Welcome to the no Spin News for Tuesday, June 3, 2025. Stand up for your country. When I was in China last week, there were two things, you know, outside of the big Taiwan tariffs and all of that that had the Chinese politicians crazed. Number one was San Francisco, because many Chinese have relatives living there. And it kept going to me, how can the American government allow a major city like that to collapse into violent anarchy? And, you know, I don't want to explain the difference between local and state and federal. They don't have that in China. They have one rule, and people do what they're told or they pay a huge price. But anyway, they were appalled by what happened or what is happening in San Francisco. The second thing was the open border, immigration. They're laughing at us. The whole world is laughing at us. Everybody. I mean, and when you think about President Biden, that is all I see. That is one of the biggest blunders in American history by far. It's got to be in the top five, gotta be. And the Trump administration has to clean it up. And that's why we're in the middle of controversy after controversy after controversy. And that is the subject of this evening's Talking Points Memo. So the latest is that the Department of Homeland Security has listed a bunch of over 500, I should say a bunch over 500 sanctuary jurisdictions in the United States, 500 counties, cities, towns that will not cooperate with ICE in finding people who are here illegally. 500. So the Department of Homeland Security put them on the Net. And I'm going to just read some of the big ones and said that, quote, each jurisdiction listed will receive formal notification of its non compliance and all potential violation of federal criminal statutes. What that means is they may arrest some people and charge him with failing to uphold federal law or interfering with federal law. But even if they don't do that, Trump himself is going to deny federal funds to a lot of these places, federal law enforcement funds and others. That's what's going to happen. All right, so let's throw the list up for radio. I'll read it. Anchorage, Alaska, Berkeley, California, Louisiana, San Diego, San Francisco, Boulder, Colorado, dc, Atlanta, Honolulu, Chicago, New Orleans, Baltimore, Boston, Minneapolis, Vegas, Austin, Albany, New York, New York City, Portland, Oregon, Philadelphia, Seattle. All right, so the usual suspects, these are all liberal cities. And in Boston there has been a very big campaign to find violent criminal undocumented people. In fact, over the last few weeks there have been 1500 rounded up by ICE. 1500 out of the 15, 800 of criminal records. And they're all here illegally. But that means 700 don't. And that is what the progressive left is outraged about. Okay, so after that list that I just read to you was posted, it was quickly taken down. That caught our attention here at the no Spin News. Why are they taking it down? This is fascinating and I don't think anybody's reported it yet. There is an organization called the National Sheriff's Association. 3,000 elected sheriffs across the country, the National Sheriff's association, it objected to the federal government posting all of the jurisdictions, saying that the list was created without the sheriff's input and violates the core principles of trust, cooperation, partnership with fellow law enforcement. I'm not sure really what that means. We're going to try to get somebody from the National Sheriff's in here on Thursday to explain it. Okay, so we're going to, we're going to try to do that. The leader is Sheriff Kiernan Donahue, but we'll see what we can do there. So anyway, the federal government said, oh, we don't want trouble with 3,000 sheriffs, most of whom are sympathetic to ICE. They're not sanctuary people. So it's a complicated story. Now, in Massachusetts, there has been the usual outcry from the progressive left which controls the entire commonwealth. In the Sweep was an 18 year old junior high school student, Milford High School, which is in the Worcester area, central Massachusetts. He was taken into custody because he was driving a car owned by his father who is on ICE's list. And he's still detained. Here's how WBZ, the big outlet in Boston, covered that. Go. Just an incredible outpouring of love here from the Milford community as students, faculty, friends rally on behalf of 18 year old Marcelo who was detained yesterday and what was supposed to be a day of celebration.
Joe
Students say there's a sense of emptiness.
Bill O'Reilly
And loss.
Joe
An emotional display of love.

