Foreign. Here. Welcome to the no spin news. Monday, February 2, 2026. Stand up for your country. Well, I'm happy to see that our pal Don Lemon did not mips the big Grammy party after being arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Now, I'm laughing because this is what Lemon wanted to happen and I write about in my column on billo reilly.com and I hope you take a look. And it's not really an important story, but it is demonstrative of where we are in this country right now. So there is an enormous drive to portray President Trump as a fascist brutalizer, and the ICE roundup of illegal migrants is a spear point of that drive. That's a very important story because now foreign money is involved. So let me encapsulate it all in the Talking Points Memo. The rep US Media is not very interested in a story we broke last week whereby we named an American citizen, a man named Neville Roy Singham, a billionaire tech guy who lives in Shanghai, China and works in concert with the communist government there. We told you that he is pumping tens of millions of dollars into the United States to foster rebellion. He does this through 501Cs nonprofit FAR, FAR left organizations. The money comes from China into those organizations. The organizations pay protesters to go out and commit mayhem. If you missed our reporting, which is now worldwide, we broke this story in tell it is on billoriley.com if you become a concierge member, which will enhance your life, you can get a transcript of every single word I say. Okay. But if you're not familiar with the story, go to billoriley.com and look at what we did last week. Now, you would think that every American would say we can't allow foreign adversaries like China or Russia or the jihadists to pump money into our country to destabilize it. That's terrible. You got to stop that, right? Well, it doesn't seem like the corrupt American media is very interested. CNN didn't mention story, Ms. now didn't mention it. David Muir on ABC News didn't mention it. David was busy covering the weather as he usually does. NBC, CBS newscast didn't mention it, but kind of missed it. I don't know how it was out there. Big Fox newsmax and especially News Nation, they're the best at it. They did highlight the story. So you have to ask yourself, why would these major television news agencies and the newspapers weren't very aggressive covering it either. Why would they do it? Because it doesn't fit in to their main goal of destroying Donald Trump. That's why. Simple as that. Horrible. It's just horrible. Now, over the weekend, there were protests in the usual places. Los Angeles, Portland, Oregon and a few others around the country. They didn't amount to much. But LA and Portland, very active, 501Cs, they get a lot of money and they hire people and get people out there to create mayhem. In la, second largest city in the country. There were eight arrests. Okay, none of those people will be charged. Here's what the mayor said. Go. I believe there's still about 150 people that are in an intersection. And I know that there have been arrests and I believe they're up to about five arrests right now. And those arrests are for failure to disperse. You know, of course, that the overall reason for the protest today day was in solidarity with Minneapolis and that there were protests all around the country. Well, there really weren't. This is in Vietnam. There was a usual far left cranks mobilized in social media. They have lists and names. Send them out. Go here. You know the drill. All right. Now, in concert with all of this is Minneapolis. So tomorrow, the mayor of the town, Jacob Fry, far, far left guy, has to deliver information to a federal grand jury. Now, we thought last week that he would have to appear himself, but that's not the case now. He's been subpoenaed and the federal prosecutors have asked for information. Okay. We're having a lot of trouble getting what the Justice Department is doing. The FBI delivered the subpoenas not only to Fry, but to the Governor of Minnesota, Tim Walsh, as best I can determine. All right, this is the reason. And we have, believe me, spent hours on this. The investigation is into whether Fry and Walls obstructed or impeded federal law enforcement during a sweeping immigration operation in the Minneapolis St. Paul area. So those two men are being investigated on federal charges of obstruction of justice. Not insurrection yet, not rebellion, obstruction of justice. That is what we can ascertain, but I can't swear to it. Now, we've been in touch with the FBI. They're not going to tell us anything. And I understand when you have an active investigation, whether it's local, state, federal, cops don't want to be feeding stuff out. They want to gather the data. All right, I got it. But this is so important for the American people to know. So what are you looking at in Minnesota? FBI, Justice Department, Pam Bondi. What are you looking at? That's all. All right. You know, we are a due process outfit here. We're not going to convict anybody of anything. Just give us an overview. Very difficult to get anything, anything. In addition, the FBI has now taken over the investigation into the death of Alex Preddy. You remember on January 24, he was shot dead by a border patrol agents. And it's a big controversy. It's driving along a lot of this, of these protests. And we're not litigating it here. That's insane. That's what they do on the corrupt television networks. We're not going to do that. But it is important that the FBI investigate this because the Border Patrol can't investigate the Border Patrol. ICE can't investigate ice. That's crazy. So I'm happy to hear that. All right. But the bigger, bigger story is the rebellion by state and Victor Davis