🏁Ukraine and the United States have reached an agreement on a minerals deal, which Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister Olha Stefanishyna confirmed on February 25. The deal, designed to strengthen U.S.-Ukraine ties, involves the creation of a fund that will receive 50% of the proceeds from Ukraine’s state-owned mineral resources, including oil and gas. This fund will be used to invest in projects within Ukraine. The agreement, which excludes resources already contributing to Ukraine’s state budget, follows tense negotiations and has secured more favorable terms for Ukraine. The site provides live rankings of actors, real-time wallet updates, and integrations with blockchain analysis firms. Bybit pledges ongoing support, with future updates including live wallet tracking and expanded regulatory measures. 💵 Grayscale Investments has filed for a Polkadot (DOT) ETF, expanding its offerings beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum. The SEC has 45 days to review the application. This follows Grayscale’s attempts to convert its XRP Trust into an ETF and offer a Cardano fund. The move reflects growing interest in crypto products as the SEC becomes more open to them.