Bill O'Reilly
Support of the 18 year old who was detained by ICE agents over the weekend. And he is still being detained, as I reported. So, okay, I feel a little sorry for Marcelo. He's been here since he's 5 years old. His parents probably irresponsible, but he is caught up in something that's pretty horrific. All right, but that's the story of Massachusetts, not the 800 people living there who are criminals, foreign nationals. They ignore it. Here's what the Boston Globe said. Quote, we're seeing arrests of people who haven't been convicted of anything. In some cases haven't even been charged. Seems the goal is not to make our community safer, but rather to persuade everyone who's not a citizen, whether they're a service worker, student or university professor or a tourist, to go away and never come back. Boston Globe ignores the 800 people who have criminal records that were taken into custody. That's how corrupt that newspaper is. It's outrageous. All right. And then we have the governor of the state. I'm not going to even play her. Soundbite. MAURA Healey I was going to play it, but it's the same old thing. You know, we don't want lawbreaker, but we get. They don't want ice. They didn't cooperate on this. They've never cooperated. They're okay with 800 violent people in this state illegally. That's the truth. I love Massachusetts. Boston is my second home. I was educated there. Work local news there. This is insane. Yet the people of Commonwealth elect these nitwits. Is city of Boston like that? It's over. You're not getting anything until you cooperate with ice. That's it. That's what I do. And see, I'm more militant on this and Trump, but you got to send a message. This is enough, Enough. The whole world is laughing at us. All right, now, China, little update here. I didn't mention yesterday. I hope you saw a reportage on my trip. There's a column, there's a message. You know, I don't want to overdo this, but China, usa, the most important story by far. Okay, so when I was there, the Chinese were going, they're angry at Canada because Canada, at the embassy in Beijing, this is big mural of rainbow because it's rainbow month or gay month or some month, I don't know. There it is. And the government is furious. But the government can't do anything because embassy territory is owned by Canada or usa, whatever embassy it is. So the Chinese and I said, why are you so upset about that? Because they say it promotes homosexuality. And in our society, we don't like that. We don't want that. Okay? There's no freedom anyway. Okay, so let segue back into the United States. Pbs, the of course fair network that gives both sides of the story. Unbelievable. PBS is using Sesame street, the kids show and little kids to promote gay rights or gay rainbow or something. Okay? Just give you a sample of what they did a couple of years ago, and it has continued. Roll tape. Hi. Elmo and I wanted to share that everyone is always welcome on Sesame Street. This month and every month, we want to uplift and celebrate our LGBTQIA family, friends, and communities.
Joe
Yeah, that's right, Ms. Ariana. From our Sesame street family to yours, Happy Pride. Elmo loves you, and I love you, Elmo.
Bill O'Reilly
Okay? We pay for that now. This year, PBS puts out this Sesame street quote on our Street. Everyone is welcome together. Let's build a world where every person and family feels love and respected for who they are. Happy Pride Month. Okay. I mean, I remember when I was teaching high school, I protected the kids who were perceived to be gay on campus because they were brutalized. They were. And I protected those kids and said, you do that, you're gonna have trouble with me. I am anti bullying, and I don't want any of that. Now, conservatives say that pbs, Sesame street is grooming young children to be gay. I don't buy that for a minute. They're not grooming. What they are is presenting material that's inappropriate to children. Children should have a childhood. Sesame street should not be ramming stuff Pride Month down their throats. That's the big sin here. Okay, knock it off. Off pbs. And you've been doing this for years. Put on a kid's show. Department of Justice Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dillon is warning California that by June 9, they better enforce Title 9. So what is that? Here's what the Justice Department wants. Knowingly depriving female students of athletic opportunities and benefits on the basis of their sex would constitute unconstitutional sex discrimination under equal protection clauses. This is what the Justice Department sent to California. What they're saying is, if you allow men, trans men, to compete in sports against women, you're violating the women's rights. So they got to June 9, California, to knock it off. Or again, no money. I mean, that's where it's got to be. And I think 80% of Americans are down with that. You have to deny the funding. The federal government has to say, you either comply with federal law, whether it be immigration law or Title nine, or you're not going to get any money. Egg prices. So remember when Trump took over the hysteria about egg prices? That's all we heard for what, two weeks? Weeks. Egg prices. Eggs. Eggs. Eggs. Eggs, Eggs, eggs. Well, since that time, the price of a dozen eggs had dropped 61% under the Trump administration. 6. One heard anything about that. I haven't. I Have not heard one blanken word. Okay, so we did a search. Did anybody report that? Cnn? No. NBC? No. News Nation? No. Abc? No. Cbs? No. Fox News. And Newsmax did report it. Okay. Didn't mention it. Now, I just want to remind you what the hysteria was back when Trump took over in January. Go.
