Thank you, bill. It's Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Here's what's happening today in America. Lesson learned, congressional authority of the courts, peace, deal advances, and Wyoming is the first. It's all coming up. And Bill is going to be here with your message of the day. But first, Tulsi Gabbard and CIA Director John Ratcliffe both said in a sworn testimony yesterday that there was no classified information or material shared on that group chat created by the national security advisor, Mike Waltz. According to the New York Post, Jeffrey Goldberg, who goes by JG on signal, he's the editor in chief of the Atlantic, was accidentally added instead of the US Trade Representative Jameson Greer, same initials. The president told NBC News that this was a non issue, that Goldberg being there had no impact at all, that the attacks were perfectly successful. Trump said it's only been one glitch in two months and it turned out not to be a serious one. Quote, michael Waltz has learned a lesson and he's a good man. The speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, floated out the possibility of Congress eliminating some federal courts. He said, we do have the authority over the federal courts. We can eliminate an entire district court. We have power, funding over the courts and all these other things. But desperate times call for desperate measures and Congress is going to act. He later clarified that this wasn't so much a threat as much as making a point about Congress's broad authority over the courts. Article 3 of the Constitution established the Supreme Court, but gave Congress the power to ordain and establish lower federal courts. Congress has eliminated courts in the past 1913, Congress abolished the Commerce Court. And in 1982, Congress abolished the Article 3 Court of Claims and the U.S. court of Customs and Patent Appeals. Senator Mike Lee also presented a bill that, in his words, makes it impossible for a single federal judge to issue an injunction with nationwide applicability against the executive Branch, the latest with Russia and Ukraine. Russia has agreed to ensure safe navigation and prevent the use of commercial vessels for military purposes in the Black Sea. The United States will also restore Russia's access to world markets for agricultural and fertilizer exports. Ukraine has agreed to a similar truce in the Black Sea, and they pledged to develop measures for implementing Trump and Zelensky's agreement to ban strikes against energy facilities in Russia. Wyoming is the first state to require proof of citizenship to vote in all elections. The Secretary of State of Wyoming said it will ensure that we protect Wyoming elections and also a key to supporting President Trump's pivotal work to have proof of citizenship for registering to vote with the SAVE act at the federal level. He also believes that this will be a model for the rest of the country. One down, 49 to go. I'm Mike Cider from the podcast Politics by faith. Bill O'Reilly has your message of the.

Time now for the O'Reilly update message of the Day. On this Wednesday, the anti Trump media is gloating over the Atlantic magazine leak story. Apparently members of the administration, including Vice President Vance and Secretary of Defense Hegseth, allowed editor Jeffrey Goldberg access to a discussion about waxing terrorists in the Middle east, specifically the Houthis. This is a breach of security, no doubt because Goldberg is a Trump hater and is now bragging about the incompetence of the administration piling on other Trump vilifiers like former Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta. When asked, President Trump did not seem to be aware of the situation and I believe that's true. No one would purposely allow a guy like Jeffrey Goldberg access to any meeting involving Trump people. The problem here and the mistake that was made is because of inexperience. Now, I pointed that out while analyzing the presidential appointments in January. Washington is no place for beginners. It is a treacherous situation. Now the Trump administration is embarrassed. Not an enduring story, but one that requires a lessons learned mentality. Understand that enemies of Donald Trump are lurking. Safeguards are vital. Know that before you speak. I'm Bill O'Reilly. I approve the message by writing it. You can reach me billoriley.com billorilly.com name in town if you wish to opine, let's go to the mail. Scott over cash Diamond Bar, California I say President Obama was a worse president than Joe Biden. Biden was clueless, but Barack knew what he was doing to screw things up. Well, I respectfully disagree and I chronicle the whole thing in confronting the presidents. You may not like Barack Obama, but he ran the government fairly efficiently. You may disagree with his income redistribution tactic. I did. But he was a responsible president. Biden was not on any level, just immigration alone. If you compare Obama's record to Biden's record, no comparison. Kathleen Bill, I believe you're absolutely wrong to assume Michelle Obama would win if she ran. And I think the Obamas are realizing how many Dems didn't vote the party this time. So I base my analysis, Kathleen, on Michelle Obama's approval in the polls, which is the highest of any Democrat, and her book sales, which are colossal. She outsells me. Now, she only had two books and I've had 20, but so raw I outsell her. But it's a popular woman in the Democratic precincts. So that's where I base my analysis on those facts. And I would be curious where you say I'm wrong. Well, what are you basing your analysis on? Remember, Kathleen, people believe what they want to believe, and that's all right. We're all entitled to our opinion under the Constitution. But when you make a statement of fact, should have something to back it up. Rebecca the institutions that are invested in DEI policies have simply renamed it. The program is now called Inclusive Excellence and Belonging. Wow, I did not know that. Rebecca Inclusive Excellence and Belonging. I'm going to be on a lookout for that in a moment. Something you might not know. Seventy years ago today, a children's song hit number one on the Billboard chart. The tune premiered eight months earlier. It's part of a television series by Disney. Here is the story behind the Ballad of Davy Crockett. In the summer of 1954, ABC Studios launched a program to highlight an American hero. On October 27, an episode titled Davy Crockett aired nationwide.
Narrator
Born on a mountaintop in Tennessee, Greenest state in the land of the free Raised in the woods so's he knew every tree Killed him a bar when he was only three Davy, Davy Crockett, king of the wild frontier.
Bill O'Reilly
While the program was dismissed by the uppity critics, the show and the song gained popularity. On March 26, 1955, Davy Crockett hit number one. The song kicked off the so called Crockett craze. Disney released a full length feature one year later. Kids from coast to coast wore coonskin caps, carried toy rifles, built tree houses in their backyards. Davies popularity helped boost Disney's brand. The series changed its name to the Wonderful World of Disney in 1969. The program remains on the air to this day. And here's something else you might not know. While Davy Crockett was popular with the kids, the actual person was a pretty tough guy. Born 1786, the Tennessee native joined the local militia in the early 19th century, fighting native Americans, then the British. When he wasn't killing people, Crockett earned his living as a bear hunter. Davy slayed 100 bears each year, selling their meat, fur and oil for profit. Anyway, Davy Crockett wound up at the Alamo, as we all know, and was killed defending that fort as the Mexican army overran the Texians. Back after this.

Mike Slater
Hey, I'm Mike Slater. I have a podcast called Politics by Faith. We have a very simple mission. We take the news of the day and we filter it through a biblical worldview. So here's the big story of the day. What does the Bible say about it and how can we apply it? It's amazing. There's nothing new under the sun. The Bible has something to say about everything that's going on today. So basically, we thumped the Bible over on Politics by Faith. I think we got to keep MAGA going. And I think the way to take it beyond just a political victory into a true rebel, building and awakening and revival in America is to make sure that this is all grounded in biblical principles. And that's what we do on the podcast Politics by Faith. And you can subscribe to Politics by Faith wherever you're listening to the show right now.
