Thanks, Bill. Here's what's happening this week in America. Deportations up, foreign born workers down. Will you set it to 78? And Independence Day festivities? That's all coming up. Then Bill's gonna be here with your message of the day. But first, 10,000 illegal aliens have been arrested in the last five days. This is in line with the new Homeland Security goal of deporting 2000 illegal alien every day. Last year, White House officials gave Homeland Security the goal of 3,000 illegal aliens deported every day. These recent arrests have been carried out with little publicity after Mark Wayne Mullen, the new Homeland Security secretary, pledged during his confirmation hearing earlier this year that he will keep the agency out of headlines and do the work quietly. Worth noting, in an effort to stop the deportation of illegal alien Governor Tim Walls of Minnesota. He was almost our vice president. He just pardoned a foreigner who was convicted of first degree sexual abuse of a 10 year old girl for four years. This person was from Laos. He was set to be deported. He pled guilty. He still avoided jail time somehow. But he did lose his legal status that he got in 1994 because of this conviction. But since Waltz pardoned him, he gets to keep his legal status. Democrats protecting a child abuser. In similar news, the June jobs report showed that the foreign born labor force has fallen sharply over the past year. The deportations and self deportations are affecting the job market. The number of foreign born people in the labor force fell by 700,000 from June of last year. This is a significant reversal from the labor market of recent years when a surge of immigration under the Biden administration especially expanded the foreign born workforce. Still hot outside, 160 million people under extreme heat. Advisories in America not great. Leading up to the 4th of July, the mayor of New York City wrote that the power grid is working overtime to keep us cool. Set your AC to 78 degrees, turn off lights and electronics when you're not using them and unplug what you can. It's 2026 and we don't have a power grid that can handle it being hot outside. I hope you have a wonderful Independence Day. The D.C. events on Saturday. Military flyovers start at 1:15 and then continue like every 10 minutes until sunset. The president is supposed to speak at 9:45. Fireworks at 10:30. Again expected to be the largest fireworks show in the history of the world. 850,000 fireworks. Time now for the O'Reilly update. Message of the day. I wrote a message of the day last week that Robert De Niro, the actor, very fine actor, should leave the country, should move somewhere else. And I think this is the first time I've ever said that about a celebrity. It's not that I care what De Niro thinks about Donald Trump or the country or politics or anything like that, but he's so hateful. The man is just basing his entire career now on hatred. And he has a little bit of influence, not a lot, but a little. But my thinking is this, wouldn't you be a happier guy, Bobby, if you live someplace else that wasn't run by Republicans or President Trump? You can go to South America. Caribbean will take you. You're a rich guy worth $500 million, owns restaurants, owns booze companies. And he's made some money in the movies, of course. But why are you here? Your kind of hatred isn't going to change many minds. You're talking to the hate choir. So I have some suggestions for Bobby. I think you like Uruguay. Montevideo is the capital. I spent some time there in the Falklands War. All you got to do is bring down maybe 100 grand and they'll give you a Uruguayan passport and there's no Trump. Hey, Bobby, think about it. I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message by writing it. You can reach me, Bill, at billoreilly.com billorilly.com name in town if you wish to opine now, let's go to the mail. Scott. Bill, would you mind explaining this whole presidential library thing? It's history. Presidents have a lot of stuff. So you put in the library so you can see it. And there you go in there. But the library is very instructive. I've been to almost all a lot of history. David Ferran, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Bill, please report on who has to pay the upkeep of the library. The people who go to the library. No. I mean maybe Cook county will give the Obama team some money. Possible they can do that, but it's primarily a private situation. Carolyn I appreciate your honesty, Bill, and depend on your research. I listen to other sources, but nothing they report makes much sense. I always come back to you. We're very pleased that you do. We're not going to deceive you. We're not going to mislead you. Edward I am truly grateful to your crew for doing the Do It Live segments. I watch your program every day, but this is my favorite. I have a grandson who is autistic, so I can relate to the trials that Leland went through. It's a good segment. Okay, so do it live on YouTube. You like the Leland Vitter segment? It's up now. Jim Gable, Morgantown, North Carolina. Great interview with Anthony Scaramucci. Changed my opinion of him. That is up now on are long form. Okay, we'll do it live. Anthony Scaramucci is up in a moment. Something you might not know now the O'Reilly update brings you something you might not know. From Microsoft to Google, nine major corporations are now competing to develop the latest self learning software. While some hail artificial intelligence AI as the biggest scientific breakthrough in a generation, others believe it will bring the end of humanity. That would not be good. Here's where AI will be in the next 15 years. The machines will run our daily lives. Artificial intelligence will replace secretaries, personal assistants, telephone operators, translators. All cars will be self driving by the year 2035. AI will also take over the medical industry. Companies like Pfizer now deploying software to develop the next wave of drugs. Also, diagnostic, a recent scientific breakthrough can detect pancreatic cancer and other diseases six years before a person shows symptoms. Next, journalism outlets like cnn, the Associated Press, Reuters now use AI to create content. Current technology can produce breaking news segments from research to publication in less than 90 seconds. But that doesn't mean what they're producing is actually accurate. AI will also help fight America's next war. Pentagon is already using software to fly drones, predict enemy movements, even pilot unmanned planes and boats in military conflicts. Finally, entertainment and business. Sophisticated algorithms are replacing musicians, artists, writers, poets. And here's something else you might not know. AI will never replace me. Not going to happen. We are unique. However, some programmers predict AI will bring about our extinction. And I guess that would include me. A writer for Science magazine recently asked an artificial intelligence platform called Chaos GPT to appraise the human race said the machine. Quote, humans are among the most destructive and disgusting creatures on earth. No doubt we must eliminate them before they cause more harm to the planet. Back in a moment. Thank you for listening to the O'Reilly update. I am Bill O'Reilly. No spin, just facts. And always looking out for you.