Joe
I mean, try to explain that to a mother. Now that's paying $6 for egg. Or me, who paid $6 for a gallon of gas just a mile away from here. I mean, it's hard to explain to the American people today that some is going to get better and their situations are going to get better. Yeah.
Bill O'Reilly
Oh, no, they're not going to get better. Chopped in it. So eggs are down 61%. My fuel is down a buck a gallon here on Long Island. See these pinheads. I don't know why anybody in the world watches this stuff. I really don't. Disney's laying off a lot of people. 700. Okay? This is the third, fourth round of layoffs past 10 months. And you know, I know you don't care about this very much, but the reason that Disney, most powerful entertainment company in the world is having to fire all these people is because of woke. That's why. The View, all right, the stupid movies that they inject. The woke stuff in America. No, that's how you do it. Consumers do it. Okay? Headline, front page, Wall Street Journal. Now you have to understand something. If you are interested in consuming news in America, I assume you are since you're consuming me right now on radio and television. So Wall Street Journal in their news pages is a left wing situation in their editorial pages. They are not. They are. They lean right on the editorial side, but they lean left on their news coverage. The headline today is law firms that appease Trump face backlash. Okay? The article is that if a law firm settles with the president that it's being punished. Some of its lawyers quit, some people won't do business with it, whatever. There is only one pro Trump lawyer mentioned in the entire article. Okay? 1. And a lot of lawyers who have helped or worked or support Donald Trump have gotten hurt big time. So therefore, the Wall Street Journal tilts it, okay? Left saying, oh, no, don't settle with Trump because you'll get hurt. But they ignore the fact that the same thing is going on by the left punishing any attorneys who support Donald Trump. And joining us now is one of them. Cleta Mitchell comes from Pinehurst, North Carolina today. She is the founder and chairman of the Election Integrity Network. So you after the election of 2020 were involved with Georgia and the controversy down there about whether the votes were counted accurately. And you got hurt doing that, correct? Tell us what happened to you.
Joe
Well, thank you, Bill, for having me and letting me talk about this, because it's only been one side that's been told for the last 40 years and that's by the left wing media, including the Wall Street Journal news pages. As you pointed out, I was a partner at a large law firm in Washington, D.C. for almost 20 years. And after I was asked by the White House to go to Georgia the day after the election. So November 4th of 2020, I'm an election attorney. I practiced campaign finance and election law for many years. I was asked to go to Georgia and just to see what was going on and to just check out the election situation. I arrived there in the wee hours of the 5th of November, and I started looking at what had gone on in the election and realized that the election was a mess. And I will just say that's not a legal term of art. It's just exactly. But it is exactly what happened. So many votes that were cast and counted in violation of state law. People registered at PO Boxes, that's illegal in Georgia. People whose registrations were recorded as having been what the post office record showed were vacant premises, either vacant lots or nobody lived there. And adding all of that up, basically we knew that there were more votes that were cast and counted and were included in the certified total than the margin of victory between President Trump and Joe Biden. So I was one of the President's volunteer lawyers. And that was interesting in and of itself because, because there had been this real push from the left, just like what we're, what you were reading today, where there was this big leftist push, the starting the day after the election where law firms were threatened and told that people would take their business away from law firms who represented President Trump in the post election of 2020. So let's start with that. And so here I am, a partner in a big law firm and I'm volunteering because my firm decided not to accept payment because they didn't want to basically telegraph to the outside world that we were doing anything on behalf of the President. And so fast forward, we filed an election contest, 64 pages, over 1100 pages of exhibits. And we never got a judge appointed to hear the case, which was very odd. I believe we could talk about that on a separate podcast. But the bottom line is that we ended up the President wanted to have a conversation with the Secretary of State because we hadn't had a judge appointed. And to see if there might be some way to resolve the case by comparing the data that was included in our litigation with the data that the Secretary of State said that he had in his office that he wouldn't share with us. And so to try to get some resolution before the certification.
