Stephen McCurra and Don Bailey are board members of an organization called the Battlers. You'll hear at the beginning of this podcast what a battle is about. Lure is an eagle in South Africa and it flies with its head looking down all the time. So giving this aerial perspective, this organization is a pretty cool organization. I just got to know about them. They are a group, a non profit of pilots, helicopter pilots, helicopters, planes that service the environmental conservation space in southern Africa. They move vultures, they move wild dogs, they move lions, they move cheetahs, pangolins, you name it, they do it. So cool. Didn't know that they were around. They reached out to me. I said, come on on the podcast, let's talk. Let's let everybody learn about you guys. If you want more information, go to their website, www.battlers.org. battlers is b a t e l e u r s.org Fascinating conversation about something I'd never known about you guys. Obviously you're going to learn about it with me and if you have any interest, if you're a pilot and you're going to visit South Africa, you can go for a fly along with these guys if they have a mission which would absolutely change the world. So enjoy. So five years ago, there was a reason why I started this movement. And the truth then is the truth now that we need to champion our narrative. We need to champion the truth around what we do and who we are. There's a sweet spot with a gun, you know, too heavy and it's a

burden to walk with.
Robbie (2:04)
Too light and you whipping it. Why is the project so important to the hunting community?
Steve (2:09)
It's, it's a. I think it's not only important, I think it's. I think it's vital. I think it's, it's just in time.
Don (2:14)
It's like snakes and ladders. You guys climbing the ladder and then somebody does something stupid and you just slide down.
Robbie (2:21)
That is such an amazing analogy. Snakes and ladders.
