So yesterday, Ghislaine Maxwell pleaded the fifth, but she did say, hey, she will exonerate Trump if he gives her a pardon. So break that down for you. Massie and Connor were able to force the revelation of One of the potential co conspirators with Epstein. At the same time, we're looking at Trump's housing ideas, one of which is being blocked by Congress. Controversy continuing to rage over some American Olympian comments AI medical devices alleged to cause severe harm. We will break down the risks and what we know and how Doge impacted the ability of the FDA to be able to effectively regulate these new medical devices. And a humanitarian researcher is going to join us to give us the very latest with regards to the war in Sudan. His organization just released a report about the use of drones and the way that is fueling the just absolute carnage and horror in that country.

I therefore invoke my right to silence under the Fifth Amendment to the US Constitution. Let the record reflect that Ms. Maxwell has invoked the Fifth Amendment against self incrimination. Ms. Maxwell, please be very clear. Are you declining to answer the question put to you solely on the ground that you believe the answer will incriminate you? I invoke my Fifth Amendment right to silence. So you have here Ghislaine Maxwell testifying from prison, saying that she invokes all of her Fifth Amendment right and refusing to answer any questions. Her attorney, however, clarified. Let's put this up here on the screen. And this really is the big news that she can quote, clear Trump's name in the Epstein Probe in exchange for clemency. Quote, Ms. Maxwell is prepared to speak fully and honestly if granted clemency by President Trump. The attorney said only she can provide the complete account. Some may not like what they hear, but the truth matters. For example, both President Trump and President Clinton are innocent of any wrongdoing. And this is plan.

Such an obvious, such an obvious ploy to get the Clinton machine and the Trump machine united to say, give her what she wants, let her go back to England, she'll disappear and we can just make this all go away. To the extent that we have any hope whatsoever, it's that at this point, the political outrage, at least I hope, would be so insane that it would create a literal political crisis here in Washington. Although who knows, you know, the level of shamelessness is out of control. Here is what Representative Ro Khanna and Representative Comer, who's the GOP member, GOP Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, had to say about that. Let's take a listen.

Who were the other co conspirators? Who were the other men who raped these underage girls? Did she have any conversations about a deal with Donald Trump? Now, she's taken a blanket Fifth Amendment on any question. And my view is that many of my questions don't in any way incriminate her. So we'll see what she does. But there are seven questions that I have specifically asked and the assumption is she's pleading the Fifth to each one of those and the American people will see that there's an inconsistency. Why did she not plead the Fifth when Blanche asked her questions? And now she's pleading the Fifth about things that don't implicate her, but may implicate many of the other powerful people in the Epstein class that committed these crimes. When we met with the survivors of Epstein, it was pretty clear, according to the survivors, and you know, we had 20 some members in that meeting that Maxwell was, was a, a very bad person and she committed a lot of crimes. And it was the intent, in my opinion, when we left that meeting in a bipartisan manner that we would not grant immunity.

So at the very least, that's what we have right now from, you know, our political leaders. They're laying the ground saying that's not going to happen, at least for now. But you can See how Maxwell is playing a very, very, you know, high level game. So to recap her legal problems, she was not. Her petition for habeas was rejected at the US Supreme Court. Everything banked on her saying that the non prosecution agreement that she and Epstein were a part of from 2007 should remain in place and that she remains unindictable and thus that the conspiracy against her is thus completely invalid. Now note, she's not saying I didn't do any of that. She's saying you shouldn't have been able to prosecute me for that because my crimes were granted immunity from you in that sweetheart deal. In the sweetheart deal. This is the corruption behind the entire sweetheart deal. Now that that has yet been rejected. Her last and only hope is clemency from Trump. And look, Trump is clearly afraid of her. I mean, I don't think Trump is the only person afraid of her. I think Clinton and a lot of these other powerful people are afraid of her too. That's why I don't think they're dropping Clinton's name for any accident. Obviously Trump is like the primary actor, but she's in the minimum security prison. She's getting sweet, you know, playing with dogs, being single celled. You've got what cellmates or other people in the prison who are blowing the whistle about her treatment and who are like, hey, this is out of control. And then they're shipped out of the prison like punitive things that are happening. She's not even, she has a sex offender. She's not even supposed to be at a low level federal camp. So there is some very sketchy stuff that's going on. And she's playing, she's playing the game at the highest level.

