Here. Welcome to the no Spin News. Wednesday, July 23, 2025. Stand up for your country. Revenge versus retribution. Now is the world that President Trump lives in. And because he lives there, we all are affected by it. Now. Pen, paper, I'm going to give you a lot of information and I'm going to slow it all down because it's very important. It has to do with the subversion of the 2016 presidential race and the 2020 presidential race. I did talk about it in depth with Hannity on his radio program. If you want to get a little bit more, because I was on there almost a half an hour Today, it's on billoriley.com but we're going to lay this out in a succinct, methodical way. And that is the subject of this evening's Talking Points Memo. Overarch. Donald Trump believes that the election 2020 was a fraud. And he's never going to not believe it, even though there is not enough evidence to take that into court or to really do much about it. He believes it fervently because people believe what they want to believe. Okay. The election of 2016 was a whole different thing. The Democrats believed that Hillary Clinton was going to absolutely walk into that office with no problem. Right. About that. In the United States of Trump. If you haven't read that book, that might be a good pickup for beach reading if you, you know, read Confronting the Presidents all the other killing books. But anyway, Democrats believe in 16 that they had it. And so there wasn't a lot of subterfuge or all of this. But when they lost Barack Obama in particular, the president was very insulted because he thought that his two terms would carry over to a third Democratic term and he booted Joe Biden off the ticket in place of Hillary Clinton. He thought Clinton would be a more formidable opponent to Trump. Okay. So after Trump was elected in 16, then all kinds of terrible things started to come out about Russia and Putin trying to interfere, or actually interfering with the election to throw it to Trump. Enter today or last night. So the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard releases classified information about a House investigation. Okay. After this was at September 18, 2020. The report was issued by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, but it was immediately classified, though we didn't know it. Last night, Ms. Gabbard put out everything. So here's what we know. Ready? Okay. Charges against John Brennan, the former CIA director, okay, Under Barack Obama, are very powerful. I believe Mr. Brennan will be indicted by the federal government. Okay. Here is what the report says about Brennan. Quote, the Director of the CIA ordered the post election publication of 15 reports containing previously collected but unpublished intelligence, three of which were substandard, containing information that was unclear, of uncertain origin, potentially biased or implausible. And those became foundational sources for the intelligence community assessment, judgments that Putin preferred Trump over Clinton. The ICA misrepresented those reports as reliable without mentioning their significant underlying flaws. That was under the direction of John Brennan. That is election fraud. That's fraud and a myriad of other federal crimes. So if I'm John Brennan, I'm getting a good lawyer. All right, let's run down the other ones. James Comey was the FBI chief, okay. He started in 13 under Obama, convinced Trump to keep him on. That was crazy. But Trump did, and then Trump fired him in 17. So Comey is there for four years. Now, the CIA and the FBI don't cooperate. So I'm not accusing Comey of knowing what Brennan was doing, but Comey himself had information that debunked a lot of these accusations that Putin interfered in the election. Okay? FBI didn't ever put him out, didn't do a thing about it. Now, Comey's not mentioned in the report by name, so I don't think that the federal government's going to indict him. But here's what his deputy, Andrew McCabe said on CNN. I, I believe was a CNN. Now, this is a full screen. Here's what he, the director, deputy director of the FBI said Andrew McCabe to the investigating committee, okay? Quote, Congressman Chris Stewart of Utah asks him, tell me the most damaging thing that you know of in the dossier that you have been able to verify is true. The most thing that strengthens. Mr. McCabe, sir, I can't answer that question off the top of my head. And that is an unquote. So McCabe says the FBI didn't have any information at all. None. So if that's true and Brennan was giving this phony scenario, the FBI had an obligation to step forward. I don't know if it's enough to indict Comey. The chairman of the committee that did the the investigation, the intel committee was at the time, Congressman Adam Schiff from California. He is now a senator. Schiff lied about it. By my count, about 50 times. 5, 0. Okay, here's what he said and Face the Nation. Margaret Brennan, April 5, 2018. Go. Can you agree that there has been no evidence of collusion, coordination or conspiracy that has been presented thus far between.
Ryan Reynolds
The Trump campaign and Russia?
Bill O'Reilly
No, I don't agree with that at all.
Brett Talman
I think there's plenty of evidence of.
