This is Scott Becker with the Becker Business and the Becker Private Equity podcast. Today's discussion is Kanye Tucker in the World is crazy. So here's the quick three points on this. First, Kanye west who went full anti Semite a few years ago, you know, woke up in the morning, posted defcom to the Jews. You truly went over the edge even for anti Semites. You know, almost went full Nick Fuentes and so forth this week, met with rabbis in New York and professed that he's trying to not be anti Semitic and so forth. He reminds me of people that I know that go in and out of crazy based on how their medicines are working. And it's hard for me to tell whether Kanye is more crazy or more hateful or some mix of both, I don't really know. But either one, I'll chalk it up as the win that he met with some rabbis. I don't know if reformed, reconstructionist, Orthodox, what kind of rabbis, but, but better that he did that and tries to sort of come back to the fold of the world versus full on anti Semite. So he's moved a little bit back away from full on anti Semitism. Now Tucker Carlson unfortunately seems to be taking several steps in the other direction. I mean, if you follow Tucker Carlson over the years, he went from being relatively centrist to the full Fox News anchor After Bill O'Reilly got fired. And at that point he became further and further sort of right wing, hard right wing talking points. Then after losing that gig, he seems to have gone and I don't know it, I don't even want to assume it, but it feels like he's one of these people that's gone full on cutter sort of being funded directly, indirectly. And I don't know if that's the case or not. People say that it is, I don't know, it's all over the board. But he seems to have gone full on anti Israel and then also seems to very much sort of work through a lot of the anti Semitic tropes of old and seems to hit it pretty hard. Most recently he hosted Nick Fuentes on his show. And Nick Fuentes is a full on Jew hater, black hater, woman hater, the whole thing really a true on Nazi. And what's happened with Tucker Carlson, what's happened with In Nick Flinders? I don't know if he's just a bad, bad person or if it's the money or both or everything. I don't know. Tucker seems to follow the money. This is how he now has his famous is now how he's making money. It's sort of a shame because I used to. We used to have him at our conferences. I used to visit to find it to be a pleasure and now he just has gone sort of nuclear anti Semite. So will Kanye has come back into the fold. Tucker seems to have gone onto the like right onto the extreme with Nick Fuentes and be really hard to listen to, hard to watch and just appalling where he's going to be sort of the Candace Owens look alike or similar type of person as that Tucker's become. So that's sort of the, the Kanye, the Tucker, the. The Nick Fuentes thing. It's a little bit hard to watch what's what's going on out there. It is what it is but. But thank you for listening at least one for the good guys. That Kanye sort of took a step back from his virulent anti Semitism as imposed a defcom to the Jews in a little bit. Tucker seems to have gone the other direction full on anti Semitism. It is what it is. Thank you for listening to the Becker Business, the Becker Private Equity podcast. Thank you very much for joining us.
