Ryan Grim
What do we have today, Ryan? What are we going to talk about? Come up on me. This is the toughest part of the job here. We're going to talk about Israel. We've got Bibi Netanyahu on the Nelk Boys podcast. They've released it after sitting on it for nearly a. I think it's pretty fair to say it's been a total disaster for them. So we're gonna get into the fallout. It's actually a lot to say about it, both in terms of their handling of the interview and then the immediate kind of freak out. Even amongst their own cohort of the online right and others. They brought on a variety of streamers to react to their interview Universal in their condemnation. We're gonna talk as well, just about the conduct of the Israeli government right now in Gaza and some of the more recent developments, as well as the fallout in Syria, which apparently allegedly is putting some distance between the Trump White House and themselves. Then we, Hunter Biden, Andrew Callahan, who's been on the show before and is a Breaking Points fan, actually interviewed Hunter Biden for some three hours. And there's just some amazing clips going around inside of that. It gives us a deep view into the psychology and psychopathy of the Biden family. We're also gonna talk about the Democrats. I'm really excited to talk about this with you, Ryan, which is the Democratic autopsy in which the dnc, when you lose an election, the DNC and the rnc, they commissioned something called an autopsy. Here are all the things that went wrong. And they've decided to ignore Biden's.
Sagar Enjeti
Kamala's decision to run, Biden's decision to run. Biden's decision to run, Kamala's decision on what to run on Kamala's decision.
Ryan Grim
So what's in the report? Who's getting paid to be in this? And of course, we're also gonna talk about Andrew Cuomo. Finally, we're in the Democratic part. I was gonna say we're also gonna talk in the Democratic part, finally about AOC refusing to. What is it? Refusing to join Marjorie Taylor Greene's amendment to cut off military aid for Israel. She's apparently very concerned about funding the Iron Dome, which is interesting in terms of how she's handling herself. I guess it's more of a New York politics Epstein. We've got some major updates there. Breaking just this morning, Ghislaine Maxwell will be meeting with the Department of Justice. I'll break some of that down as well as some of the other conduct of the Trump administration. But the coverup does certainly continue, don't you worry. And then I'm very excited for this. People will recall me shitting all over Maha's latest thing to get cane sugar Coke back and Steak n Shake and others. So LANE NORTON, Professor, Dr. Lane Norton, I apologize, friend of mine who is a very popular health, he's a health nutritionist, guidance, whatever. He's got over a million followers on Instagram. He's gonna join me and we are gonna break down this whole seed oils Maha debate. Is it healthier or is it not? Lane literally is a PhD in Nutrition Science and of course very, very popular person. He's been on the Andrew Heman podcast and all over the place. He also just launched a podcast of his own. So we're gonna help him out and hopefully all of you will support him. So before we get to that, though, everybody who has been subscribing breaking points.com helping out the show, we've got, obviously we got Fun Mix Match, you know, we've got the girl show, the Bro show and all of that. And that's where you guys help us out. We inflexibility when everybody falls sick with the plague. So with that, let's go ahead and get started with Israel and let's take a listen to some of the clips that came out of the Nelk Boys interview with Bibi Netanyahu. Let's see. Why do you think you're like so hated worldwide? Well, a lot of propaganda.
Sagar Enjeti
The question you have to ask is.
Ryan Grim
Not why do they hate me or President Trump? Is why don't they see reality? Why don't they see what's good for them?
Sagar Enjeti
And the answer is most of them.
Ryan Grim
Do if you tell them the facts. But how do you tell them the facts over tick tock? Why do they say Israel's like starving the people of Gaza? Well, because we're trying to get the food in and we let food trucks in. And guess what happens when we let them in? Hamas steals the food, takes the good chunk for itself, then they jack up the prices and then they sell the food to its Population to itself, hungry population. Even in New York City. Right. A lot of people have been taken in by this nonsense. I mean, what, you want to defund the police? You want to have people go into stores and, you know, rob them and be free? You think that really creates a good society?
Sagar Enjeti
You want to crush all enterprise? You want to tax people to death? You know, sometimes you have to get.
Ryan Grim
Mugged by reality to understand how stupid that is. So that's silly. But, you know, sometimes folly overtakes human affairs for a while, but not for long. I'm less concerned with it because I think if we can speak the truth to the young people of America, you know, they wise up pretty quickly. You like burger king over McDonald's? That's your worst take, I think. Absolutely. That's a crazy take. That last part, The Burger King, McDonald's, that was the only pushback, actually, that Netanyahu got in his interview. And so this is a very interesting, you know, question around the decision of the Netanyahu government to invite the Nelk boys onto or invite the Nelk boys to the Blair House, the official guest residence of the White House, for a foreign leader. And Netanyahu's own admission is he was like, I'm here to reach young people. And you have Steinie and Kyle here of the Nelk boys. I can't believe I'm saying this, like some Walter guy to help and help.
Sagar Enjeti
Us out, contextualize the Nelk boys within the podcast.