Bill O'Reilly
Collusion or conspiracy in plain sight. That was not true. And his own report said it was not true. Okay. The own report said it was not true. Schiff lied. What should happen now? The FBI should re interview Adam Schiff in his Senate office. Now he's been pardoned by President Biden. I don't even know if Biden knows that he pardoned them, but he's pardoned. But that does not extend to crimes committed after the party. If Schiff lies to the FBI now, and this is Cash Patel, I'd send those agents in tomorrow. Say, why did you say that when you knew it wasn't true? Where's your backup for that? Shiv would have to explain why he lied so many times. You just take every lie he told and I give you 50 of them. And if he lies to the FBI agents, then he's charged with a felony. If he tells the truth, there'll be other people involved. Schiff would have to say, well, so and so told me this, you know, that person gave me this. That's a key here, a key to this whole thing. Schiff, boy, I'd come down on him as hard as humanly possible. Because you cannot have presidential elections subverted. You can't. Let's face it, the US economy is under stress. National debt rising, trade war shaking the markets. And meanwhile, China is dumping the dollar and stockpiling gold. Bill O'Reilly
And the director of the CIA tried to do that, in my opinion, and will be charged. Okay, let's see if there's anything else. This is very important in the report. So there is an unnamed advisor to Vladimir Putin who the committee had access to. His name is redacted in the declassification by Tulsi Gabbard because they don't want him to be assassinated. But Putin is going to know who this is. Here's the quote from the report. Putin's ambivalence about the two candidates is further supported by redacted name, also omitted from the ica. That means Brennan did not put the man's testimony in a report made no positive mention of Trump. Instead, it revealed his pessimism that neither Trump nor Clinton would be able to correct the strained relationship with Russia. So Vladimir Putin didn't say, I want Trump to get elected. He didn't care. I believe that is true. When you read my book Confronting Evil, huge chapter on Putin, one of the most evil men to ever live. He knew that it didn't matter between Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump to him now. It did matter, okay, with Trump and Biden. He wanted Biden to win because he could invade Ukraine. Putin and Biden did in 2020. All right, so finally, the far right precincts are screaming about Barack Obama and I think President Trump mentioned it, too, that he's going to be arrested or indicted or whatever. That will not happen now. Sorry, I got to tell you the truth. I know some of you don't like President Obama and you feel he's up to his eyebrows in this whole conspiracy to defraud the election. I understand that. But in this report, nothing about Obama. Now, it strains credulity that Obama wouldn't know what his director of CIA, Brennan, was up to and what Comey was up to have to know. But did he know that they were falsifying? That's tough to prove. And then he has executive privilege, just like Trump, he can say, look, I'm not going to tell you anything. And under our Constitution, you didn't have to. So do not expect that. And those people who are saying it's going to happen are misleading you. And we will never do that here. And that's a memo. Any questions at all? Bill@billorilly.com bill@billoriley.com I will do a segment tomorrow on the notes for news just about this and your mail and your questions. So I'm sure you have some. But again, if you're a premium or concierge member, you get a transcript free. You can just download it. They'll have everything there. Everything I told you is 100% true. If you're interested in this story, and I hope you are, because you can't have presidential elections subverted by corrupt politicians or political appointees like Brennan. I'd like to see Brennan get whacked. All right, Epstein, Update. We got a report from CNN that President Trump hung up on a reporter when he asked him about Epstein. I think that's probably accurate. Trump didn't want to answer any more questions about Epstein, and he shouldn't until the grand jury transcripts come out or some hard news is developed. If I were Trump, I wouldn't answer any questions. I said, look, we're investigating it. Which Justice Department is. They sent down a assistant attorney general to interview this Maxwell woman who's in the Penitentiary 5 Chumagong. I'm not going to do that. So I'm not mad about that. And the court ruling about the grand jury testimony is now being deliberated. There are two judges involved here, both in D.C. richard Berman and Paul Engelmeier. Berman appointed by Clinton. Engelmeier appointed by Obama. So they're liberal judges. They have asked the federal government to give them more information about why they should make the grand jury transcripts public. They know why and they're covering their butts. And by August 5th, they have to have all the information. Okay. Now, I don't know who would be objecting to this. I don't think anybody is. If there is, I need to report on it, but I don't know of anybody. But. So I think it's going to come out. But we'll know by August 5th. If the grand jury testimony does come out, then we'll get a clearer view of what Epstein himself did and what he said and who he hung around. Now, there is a report from a tabloid paper that Bill Clinton also sent Epstein a birthday card on his 50th. And again, this was three years before there was any kind of criminal exposure. But you'll never hear that on the network news, will you? No, you won't. All right, joining us now is one of our favorite guests. He's in South Dakota, where he is rehearsing to be Wild Bill Hickok. His name is Brett Tallman. Check the beard out on Tallman. And He's a former U.S. attorney for Utah. He's the head of the Talman Group. Now, he knows the federal Justice Department as well as anybody does. Okay, so this is a busy day for the feds, and I want to run it down very methodically with you. The Epstein situation overall. Do you have any thoughts on it?
