Thank you, Bill. It is Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Here's what's happening today in America. Another federal judge strikes citizens denaturalized earthquake in Florida and Big Sports Week tips off. That's all coming up. And Bill's gonna be here with your message of the day. But first, a federal Judge vacated President Trump's $100,000 fee for employers H1B visa applications. The federal judge said this fee violated the Federal Administrative Procedure act and the Constitution. Letitia James, the attorney general of New York, said every day thousands of people with H1B visas serve new Yorkers as doctors, teachers and other skilled workers. Teachers H1B visas are specifically for foreigners with a specialty occupation. Anyway, today a court put an end to this administration's illegal attempt to destroy this critical program and the many jobs it makes possible. Trump said that the H1B visa program has been misused and is undermining US economic and national security through the, quote, large scale replacement of American workers. Prior to this change, H1B visa fees were about $2,000 per application. There's about 100,000 H1B visas every year. But since this payment was announced In February, only 85 payments have been made. The Department of Justice filed cases to denaturalize 17 legalized migrants. The acting attorney general, Todd Blanche, said getting U.S. citizenship is a privilege. And under the steadfast leadership of President Trump, the Department of justice maintains a zero tolerance policy for the abuse of this process. Federal law allows for the deportation of migrants who committed deception during the citizenship of naturalization process. For example, one of these 17 guys from Haiti sexually abused his minor daughter during his naturalization process. While you're being naturalized, you have to attest under oath that you had not committed any crime for which you had not been arrested and you cannot conceal ongoing criminal conduct. An earthquake struck off Cuba's northwest coast, shaking Cuba, Mexico and Florida. Area not typically prone to quakes. This is a 6.1 magnitude. An earthquake this strong has not hit the area since 1880. Authorities have not reported any major damage or casualties. But Cuba's in bad shape right now. They've already had blackouts for many months now. The quake was felt as far away as Orlando, a big sports week. The president was at the NBA Finals yesterday at Madison Square Garden, the first sitting president to be at an NBA Finals game. Thursday is the opening game of the World Cup. A referee from Somalia was denied entry into America and at the Miami airport. He was determined inadmissible due to vetting concerns. Our first game is Friday at 9pm in Los Angeles against Paraguay. And then Sunday night is the UFC Fight Night at the White House. Main card set to begin at 8:00pm Eastern. First fight at 4:00 Eastern. I'm Mike Slater. From Politics by Faith, Bill O'Reilly has your message of the day. Next.

Time now for the O'Reilly update. Message of the day on this Tuesday. Why is President Trump attending the Knicks spurs game? An issue. So what? The guy has followed the team for years. In fact, it was at a Knick game when Donald Trump told me he was going to run for president. I replied, of what country? Always the wise guy. The media continues to be obsessed with Mr. Trump and that's why they are pounding the Knicks story. If President Biden were attending, no one would care. Old Joe rarely did social things because Jill wouldn't let him. That was a really good story. Left untold, there were some booze at Madison Square Garden when Donald Trump waved at the camera and that will become another press driven spectacle. But a negative New York City reception is not a lot for the president. Last September, there was cheering at the 911 event at Yankee Stadium. I was there. But the Knicks draw a different crowd than the Yanks, more affluent and liberal. The media's obsession with President Trump will continue until he leaves office, but the damage the press has done to itself will vividly remain. If you watch my broadcast of no Spin News, you know there is an actual war between the President of the United States and the American media. And at this point, Donald Trump is winning that war. We'll see if the Nick situation adds to that victory. I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message by writing it. You can reach me bill@billoriley.com bill@billoriley.com name

in town if you wish to opine. Male Richard I say good riddance. In my humble opinion, Scott Pelley is no better than Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel, Leslie stahl, stop watching 60 Minutes. Many moons ago, Pelly was part of the reason. I thought he was all too often a pretentious jerk with a heavy twist of progressive liberalism. Okay. Tom Hand, Morrieta, California. Hey, Bill, why doesn't President Trump bomb Iraq back to the Stone Age? Because then I estimate 25,000 civilians would

How would I know?

I don't get her taxes. That's private. What I do know is the lawyers who got the 7 million, and that's not in dispute. They have to declare it on their taxes. I mean, sorry, you got to understand the system. There's a lot of privacy laws in America. Stuart macagon, Whittier, California the Hanson Interview with Superb. We are very fortunate to have been able to watch your long form interview with this great American. Your impressive skills and interviewer brought out his thinking on several important issues. you something you might not know. 156 years ago today, a Native American warrior met with President Ulysses S. Grant at the White House. The historic summit failed to change America's policy as the country continued its conquest of the West. Here is the story of Chief Red cloud. Born in 1822 in modern day Nebraska, the young Native American rose to prominence for his prowess on the battlefield. Red Cloud soon realized individual warfare against the US army would never succeed. So he united the tribes Lakota, Sioux, Northern Cheyenne and others of the Great Plains in 1868, Red Cloud launched a successful guerrilla campaign that completely paralyzed American operations in the West. It was the first time that Indian forces had successfully defeated the U.S. army in a major battle. To ensure a lasting peace, the two sides signed the Treaty of Fort Laramie. The agreement mandated that the USA abandoned three forts and seize construction of new bases on Indian territory. However, the Americans quickly broke the treaty and continued to expand west. In June 1870, Red Cloud and his entourage traveled to Washington to meet President Grant. No agreement was reached, but organized fighting stopped for a while. The peace between the US And Red Cloud lasted two years. Tensions culminated in the massacre at Wounded knee. There, the US army killed more than 300 Indian men, women and children as troops fought to disarm the tribes. And here's something else you might not know. In later years, Red Cloud converted to Catholicism. He supported the establishment of the Holy Rosary Mission on its reservation to convert tribal children. He died Dec. 10, 1909, at the age of 87.
