Hey, if you're here listening, you know you don't want spin, right? You know that Bill knows that Bill does not mess with the spin. You want it straight. So here's a straight recommendation. I'm Mike Baker, former CIA officer, and every day on the President's Daily Brief, I do for national security and geopolitics exactly what this show does for the news. No agenda, no hysteria, no opinion, just the facts. We tell you what's happening, you decide how to think about it. It's named for the brief that lands on the president's desk. And it runs every single day, 20 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes in the afternoon. Smart, fast, honest. Follow the president's Daily Brief on Apple, Spotify or wherever you listen.

Bill O'Reilly here, and I'm warming up. Standby for the O'Reilly Update Morning Edition on this Monday, I'm thinking about advice I recently gave to President Trump. Now, I've known the man for 35 years. He's 80 years old, puts him in his early 40s when I met him in New York City. I've noticed that his posture is changing a bit. That's normal. As you get older, every malady in the world will visit you. I won't even bore you with the stuff I got to deal with. My advice to President Trump is to take the next month August off as much as he can, get into an environment that he likes nice golf somewhere and relax a little bit. Of course, he has to deal with Iran. Everybody understands that. But he can do that by phone, conferences and technology. President Trump needs a breather. Now, we should all want the best for every president, not not just Donald Trump, but Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Bush, the younger, Bill Clinton, every one of them. As I chronicle in my book Confronting the Presidents, the job takes an enormous toll on a person's health, no matter what your age. Historical examples include Abraham Lincoln, Woodrow Wilson and fdr. Why don't you compare a picture of when President Lincoln took office and then look at another picture four years later? It's astounding. I hope President Trump gets some downtime. Back in a moment. That is the Morning O'Reilly update. More analysis