Brett Talman
Yeah, I think we're going to be underwhelmed if they do release the transcript. It's my prediction that the grand jury transcript is going to be singularly focused along the lines of what the charges were. And the charges were very, very centered on Epstein's conduct and Ghislaine Maxwell and the, you know, individuals that he. That he assaulted. And. And I think that's going to be the bulk of what that grand jury transcript is. Is going to. To give us. And I think as a result, I think. I don't think there's going to be much satisfaction if they are released.
Bill O'Reilly
All right, so you don't expect any revelation, but surely in the indictment presented to the grand jurors and the evidence, if there were other people involved, those names would be front and center, right?
Brett Talman
You would. You know, Bill, I've scratched my head at this because if you were doing the investigation properly, you would have included all the other John does and you would have named them. You would have named them and revealed.
Bill O'Reilly
And there wasn't a defense lawyer there. The government just presents a case, but if they want to do a conspiracy case, it's got to be other people. Do you expect these two judges to put it out? I don't know if there's any resistance to putting it out. Do you expect them to put it out?
Brett Talman
You know, I. It's a great question. They could hang it on a technicality if they don't feel like the government has met the burden of the interest, the public interest in it. But I can't imagine how can that possibly be.
Bill O'Reilly
Everybody, you know, they're trying to tie it in as public interest is through the roof. How could they possibly say that? Wouldn't it be laughed off the bench?
Brett Talman
I think they would, and I think it would do more harm than good. Let it out, let the people see it and, you know, let us get past and beyond it.
Bill O'Reilly
Okay, let's get to Brennan and the Tulsi Gabbard drop declassification. Do you agree with me that John Brennan's in trouble?
Brett Talman
I do agree. I do agree. I think John Brennan, if, especially if you look at what was released today, the additional documents that were released. Brennan had direct involvement in the conspiracy and in the decision making to put out. I mean, look at what, what we know he put out. Not just a bad report. He fabricated the support that would be necessary in others in order to get others on board. I, I would say, Bill, I, I also would include, though, a couple of things that we learned today that may be trouble for Clapper and maybe trouble for Jim Comey. It was the FBI, we now know, that insisted on the Steele dossier being included as support, support for the ICA that was on the FBI.
Bill O'Reilly
But what if, what if Comey didn't know that the Russian collusion stuff was bogus? You know, that's why I, like Brennan, knew. But what if Comey didn't know? As I said, there's not a lot of back and forth between the CIA and FBI.
Brett Talman
I, I agree, and that's why I think you're, your, your point is what one I've tried to make, which is open a grander investigation, then issue your subpoenas to, to Comey and to others where you, you're not sure or you're on the fence on or you're not, you don't know what they knew, when they knew it, and force them to testify and force them to actually answer the tough questions and find out, you know, what happened. And I don't think they can get that without a grand jury subpoena requiring them to appear in front of.
Bill O'Reilly
So that you would, you would bring them before a grand jury and the Justice Department would then ask them specific questions about their participation. And if those questions were not answered in a effective way by them, then they could be indicted, right?
Brett Talman
That's correct. Then you can bring that 1001.
Bill O'Reilly
Would you call charge Senator Schiff in?
Brett Talman
I would, yes, absolutely. I think you're the first one I've heard say this, but right now I would be focusing on Schiff because he has told so many lies and he's going to have a real hard time when he's under oath.
Bill O'Reilly
Yeah.