Hanson. And we send our condolences to Professor Hanson because he has lung cancer. Wrote a column that mirrored mine. I think it broke yesterday that look, this is no different than what happened before the Civil War with the South. It's no different. It's the same exact thing. States going blank, you federal government. We're going to do what we want. And let's see what you got. Big. So I, I hope that you understand my job is to get as much information to you as I can. We're all over this thing. And that's the memoir. Now the other part of the story is a Treasury Secretary Besant. All right. Now we put a call into the Department of the treasury and asked for the Secretary to come on, talk to me. We got a big middle finger. Very disrespectful, extremely so, very disappointed because I like this guy. Scott Bessen has been a good Treasury Secretary. He's articulate. She don't do that, Mr. Secretary. You don't do that to a worldwide news agency that reaches tens of millions of people. You know, they, you know, just ignore the request. So maybe got lost in the. I don't know. But here's why we want to talk to Besson. Because one of the heroes of this whole story is Congressman Jason Smith of Missouri. We had him on last week. Now he is the chair of the House Committee on Ways and Means. And last October, that committee asked Secretary Bessen to look into revoking the tax exempt status of these radical left organizations that are destroying American cities and putting ICE agents in danger. That was in October. Nothing has been done. Besson hasn't mentioned it. Now we find out that last week he's now looking to recruit a new quote unquote top cop to police these nonprofits. Boy, you're late to the game. And that's what we wanted to talk to him about. What? Come on, let's go. There's some urgency here. People are dying, literally dying. I mean, the danger to ICE agents is through the roof, not just civilians. And these are the groups that are doing it. And they're getting tax free exempt status and taking money from Shanghai.
Chris Hinkle
Reggie, I just sold my car online.
Bill O'Reilly
Let's go, Grandpa. Wait, you did?
Chris Hinkle
Yep, on Carvana. Just put in the license plate, answered a few questions, got an offer in minutes. Easier than setting up that new digital picture frame.
Bill O'Reilly
You don't say.
Chris Hinkle
Yeah, they're even picking it up tomorrow.
Bill O'Reilly
Talk about fast. Wow. Way to go. So, about that picture frame.
Chris Hinkle
Ah, forget about it. Until Carvana makes one, I'm not interested.
Bill O'Reilly
Car selling made easy on Carvana. Pickup fees may apply. This is what I mean about a giant federal colossus, okay? Federal government, they don't act quickly and they don't tell you much. One more caveat, because I want to introduce President Trump into this debate. Trump is a very candid guy, very transparent. He answers all the questions. I like the answers, but he does. But nobody even asked him about this. They're not even asking him about it. They're trying to do an Epstein thing on them. That's all they care about, is Epstein, Epstein, Epstein. Because they think they can get them. They're not going to get them on Epstein. This is just garbage. This is the story. Joining us now from Madison, Mississippi is Chris Hinkle, former FBI supervisory agent. He now runs JJ, Ann Associates, a investigative service. Resume is impeccable. Knows the FBI as well as any human being in the country. Thank you for Speaking with us, Mr. Hinkle. First of all, thank you for having me on 12 minutes. I just rambled. Did I make any mistakes in your opinion?
Chris Hinkle
I didn't hear one mistake.
Bill O'Reilly
Okay. I am frustrated as a journalist because I believe the federal government has more of an obligation to. To paint this picture than they're doing. Am I wrong?
Chris Hinkle
No, you're not wrong. And I've been a high A proponent, and I've made recommendations to the FBI through my contacts that we need to get back to the business of the day of having the professionals in the room hold a press conference, stand before a podium, have the people with subject matter knowledge around you get briefed on it, give your briefing, and then field questions to reporters so that the reporters can get the information that we need. This running around to different podcasts, and no disrespect to yours, I understand why there is Some reluctance because you ask cogent civil and cogent appointed questions, and those things are often tough for our elected and appointed representatives.
Bill O'Reilly
Well, if they can't answer, they can just say, I can't answer. Now, look, we put in a call. Cash Patel, he turn us down. All right? He doesn't want any part of this ahead of the FBI. Okay. I mean, Comey wasn't going to come on when Biden was in. We got it. And then Besant Besson did what Bessant did. But right now, what I'm looking at is a story where a foreign adversary, through an American citizen, is pumping in tens, maybe hundreds of millions of dollars to foster violence in this country, and we can't get any kind of direction from the people who are supposed to protect us from that. That's crazy.
Chris Hinkle
I do think that they do need to take the time to say, here are the things that we are doing that we're looking into. You don't have to name specific people because I do think that would be a violation of due process. But you can say here. Here are the activities that we're looking into. You can say, here are some of the things that we're doing. You don't have to get super technical on it. I am confident that the FBI is looking into this. They're very good at tying up. Tying things together, from financial to physical actions to networks and things like that. It does take time, but it would.
