Hi, I’m Vincent McMahon.

I'm a Strategy Consultant, Change Mentor and Author. I'm is passionate about helping men in their life who are lost, tired or struggling by transitioning them into becoming Black Knights (3rd stage consciousness) in their personal or professional life so they feel fulfilled, energised and connected to their joy.
With an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons, I have run a successful consulting business for over 30 years. 15 years ago my focus changed from corporate strategy to personal strategy and change mentoring after I discovered that no amount of working harder or accruing outer successes made me feel fulfilled. And at some point you just get tired.
Knowing this place of tiredness but still feeling like I had ‘more in the tank’, I turned my focus to studying psychology, the dynamics of relationships, consciousness and shamanism. I also spent time with a tribe in the rainforests of West Papua and with a mystic in the mountains of Peru. Through my experiences I learned about the arc of the masculine journey, and I have been inspired to share this wisdom with other men. My own life journey has taken him from Dublin, Ireland, to Tortorella, a medieval village in the mountains of southern Italy. As well as mentoring men, I am passionate about nature and growing my own food in his Italian garden. My connection to the land provides me with the tools to ground my mentoring work so that my clients experience true transformation and change. I provide a safe, confidential container for my clients and my Irish humour ensures that the journey is both enlightening and enjoyable.
My clients come from different walks of life and include psychologists, academics, entrepreneurs, business leaders and health care professionals. They all want to let go of the limitations and constraints that they feel bound by and reclaim their life.