Brett Talman

Bill O'Reilly
You know, he's the guy that said, oh, I have different approval. I'm going to show it. Of course, he never did. Okay, so that's the pathway to getting holding people accountable who may have. And we want to emphasize, and Tom and is on board with this, that we're not convicting these people. I mean, we're giving you the evidence that's been presented today by declassification. They're entitled to due process and they're entitled to have a lawyer. Although when you do present in front of a grand jury, as you have many times, Brett, you don't get a defense lawyer defending you. You can't take the Fifth. Right.
Brett Talman
You do not get your lawyer. What's interesting is they can take the fifth in the grand jury and if they do take the fifth in the grand jury, then the Department of Justice can force them through giving them limited immunity. You can force them to actually testify. So it's a very limited use of the Fifth Amendment. Depending on.
Bill O'Reilly
Okay, the immunity. The immunity factor is interesting. All right. Okay, so the big three would be Brennan, I guess, Comey and Schiff. Now, Clapper is not mentioned in the drop today by Tulsi Gabbard. Is she? Is he.
Brett Talman
There's a. What happens is Clapper actually adds a statement vouching for the veracity of the support for the ica. And that's an interesting.
Bill O'Reilly
So he just said he thinks it was True. And he was the Director of National Intelligence. He hold. He held the same position that Gabbard holds now.
Brett Talman
That's right.
Bill O'Reilly
Okay. All right.
Brett Talman
I would at least question him. I would at least question him and.
Bill O'Reilly
Find out there's no downside. But he didn't know, you know, why did you come to that conclusion? Who told you that? Did you see documents? Did you know about these phony documents? The documents that were unsubstantiated? All those questions you'd be asked at the rapper. Would you do me a favor and just follow this for us? Because I'm not smart enough to do it all by myself, so I follow it closely. Yeah, this is big. Can't have elections subverted. You just can't. All right, let's get on to sanctuary cities. Now. In New York, terrible thing happened over the weekend. I'm sure you know about it. There was an ICE agent, border patrol, old guy shot in the face. Two muggers zipped up to him, demanded they shot him, and then he shot one of them or the cops did and whatever. And those muggers are migrant criminals who had been charged and released at least four times each by New York authorities. And they did not tell ICE that they had them in custody. What can the federal government do. Do to New York City in this case?
Brett Talman
Well, immediately, the Department of Justice can file for injunctive relief, meaning they file an action to enjoin them from taking some of the, you know, the conduct that they are, which is. Which is, in essence, they're aiding and abetting or assisting in the harboring of fugitives. Now, they can file the injunction because I think it puts everyone on notice that the feds are not going to mess around. The other thing.
Bill O'Reilly
Now, when you say file an injunction, most people, including me, don't really understand what that entails.
Brett Talman
So they. They can in. In essence invalidate the rules that the city has passed, making it a sanctuary city, allowing it to operate under the guise of law, by arguing that the rules they've passed violate the Supremacy Clause, for example.
Bill O'Reilly
And that hasn't been done after all of this time?
Brett Talman
No.
Bill O'Reilly
Oh, my God. Now say they do that and they invalidate the sanctuary city law in New York and other cities, and the mayors and the police chiefs still don't uphold the law. Can they arrest the mayors and the police chiefs?
Brett Talman
And they can, and they should be arrested. And it should happen swiftly and unapologetically.
Bill O'Reilly
All right. If you don't, that's another story.
Brett Talman
We want to following suit, and that.
Bill O'Reilly
That falls under Pam Bondi, now she's got to start to take action against these sanctuary places. Finally, what's your opinion of Patel and Bongino and the FBI? I mean, I'm hearing very mixed things about these guys, that they're political appointees. Above all, they're not real crime prime fighters. What do you, what do you think?
Brett Talman
I, I know Cash Patel and I have a lot of respect for him. I don't know Dan as well. I know he had served honorably and, and there's many that speak highly. But I will tell you the one thing that I gauge. You know, I like to, to, to gauge the approval or, you know, the performance of these folks in these positions. I have a lot of friends in the FBI and I ask them, you know, what, what's your impression?
Bill O'Reilly
What are the thoughts?
Brett Talman
What are people saying? And what's fascinating about Cash Patel at the helm is there's a sense that the agents on the ground feel like someone has their back. And there's also a sense that they're pushing the FBI back towards violent crime and investigating that. And if those two things are accurate, then I think they've improved the situation. And I'm more.
