Thank you, Bill. It is Thursday, April 24, 2025. Here's what's happening today in America not helping for peace. Major autism study, first of many and Elon scaling back. That's all coming up. And Bill's gonna be here with your message of the day. But first, Trump wrote on Truth Social that Zelensky's recent comments are, quote, very harmful to the peace negotiations with Russia. It's inflammatory statements like Zelensky's that make it so difficult to settle this war. Trump said the statement made by Zelensky today will do nothing but prolong the killing field. And nobody wants that. We're very close to a deal, but the man with no cards to play should now finally get it done. I look forward to being able to help Ukraine and Russia get out of this complete and total mess that would never have started if I were president. JD Van said that a very explicit proposal has been sent to both the Russians and the Ukrainians, and it's time for them to either say yes or for the United States to walk away from this process. The new head of the National Institute of Health, Jay Bhattacharya, announced a new autism database, part of a major study that Bhattacharya said would address the cause of the rise in autism. He said the goal of my leadership at the NIH is going to make it so. Those questions are no longer taboo among scientists. We reported yesterday about Health and Human Services banning certain petroleum based food dyes. In a speech yesterday, RFK Jr. Said we're going to have revolutionary change. This is my legacy and it's President Trump's legacy. I have a president now behind me who does not care about the haters. He's been called by every soda company, every candy company, every processed food company. And most of the time he says, I don't care. You do what you need to do and I'm going to block for you. Things are going to change and they're going to change dramatically over the next four years. Prosecutors have unsealed federal terrorism charges targeting an alleged high ranking member of the Venezuelan Trend Aragua gang who was arrested in Colombia on March 31st. This person is the first alleged TDA member to be charged with terrorism offenses since Donald Trump declared this gang a terrorist organization. He was taken into custody in Colombia on March 31. Unclear when he'll be extradited to the United States. The attorney general, Pam Bondi said tda is not a street gang. It's a highly structured terrorist organization that put down roots in our country during the prior administration. Today's charges represent an inflection point in how this DOJ will prosecute and ultimately dismantle this evil organization which has destroyed American families and poisoned our communities. In the Oval Office, President Trump was asked about Elon possibly scaling back his role in the government. The president said he's an incredible guy, a brilliant guy, a wonderful person, a great patriot, a tremendous help. He saved $200 billion in rising fast. He didn't need to do this. And I told him, whenever you're ready. I heard him say he'll start easing at some point. We'll have to let him go and do that. I'll talk to Elon about it. I'm Mike Slater from the podcast Politics by faith. Bill O'Reilly with your message of the day. Next.

Chalk up another media victory for President Trump as The boss of 60 Minutes, Bill Owens is quitting. His statement says that CBS Paramount is making it impossible for the iconic program to maintain its independence. Now there's much to this story that should be examined. Paramount is trying to sell the CBS operation to a company named Skydance, which is run by the son of billionaire Larry Ellison. In order for that deal to happen, the federal government must sign off on it. That goes to the Public Airways thing. Enter President Trump, who is suing CBS alleging the network helped Kamala Harris in violation of election laws. Mr. Trump Low 60 Minutes Ever since correspondent Leslie Stahl refused to acknowledge that the Clinton campaign helped the Russian election. Interference, corruption. Ms. Stahl would not admit that the Clinton campaign was involved, which it certainly was. So the owners of Paramount CBS are scrutinizing all of the anti Trump stuff on 60 Minutes and there's a lot of it. Mr. Owens says because of that, he cannot continue to work at the iconic program. It is worth noting that the hate Trump media is screaming the loudest about Mr. Owens exiting. I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message by writing it. You can reach me billorielly.com billow riley.com name in town if you wish to opine, let's go to the mail. Elizabeth concierge member. Elizabeth has a life insurance policy with us. I wish Donald Trump were not planning to go to the Pope's funeral. I think he's putting himself in danger. Has to go. Has to. Most powerful man in the world is no choice. And I don't think the security would be a lockdown. Security, Stephen. Bill, a recession Feel, as you put it, Trump the candidate made promises during his campaign. One issue that will define him, however, is the tariffs because the border and fentanyl are under control. Fentanyl is not under control. As we reported earlier this week. Fentanyl is out of control. Continues to be Border is. Tanya. Bill, are you saying you believe Trump will reach a deal with China? However, you also stated that Trump would reach a deal with Putin. In fact, you said the deal was already before Trump even got into office. Why is reporting on China more accurate than you're reporting on Putin? So Tyne is a little disenchanted with my reporting. Okay. It's fine. We like that. Okay, Tanya, here's the deal. The framework for a deal between Trump and Putin was discussed before the president was elected. Okay. And Putin says certain things. Doesn't mean he's gonna obey him. But that deal was formulated. I believe it will happen. Just Putin's given everybody a hard time. As far as China is concerned, I'm standing by my reporting. I think there will be a deal. Now, it takes time. Tanya. There's no magic wand. But we'll see. I hate that we'll see because I criticize people say, but you got to give it some time, reasonable amount of time in the fall if nothing happens, believe me, I'll be on it in a moment. Something you might not know.

We came here to undertake one last mission, to search out and to destroy the last vestige of this barbaric war. To pacify, to pacify our own hearts, to conquer the hate and the fear that have driven this country these past 10 years and more.
Bill O'Reilly
And here's something else you might not know. The protests of 1971 had a major impact on public opinion. Footage of US veterans throwing their medals into the garbage were broadcast worldwide. Then President Richard Nixon vowed to pursue peace with honor. The bloody Vietnam war finally ended April 1975 when the Communists seized the capital of Saigon after violating the peace agreement. Today, Vietnam is unified. Still. Communist people are very poor. And if you go there, you have to do what they tell you to do.
