Thank you, Bill. It is Wednesday, June 10, 2026. Here's what's happening today in America. Guilty beheading in Belfast. Bill finally passes and World cup starts tomorrow. It's all coming up. And Bill's gonna be here with your message of the day. But first, that was fast. Carmelo Anthony has been found guilty of murder stabbing Austin Metcalfe. Carmelo Anthony, who is black, was indicted on first degree murder as an adult after stabbing Austin Metcalfe, who was white, at a track meet in April of last year. The murder charge carries a sentence of up to life in prison. The judge decided the jurors could also consider manslaughter, which has a maximum of 20 years in prison. But the jury went with murder unanimous, reached a verdict in just three hours. His sentence will be determined by the same jurors. The state has agreed to allow jurors to consider what they call sudden passion, which if proven, would limit the sentence to a maximum of 20 years. The defense argued that Anthony was overwhelmed by a strong emotion and acted before having time to calm down. His mother was the only person to take the stand during the punishment phase, asking jurors to show him mercy because he is sorry for what he did. A man from Sudan, this is all on video, tried to cut the head off of an Irishman in Belfast. He was finally pushed off by bystanders in the middle of the street. The victim is in serious condition. In response to this, rioters have lit houses on fire, a city bus, also a Middle Eastern supermarket. The member of Parliament from that area said, what I have seen on social media over the last 12 hours is something you cannot unsee. It was medieval. It was the systemic mutilation of a human being on the streets of Belfast. I said it already. I'll say it again. You can sense that this is quite different from the assaults or criminal disorder we sadly see in many villages and towns throughout Northern Ireland. The equivalent of our Homeland Security director said if it turns out that this man is an illegal immigrant, it would provide further evidence that the government's lack of border control is endangering the public. The House representatives yesterday voted on a $70 billion immigration enforcement bill funding ICE and Border Patrol for the rest of the of President Trump's term. The package passed 2:14 to 2:12 and now goes to Trump's desk for his signature. Democrats said they would not provide funding for ICE and CBP without significant reform to their operating procedures. The World cup starts tomorrow. This is the largest ever. They expanded it to 48 teams, hosted mostly in America. Also a couple games in Mexico and Canada. 16 total stadiums, 104 matches over 39 days. The first game is tomorrow in Mexico. South Africa versus Mexico. It is now $2,000 just to get in the door. The game is at 3:00 Eastern. The first Team USA game is this Friday at 9:00 Eastern against Paraguay in Los Angeles. Then next Friday against Australia, and then the next Thursday against Turkey. I'm Mike Slater from the podcast Politics by Faith. The great Bill O'Reilly has your message of the day next.

Time now for the O'Reilly update message of the day on this Wednesday. So now the nitwits in the New York State legislature have passed a new law banning the words mom and dad from state correspondence. Instead, parents are to be referred to as gestating or not gestating. This is yet another example of woke gone wild. It's insulting. It is so dumb it hurts. Can't wait for the happy gestation cards. No, Republicans in Albany supported the madness, which was passed last week. It's strictly a progressive Democrat play. Governor Hochul has until the end of the year to sign it. She will not sign it before the vote in November. If she wins the election, she might sign it. That's because the governor stands for nothing. Not mom, not dad, not even gestation. Power is what she wants and she'll throw mom under the bus to get. Is amazing to me that the culture destroyers have gotten this far. The radical left now controls New York, California, Illinois, Washington state and most of New England. Voters have allowed that to happen. History will not be kind. The USA is being dismantled. It's one crazy thing after another. Ask your dad. I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message by writing it. You can reach me billorilly.com billorilly.com name

JFK, Johnson, Carter, Clinton, Obama and Biden. They are apoplectic over Trump. It's true. All true. David comes here. I'm surprised that Barry Weiss, who's running CBS News now, has enthroned the other Trump hater, Leslie Stahl, under the bus. Leslie's 85 years old. A little compassion there,

There may be hope for CBS News. I don't want them in the tank for Trump. Just true and fair reporting.
Bill O'Reilly
Do I think there's hope over there?
Caller/Listener
No, not at this point. You have to show me like Missouri, the show me state. Matt Palumbo, Tampa, Florida on Trump in the 2020 election. I think it's pretty simple why the media keeps asking. They know it triggers him. That's true. You know, as soon as they bring

all hell's going to break loose. Reynolds Dickinson, Atlanta, Michigan. Bill, who's responsible for the improper intelligence regarding the Iran war? I don't know if I call it improper. We'll see what the sit reps were, but that would be the American CIA and the Israeli intelligence, Mossad. They are the gatherers of information.

you something you might not know. 334 years ago today, one of the darkest periods in American history began in colonial Massachusetts. Religious hysteria destroyed hundreds of families and claimed the lives of at least 20 innocent people. Here is the story of the Salem Witch Trials. The fear of witchcraft gripped Europe during the Dark Ages. The the terror then spread to North America in the 17th century. In February 1690, two young girls in Salem began suffering what they said were fits. The children accused three villagers of practicing witchcraft, a Caribbean slave named Tejoba, Sarah Good, a homeless beggar and Sarah Osborne, an elderly woman. Eventually, dozens were put on trial. The youngest just four years old, she implicated her own mother upon questioning during the proceedings. The townsfolks would shriek faint and scream profanities. The methods used to detect the devil were bizarre. Some were dunked in ice cold water, then burned with a metal cross. In the end, most people confessed to avoid torture. The first alleged witch, Bridget Bishop, was hanged on June 10, 1692. The entire frenzy lasted two years. 200 people were tried for witchcraft. 30 found guilty, 20 executed. The governor of Massachusetts finally stopped the madness when his own wife was accused of devil worship. And here's something else you might not know. The hunt for Satanist was not confined to New England. The worst witch hunt in history occurred in Central Europe during the Protestant Reformation. Religious factions waged war for control of Germany and France. Each side accused the other of doing the devil's business. Between 1500 and 1700, more than 200,000 so called witches were executed in Europe. 90% women. For more harrowing stories about Salem, please read my book, Killing the Witches. Back in a moment.