Bill O'Reilly
The morale is up. Yeah, I have friends, I have friends in the bureau as well, and the morale is up. And they dumped a whole bunch of political people out of Washington and they transferred them to Tulsa and. But they punish people who they feel are, quote, unquote, suspects. Suspect, not suspect for a crime suspect. All right, Brad, very nice of you to help us during your summer vacation. And we're, you're going to be our go to guy on all of this subversion of the election. Alleged subversion. And we really appreciate your time tonight. All right. Department of Homeland Security under fire for taking peaceful, law abiding migrants into custody. Yes. You can make the argument they're not law abiding because they broke immigration law to come into the country. That is a valid argument. But you know what I'm talking about. So they're fighting back. The DHS issued a statement. I am going to read it to you. It's a summation of what they have been doing the past six months. Quote, Trump administration empowered our brave men and women in law enforcement to use common sense to do their jobs effectively. DHS returned to using the term illegal alien, which is a statutory language. President Trump will not allow political correctness to hinder law enforcement. Trump administration arrested more than 300,000 illegal aliens in 2025 alone. 70% of ICE arrests are criminal. Illegal aliens with criminal charges or convictions. The big beautiful bill will allow ICE to arrest and remove even more criminal aliens by provoking. By providing 14.4 billion for removals, 10,000 new ICE agents, 80,000 new ICE beds, and a 10,000 signing bonus for new ICE agents. I will help ICE achieve as many as 1 million deportations per year. Okay, that is the Department of Homeland Security. 21 states are suing the federal government, the Trump administration, for the big bill which says, hey, illegal aliens, undocumented migrant, are not to receive government money in health care or food assistance or housing or anything. Okay, so 21 states, all liberal except Nevada and Michigan, which are, you know, back and forth, say, hey, we want to give. Our state wants to give health care and entitlements and whatever to undocumented and we're suing you Trump administration to make that happen. Heading this up is Letitia James in New York State Attorney general, uber liberal. Now. Is this going to work? No. Federal government, Trump administration's EO that says ending taxpayer subsidization of open borders. That will be upheld in my opinion, my humble opinion. But it's going to take a while. In the meantime, you know, this chaos. States going to do what they want, spend taxpayer money the way they want. But this is what's happening. And you know, there you go, another lawsuit. Louisville, Kentucky, dropping sanctuary city status. Mayor says, hey, we're getting pounded. We're getting hurt. We're no longer a sanctuary city. But the mayor is sympathetic, so his name is Craig Greenberg, Democrat. He's sympathetic, so I'm not. He's going to say one thing. Whether the city of Louisville doesn't force federal law is quite something else. We will watch it. Media madness. Npr, as you know, being denied federal funding. So their top editor is out.
Ryan Reynolds

A woman named Edith Chapin. I don't know anything about Edith. I asked my staff to check her out. We don't find much, but NPR is very, very left. So Edith was in cabal and she is gone. Columbia University finally punishing students who were violent, who wrecked things in the demonstrations in 2024. And recently it's basically they support Palestine. These students. So 70 of them have been suspended or expelled and they universities doing this. Took them long enough because they're losing federal money. Though Trump is punishing these people and getting some results. I would never in a million years send my kid to Columbia ever. Smart Live Important segment. I hope you will listen up. So I got a letter from a concierge member this morning and he's a good guy and he says, listen, I have a number of friends who asking me for loans to borrow money. Not a lot of money, but you know, they're in need some money and I'm generous guy and these are my pals and whatever. And I usually do give them the money, but rarely is it paid back. What do I do? And I told the guy, look, if you're going to lend somebody money, you got to get a note. You know, the guy's got to acknowledge that he's taking money from you and then you got to have a date when it's supposed to be paid back. The reason is you just have to have that kind of documentation, particularly if it's a larger sum, but anything, even if it's 200 bucks. I said, anybody who would not pay you back doesn't care about you. That's the key to the Smart Life segment. You cannot make people care about you. You can't make people care about their job, care about their country, care about anything. And that I spent a lot of time in my life trying to make people care and I've always failed. You can't do it if you think that somebody doesn't care for