Thank you, Bill. It is Friday, April 3, 2026. Here's what's happening today in America. Cabinet shakeup, Artemis update 100% tariff and the anti fraud task force doing its job. It's all coming up. And Bill's gonna be here with your message of the day. But first, a couple of changes in the administration. A few weeks ago, it was the former head of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem. Now, the latest to go, Pam Bondi, the attorney general. The president said Pam Bondi is a great American patriot and a loyal friend. Pam did a tremendous job overseeing a massive crackdown in crime across our country, with murders plummeting to their lowest levels since 1900. We love Pam. And she will be transitioning to a much needed and important new job in the private sector to be announced at a date in the near future. And our deputy attorney general and very talented and respected legal mind Todd Blanch will step in to serve as acting attorney general at the War Department. Hegseth asked for the early retirement of Army Chief of Staff General Randy George. The Senate confirmed him and his term was supposed to end in 2027. Two other army officers were removed from their roles, as well as General David Hodney, who led the Army's transformation and training command, and Major General William Greene, who headed the Army Chaplain Corps. An update on Artemis 2 astronaut Jeremy Hansen told mission control that the crew is glued to the window, enjoying the views of Earth. He said none of us can get a lunch because we're glued to the window. They have completed their rotation around the Earth and the spacecraft executed their trans lunar injection burnt. This is what makes the astronauts leave our orbit and head towards the moon, which has to be timed perfectly or else they might miss the moon. This is also one of the final commit points and NASA says it was executed flawlessly. The president began 100% tariffs on certain pharmaceutical products. The point here is to increase US Drug manufacturing. This executive order targets patented drugs that lack the most favored nation pricing agreement with the United States. Most favored nation says that if you're selling a pharmaceutical drug, whatever the lowest price you charge for any other nation. America has to be at that level or lower. Now, if companies commit to bringing more manufacturing to America, then the tariff on their products will drop to 20%. Last week, the president started a task force led by JD Vance to stop fraud across the country. The vice president announced that federal law enforcement arrested fraudsters who allegedly stole more than $50 million by defrauding healthcare and hospice systems just in California, 11 fraudsters, $50 million. Dr. Oz noting that in just a few weeks, this administration's done more than what Governor Newsom's done in four years. I'm Mike Slater. Bill O'Reilly has your message of the day.

On this Friday, if you can believe it, there are Americans rooting against their own country in the Iranian military action situation. I am just flabbergasted. Word of the day that you can be an American citizen and hate the president so much that you root for killers to I don't know about defeat, but to stalemate your own country. The worst I've seen is Senator Chris Murphy from Connecticut, who's an absolute Trump hater, a fanatical radical leftist. How Connecticut could elect a guy like this is beyond belief. Here's what he said. Quote, the president is intentionally tanking our economy. He's the most corrupt president in the history of our nation. Americans want him to focus on a crisis here at home. Instead, he's busy getting us involved in quagmires overseas that already are becoming deadly to American soldiers. This is a disaster. Okay, so Murphy wants a bad outcome for the Trump administration in Iraq. That's what he wants so that he can pound Trump more. This puts politics over the welfare of Americans because the mullahs are vicious killers. And if they could kill you and me, they would. Somebody tell Senator Murphy, I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message by writing it. You can reach me billorilly.com, billorilly.com, name in town if you wish to opine now, let's go to the mail. Jim Muir, Woodland Park, New Jersey. I think President Trump made a bad decision starting war with Iran. Midterms are toast for Republicans. Gas prices are all Americans care about and they will not recover. You know, look, if it was, if it's true, and I believe it is, that the nuke thing was coming to fruition, had to do it. It's the right thing to do. Scott Steele, Springville, Tennessee. In your report about Singham, you said he received tax breaks for his contributions. If he can no longer set foot in the USA without being arrested, how does that benefit him? His crew, his groups get the tax breaks. Okay, so he doesn't get them personally because I don't think he files even though he's an American citizen. I could be wrong on that, but it's his Enterprises, the 501Cs. Wayne Stewart, San Francisco. Born and raised here. Retired fireman. Thank you for your report on the City of the Bay, one of the most beautiful places in the world, totally destroyed by woke liberal politicians. You expose reality as only you can do. Thank you. Okay, we'll tell you about it. Where you can see that News Nation special and it was got a lot of attention. You should watch it. If you didn't see it. Jillian, in your San Francisco program last night was excellent or shocking is the amount of money the city spends to enable the mentally ill and drug addicts. Progressives should join them on the streets. They're the real mentally ill people all right. They're certainly misguided. No doubt about it. Kathy Schilling, Loomis, California. Just want to compliment you on the fabulous interview you did with Steve Sharipa. I was riveted. And that is in. We'll do it live. And I'll tell you about that in a moment. In a moment. Something you might not know. Financial stress is hitting an all time high. Millions of Americans are stretched thin with no extra money, no room to breathe. And this isn't just lower income households. Middle class families are also running out of options. If debt has been weighing on you, you are not alone. And waiting usually makes things worse. Interest grows. Minimum payments trap you. Nothing changes. You don't need another loan or to consider bankruptcy. You need a strategy. That's why I like done with debt. No. It is Good Friday, a day when 2.5 billion Christians honor the crucifixion of Jesus. Two millennia after his death, the Nazarene remains the most important person who has ever lived. And that man was a stone cutter from a tiny hamlet in a remote backwater. My 2013 book, Killing Jesus chronicles the real history behind the execution of Jesus. Here are the facts. At age 30, Jesus abandoned his craft and began to preach. He traveled from town to town, delivering a message of peace and salvation. As his followers grew his, so did the ire of Jewish and Roman authorities. They were fearful that Jesus might lead a rebellion. The Nazarene was eventually betrayed by one of his disciples and taken before the temple leaders who demanded his death. Fearing an open revolt, Roman governor Pontius Pilate agreed to the execution. In the spring of 33 AD, Jesus carried a wooden cross up to a hill in Jerusalem where he was crucified. Now, the legacy of Jesus largely comes from spies. Both the temple authorities in Jerusalem and the Roman governor sent undercover people to follow Jesus around. They were to report back, sometimes in writing. These men were frightened, but they did have one thing in common. They reported that the huge crowds following Jesus were there because of the quote works. Those are alleged miracles. The more works that that Jesus performed, the bigger the crowds got. So whether you are a believer or not, the remarkable life of Jesus deserves contemplation on this Good Friday. Happy Easter. Back in a moment.
