This is Scott Becker with the Becker Business and the Becker Private Equity Podcast. Today's discussion is Zoom Zooms. So here's the issue, and I know that's a horrible play on words, but Zoom is up about 11% on Friday. It reported great revenues and great growth and says it's adding all kinds of AI features and all that kind of stuff. I love the AI features and all that kind of stuff is noise. But here's what I'll tell you about Zoom. Over the last, of course, five to seven years, many of us have been using Zoom at ton. It almost became its own noun or adjective that we're going to be on a Zoom call or Zoom. And there's all these other different players in the market that have all different types of business models in different platforms that have different kinds of complications, more bells and whistles and all those kinds of things. But here's what I'll tell you. As someone who uses Zoom every single day and loves it, uses it for webinars, for conference calls, for recording, for everything, I am the hugest fan of Zoom. It does what I want things to do. They make it easy to use. Our team finds it easy to use. I find it easy to use. It's imperfect for sure, but I find it to be by far the easiest to use in the business. And whenever anybody tries to transfer me to a different platform, they always sell the bells and whistles, but they don't sell the ease of use. Again, some of those other platforms, right, do a podcast or webinar or some kind of thing and I can't hang up the phone until it's all been downloaded or they have some other kind of goofy type of thing and it may be cool, they may have other features, but my God, I find that difficult to use. I remember one day sitting for hours waiting for something to download because I couldn't get get off the phone until it downloaded fully. So they both sides of the call perfect. Again, Zoom Zooms. I understand why. I think it's a great, great technology and they make it easy to use. God bless them. Thank you for listening to the Becker Business Podcast, the Becker Private Equity Podcast.