And let's put, put that together with the fact that yesterday we covered how in a filing in that. Yeah, that court case where she's saying, hey, you shouldn't have been able to prosecute me. Put in, they put in a little footnote there that said, hey, by the way, there were 25 other co conspirators who made deals with the government. So let's talk about that. So yes, she is playing power politics now in terms of Trump and what he's gonna do. Clearly they've done everything they can for her while keeping her in the system. They're trying to make it as cushy as possible for her in hopes that that will be enough at least until he's on his way out the door and can as a final act, by the way, Ghislaine, go free. Go out and exonerate me. And we're all moving. The political backlash maybe wouldn't matter as much. You also have to put it together. The Clinton mentioned there with the fact that Bill and Hillary are set to testify about whatever it is that they know originally when they were subpoenaed, they were saying, nope, we're not gonna do it now. They've changed course. We talked about this on the show yesterday. They're saying, okay, fine, yes, we're gonna come out and we're going to. We're gonna testify now. We'll see. I'm not holding my breath for any profound revelations here, but Tim Dillon had pretty interesting bit where he's basically like, look, the only way that you're gonna really find out is if one of these people who was on the inside self immolates and actually exposes like themselves and others. Do Hill and Bill here, as a final act, want to destroy themselves, but in service of also destroying Trump? Maybe that's a possibility. Who knows? But in any case, that's a message to Bill. Not only can I make this all go away for Trump, listen, I'll make it all go away for you as well as you go into this questioning from bipartisan members of Congress.

And that's part. That's the problem with this entire thing, is that everybody just lies about all of their. It's like Lutnick and Trump and Clinton and I mean, Bill and Hillary Clinton, I mean, oh, my God. Leslie Wexner, Reid Hoffman, Elon Musk, Elon's brother. Who am I missing? Bill Gates, Peter Thiel. Peter. I mean, I could go down the list of like the world's richest. Mark Zuckerberg just showed up in a photo with his wife at an Epstein dinner. It's like Sergey Brin, you know, I mean, there's so. All of these guys, they're deep in the Nobel committee. Prince Andrew, you know, oh, my God, the Norway. You've got the Norwegian princess or whatever.

And the way it functions is mutually assured destruction. That's the principle that keeps it in place. Which is why as long as everyone is more interested in saving their own ass than exposing the whole thing, why we only. We get these glimpses, right? We can see the outline of it, but we can't see all of the details. We can't see all of the specifics. This release in, you know, this latest batch has given us some of the clearest ideas of what was going on. But you're still just sort of seeing shadows of what this thing actually was.

Somebody asked me yesterday, they were like, why is nobody talking? And I was like, well, think about it like the prisoner's dilemma, where each person, if they cooperate, one person will get a better deal and the other will get a. But here's the thing that requires somebody with the power to punish you. There's no prisoner's dilemma because there's nobody. If the people who are at the top and who are running the system are the people who are ones implicated, then who's gonna punish them? You know, the famous, like who's gonna watch the watchers? Like that's literally what's happening here. So that's why there's a conspiracy of silence. Because why would any of them. There's no like the Clintons, everybody, at this level, they are ultra supreme narcissists. Like all they care about are themselves. They don't have any notion of public service. I mean, isn't that what really comes through with these emails? You know, I know a lot of smart people. These people are not that smart. They're just monomaniacally obsessed with power and money. That's it. And it turns out that if you sacrifice your family life, everything else on the altar of, you know, the false God of riches and of sex and power. Yeah. You can achieve it if you certainly want to. But they're not actually intelligent. You know, none of them are people that you would really want to spend that much time around, let alone let run the world. Like that's what comes through in this. And that's why though, there's a conspiracy not only of silence, but you know, this notion of somebody would have to self immolate would require some sort of incentive.

Right. Here's the other thing is, according to the documents Epstein was exploring with his defense team.

Cooperation. He was exploring, hey, maybe there's some information I can provide on some other people and maybe, you know, in order to lessen my sentence and the Next thing you know, he's dead. So whatever happened there, and there are obviously profound questions about what actually happened there, you don't think that the people who were also in the circle are looking at that and seeing that as a message? John Luke Brunel, who was one of the co conspirators and who was a notorious pedophile, also ended up dead in prison under mysterious circumstances, where, lo and behold, the cameras just happened to not work on that day. Oops, sorry. Now he's gone. Now we'll never know the reality of everything that went down here. Like, regardless of whether you buy the official narrative or not, the people who are implicated here, the people who are in the most position to know what was really going on in, you know, excruciating and horrifying detail, there is no doubt that they took that as a message that if you want to preserve your life, not just your lifestyle, but your life, you're gonna keep your mouth shut.

