This is Scott Becker with the Becker business and the Becker Private Equity Podcast. Today's story is Elon Musk and SpaceX go big. So so recently unveiled were plans to build the world's largest building outside of Houston, Texas. And this building supposed to cost about $120 billion. SpaceX, the main driver of it, with Elon Musk and maybe Tesla. It's called Tirafab and it's going to house manufacturing, packing and testing of advanced logic and memory chips in a single facility. This is aimed at Elon Musk's efforts to. He basically says there's not enough chips on earth for the compute that's needed for all of the efforts both in the world and for SpaceX, Tesla and other things, whether it's cyber cabs, optimus robots and space based Data Centers and SpaceX travel, that essentially that this is needed to bridge the divide between current global chip supply and the compute demand of the future. I find this to be fantastic and fascinating and much needed. I do worry that so much of it located in one place could put it subject to threat from terrorism or other types of problems in diversifying that chip supply. Manufacturing, yes, it's supposed to create some jobs, but this concept of the US being so far behind in chip manufacturing is a real problem and a real challenge. So I love this project and the ambition of it. We'll see how it goes. Intel's also supposed to play a part in this. We'll see how much of a part of it they play in it. But really in my mind, just fantastic thing that he is doing and trying to do. Let's hope it works. Thank you for listening to the Becker Business and the Becker Private Equity podcast. Thank you very, very much.
