Welcome back to B and I and the Power of One podcast. Back with our weekly presentation coaching episode. We're reviewing your submitted weekly presentation. Try to help them make them as effective as possible. So today we are hearing from Tiffany he in Utah. Tiffany told me she's a new member summit chapter BNI Utah south region. Joined back in May 2024. And Tiffany, I apologize, I know you submitted this a couple months ago after her husband finally encouraged her to join or to visit and she joined visited visitor day. So she said transition from a personal training business after a little over 15 years to an online fitness and nutrition coaching business a few years ago. Power moms and women to turn knowing what to do into consistent action through compassionate step by step approach that fits real life. Awesome. I recently discovered the podcast been such a helpful resource. Thank you for listening. I appreciate that. Love to submit my 45 second weekly presentation. Okay, so let me pull this up. Tiffany, thank you for listening. Hopefully you do still hear this. I appreciate you and welcome to bni. Let me pull up my timer here. I'm going to time it just so you know how long it took me. Again, you and I will do it at different speeds. I'm reading it for the first time but it'll give us a point of reference. So here we go. Good morning. BNI coach Tiffany Heath here with TRH Coaching, your fitness and nutrition coach holding the wellness coaching seat. Let me tell you about a client, a 30 year old mom of four who wanted to get back to her pre kid weight but wasn't sure if it was realistic anymore. She tried extreme diets, gave quick results but were impossible to maintain. Just the thought of starting over felt exhausting. I helped her focus on small consistent changes and after 12 months she's not only reached her goal weight in a substantial way, but also no longer felt uncomfortable or embarrassed in photos. So the next time you're talking with your wife, sister or mom friend, whether at the gym, running errands or a family gathering, if she says I've tried everything or feels overwhelmed by where to start, tell her you know someone who's helped a woman just like her and offer to make an introduction. Coach Tiffany with TRH Coaching Helping moms find progress. Progress without perfection. Okay, so that took me 52 seconds. I'm reading it for the first time so I probably stumbled through. So it's probably close. It's probably close, but we might need to cut a couple things out. First and foremost, I would cut out. This is just me. It may be a habit, it may Be things you do in your chapter, maybe something everybody in the chapter does. I think in the last episode I talked about this too. I, I, I would get rid of the holding the wellness coaching seat stuff. I just, it's not necessary. So it saves a few seconds, maybe a second. But when we're talking about seconds, it matters. Coach Tiffany here with th coaching your fitness nutrition coach. I would probably change that up to something that is reputation building, if you will. Something like Tiffany heath here with thr coaching nutritional coach for the last 15 years. I think that's more impactful in the same amount of time. Okay, let me tell you about a client, 38 or mom of four who wanted to get back to her pre kid weight but wasn't sure if it was realistic anymore. She tried extreme diets that gave quick results but were impossible to maintain. And just the thought of starting over felt exhausting. It helped her focus. Small consent. All right, so I think that the, that story's great. That story's great. I would use that story. Here's where we get into the who, how, what part. So the next time you're talking with your wife, sister or mom, friend, pick one. I know it seems trivial, but pick one. You're really trying to pick, paint a picture here. Okay. The good thing is you can change it all the time and it makes the weekly presentation slightly different each time. But we're trying to really paint a picture. So we want to be very specific here. If you say next time you're talking with your sister, I would also stay away from the wife part. To be honest with you. You don't want people to be thinking about this conversation with their wife. You're going to teach them how. It's going to come up anyways. But sister or mom, colleague or each one of these is a different presentation. Let's go with the sister part. The next time you're talking with your sister and then you said, whether at the gym, running errands, or family gathering, pick one. Pick one. Each one of these again is its own image. So next time you're talking to your sister at a family gathering, if she says, I've tried everything, that's probably not the first thing they're saying, right? That comes kind of into the conversation. What's the actual trigger? What's the actual thing they're going to say that gets your members to go, oh, wait a minute, like we're in this conversation, right? It's they're complaining about their weight or they are saying something like, oh, no, I can't eat that. Or, you know, each one of these is a different type of trigger for you to be thinking about, to train on. So let's go with the next time you're at a family gathering and your sister says, oh, I can't eat. That's not part of my diet. That's the trigger. Okay, now that I've got that, what do I say? Next time you're at the family gathering, your sister says she can't eat that thing because it's not part of her diet. Ask her what is she doing? Ask her, how's it been working? And tell her if she shares any level of frustration, tell her that you work with somebody who's helped people just like her in a one to one online situation setup. And see if you can ask her if it'd be okay to make an introduction. Right. So now we're really. And I'm stumbling over my words there, you can tighten that up. You'll be better than me. But what we're really trying to do is paint that exact picture. So instead of trying to capture everything, I'm gonna probably sneeze. That's why I keep muting. Instead of trying to capture everything, wife, sister, mom, friend, whether at the gym, running errands, or family gathering, you gotta pick one of every next time you're, you're at the family cookout. Your sister says, I can't eat that, it's not part of my diet. You're gonna ask them, what are you doing? Why are you doing that? How's it working? And in that conversation, if they show any level of frustration or any hint that they've been trying multiple things, tell them that you work closely with somebody who helps people, women just like her, in a one to one situation. And ask if it would be okay to make an introduction. That's how I would do it. Okay, so you've got the pieces here. It just needs to be a little bit more specific and narrowed so that you can actually paint that picture. And what you're doing is you're training your members all the same stuff. So if their wife starts complaining about it, or their wife says, I can't eat that, or their mom friend at the office says, I can't eat that. It's all the same stuff, but it retains better. And then you can do multiple weekly presentations. So the next week it's you're talking to your mom friend at the gym, the next week it's you're talking to, you're at a, you know, a friend party. The Next week It's at your 4th of July thing and the next like, you know, I mean, it's all. But you're painting specific pictures each time and that's what will retain. I think your story is awesome and helpful. I would just strengthen this last little bit of the paragraph. So, Tiffany, congrats again. Welcome to bni. I hope this was helpful. Hope it's helpful for all of us to be thinking about ours. Continue to submit them at bni. Power of One and I hope you guys all have a fantastic weekend.