That's right. All right, last thing on Trump. This is very interesting from a police chief report from back about 20 years ago. Let's put it up here on the screen. Julie K. Brown breaking the story over at the Miami Herald. So the story here is from a piece of the Epstein files, and it is basically involving a police report from about 20 years ago where Trump allegedly told the Palm beach police chief, quote, everyone knew about Epstein and that Ghislaine was evil. Okay, so this is a 2019 FBI interview with the Palm Beach. Former Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Ryder Reiter allegedly told or told the FBI that Trump allegedly told him. Thank goodness you're stopping him. Everyone has known he's been doing this and continued that Ghislaine Maxwell was evil. He said that Trump revealed Epstein's Maxwell associate was, quote, his operative and that she is evil. And to focus on her, Trump told Ryder, quote, he was around Epstein once when teenagers were present, and Trump got the hell out of there. Trump also told Ryder that he threw Epstein out of his Mar A Lago club. That stands in contrast to what Trump told reporters in 2019 when he said, no, I had no idea. It is an interesting report, and, I mean, I'm not exactly sure, you know, how much to count it. It is, of course, the Palm beach police, actually, in my opinion, they did one of the better jobs. Those are the people who, no doubt, they were the ones in the beginning who were like, oh, my God, this is horrifying. We don't have the resources to be able to take this guy on. And so, well, intention they go to the FBI, they're like, please help us. You know, you guys have the power of the United States federal government. Like, go put this guy away. And the original detectives, there's a lot of interviews and all stuff with them you can go watch. So maybe I would believe it. It also started making me think maybe this was the genesis, if you'll recall, of Mike Johnson saying that Trump actually was the one who tried to stop Epstein. Because I was like, this is the only known evidence I have now currently of any sort of warning to the police or any of that. It does make Trump look bad, however, because he has claimed repeatedly he had no knowledge and that his relationship was cut off at a certain point. And this takes it all the way back 20 years ago. I mean, look on its face. It always collapsed, literally 2002. Jeffrey likes him young. He said it on the record. New York magazine.

So it's not like he didn't know, but it is yet. The bigger. The bigger thing is like, wow. So, you know, was there a cooperation? Like what. In what context was he interviewed? Right. And none of that really remains clear, but it's from a 2019 interview with the Palm Beach. Palm beach police chief.

I absolutely believe that Palm beach police chief is telling the truth. He has no reason to lie about this. And look, Trump was very close with Epstein. They were best. They hung out in New York, they hung out in Palm Beach. Epstein was at Mar A Lago. He wasn't actually a member, but he was given special privileges there. They would send girls to his house, even though they didn't typically like to do that. Like, I mean, he, he and Maxwell took Virginia Giuffre from Mar a Lago when she was 16 years old. Obviously, Trump knew what was going on here. And so this just has him dead to rights because he has been adamant. I had no idea, no idea what was going on, nothing to do with it, blah, blah, blah. And so it's like, okay, well, why did you lie about this? Cuz in a sense, if you were honest about it, in a way, it kind of makes you look. Cause you're like, oh my God, thank God you're doing something about it. Of course. How long did you know something was going on and you didn't go to the police to protect these girls yourself? It took a family and a young girl coming forward to the police, being very courageous against this extraordinarily wealthy and powerful man to get the ball rolling on this whole investigation. So, no, I mean, he's got dead to rights Here, he knew some of what was going on, there's no doubt about it. Bunch of these events with Epstein were held at Mar a Lago. And to your point, Sagar, we've got him on the record saying Jeffrey likes him young. Like, if anyone was deluding themselves into thinking Trump had no idea, it was just so innocent. I just thought it was, you know, he just liked the, you know, the 19 year old girls. I had no idea about these young. Please, please. Obviously he knew some, some of what was happening here.

If you import women across state lines for the express purpose of having sex, you have violated federal law. Sure. It's not the same thing as importing children across state lines, you know, to abuse them for sexual purposes. But like, I'm, it's like everyone keeps pretending as if this is not also a federal crime. Like, no, that's disgusting, degenerate behavior. If you participate in that, you should go to fucking prison. So there's just all of this, you know, oh, actually it was teenage women or 1819, like, again, like, am I living in a different universe?

