Thanks, Bill. Here's what's happening this week in America Unanimous Supreme Court decision, Illegals voting legally in la, Most secure border ever and players finally fighting back. That's all coming up. Then Bill's gonna be here with your message of the day. But first, a unanimous decision from the Supreme Court ruled that a federal ban on guns for unlawful users of any controlled substance is unconstitutional. The ban is unconstitutional. Justice Neil Gorsuch wrote in the court's opinion that unlawful drug use alone cannot be grounds to seek to send someone to prison and potentially force them to give up firearms for life. The Justice Department said IT prosecutes about 300 cases a year in which a violation of the drug user gun ban is the leading charge. The plaintiff is Ali Hamani, a Texas man who admitted to using marijuana every other day while keeping a Glock 9 millimeter pistol in his home. He was prosecuted by federal authorities for a single charge of unlawful possession as a drug user, but was not intoxicated nor physically holding the weapon when he was arrested. Gorsuch said that this opinion was narrow and does not disturb other provisions of the law, which include a ban on guns for drug addicts, ban on guns for people who are intoxicated at the moment, and for those who are deemed a danger to themselves or others. This ruling would not have, for example, prevented the prosecution of Hunter Biden under the same law since he was a known and admitted drug addict while in possession of a firearm. The LA city council voted 10 to 5 to approve a ballot proposal that if the People vote for on November 3, will give non citizens and illegal aliens the right to vote in local elections. Councilman Hugo Soto Martinez claimed that only individuals with some form of legal status, such as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, daca, temporary protected status holders, and legal permanent residents, would be allowed to vote in such a program. But that's not true, and DACA is for illegal aliens. Custom and Border Patrol announced that total apprehensions at the Southern border in May were lower than the single day apprehensions during Biden's administration. That's under 10,000 for the month now. That's who is apprehended. Zero were released inside of America. That's 13 months straight of zero illegal aliens released into America. A minor league baseball team in Pennsylvania forfeited its Pride night game after several players refused to wear the rainbow jersey. The York Revolution is the name of the team. Please go support them and buy tickets for the rest of the season if you're nearby. The team leadership said this action by the players is inconsistent with our vision as the most welcoming place in York. They gave $10,000 to some LGBTQIA plus organization. I'm Mike Slater from the podcast Politics by faith. Bill O'Reilly has your message of the day. Next what's the mission?

Paramount plus, time now for the O'Reilly update. Message of the Day it took CNN just minutes to trash the Iran deal after President Trump's announcement over the weekend. Reporter Nick Robertson, a foreign policy guy, immediately ran down his list as to why the deal was flawed. Robertson had nothing new and no pertinent information. Same old thing. Trump's policies are bad no matter what. CNN will soon have new management and like cbs, there will be a purge. Hating Trump is not good journalism. Expect resignations at cnn. Also, like cbs, the left will jump up and down with indignation. The progressive movement is losing its stronghold on TV news and the progressives don't like that one bit. The whole thing started with the Iraq war and then supersized with Barack Obama. Hillary Clinton never really had a chance against the man who the liberal media portrayed as Moses. Yes, there is hyper partisanship on the right, but nothing like the progressive stance of the corporate media. The good news? It will soon be over. I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message by writing it. You can reach me billorilly.com billorilly.com name in town if you wish to opine now let's go to the mail. Marty concierge. Remember, Marty gets our help if he gets into trouble. We are on his team. The Iran peace deal will only work if there is actual verification. I agree with that entirely. Got to have the inspectors go in and on a regular basis, have to. TANYA Bill, you are chiding people for not celebrating the peace deal. No, I'm not. I didn't chide anybody. Okay, should we find out what's in the deal before we start celebrating? Number one, I wouldn't celebrate anyway. And number two, yeah, you should find out what's in the deal and I am confident we will by the end of this week. Chiding stephen, CONCIERGE MEMBER the Iran deal is a disaster and the tolls on ship, it appears it's fine with Trump. What tolls? What tolls? Stephen, what? Come on. I mean, where are you getting this stuff? I know where you're getting it. You have to see it. DAVID CONCIERGE MEMBER Bill Any person who can obtain a California driver's license to also issued a voter registration card in California. I'm saying for years. We have millions of illegals voting out here. Okay, I'd like to see an investigation into that. I don't think we'll ever get one. Anthony Basaccio, Wappinger's Falls, New York. What's an example of how food companies prevent the government from putting warnings on labels? Every single product that is laden with sugar, Anthony, Everyone okay, they have food associations, big time lobbying groups. They don't want labels. In a moment, something you might not know.

The British troubadour hit it big in 1978 with the single Pump It Up. His real Name, Declan Patrick McManus, Good Irishman, Getty Lee is reuniting with his Rush bandmates for the first time in a decade. The group is performing without their original drummer, Neil Pert, who died in 2020. 74 year old John Mellencamp back on the road. Unlike previous concerts, a singer is promising to perform his biggest hits. Jack and Diane. Pink House's Small Town Hurts so Good. Bruce Springsteen. Currently touring the USA and Europe, the Boss recently made headlines for bashing President Trump while performing in England. Folks in South America can see Alice Cooper and his band the Hollywood vampires. The 78 year old is famous for his horror antics including makeup, leather whip and the appearance of a ten foot python. Beach boy Mike Love still singing at age 85. You can see him and the boys at 40 concerts this summer. The oldest rocker, Ringo Starr, The Beatle turns 86 this July. Now Frankie Valli is older than Ringo, but Frankie is on the ropes. Ringo is out there. And here's something else you might not know. Aging musicians are able to perform later in life thanks to modern medicine. Some singers use inhalers, steroids and auto tune to improve their voices between songs. Mick Jagger takes a quick break backstage where he takes a few hits from an oxygen tank. Back in a moment.

And we're live from the living room as Doug eyes up the match. Say spread. He's reaching for the buffalo wing. Perfect. Hang on. What's this? Oh, he's gone for a can of Pepsi too. Incredible. What a finish. Sensational combination. Look at the delight on his face. There's no doubt about it. It just tastes better. Match days deserve pepper Pepsi. Food deserves Pepsi. Grab a pack of Pepsi. Zero sugar. For today's match, it's poetry in motion.