Bill O'Reilly
Make them look good. If you're very confident and you know way better than I do, it would make them look good to explain it. See, this is. This is the conundrum. It would make Cash Patel look good. Now, I know he has to get permission to do it. I understand the bureaucracy of the FBI is ridiculous, but it makes the federal government look good if they can explain. Look, we're taking this seriously, right?
Chris Hinkle
I agree. I think you should talk about the investigative measures that you are taking. What I counter people with are the people out there that are saying, I want to see somebody in handcuffs.
Bill O'Reilly
Right? Yeah. Yeah. I know. We don't.
Chris Hinkle
I'd like to see people in handcuffs, but I don't want to see people in handcuffs only to have their case overturned later.
Bill O'Reilly
Yeah. Unless there's evidence about it. Right? Right. Now, do you believe as a. As a trained investigator, many years of experience, that the state of Minnesota, under walls and fry, is in rebellion against the United States, or am I overstating this?
Chris Hinkle
I don't think you're overstating it. As my good friend Jim Galliano said, In his New York Post piece. It has all the hallmarks of insurrection that's going on from these individuals in these states. These states can't come in and tell the federal government, you're not going to enforce federal law. And they're not to put obstacles in the way. We have the Supremacy clause under Article 6 of the of the Constitution of the United States that says that we get to do this. The president has plenary power under Article 2 of the as the Article 2 branch of the United States to execute these types of investigations. And I'll go even one step further under the Alien Enemies act with dealing with foreign nationals that are coming in and affecting things inside through. Through crime and stuff. That case was litigated back in 1948. And you know what the Supreme Court said it's not subject to judicial review. The president has this power. And when we have a governor and a mayor trying to stand in the way of that, it puts lives in danger. Not just the citizens lives in danger. There's already been these officers lives in danger.
Bill O'Reilly
These two Minnesota citizens who were killed would be alive if the Minneapolis police had protected the ICE agents. Right?
Chris Hinkle
Well, not just protected the ICE agents, but protected the citizens. It's a very.
Bill O'Reilly
But stood in the middle and prevented this kind of chaos. But they didn't.
Chris Hinkle
And that's not a violation. That's not a violation of your First Amendment rights. You have a right to protest. You have a right to.
Fora Travel Advertiser
To march.
Chris Hinkle
You have a right.
Bill O'Reilly
Yeah, but they were interfering in the.
Chris Hinkle
Investigation right to interfere in a law enforcement.
Bill O'Reilly
And that's what they were clearly doing. Both of the victims. All right, Mr. Engel, I hope you will, you know, if you get anything, any inkling, because I want to be fair here. I'm not looking to down gray the FBI or anything like that. I am almost beside myself in the sense that I don't think their messaging is helping this country right now. That's where I'm coming from. All right. So if you can cajole them or whatever, Cash Patel is welcome anytime on his program. And if he can't answer, I'll respect that. I'm not going to scorn him or anything like that. All right, Mr. Engel, thanks very much. Really appreciate it. All right, just a brief note on this Don Lemon sideshow. I know him. He says he's respectful when he runs into me, but you know, you know who he is. He trump hater and all of that. So what he's charged with though, is interesting. He's charged with a Civil rights violation where he went in and interrupted allegedly, according to the government.

Bill O'Reilly
Today a church service because they didn't like the pastor in the Protestant church and he was part of that. Now Lemon says no, no, no, no. I'm a journalist. I was just covering it, okay? And in my column I say it's going to be hard to convict Lemon here, but if there are people who testify in the invading group that, hey, Don Lennon gave his tips on how to do this, you know, that'll be a little trouble. But I don't think he's going, it's going anywhere. Again, I have a column is donaldemon billorily.com so here's a really interesting story that's not getting a lot of exposure. In California, they have a Senate Bill 627, no Police, no Secret Police Act. It was signed 2025 just a few months ago by our pal Governor Gavin Newsom says that all law enforcement can't wear masks. And in expediting their duties, okay, it's clearly unconstitutional. Now, the reason that federal agents, ICE agents and others wear the masks is that they don't want their families attacked. So if you can get on the social media, you see somebody, you track down where they live and you go and hurt them. That's why they wear the masks. So Gavin Newsom doesn't care, but okay, the LA Police Chief, Jim McDonnell and the Sheriff's Office in LA say we are not going to enforce this California law. Go. The reality of one armed agency approaching another armed agency to create conflict over something that would be a misdemeanor at best, or an infraction. It doesn't make any sense.
Chris Hinkle
It's not a good public policy decision.