Everyone's going, oh, even if they were just 18 19, it doesn't matter. 1819 year old girls from Russia who could barely consent, who don't even speak any English, who are thrown into, you know, maybe in some sketchy contract, who are told they're doing so for modeling purposes, is this not still a heinous crime? Of course it is.

I saw somebody talking about how they always call them underage girls when we should be calling them underage women. Like, I'm sorry, what? Like that is. That is not a thing. Let'S move on to Thomas Massie. Courageously been pushing Thomas Massie RO Condom Yesterday they were able to view some of the Unredacted files. And so what did they do? They immediately came out and started talking about some of those redactions which let's all remember this, the express purpose of the legislation which permits redactions says you may only redact for national security and victims names. Well what happened? The DoJ has now been caught multiple times redacting the names of the rich, the famous and the powerful for no purpose and in direct violation of this federal law. So Thomas Massie, Ro Khanna, they go to the doj, they are able to review some of the unredacted files. They immediately start forcing some of unredacting in public. Here's what they had to say on the steps and we're gonna get to some of the information they released. I mean what we're after is the man who Jeffrey Epstein trafficked women to. We want those names published. Are these men US citizens? What fields do they work in? Is it finance? Is it political?

Foreign government and some are. One of the others is a pretty prominent individual. But I think that the point is that these six are just what we found in two hours of a review of the files that aren't redacted. The broader issue is why so many of the files they're getting are redacted in the first place. And until that becomes unredacted, the main things that they're sending to the career attorneys to review. I don't think we're going to have full compliance with the law. Get to the question that most Americans want to know. Who were the rich and powerful people who went to this island? Did they rape underage girls? Did they know that underage girls were being paraded around?

Six men implicated foreign government. Someone high up at a foreign government. I would love to see some of that. Certainly would. Immediately afterwards Thomas Massie actually started tweeting out very specific redactions which they had been made which violated again the very law that they authored and were passed through Congress signed by the President. And the DOJ had to start immediately un redacting said files as part of this request. Let's put this next one up here on the screen. Thomas Massie in response to my post today the DOJ has now unredacted an FBI file that labels two individuals as co conspirators they have unredacted a file that lists several men who implicated and they have tacitly admitted Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayam was the sender of the torture video. Now, very specifically, what I think is very important, perhaps more than anyone, is the explicit naming in this case of Leslie Wexner. Now, this will come of no surprise to literally anybody who knows anything about the Epstein case. However, it does immediately downplay the initial claim by the FBI, by Cash Patel, by Dan Bongino, that this was a singular enterprise that only Epstein and Maxwell participated in. Wexner was explicitly listed as a potential co conspirator here in the DoD documents. It also just makes common sense. The former CEO of Victoria's Secret, who is the source of Epstein's wealth and initial entree into high society, is the person who. Oh, and who drew boobs in the birthday, is a potential co conspirator in this entire scheme. Oh, you're shocking me with this information. Very important. The second one is a sultan, the Dubai Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayam, who we have actually talked previously about here on the show. This is the guy who is the chief executive officer of the Dubai ports. Now, Ryan and Mortaza, staying over a drop site, have written ad nauseam stories about the Sultan and Epstein's relationship and the way that they were working as a financial conduit in the Middle East. And that was real power, like real money stuff that was going that seems to have been financing some of the stuff behind the scenes for the intelligence deals and other things that we've talked about previously. But just to show you also that their own relationship here with the alleged torture video in that infamous email, and there's a lot of creepy jokes or comments between the two also demonstrates that those two are linked, which is such an important part of the story. Like the sex stuff does not exist without the intelligence stuff. And the financial. And then same vice versa, the financial and the intelligence doesn't exist without the sexual degeneracy that's present within the email. So very important unredactions forced there by Thomas Massey, by Ro Khanna.

Love to know, was there any sort of a, you know, cooperation agreement? Was there any sort of a deal that was sharp with Les Wexner? Was that one of the people that Ghislaine Maxwell is referring to in her filing? What was the investigation into him like? What sort of evidence did you have on Les Wexner and these other co conspirators that you were potential co conspirators that you were looking into? Let's go ahead and take a listen to Thomas Massie talking about this.

He said, we have just unredacted Les Wexner's name from this document, but his name already appears in the file thousands of other times. And he says the Justice Department is hiding nothing. Is that the retired CEO that you're referencing?

