We recently had a chance to interview on the podcast Kim Weiner, the founder of a company called Fluffology in la. Fluffology, after really long hard work by Kim and her team, had a record month this past month. And it's been a long and a lot of sweat and tears and blood to get there. And the remind I get from listening to Kim to talking to Kim is that being a leader, being a founder is at the end of the day, particularly in the startup phases, is a 247 job. So when people take shots at entrepreneurs or say entrepreneurs and business owners should be taxed more, you know, at the end of the day, you're missing the amount of effort physically, mentally, emotionally that goes into being a founder and starting a business and making it go. So today's shout out goes to founders and entrepreneurs. It's a 247 job. I know it is because I've been a founder and entrepreneur. And the further shout out goes to Kim Weiner, who's just done a tremendous job of diligently pursuing the dream of building Fluffology into a winning, winning firm and leading pet care chain.