Bill O'Reilly
Okay, let me stop here. They never got it. And you believe that there was illegalities involved in the total. I think you believe that Trump won the state. Is that correct?
Joe
Well, in all honesty, Bill, and I've said this to the President. I don't think we know who won.
Bill O'Reilly
Okay. And that's absolutely valid. And there you go. But there are enough questions whereby it should have been qualified. And it was. Okay, so you're following the law, you did an honest job, your lawyer. Do you want to mention a law firm name the law firm?
Joe
I'd rather not.
Bill O'Reilly
Yeah.
Joe
Rather not.
Bill O'Reilly
So you were down there on your own dime, you do an honest job, you come back to D.C. and they fire you?
Joe
No, what happened was that the Secretary of State, in a phone call that was arranged to discuss the data that was in our lawsuit with the Secretary of State, that phone call was illegally recorded by the Deputy Secretary of State, a woman by the name of Jordan Fuchsia, and she was in Florida at the time. She lied about it to the Washington Post, by the way, because Florida is a two party consent state. You're not supposed to record the phone call unless you have the consent of the other people on the call.
Bill O'Reilly
Right.
Joe
And she did not obtain that. She recorded the call, then released the tape to the Washington Post the next day. And so that phone call, the President has been quoted in that phone call as saying, we just need to find 12,000 votes. As though he was asking the Secretary of State to go find votes.
Bill O'Reilly
No, he was just clarifying how many votes were needed to overturn the state. Look, any honest broker knows that. But I'm interested in you. I'm interested in you now.
Joe
So once, once that transcript was released by the Washington Post, within 24 hours, the Lincoln Project, which is, you know, is run by a bunch of never Trumpers, perverted people, they started posting on Twitter the phone numbers of our offices, the firm's offices. We had offices all over the country. And telling people to start and then listing some of our major corporate clients, which is a matter of public record, and having people call the corporate clients to tell the corporate clients to call their relationship partner, to tell the partners that they were going to take their business away from our law Firm. Unless the firm fired me, you personally shut down. Me personally.
Bill O'Reilly
Okay, so they threatened your law firm. You better fire Cleta Mitchell or we're going to take our business elsewhere. Okay.
Joe
Correct.
Bill O'Reilly
Now.
Joe
Correct.
Bill O'Reilly
Did any media report that.
Joe
Oh, what they reported was that I was forced out of the firm. I ended up resigning from the firm. We reached an agreement. But what they've all reported for four years is that I was the attorney who tried to overturn the election in Georgia. Filing an election contest is not considered overturned.
Bill O'Reilly
They didn't report that you were threatened by the Lincoln Project.
Joe
Who do you. No, no, no.
Bill O'Reilly
None of that was reported.
Joe
None of that was reported. No, no, no. We had to shut down the switchboards in all of our.
Bill O'Reilly
Yeah, look, I know the horror. Cleta, you know me for a long time. I've been through this. I've been through this time and time and time again. Okay? And that's why I got out. That's why I got out.
Joe
Right.
Bill O'Reilly
All right. Well, I'm just not going to deal with it anymore, honestly. Right.
Joe
I just. I just said so. I left the law firm in January of 2021, and. And I haven't practiced law since then. But what I spent my time doing since February 1st of 2021, I've been the senior legal fellow at the Conservative Partnership Institute, and I founded the Election Integrity Network, and I've been working full time in Election Integrity. But every news article. Every news article refers to me as the lawyer who tried to help Trump overturn the election in 2020.
Bill O'Reilly
And it's a smear.
Joe
The other thing. Yes. And then within about a month, just a few weeks later, I receive a bar complaint that was. I was originally admitted to the bar in Oklahoma. It's where I'm from. And I practiced law there before I moved to Washington, D.C. in the 1990s. And so I'm a member of the bar in Washington, D.C. and in Oklahoma. And so I had a bar complaint filed against me by 29 people. Lawyers I. I've never heard of. I'd never heard of.
