Thank you, bill. It's Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Here's what's happening today in America. Lesson learned, congressional authority of the courts, peace, deal advances, and Wyoming is the first. It's all coming up. And Bill is going to be here with your message of the day. But first, Tulsi Gabbard and CIA Director John Ratcliffe both said in a sworn testimony yesterday that there was no classified information or material shared on that group chat created by the national security advisor, Mike Waltz. According to the New York Post, Jeffrey Goldberg, who goes by JG on signal, he's the editor in chief of the Atlantic, was accidentally added instead of the US Trade Representative Jameson Greer, same initials. The president told NBC News that this was a non issue, that Goldberg being there had no impact at all, that the attacks were perfectly successful. Trump said it's only been one glitch in two months and it turned out not to be a serious one. Quote, michael Waltz has learned a lesson and he's a good man. The speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, floated out the possibility of Congress eliminating some federal courts. He said, we do have the authority over the federal courts. We can eliminate an entire district court. We have power, funding over the courts and all these other things. But desperate times call for desperate measures and Congress is going to act. He later clarified that this wasn't so much a threat as much as making a point about Congress's broad authority over the courts. Article 3 of the Constitution established the Supreme Court, but gave Congress the power to ordain and establish lower federal courts. Congress has eliminated courts in the past 1913, Congress abolished the Commerce Court. And in 1982, Congress abolished the Article 3 Court of Claims and the U.S. court of Customs and Patent Appeals. Senator Mike Lee also presented a bill that, in his words, makes it impossible for a single federal judge to issue an injunction with nationwide applicability against the executive Branch, the latest with Russia and Ukraine. Russia has agreed to ensure safe navigation and prevent the use of commercial vessels for military purposes in the Black Sea. The United States will also restore Russia's access to world markets for agricultural and fertilizer exports. Ukraine has agreed to a similar truce in the Black Sea, and they pledged to develop measures for implementing Trump and Zelensky's agreement to ban strikes against energy facilities in Russia. Wyoming is the first state to require proof of citizenship to vote in all elections. The Secretary of State of Wyoming said it will ensure that we protect Wyoming elections and also a key to supporting President Trump's pivotal work to have proof of citizenship for registering to vote with the SAVE act at the federal level. He also believes that this will be a model for the rest of the country. One down, 49 to go. I'm Mike Cider from the podcast Politics by faith. Bill O'Reilly has your message of the.
