zelenskyy's a big, as we've said here in the war room, a big part of the problem. What the United States has to deal
F
with internationally, well, that's really exhibit A of the issue and the liability that Zelenskyy and the Ukrainians have actually become for US Foreign policy and really sustaining our alliances in Eastern Europe with conservative governments that really have same ideological perspectives and movements as MAGA in the United States, like Orban. What Zelenskyy has really done here is he's cut off a significant pipeline that linked Russian oil to Eastern Europe through Ukraine into Hungary and Slovakia in order to create an economic crisis and to precipitate an even larger economic crisis in Hungary to affect Viktor Orban's election prospects. Now, this goes diametrically against US Interests to have a man or leader like Orban and others in Eastern Europe and in the European Union so that we do have equal partners and a more sustainable and cohesive NATO. That is really what Orban is talking about here and why this issue in Hungary is so important and people aren't talking about it enough. The president and others have obviously outright supported Orban as a partner for the United States, while Zelenskyy is doing everything in his power to jeopardy not only ORBAN, but the U.S. bilateral relationship with Hungary. And that's something that the United States cannot continue to allow to happen.
A
George, I think one of the most important things that's happened in this war in Iran, when it got to the Hormuz Straits and President Trump said, hey, look, we're going to need some naval support here from our NATO allies. And nobody stood up. The British didn't stand up. The Royal Navy, the French really didn't stand up. They did a little in the Eastern Med, but not down in the Red Sea astray. Hormuz, as we said, this shows you that there cannot be an American security guarantee in Ukraine. The Europeans will never be there with you. They'll talk a good game. But will not be there. George, I want to get your back on what we talked about the other day and was talked about in the Oval Office today. Where do people go in your social media in the interim, Sir?
F
Thanks a lot, Steve. You can follow me on xorgepoppa 19.
A
George Papadopoulos, really always brilliant geopolitical analysis. Thank you, sir. Appreciate you. Okay. Wow, what a day. There are decades in which nothing happens and there are weeks in which decades happen, as I told you and the Sunday show and then Monday morning, I think we're in one of those weeks. It's just absolutely incredible. We only get through one twentieth of what we want to get through on four hours a day in the war room. We'll be up on social media. I want to make sure talk to Philip Patrick. Now's the time you need to talk to the experts. Birchgold.com, kind of the axe in the space when it comes to the selling of physical gold.