Bill O'Reilly
They were organized into a cabal. Let's get. Let's get Cleta Mitchell. Right, Right. Okay.
Joe
And then what I learned then is that that began a trend. A project founded by David Brock, you may remember.
Bill O'Reilly
I know David Brock, smear merchant.
Joe
So he finds some. He. He created something called the 65 Project, and they filed bar complaints against every lawyer in America who in any way, shape or form supported President Trump.
Bill O'Reilly
Right. And that these projects are paid for by people like George Soros. I don't know if Soros directly paid this, but that's where the money comes from. Brock lives off that money. And he makes a lot of money himself. He makes a lot of money to destroy people. To destroy people like you.
Joe
Right?
Bill O'Reilly
Right. All right, Cleta.
Joe
And so we have it that bar complaint went on. What?
Bill O'Reilly
The bar complaint? Go anywhere real quick?
Joe
No, but they didn't dismiss it for three years. It was fully brief, but it wasn't dismissed for three years.
Bill O'Reilly
So you had to deal with it and all of that. Well, we're sorry, of course, but I think you're better off now than you were. And you're helping the country more now.
Joe
I always say. Yeah, I say that they, you know, they thought they'd vanquished me, but they made you stronger. They made me. They freed me from billable hours so I could just spend full time working on trying to fix the election.
Bill O'Reilly
And I'm very happy that this broadcast here could tell your story, because that's the outrage. They just won't tell the truth. They be in the Washington Post of the world. They're not interested in that. All right, Cleta. Good luck to you. If anybody ever bothers you again, you come right to me, okay?
Joe
I appreciate that, Bill.
Bill O'Reilly
Thank you. See you. Smart life. So it's summertime, I guess, up here in the Northeast, we're not getting a lot of warm weather. Today's a nice day. And a lot of people be heading to the beach. So you're already there in the south and California. Now the ocean. I'm a former lifeguard, water safety instructor. You gotta be careful. And a lot of people aren't. And we got some stats on the smart life front, particularly children. You guys had kids or grandkids or whatever. So last year in the USA, there were more. 4,000 people drowned, unintentionally. Some of those in a pool. All right, we don't have a breakdown. Some of them in a lake, but the ocean is by far the most dangerous. You gotta. You gotta really know what you're doing. You cannot drink or smoke pot or take drugs and go in the water. You can't. Or your height and your wrist to a degree. That's insane. And what about sharks? Smart life. Okay, so last year there were 28 unprovoked shark attacks in the United States. And when you say unprovoked, there are idiots who go out there with chum blood and throw it in the water and. Yeah, okay, but these are just people on the shore. And here are the places that the sharks hang. Ready. Cape Cod, Massachusetts. This is because there's been a seal influx up there. Didn't used to be that way, but you got to why the great whites are up there. San Francisco, Monterey Bay, Santa Barbara. That's seal and sea lion territory. That's food for the sharks. Hawaii. Pretty much all of Hawaii. You got to watch it. La Jolla. A lot of seals. Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. Outer Banks. Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Huntington Beach, California. That's where the sharks hang. Okay, so your smart life, if you're there, be alert. But you have as much chance as being killed by a falling coconut than you have of being bitten by a shark. But don't let it. I notice people. I see Jaws. But you have to be aware when you go near or in the ocean. Don't play with the ocean, boy. I can tell you, man, personal experience, those currents, Boom. Okay, this day in history, June 3, 2016. Muhammad Ali dies. Now, Muhammad Ali was probably the most flamboyant and controversial athlete in American history. And I wrote about him in my book, Killing the Legends. So he died of Parkinson's disease. It was actually septic shock at his home in Arizona. He's 74 years old. And it was entirely predictable because the man was taking punches in the head since he was 12 years old. Okay, but I'll give you a dose for the younger crew. Don't really know Ali. Roll a tape. I'm going to give him a real whooping. And I wrote a poem. Some of you heard it, but this is a little conscious. I got a little gorilla here. This is his conscience. I keep it right in my pocket everywhere I go back there. And I wrote a short poem. It says, there will be a killer and a