Sometimes you need to lose sight on one of the things you treasure so that you can eventually let go of the things you don't need

Making realistic goals is the first step

Instead of asking yourself how, ask yourself why you need to start working out again. What are some of the benefits you will gain if you start working out again? Start from there

Instead of asking how you can be more productive or how to find time to workout etc. Its better to ask why. Why do you want to be productive? Why do you want to workout ? When you figure out and answer your list of whys, how you do them becomes easier.
