🏁Ukraine and the United States have reached an agreement on a minerals deal, which Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister Olha Stefanishyna confirmed on February 25. The deal, designed to strengthen U.S.-Ukraine ties, involves the creation of a fund that will receive 50% of the proceeds from Ukraine’s state-owned mineral resources, including oil and gas. This fund will be used to invest in projects within Ukraine. The agreement, which excludes resources already contributing to Ukraine’s state budget, follows tense negotiations and has secured more favorable terms for Ukraine. 💵 Grayscale Investments has filed for a Polkadot (DOT) ETF, expanding its offerings beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum. The SEC has 45 days to review the application.
