Hello Listeners!

Hello Listeners! In this episode, we had the opportunity to have a conversation with Swim DeepBritish indie mainstays Swim Deep return with their explosive new single "Mud," a track that arrives as the band continues to bridge the gap between their Birmingham roots and their status as icons of the Asian alternative circuit. The release follows a period of intense rejuvenation for the group. After a line-up change—welcoming JJ Buchanan (Fur) on guitar and a sold-out December tour across Thailand and China (recently featured in The Guardian), Swim Deep are sounding more confident than ever. Their cross-continental reach further expanded through "Good News," a collaborative track with Thai indie-pop duo Dept. "Mud" serves as the centerpiece for their upcoming fifth studio album, ‘Hum’ (due 19th June). The album explores the aftermath of transformational life events, exploring loss, family, and the responsibility of building a life. With a history that includes sold-out headline dates at Bangkok’s At.Bantadthong Art Space and Shanghai’s Yuyintang Park, "Mud" is the next chapter for a band that has successfully turned personal upheaval into collective, international uplift.Listen full episode on Bingkai Suara with Zoey and don’t forget to follow our podcast on any podcast platforms, our Instagram Bingkai Karya, and stay updated with our recent news on www.bingkaikarya.com

Hello Listeners! In this episode, we had the opportunity to have a conversation again with KeNNKeNN lays it all bare on his first EP "From Miseducation", an eight-track collection that fuses raw emotion with his signature sonic sensibility. KeNN debut EP doubles as both an introduction and a statement of intent, featuring two new songs and a freshly reworked acoustic track that showcase him at his most instinctive – raw, reflective, and shaped by the sounds that raised him. At its core, "From Miseducation" reframes the idea of "miseducation". Raised in a culture-rich environment that didn't always fit the mold, and immersed in music from an early age, KeNN leans into the idea that what's often labelled as "miseducation" can become something meaningful when filtered through lived experience. With "From Miseducation", KeNN isn't just reflecting on where he came from - he's expanding it, revealing the full range of what he can bring from record to stage.Listen full episode on Bingkai Suara with Zoey and don’t forget to follow our podcast on any podcast platforms, our Instagram Bingkai Karya, and stay updated with our recent news on www.bingkaikarya.com
