This is Scott Becker with the Becker Business Podcast and the Becker Private Equity Podcast. Thank you for listening. Today's discussion is take the rake with you. So here's the deal. Some of the best advice I ever get comes from the most uncommon of places. One of the pieces of advice I got recently was when you've got to get something or do something, and you're going to do errands, you're going to do chores, you take the stuff with you that you need so it's with you in case you get the chance to do it. And this comes, quite frankly, if you go in the sand trap in golf, which unfortunately, I'm spending way too much time in the sand trap. Typically what you do is you go in the sand trap, you hit your ball, you go back, get the rake, then you go back, rake the sand trap, and go back and forth till you get it cleaned up and so forth. So the concept today is like whatever you're doing in life, if I've got a mail something, if I have to drop something off, I have to do whatever I've got to do. It's try and do it the simplest way possible. The concept being, you know, if I've got a mail something, put the envelope in the car so that later that day, when I get a chance, stop by the mailbox. Similarly, look for ways to combine efforts, combine errands, keep things simple. When I'm putting together a panel for a conference, we'll offer, try and figure out, hey, is this a panel that I could also use on a podcast? And. And at the conference, it is something that makes sense not just in the healthcare side, but in the business side at one of our virtual events. So the concept is look for ways to make life simpler as a euphemism for all of that. We'll use the concept today. Take the rake with you. That's today's advice and a special shout out to the great Bill Sakis for this concept. Take the rake with you. Make life simpler. Thank you for listening to the Becker Business Podcast, the Becker Private Equity Podcast. Thank you very much.
