is Scott Becker with the Becker Business and the Becker Private Equity Podcast. Today's discussion is never perfect, always trying, and it's okay. So here's the gist of the conversation today. You know, we always talk about overachievers, those that do their job and those that don't really give it 100% or sort of slide by. I view myself as one who tries quite hard to, to be impactful, to do different things, to stay active. But, but I do view my very much in this category of never perfect, always trying. And periodically I get reminded of that, like with a smack in the face. And so I'll sort of go through this for a second. You know, there's those people out there that you see, you know, I'm, you know, five, seven and a half, five, eight on a good day. There's those people out there that you see that are six feet, got it going on, great athletes, great in business, perfect at everything. And they just seem perfect on all accounts. You know, things just roll their way. There are others of us where we try very hard, never perfect. And it is what it is. And at the end of the day, it's okay. The latest example is we made a tremendous effort on the latest books that I had written to make it a New York Times bestseller. Ended up becoming a USA Today bestseller. Either way, great, great fun, great, great challenges in all good. But, but I think what's fascinating about it is, and it really hit home with this, we had a typo that came out. Truly not my fault. But our publisher's fault. But okay, because our publisher overall did a great job, but they had this mishap at the last moment in transitioning some files that ended up with having a typo on the side of the COVID of the book and all okay. Life goes on redoing the covers. We got a whole new set of books being printed, another 5,000 books that are being printed by Simon and Schuster that have the right, you know, the, the right cover and everything with, including the USA Today bestseller badge. So all okay. But it reminds me so strong when something like this goes. You put so much effort in something and some little piece goes wrong of this concept of never perfect, always trying, and it's okay, you know, it. And it is what it is, it it. You know, some of my buddies are so far from perfect, not always trying, although they're trying hard. And I have more concern about them, but they still seem to live in their own skin. Okay, me, I have to constantly remind myself, never perfect, always trying. And it's okay. Thank you for listening to the Becker Business and the Becker Private Equity Podcast. We hope you enjoy this. Thank you so much for joining us. Thank you.