you. And the indicators are, you know, just lending of the money is just one. There are a thousand indicators. That's it. That's all. It's over. And it's so painful because sometimes they're children, spouses, relatives, they don't care about you. And you can't make Them. And on the other front, I walked into a bagel place the other day and I looked around. It was obvious that nobody working in that place cared about their job at all. Nobody. And I couldn't even get an order in. They were so rude at the count. I just walked out. I could not make those people care about their job. There was no supervision on the floor for them. They didn't care. And you can't make them care about anything. Smart life. Don't even try. Just evaluate fairly. And it's a very important tip. California raised the minimum wage 20 bucks and lost 18,000 jobs. In the fast food restaurants there are. It's unbelievable. The socialists and communists say, oh, yeah, working people with $20 an hour. And then the jobs go away. Eighteen thousand jobs gone after Newsom signed a $20 an hour minimum wage. Stay in history. July 23, 1904. One hundred and twenty one years ago, the ice cream cone was invented. How about that? So World Fair in St. Louis is a big deal. And it was a guy, Charles Menchez was a chef. And he said, you know what? I'm going to take some vanilla ice cream. I'm going to put it between a pastry, two little pastry things. I'm going to sell it. And I was the first ice cream cone. Since that time, 300 million Americans each year buy ice cream. 300 million Americans. There's only 350 million of us. So everybody buys ice cream. All right? The average American eats 5 gallons of ice cream a year. That's why everybody's fat. Okay, here are the flavors that are most popular. Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, butter, pecan, cookie dough. Oh, no. Now, my favorite ice cream flavor is coffee, but I'm down once a week. Okay, because you get. It's sugar. Nail you toppings if you go in for Sunday. By far, hot fudge is the most popular. When I worked at Carvel when I was 17 years old, I. I was the greatest Sunday maker in the country. I could make you that Sunday and you would weep. All right, so first ice cream cone, 121 years ago today. Final thought coming right up. Time now for the Final Thought. You know, there's not much on tv. It's not worth watching. I look once in a while when I have a little time at night, which is rare, but something I always check out is Turner Classic Movies. Tcm, because some of those classic movies are really worth watching again. When I was seven years old, my father took me to see a film called To Hell and Back. It was about Audie Murphy do you know the name Audie Murphy, the most decorated war hero in American history? Well, it was on this week, and I plunked down and I watched it. Audie Murphy starred as himself. Very unusual. Okay. And he was a Hollywood actor. You know, he made westerns most of the time. But he's a fascinating story, so you might want to Google him. Audie A U D I E Murphy. But, man, that brought a lot of memories back about me and my father and my urchin hood. And so every night I check out tcm, and that's the final thought. You might want to do that as well. Thank you for watching and listening to the no Spin News. We will see you again tomorrow.
Episode Title: Election Subversion, Epstein Transcript Release, Brett Talman Weighs in on Sanctuary Cities and FBI Leadership, & Columbia Punishes Anti-Israel Rioters
Host: Bill O'Reilly
Release Date: July 24, 2025
In this segment, Bill O'Reilly delves into the alleged subversion of the 2016 and 2020 presidential elections. He discusses the release of classified information by Tulsi Gabbard, which pertains to a House investigation into potential election fraud orchestrated by former CIA Director John Brennan.
Election Fraud Allegations: O'Reilly asserts that former President Donald Trump firmly believes the 2020 election was fraudulent, despite insufficient evidence to support legal actions against it.
"Donald Trump believes that the election 2020 was a fraud. And he's never going to not believe it, even though there is not enough evidence to take that into court or to really do much about it."
[00:43]
John Brennan's Accusations: Citing the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence report, O'Reilly accuses John Brennan of election fraud for allegedly manipulating intelligence reports to favor Trump over Clinton.
"The Director of the CIA ordered the post-election publication of 15 reports... that became foundational sources for the intelligence community assessment, judgments that Putin preferred Trump over Clinton. The CIA misrepresented those reports as reliable without mentioning their significant underlying flaws."
[06:00]
James Comey and FBI's Role: O'Reilly questions the FBI's involvement, referencing Andrew McCabe's statement that the FBI had no credible information to support collusion claims, thereby implying negligence or complicity.
"Andrew McCabe says the FBI didn't have any information at all."