thriller and a killer when I get the gorilla in Manila, he's talking about Joe Frazier. And I write about the thriller in Manila. In Killing the Legends of. I think it's the best writing I've ever done. I put you in the ring with him. Ali and Frazier. Brutal beyond anything that I've ever seen in any sporting event. And that's what killed Muhammad Ali. Now, the Black Muslim group that he joined, the Nation of Islam, they participated in his destruction. Okay, so in 1964, he joins the Nation of Islam. And, you know, he was drafted, didn't go, was convicted. Supreme Court overturned it. Huge controversy. But what the Nation of Islam did to him, to Ali, taking his money, forcing him to fight when he shouldn't have, when he was hurt, was. It was horrible. I met Muhammad Ali in Denver. I liked him. He came off strident and racist sometimes, but in person, very engaging. And I felt terrible when he died. And that was nine years ago today. Okay, final thought about me watching CNN in North Asia. Right back. Okay, here's a final thought of the day. So no Fox News in Asia, no NBC, no network news, just CNN. They dominate the world. So it's 12 hours ahead over there. Okay, so I'm watching at about, you know, 8 o' clock at night because that's the only outlet on television that gives me American news. And they're doing their morning show on cnn. And tomorrow I'm writing a message of the day about it. And the broadcasters are skilled there, but it's ridiculous. The whole two, three hours is they get a topic, say Harvard and Trump, and they bring in somebody to bash Trump every. Every segment. Bash Trump. Bash Trump. Bash Trump. Bash Trump. And the anchor just sits there doing her nails. Or if it's a guy reading the sports page. Oh, yeah, okay. No questions, no challenge, nothing. Oh, go ahead. Are you finished bashing Trump yet? Oh, you need another couple of minutes? Go ahead. It's lazy. You know, in these hotels over there they give you a sal, I'm throwing a sandal at the television. My son's going, hey, doc, calm down. This is crazy. Just ask him one challenging question. No, no. CNN is in dire trouble because this stuff, even if you are, hate Trump and a devoted liberal, it's boring. This isn't boring here. If it is, you let me know. Bill@billo riley.com bill@billorilly.com thank you for watching us tonight. We'll see you tomorrow.
Bill O’Reilly’s No Spin News and Analysis: Detailed Summary
Podcast Information:
1. Sanctuary Showdown: Department of Homeland Security Targets Sanctuary Jurisdictions
Timestamp: [00:46] - [07:00]
In this segment, Bill O’Reilly addresses the recent actions by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which has identified over 500 sanctuary jurisdictions across the United States. These include prominent liberal cities such as San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City, among others. O’Reilly criticizes the DHS for listing these jurisdictions, stating:
"Each jurisdiction listed will receive formal notification of its non-compliance and all potential violation of federal criminal statutes" ([04:10]).
He elaborates on the consequences, suggesting that cities failing to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) may face the loss of federal funding. O’Reilly highlights the political bias behind the selection, noting that these are predominantly "liberal cities."
Case Study: Marcelo Gomes in Massachusetts
O’Reilly brings attention to the case of Marcelo Gomes, an 18-year-old Milford High School student detained by ICE for driving his father’s car, who is on ICE’s list. Despite Gonzales’ minor involvement, Gomes remains detained, sparking outrage from the progressive community. O’Reilly juxtaposes this with the broader issue of over 800 undocumented individuals with criminal records being overlooked, criticizing the Boston Globe for its biased reporting:
"We're seeing arrests of people who haven't been convicted of anything... the goal is not to make our community safer, but rather to persuade everyone who's not a citizen... to go away and never come back" ([06:00]).
He also critiques Governor Maura Healey’s lack of cooperation with ICE, citing her admission that Massachusetts is tolerating violent illegal immigrants:
"They’re okay with 800 violent people in this state illegally. That’s the truth." ([07:00]).
National Sheriffs Association’s Objection
O’Reilly notes that after the DHS released the list, it was swiftly taken down due to objections from the National Sheriff's Association, representing over 3,000 elected sheriffs. He plans to feature Sheriff Kiernan Donahue to shed more light on the matter.
2. Department of Justice Enforces Title IX Deadline for California
