This is Scott Becker with the Becker Business and the Becker Private Equity Podcast. Today's discussion is five cups of coffee a day. So here's the discussion. The American Heart association just completed a study, and it said something that would cause me to behave poorly. The study said that coffee up to five cups a day, quite frankly, could be good for your heart, for preventing strokes, for all kinds of other things. And so we view this as the kind of thing that often gives me license to overdo something I know I shouldn't do that much of which is drink a plethora a huge amount of coffee. But again, five cups of coffee today, the latest study from the American Heart association says that's okay and might actually be good for your health. So that's the gist today. You know, I have a separate study that we're going to do through the Becker Institute of Global Health, and that separate study is going to conclude that golf and tennis and hanging out at coffee shops is great for your health. That's the conclusion that's going to come out of the study by the Becker Institute for Public Health. And we might also add in there that having your family use the credit card a lot is bad for your health. But, but again, the real take home today, the American Heart association essentially says that up to five cups of coffee a day, 400 milligrams of caffeine a day, good for you, not bad for you. God bless the American Heart Association. We love you. Thank you for listening to the Becker Business and the Becker Private Equity Podcast.