So a number of very significant things that he says there. He's like, he casually mentions, well, I could probably say him on the floor of the House because, yes, you are allowed to reveal that sort of information and you had sort of an exclusion as a member of Congress. So, you know, at any time. And he's held out the possibility of what he calls the nuclear option. Listen, if you all don't do what you're supposed to do, what you're legally obligated to do, I will come out and I will say the names. I will put on the record who these unindicted co conspirators are, who was being looked into. And then the DOJ's defense here that oh well, Les Wexner's name was in the file thousands of times. Why do you care so much about this? One is like, like because this is the one that specifically identifies him as a potential co conspirator. It's one thing to have emails about this person going back and forth and you know, whatever sort of dialogue was going on. It's another thing to specifically know the government identified this wealthy man and benefactor of Jeffrey Epstein over many, many years as someone who deserved an investigation, as someone who may have been directly implicated in Epstein's crimes. That is a very different thing than just seeing some email traffic back and forth with Les Wexner's name in it.

This is from Congressman Jamie Raskin who also was able to review some files and he's revealing again, even though we talked previously about some of the barely legal and all of that defense, here are some mentioned, he says, of underage girls and in this case there's no even argument, actual girls. Let's play a six and take a listen.

I mean it's an incredibly serious thing when you read through these files and you read about 15 year old girls, 14 year old girls, 10 year old girls. I saw a mention of a 9 year old girl today. I mean this is just preposterous and scandalous. So you know, I don't want to, I don't want to get into any particular case right now, but I hope the whole country is focusing on the absolute gravity of the crisis that we're in. And you think the British are taking.

So that's fully kind of what we know now in terms of the new information so far that's been breaking. But I do think that the Massey one is very significant and the most significant Is this story. The doj, unless explicitly called out, is covering up for all of these people.

If you go and look at the deputy Attorney General's feed, multiple of the claims that they say are not true. So for example, Thomas Massie, in his original tweet about Leslie Wexner said, this is a well known retired CEO. DOJ should unredact this. Todd Blanche says the document you cite has numerous victim names. We just unredacted Leslie Wexner's name. DOJ is hiding nothing. The document from 2019 discussed only 10 potential co conspirators and contain no victims names. These are just outright lies. And then here's the difficulty for all of us. So as heroic as Massie and Kana are, these are two guys. They are trying to go in to this skiff for these unredacted documents and trying to remember from the top of their head what should be redacted and not. They can't do that. And even if they're in their staff, there's 3 million filed. There's hundreds of lawyers at the DOJ who've been working on this stuff for months who already violated the deadline. Like this would literally take our entire team, their entire staff, every journalist who's potentially interested in them. It would take us months just to go through and flag what should be unredacted. Then there's a process and a review. This is to the extent to what they're covering up. And by the way, don't Forget, there's still 3 million more files that are out there that remain completely unreleased.

And this is why, you know, Ro Khanna and Thomas Massie were pushing for a special master, right? Take it out of the hands of the corrupted DOJ and put it in the hands of someone who is at least supposed to be neutral and who can follow a process because it's been a horror show. You have powerful men who are being protected and you have victims, names that have been and images who have been exposed. It's a mess. Jamie Raskin was talking about that same thing you wear, Sagar. He's like, there are four computers in there. If every member of Congress went in for an hour a day, every day, it would take months, if not years to get through all of this material and be able even just to evaluate it, to see whether they're actually following the law. I mean, we know that they're not, just by the nature of the fact that they are continuing to hide files and that so many of these redactions have been done improperly, over, redacted, under redacted, et cetera. So that's where we are. It is. Honestly though, it is a miracle that we've even gotten this much. And a testament to, you know, Khan and Massie get so much credit here, but also testament to just the level of pressure from the American people. All of these members of Congress having to come home and knowing they're gonna get questions about this and how utterly indefensible it is. That pressure is what really led them to cave and realize like, okay, well, we gotta do something because this thing is going to boil over if we don't put something out and give some pretense of transparency.