[07:35]
Adam Schiff's Credibility: He criticizes Congressman Adam Schiff for allegedly lying multiple times about the lack of evidence for collusion.
"By my count, about 50 times. 5, 0. Okay, here's what he said..."
[07:35]
Bill O'Reilly: "That was election fraud. That's fraud and a myriad of other federal crimes."
[06:00]
Andrew McCabe: "I can't answer that question off the top of my head."
[07:35]
Bill O'Reilly provides an update on the Epstein case, focusing on the potential release of grand jury transcripts and their implications.
Trump's Interaction with Reporters: Reports indicate President Trump hung up on a reporter when questioned about Epstein, which O'Reilly interprets as an attempt to evade the topic until more concrete information is available.
"I think that's probably accurate. Trump didn't want to answer any more questions about Epstein..."
[10:48]
Grand Jury Transcripts: The release of grand jury transcripts is pending, with expectations that they might confirm Epstein's misconduct without revealing additional conspiratorial details.
"There are two judges involved here, both in D.C... So they know why and they're covering their butts. And by August 5th, they have to have all the information."
[10:48]
Tabloid Reports: O'Reilly mentions a tabloid claim that Bill Clinton sent Epstein a birthday card, though he notes such stories are unlikely to surface in mainstream media.
"But you'll never hear that on the network news, will you? No, you won't."
[16:00]
Bill O'Reilly: "They know why and they're covering their butts. And by August 5th, they have to have all the information."
[10:48]
Brett Talman: "Yeah, I think we're going to be underwhelmed if they do release the transcript."
[17:08]
Bill O'Reilly brings in Brett Talman, a former U.S. attorney for Utah, to discuss issues related to sanctuary cities and the current leadership within the FBI.
Incident in New York: O'Reilly references a violent incident involving an ICE agent and migrant criminals in New York City, highlighting the consequences of sanctuary policies.
"There was an ICE agent, border patrol, old guy shot in the face... these muggers are migrant criminals who had been charged and released at least four times each by New York authorities."
[25:32]
Legal Actions Against Cities: Talman suggests that the Department of Justice can file for injunctive relief to prevent cities from harboring fugitives, emphasizing swift legal action against non-compliant mayors and police chiefs.
"Immediately, the Department of Justice can file for injunctive relief... They're aiding and abetting or assisting in the harboring of fugitives."
[25:58]
Current FBI Administration: Discussion revolves around FBI leaders Cash Patel and Dan Bongino, with Talman expressing respect for Patel and a mixed view of Bongino.
"There's a sense that the agents on the ground feel like someone has their back. And there's also a sense that they're pushing the FBI back towards violent crime and investigating that."
[27:19]
Morale within the FBI: Both O'Reilly and Talman note an improvement in FBI morale under the current leadership, attributing it to supportive administration policies.
"The morale is up. They dumped a whole bunch of political people out of Washington and they transferred them to Tulsa but they punish people who they feel are, quote, unquote, suspects."
[28:11]
Brett Talman: "I would not expect that [grand jury transcripts] to reveal much new."
[17:08]
Bill O'Reilly: "The FBI should re-interview Adam Schiff in his Senate office. Now he's been pardoned by President Biden."
[10:48]
O'Reilly concludes the episode by addressing Columbia University's disciplinary actions against students involved in violent anti-Israel demonstrations.
Disciplinary Actions: Seventy students have been suspended or expelled for their involvement in violent protests supporting Palestine, marking Columbia's stance against such behaviors.
"Columbia University finally punishing students who were violent, who wrecked things in the demonstrations in 2024."
[33:21]
Impact on Federal Funding: The university's actions are partly driven by the loss of federal funding, prompting stricter enforcement of campus policies.
"They took them long enough because they're losing federal money."
[33:21]
Personal Opinion: O'Reilly expresses strong disapproval of Columbia University, stating he would never send his child there.
"I would never in a million years send my kid to Columbia ever."
[33:21]
Legal Recourse: O'Reilly emphasizes the need for indictments against key figures like John Brennan and Adam Schiff, advocating for legal accountability to prevent election subversion.
"We want to see Brennan get whacked."
[23:19]
Smart Life Segment: While primarily focusing on the main topics, O'Reilly includes brief personal anecdotes and advice, such as tips on lending money and reflections on classic movies.
