Thank you, Bill. It is Thursday, June 25, 2026. Here's what's happening today in America. DOJ brings the hammer, Biden judge hits ice, a Mamdani sweep and Denmark says enough. It's all coming up. And Bill's gonna be here with your message of the day of first, the Department of Justice did not hold back against antifa members. Nine of them received a total of 450 years behind bars. 12 person jury heard from 46 witnesses saw 210 exhibits proving that these nine defendants wore all black, covered their faces, brought 11 firearms and body armor, shot off fireworks outside of an ICE detention facility outside of Fort Worth. They shot these fireworks off to distract the officers, then opened fire on them. One of these antifa guys fired 30 rounds at an unarmed officer. This was 4th of July last year. One of those rounds shot an officer in the neck. The leader of the Antifa group was sentenced to 100 years in prison for attempted murder. Five of them got 50 years and then another guy got 70 years for one crime and then 30 years for another. A federal judge appointed by Joe Biden is blocking ICE agents from arresting illegal aliens at courthouses. This judge is from the Northern District of California. The courthouse policy has been one that has been widely used by the Trump administration. They say it's one of the safest ways for ICE agents to conduct immigration enforcement. A Homeland Security lawyer says when a judge sentences a defendant, the defendant's taken into custody. If an alien is ordered removed by an immigration judge, the same thing should happen. A district judge ordering otherwise is naked judicial activism in service of an anti American open borders agenda. This judge's ruling also prevents ICE from holding illegal aliens in short term custody for up to 72 hours, requiring that individuals cannot be held longer than 12 hours. The Communists had a great day and Democratic primaries in New York. All three of Mamdani's backed candidates won. Two of them beat long incumbent TDS Democrats. But being TDS is enough for voters. These voters in New York, they want full blown Marxists. Another DSA candidate won a state Senate primary as a Palestinian Muslim woman who recently said of 9 11, the idea we have to apologize for a terror attack that a couple of people did and there's no apology or reparations for genocides or for slavery is something I find reprehensible. Denmark's immigration minister plans to ban the Islamic call to prayer from the country. They said that parts of Denmark felt like a suburb of Islamabad. He said the call to prayer should not be heard over Danish rooftops. It is no place in Denmark. I'm Mike Slater from the podcast Politics by Faith. Time now for the O'Reilly update. Message of the day on this Thursday. It is safe to say most Americans could not care less about British politics. Keir Starmer, who we know the Royal Family. But that's about it. When I was in London three weeks ago, it was clear the UK Was tottering garbage everywhere. Muslim neighborhoods, unpoliced, Jewish enclaves frightened. Presiding over the chaos was Prime Minister Starmer, who was then booted from office this week. The reason he was sacked is progressive politics. Stormer's tenure is called Starmanite socialism. Some facts, the UK has become a welfare state overrun with third world migrants, many of whom need government handouts. In fact, 441 billion a year is distributed to welfare seekers. That includes government run health care. But the Brits just take in 438 billion in taxes. So the treasury is quickly closing in on red ink. Taxes will have to go up. The average British worker cannot afford it. And remember, Starmer and his pals spent little on defense and education. Handouts are the big expense. The USA, of course, is carrying a $30 trillion debt, but we have massive defense and school expenditures. The UK and other European countries hide behind us. So Starmer is out. Americans don't care, but it is very Instructive. I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message by writing it. You can reach me, bill@billoriley.com billorilly.com name in town if you wish to opine now let's go to the mail. Michael Shottle, Leland, North Carolina. I'm a proud American, but these far left loons that have been winning elections recently aren't. Which leads me to ask if these people are even qualified to hold federal office. Private citizen, per the First Amendment can spout off about anything, but if you're elected, you have to take an oath to uphold the Constitution. Good question. You can take your oath and you can say I'm upholding the Constitution because that's what they do. Now you may not think they're doing it. I think insurrection isn't upholding the Constitution, but people are going to justify whatever they do. It's called rationalization. AFR concierge member we hope you please with the program since Anthony Fauci received a pardon, who signed it? The auto pen. Can president cancel that part? No. And the federal courts won't cancel it either. And nobody knows what sort of thing because it won't say. Maybe there'll be a whistleblower or something. David Khan's Here is Remember, Bill, I'm a pragmatist and very jaded as well. I'm sorry about the jaded thing, David, but I understand. I can guarantee you no matter what Rand Paul finds out about Anthony Fauci, nothing will ever happen to him. Probably right. But he will be thoroughly embarrassed. I am positive of that in a moment. Something you might not know.

Now, the O'Reilly update brings you something you might not know. 250 years ago, assemblies across North America British colonies held their own conventions. There they decided whether to join the new nation that would eventually become the United States. Here are the most powerful men who dedicated their lives to the creation of a constitutional republic. Virginia led by George Mason. He drafted the first Declaration of Rights that would eventually be the basis of the Bill of Rights. Another powerful Virginian was Thomas Jefferson. Old Tom was the primary author of behind the Declaration of Independence with James Madison up in Massachusetts. John Adams was a leading legal mind who actually helped defend British troops after the Boston Massacre. His ideas shaped the concept of the separation of powers as well as due process. Samuel Adams, John's cousin, also played a major role in New England, he organized a patriot group called Sons of Liberty. The winter before his state's convention, his posse threw hundreds of pounds of British tea into Boston Harbor. John Jay emphasized the different authorities given to New York's chief executive, called the governor as well as the assembly in Albany. Benjamin Franklin advocated for independence in Pennsylvania. He was later deployed to Paris, where he secured military and financial aid from the French to fight the British. And here's something else you might not know. After each colony's convention decided to split from Great Britain, delegates were dispatched to Philadelphia. That summer, they gathered at the Pennsylvania statehouse. Beginning in early July, 56 men signed their names to the Declaration of Independence. That document was eventually sent to King George III in London. Enraged, the monarch convened a special session of parliament. Said George, quote, no people ever enjoyed more happiness or lived under a milder government than are American colonists. After eight years of war, Great Britain finally surrendered in 1783. Back after this

The episode moves briskly through pressing news items with a tone that is direct, skeptical of progressive policies, and focused on contrasting law enforcement, political trends, and cultural changes in the US and abroad. Bill O’Reilly’s commentary is unsparing and designed for an audience looking for "no spin" perspectives, often warning of the dangers of lenient policies and progressive overreach.