Moving on now to some more of the revelations from the files themselves. Remember, these are the gifts that just keep on giving. Let's go ahead and put this up here on the screen. New released Epstein documents showing that the FBI agent purposely removed a hard drive from the jail video recording system and erased all the prison footage during the time of death. If you don't believe me, let me go ahead and read it directly from the transcript. Advised an FBI agent was the one who pulled out the dvr. Also advised he knew that by replacing both hard drives the system would be wiped and he had advised personnel at MCC of that. Continuing advised that only one hard drive of the camera system was working at the time of the incident. When a DVR went bad, none of the cameras recorded. There was a system failure failure of DVR2 on July 29, 2019 and the motherboard failed on DVR2 on August 8, 2019. The hard drive failure occurred on August 10, 2019. After the incident, Blank was asked about the cameras. There were two new hard drives to install. But installing the new hard drives would mean that all prior data would be lost. The warden wanted video. And so Blank was exactly what happened. They went ahead and wiped it. So there you go. All right, that's a new one. So we have the memo. We now have the dvr. So there's that. Now if I.

Pedophile. Credit card statements obtained by the Telegraph corroborate purchases of surveillance technology. Jeffrey Epstein ordered staff to install hidden cameras in his home after being told, quote, the Russians may come in handy. And they analyzed some of his credit card statements specifically to basically back up this allegation, both with the emails and the crime credit card. What?

Listen, Epstein asked his pilot to buy three motion detecting hidden cameras that record. That's a direct quote. Okay, direct quote. Three motion detected hidden cameras that record. He also worked as a technician and general handyman across Epstein's properties. In an email on February 5, 2014, he said he had bought the cameras from a spy shop in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and was, quote, figuring out how they work as they speak. On the same day as the hidden camera purchased, Epstein received an email from someone else whose name was redacted. Remember what we spoke about. If you want to put cameras in the house, it will have to be very discreetly done. The Russians may come in handy. Okay, so. So let's just start with that. So one of the core claims of Epstein deniers is he never taped anyone and never blackmailed anyone. There you go. One of the core claims of Ghislaine Maxwell. Remember, everybody's forgotten this, but we've already proven it incorrect. I built those houses from scratch. There's no cameras anyway. Oh, except. Except all the photos. It's actually not very good. I have a cold right now, so I can't do the true posh British accent. But you've got hidden cameras in the bedrooms. You got hidden cameras everywhere else. She's a liar. She literally perjured herself in that interview. Doesn't matter. Again, everybody just moves on. But you've got hidden cameras. And then you had the FBI initial. Remember the 2019 raid of the Epstein property? They found all those DVD discs, CDs and all that stuff which was all labeled with some of the people nobody ever heard about that. No files on that one. Huh, Interesting. Maybe it'll be redacted. You could maybe argue what's the innocent explanation that he liked to tape himself, you know, having sex and others. Yeah, maybe. I mean, if that's not all that innocent though, if you're going to see, oh, I don't know, a memorialized memo to yourself about STDs with Bill and Melinda Gates, that seems pretty sketchy, don't you think? And so you put this all together and I mean, I don't know, I just continue to think some of the most maximalist conspiracy claims that have been made around this are basically all just correct. And that's what I continue, you know, with the hidden cameras, the FBI's handling of the entire thing. You would have to believe incompetence like to the 10th power to come to the, you know, the reasonable explanation that he just killed himself this entire time. I just don't buy it anymore.

We've got another billionaire too who is implicated here and you know, caught dead to rights, lying about the extent of his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. This is Andrew Farkas, who was not a figure I was particularly familiar with, but he is, you know, I think part of this family, very wealthy. He was campaign chairman for Andrew Cuomo a number of times. So very, you know, high level in New York society. You could put this up on the screen from the New York Times. They say that the billionaire exchanged nearly 2,000 emails with the sex offender Jeffrey Epstein over more than a decade, revealing deeply personal thoughts about life. Loneliness and growing old kept their relationship from his investors apparently confident. All the links between Epstein and himself, including the business they were partners in and the trips he had made to visit Mr. Epstein in jail would never be disclosed. But the release of 3 million additional pages of the Epstein files on January 30 made it clear that the billionaire, the New York real estate mogul Andrew Farkas, had a profound friendship with Mr. Epstein, who he called one of the blessings in his life and one of the bravest men I've ever known. Their relationship played out in the trading of deep confidences, swapped introductions to powerful people and visits to Mr. Epstein's island, the documents show, and their business partners partnership was a mutually beneficial real estate deal that helped Mr. Epstein save millions of dollars in taxes. So not Only were they close friends, exchanging thousands of emails, visits to the island. They were also business partners.