Bill O'Reilly
And it wasn't well thought out. So the LAPD and the L. A Sheriff's Office aren't going to. They see an ICE agent wearing a mask, I'm going to do anything about it. More chaos. Also in California, we put it on this. And look, I'm picking on this guy Steve Kerr, the basketball coach for the, for the warriors out there. And maybe I shouldn't. He's a well known, devoted left wing guy. And that's fine. Kerr, he's a good basketball coach too. It's fine. But he goes way over the top. So here's what he said on January 26. Go.
Steve Kerr
It's not like they're rooting out violent criminals. You know, they're, they're taking five year old kindergarteners and US Citizens and detaining people.
Bill O'Reilly
And.
Steve Kerr
Immigration is a, is a problem that needs to be addressed, but it needs to be addressed by Congress, you know, legislatively, not by, you know, a military force and in the streets, you know, pulling people from their homes.
Bill O'Reilly
All right, so Golden State, the management said, hey, Kurt, you gotta stop it. So four days later, here's what chief said. Go.
Steve Kerr
I definitely misspoke. And I knew that ICE was arresting some criminals, and I think I immediately regretted it because I knew that to be the case. But my point is that they're also arresting people and detaining citizens and people who should not be being detained.
Bill O'Reilly
Okay, here are the stats. Right now it's about 50, 50. So the homeland Security office puts out statistics. The radical left doesn't believe them. Okay, fine. But from what we can ascertain, half of the people detained by ICE after President Trump was elected and sworn in have criminal backgrounds. Many violent hat half of them don't. Among the 50% that don't and have been detained, and some of those have been released, okay, There are a whole bunch of people, and I don't have a number because Homeland Security hasn't put it out, who didn't show up for their hearings. So they claimed asylum, which is the Biden con. Anybody who claimed asylum got in and nobody paid attention to him said, hey, show up in five years. Okay? So everybody who claims asylum gets a court date years down the road, some of them, but most of them don't shut up, show up for the court date. That's who ICE takes in. So if you on a sheet, if the ICE agent sees that you didn't show up for a court date or you violated some kind of immigration law, they sweep you. And then there's the association. So you have a horrible drug dealer in Chicago from Venezuela, he's married or his girlfriend or whatever, they get swept in, their associates. So if you break it down, all right, most of the people detained by Homeland Security are either criminals or associating with them or have violated the court hearing process. Now, Steve Kerr has no idea about any of this, okay? Unless he watches this program. And I'm sure he doesn't but it's not. And it makes no sense. And it wouldn't happen that ice agents are going into Portland, Oregon or LA or Boston or anywhere demanding to see people who have clean sheets. Why would they do that? You can't deport or detain 12 to 15 million undocumented people. You don't have any space to do it. So all it is is just a big bunch of garbage that you hear every day from the very dishonest media and these celebrities. Which brings us to Bad Bunny, who I call the Malevolent Rabbit. So he's real popular and he won some Grammys, and I don't know what he does, really. I have to confess, all right, I'm still listening to Luther Vandross. And I appreciate Cher mentoring Luther, who was passed away when she didn't seem to know what she was doing last night, but that's okay. Anyway, Bad Bunny, he wins whatever. He wins Record of the year, album of the year, something. And he says this. Go. Before I say thanks to God, I'm going to say eyes out. We're not savage. We're not animals.
Chris Hinkle
We're not aliens.
Bill O'Reilly
We are humans and we are Americans. No, they're not Americans. Malevolent rabbit. They're here illegally. I don't care. Okay, couldn't care less. But big story coming, because the malevolent rabbit is doing a halftime show at Super Bowl. Now, if he starts this stuff when all the world is watching the National Football League, not a problem. Drama. Now, I'll be at the game, all right?
Steve Kerr
And.
Bill O'Reilly
Your humble cars. Mina will tweet and he'll be here, I'll be there. And I'll be letting you know, going out there to San Francisco. We're doing some work out there and we're going to the game and all that. But if I'm Roger Goodell, the head of the NFL, a little concern here. How far is the rabbit gonna go? Iran. So the mullahs are now desperately trying not to get killed. That's what this is all about now. So they're going to meet with Steve Witkoff, which President Trump's top negotiator, on Saturday, on Friday, this Friday, in Istanbul, Turkey. And they're going to negotiate something. I don't know what they're going to negotiate. I think the mull is just Biden time here. They got to go. I don't know what President Trump's endgame strategy is here. Got the carriers there. EU is declared Revolutionary Guard in Iran. Terrorists. But there's complications. Big country. But that Meeting is going to happen on Friday, so I don't expect any military action to happen before that. That is the Iranian update, but we are on that. Back with a final thought in a moment. Okay, here is the final thought. The documentary Melania in the theaters over the weekend. Of course, Trump haters hate Melania. They hate anything to do with Donald Trump. They hate, they hate, they hate movie did pretty well. About 10 million highest for a documentary in many, many years. And you know, it got mocked, it got scorned, it got lied about. And the leader of the pack again is Jimmy Kimmel. Go.
