Each one of these categories and other ones play into our decision-making process. We see the tools we use as an asset to our organization, helping us to do whatever we are trying to accomplish better or faster.

But what happens when the tool becomes a problem, whether Unreliability, Slow, Dangerous, Unsupported, Out of Budget, Not Secure, or Conflicting Social Stance

You are now faced with the challenge of assessing a new tool to make sure your organization is running as best as possible and not letting it lose revenue or productivity due to using the wrong tool.