Because if you are a billionaire, you have access to the wealth houses of Goldman Sachs and Deutsche and Morgan Stanley. I mean, you are talking about the best of the best of the best tax lawyers in the world. Why do you need to hire a basically illiterate imbecile who can barely spell and who from all of his millions of emails, I have not found one actual expert piece of tax advice beyond taking an article written by an accountant and sending it to his accountant saying maybe we should try this. It's not tax advice, I can absolutely guarantee you. I can only speculate. Again, this is my own speculation based upon my review. I think he was an expert at money laundering and in particular, and I'm talking about real money laundering on behalf of the intelligence community, the CIA and yes, also of the ultra wealthy. Once you become very good at moving money around to reduce your tax liability. That's not tax advice, that's called fraud. All right, so that's what I think that he was.

Realizing, you know, talking to, talking to wealthy, powerful people and saying, look, this chaos, this collapse, this is good for us. This is how we consolidate even more wealth, even more power. This game is easy. Like that's the type of thinking that. Yes, he was very good at that type of thinking. Any sort of intricate tax planning, financial advice. No, that's not what was fundamentally going on here.

Exactly right. So look again, I'm not alleging in any way that Mr. Farkas, it was engaging in that type of behavior. This is purely an opinion on Mr. Epstein himself. So let's continue, shall we? Whenever it comes to some of the new releases. By the way, again, my great love, respect for the uk God, I love these people. This is a full blown crisis. It may take down the monarchy and the monarchy must Survive. And that's why the King himself very willing to strip his own brother of title completely, throwing him under the bus. Let's go to the next one and put this up here on the screen. King Charles releasing a new statement. Profound concern and complete cooperation with the police authorities over, quote, Mr. Mountbatten Windsor's conduct. That's how they refer to his very own brother. While the specific claims are in question for Mr. Mountbatten Windsor to address, if we are approached by the Thames Valley police, we stand ready to support them. As you would expect, the Valley police are confirmed. It is assessing now whether there are grounds to investigate a complaint by a group which reported that Mountbatten Windsor is suspected misconduct in public office and a breach of official secrets. So I did talk a little bit about this yesterday, but the details are actually really worth going into because it connects back to the tax advice stuff I just talked. Tax advice stuff I just talked about and how he really made his money. He's not a master trader. Insider insider trading, that's it. But by the way, that's incredibly lucrative if you're, you're friends with the wealthiest and most powerful people in the world. So let's go to the next one. Just to give you an example, the current investigation in Britain is claims that the former Prince Andrew shared sensitive reports with Epstein. So this is from a November20tell email exchange that appeared to show the royal sharing, quote, visit reports after a Southeast Asia trip. All right, so this focuses on some emails that were provided in some of the releases. The email chain quote appears to show the former Prince forwarding Epstein visit reports from Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong and Shenzhen. And one email, who was signed as a special advisor, appeared to contain an attached document file and was forwarded to Epstein within five minutes of receipt. Now, all of these documents appear to basically be like summaries either of the Prince's visit, but the reason why it's important is that he was acting as the trade advisor of the UK at the time. So in multiple of these emails, they tell Epstein that he was planning trips to various different countries, what he was doing and potentially what he saw. This is information, right? For a prince. He gets to probably meet with some of the, you know, very high level officials, other heads of state, you know, and gets to meet with local executives and then forward some of that information along. This would be a breach, obviously, acting in his official duties. Not nearly as bad as, oh, I don't know, Lord Mandelson being like, hey, we're gonna bail out the government, just so you know, just so you can go ahead and trade on that information and tip off Jamie Dimon so that he can get involved in this entire thing. But it's still scandalous. And it just shows this is information is currency information at the highest levels. It is, you know, enables them to manipulate and work the world in whatever way that they possibly want. And you could. This is again, the smallest, tiniest glimpse. I still think it's just like the eye of the needle in terms of what really is out there.

And I mean, it's just so wild to me that the first instinct of Mandelson when they're deliberating about how to respond to the financial crisis is like, I got some confidential info. Let me send it to Jeffrey Epstein. That was like the first instinct there, allegedly. And being investigated currently, you also found Sager some more information about potential Epstein CIA ties, courtesy of his former bodyguard.

You know, she was part of the mainstream media. She went independent, and she actually did a pretty deep dive into the Epine case years ago when it was not all that popular. So I, I really trust her.