Chris Hinkle
This weekend, the long anticipated documentary Melania will hit theaters. According to the Wall street journal, Melania pocketed $28 million of the licensing fee for the film. You know, between this and her marriage, she's probably the highest paid actress in the world. Melania, the movie is expected to bring in between 1 and $5 million at the box office, well behind the horror movie Send Help, which incidentally, would have been a much better title for the documentary.
Bill O'Reilly
All right, so number one, Jim booted the gross of the documentary. Number two, we cannot confirm firm that Melania Trump pocketed 28 million. I find that extremely hard to believe. Not that Jimmy Kimmel cares. He does it. But I don't think so. Could be wrong. Maybe somebody slipped her to coin, I don't know. But we can't confirm it.
Chris Hinkle
And.
Bill O'Reilly
Here'S why I'm doing this. Do I care what Jimmy Kimmel said? No, I, I guess as I get older, I get smarter. I don't know. I don't care what Don Lemon says, what Steve Kerr says or Jimmy Kimmel says. To me, it's amusement. It's like Mad magazine. That's what it's like. Remember Mad Magazine, what they say? But this wave of Trump hatred has really taken root in this country. I mean, people, that's all they hear now. Trump is the devil. He's a fascist Nazi, on and on and on. That I object to because there's not another counter to that. There's a Fox, there's Newsmax, and you know, News Nation tries to be fair on both sides and. But it's overwhelming. It's 85, 90%. We hate them, we hate them, we hate them. Not good on any level, really. Isn't. And that's why I report on stories like this. Thank you very much for watching and listening to the no Spin news. Get a good week and we'll see you again tomorrow.

Episode: The Media Doesn't Care About Neville Roy Singham!, Dissecting the Don Lemon Situation, Chris Hinkle on the Silent Feds & What's Happening Between the U.S. and Iran?
Date: February 3, 2026
Host: Bill O’Reilly
Guest: Chris Hinkle, former FBI Supervisory Agent
Bill O’Reilly exposes what he sees as a lack of mainstream media interest in the role of foreign adversaries—specifically Neville Roy Singham and Chinese-linked funding—in fueling domestic unrest through radical nonprofit groups. He connects this to wider efforts by left-wing activists and politicians to undermine federal immigration enforcement, explores the consequences of this state-versus-federal standoff, and questions the lack of transparency from federal agencies. Other topics include the Don Lemon incident at the Grammys, recent comments from NBA coach Steve Kerr, cultural moments at the Grammys, the Super Bowl halftime show controversy, a developing U.S.-Iran negotiation, and the media's treatment of Trump and Melania.
"You would think that every American would say we can't allow foreign adversaries... to pump money into our country to destabilize it. That's terrible. You got to stop that, right? Well, it doesn't seem like the corrupt American media is very interested."

— Bill O’Reilly (30:58)
On Media Censorship:
"CNN didn't mention story, Ms. now didn't mention it. David Muir on ABC News didn't mention it... NBC, CBS... kind of missed it. I don't know how. It was out there. Big."
— Bill O’Reilly (03:30)
On Feds’ Lack of Communication:
"We can't get any kind of direction from the people who are supposed to protect us from that. That's crazy."
— Bill O’Reilly (14:04)
On State vs. Federal Authority:
"These states can't come in and tell the federal government, you're not going to enforce federal law. And they're not to put obstacles in the way."
— Chris Hinkle (16:21)
On Public Briefings:
"We need to get back to the business of the day of having the professionals in the room hold a press conference... field questions to reporters so that the reporters can get the information that we need."
— Chris Hinkle (13:12)
On ICE Operations:
"Right now it's about 50, 50. So the homeland Security office puts out statistics. The radical left doesn't believe them. Okay, fine. But from what we can ascertain, half of the people detained by ICE have criminal backgrounds. Many violent..."
— Bill O’Reilly (23:21)
Bill O’Reilly rails against media neglect of stories about left-wing protest funding, points to a growth in state resistance to federal immigration law, and criticizes both federal agency silence and celebrity misstatements. Recurring themes include warnings about increasing polarization, lack of due media diligence, and the dangers of foreign influence and state-federal conflict. The episode is peppered with cultural commentary and O’Reilly’s characteristic sharp tone.