Exactly. Anybody who came to this before it was popular, those are the people I respect. These are like the Julie K. Browns, Tara Palmieri's and others. So here's what she said. She said, quote, when a rare glimpse inside of Epstein's network of protection, from a chilling warning to a secret trip to Langley and why the government kept victims in the dark. And so this was apparently traces back to an interview that she did with Brad Edwards. He was a lawyer for Epstein's veterans victims. It is a conversation that Edwards had with Epstein's bodyguard of five years, Igor Zinoviev, who warned him to back off, quote, because of Epstein's shadowy connections to the US Government. Zenoviev said, you don't know who you're messing with. You need to be really careful. You are on Jeffrey's radar and somebody that Jeffrey pays a lot of attention to, which is not good. You don't want to be on his radar, end quote. I said, give me Some examples. Who am I messing with? Edwards recalled. And that's when he looked across the table and whispered three letters, CIA. And he talks actually about how while Epstein was serving his 2008 sentence, how he actually was sent there on multiple information trips, like to pick up information from Langley. He didn't seem to fully explain some of this, what was going on. And again, this is kind of hearsay. It's Brad, you know, the lawyer for the victims who's talking on behalf of a conversation he had with Zinoviev. But I mean, nonetheless, that is very extraordinary. I do believe that Tara did either FOIA or call the CIA press office and, quote, have not received any confirmation or denial of these mysterious visits in 2008. But nonetheless, it does back up like you have a bodyguard basically warning off a lawyer. Here's the thing. Whether it's true or not, there was enough of there, at least for him to be credibly trying to make that threat of like, hey, you're messing with some very powerful people when you're getting involved here. And then all of these talks about trips to Langley, Virginia, back in 2008. So again, I was not aware of this particular part of Epstein lore. And just add, you know, another feather in the cap for the case.

Yeah, well, we also have more pieces that sort of fill out the way that he schmoozed politicians to get whatever he needed from them in the Virgin Islands. They in particular. There needs to be more explanation exploration with regard to New Mexico as well, because I do think the ranch is an undercovered part of the story. Let's put this up on the screen. This is backed up by some of the emails. So this is from 50 Shades Away, by the way. Shout out to him. He's been doing a good job going through files, and we've used a bunch of the stuff that he's pulled here. Epstein was paying tuition for the children of the Governor of the U.S. virgin Islands. The former first lady of the U.S. virgin islands sent Epstein multiple tuition invoices. I mean, goes on to say, are these bribes why? They turned a blind eye to his many crimes and gave him huge tax breaks. And you can see the email here. And by the way, Seton hall confirmed that these tuition payments were in fact made for the children of the then governor of the U.S. virgin Islands. So, you know, in addition to campaign contributions, that wasn't enough. He's giving personal financial perks. Hey, don't worry. Your kids tuition, college tuition at this expensive university. I got you covered. Not a problem. And then you know, he's left alone to do whatever he wants and, you know, have all sorts of benefits there in the. In the Virgin Islands. And, you know, they. They just look the other way because they're in on the benefits from him.

I think that virgin. You know, you're very right about New Mexico, because Bill Richardson is dead. We don't talk about it enough. He was deeply linked with Epstein, like, deep, deep. And Richardson was also part of the Clinton cabal. Don't forget that. You know, he was tight in the Clinton machine, him and Epstein, Multiple visits and all of that. And you're talking about the New Mexico ranch. Any place he seemed to own property. He or spent a lot of time and was committing some of his crimes. He was in with those local elites who. And look, it can kind of make sense. New Mexico, no offense, but, you know, not exactly an economic powerhouse. So when you have a very rich person who is there and can pull a lot of strings and has a lot of influence. Yes, the governor is gonna get in with. I mean, the Virgin Islands, same thing. Sure. They have a lot of tourism, but, you know, this ultra wealthy man, he owns part of it. He's very wealthy. He's got all these political connections. He's drafting campaign ads for Bill Clinton. He's making sure that all of these wealthy people are coming to the island. Yeah, he gets a little bit involved here in finances, a few things at the campaign level. It's probably not an extraordinarily expensive race. And then what do they do? They protect him. Which is exactly what happened after he died. And you had the initial lawsuit, which was dismissed. Dismissed by the very governor who Epstein was funding from the very beginning. So you can see exactly like this is how you build and buy political favors. Smaller jurisdiction where there's not as many people and they spend a decent amount of money, you build up some social cachet, and boom, this is how it all gets done.