Ryan Grim
These are just like frat degens, right? These are guys who literally, they. Before you even get to listen to the podcast, you get to listen to Kyle talking about firing on prize picks, just so everybody understands they sell like Happy dad sells. It's a prank YouTube channel. This is an OG kind of, you know, the Jake Paul, I guess, esque kind of transition from you do pranks and everything moves on, and now you're political and they've been right wing, and now they're a podcast that features the most controversial people in the world. But, like, at the end of the day, these guys are idiots by their own admission. I mean, they even say they're like, we're so unqualified to do this. And that's basically what came out, is this is, I think, shows the useful idiot nature of the way that a lot of these guys are allowing themselves to be used. But I would put this in the most extreme category, because you have not only one of the most controversial figures in the world, but more importantly, have somebody actively involved in the war. And the best that you can muster is being like, hey, why are there kids who are starving? And he's like, oh, that's 100% on Hamas. And it's like, dude, you don't even have a minis. Again, it's not about pushback. You should ask yourself, why is Netanyahu going on the Nelk Boys? Why does he do interviews with Bret Baier and other American journalists and refuse to do interviews with people who are in his own country who are journalists? Do you know why? Because they would be like, hey, why are you corrupt and take money from Qatar and then come to our country and accuse other people of taking that? You put your corruption trial on pause. Netanyahu, what's going on with your political coalition? They might ask him some, like, actually difficult questions. Even pro Israel, like, pro Israeli journalists would still be like, hey, hold on a second here. You're doing a lot of shady stuff, you know, in our country, not to mention the war in Gaza. And so I think that's what kind of took everybody, you know, aback. Just the sheer way that they just let him spout off like this. And I mean, it's not a surprise. It was obvious that this was gonna go this way in the beginning. But what I have found more interesting is actually the, I would say universal condemnation of the way that they handled it. Again, Ryan, you and I would die for the opportunity to have Bibi Netanyahu. This is not a platforming debate at all. Okay? I would love nothing more to sit down with the guy and be like, okay, let's go, bro. You know, let's go. It would be fun. I would do it with anybody. Kim Jong, any dictator, put, you know, any of these people. It's about the way that you conduct yourself during that. And specifically also to recognize, especially when the guy is saying openly, I'm doing this to reach young people. And then you can see, not just in the comments section, but I really would say in the condemnation and the polling around Israel, around the issue. You have to try and represent that to the extent that you have a duty. Let's put journalistic ethics and all that aside. I always look at it as a duty to the audience. And like, for our audience, obviously 18 to 35 year olds, people who are interested in politics, it's obvious it's an issue they care deeply about. And let's get into the details. And I think that's really where they failed on this.
Sagar Enjeti
And I have an idea for people out there. So if you are watching this and you're a podcaster, who has millions of followers. But, you know, you're not equipped for an interview like this. And we actually have like, a lot of those podcasters watch this program, which is something I'm proud of.
Ryan Grim
Yeah, it is.
Sagar Enjeti
So. And don't share this with the PR people. Like, this is just between us and the audience. These requests are gonna keep coming from people like Netanyahu and specifically probably Netanyahu himself. The next time you get one of those requests, reach out to Sager, me, Emily Crystal, any of us.
Ryan Grim
I've done this, by the way. I'm not gonna reveal my sources, but.
Sagar Enjeti
We'Re not gonna say anything.
Ryan Grim
Who have interviewed Trump or other political leaders often will call me and ask for advice. I'll be like, well, here's the way I would frame this question. I would say this and this. I do it all the time for free. They're not charging anymore.
Sagar Enjeti
Exactly. We will not tell anybody.
Ryan Grim
Yeah, exactly.
Sagar Enjeti
And you can find my number. If you're the kind of person who's getting this request from somebody like an Netanyahu, you know, you probably have my number or Sagar's number, or somebody in your circle has my number or Sagar's number. Reach out. Do not do this alone.
Ryan Grim
Yeah, that's right.
Sagar Enjeti
Because you will become the Nelson and.
Ryan Grim
This is how you will end up. Exactly. And you'll find yourself basically the butt of a joke. And really what's funny is Nelk almost immediately recognizes they're like, oh, oh man, we screwed this up bad. And the first clip that we have to show people, Ryan, is the one that you flagged where they're like, yeah, I guess it is like interviewing Hitler. Let's take a listen. Having Netanyahu on is like having modern day Hitler. No, I saw that. Which is. Honestly, guys, I'll be honest, I'm here to. That's a good point.
Sagar Enjeti
That's a good point.
Ryan Grim
Not exactly. I think chewing.
Sagar Enjeti
Chugging the wine.
Ryan Grim
Chugging his wine.
Sagar Enjeti
That was not a stick.
Ryan Grim
Why are you drinking wine? Not happy. Dad. Bro, you're supposed to be on message.
Sagar Enjeti
He's breaking character.
Ryan Grim
Yeah, yeah, but you know, I mean, as you put it so aptly, not the post interview commentary Netanyahu was looking for. You know, again, what's funny is I went back and I was looking, I go, okay, who are these American journalists who interviewed Hitler? Cuz there are some, actually. And prior to Hitler's rise to power, Hitler did several interviews actually with American journalists. Do you know what he did? He did them with William Randolph Hearst newspaper reporters. Who were pro fascist. And so the analogy is very apt. And when more critical journalists, people like William Shire and other more critical journalists from the west, were wanting to interview Hitler and challenge him, the Nazis would not allow them to do it because they knew that it would be kind of a PR problem for him. So look, what's new is just as old. It goes around as old as time. But. But this gets to the platforming thing. Neither of us are against platforming in the 1930s. If you're William Shire, if you're a American journalist in Nazi Germany, you're an idiot if you're not trying to get an interview with Hitler. That's not what it's about. What it's about is being able to sit down and to actually talk with them. And not again, not challenged per se in the way that people are. Like, I don't wanna see that. But what you want is to actually get beneath the propaganda. And that was the issue broadly with the interview. This was actually broken down quite well by a number of streamers. I will note left and right who the Nelk guys invited on their podcast. People like Hasan Piker, Nick Fuentes, Sneako, all of these other. Our younger folks know who all of these people are. And here's a little taste of the lecture that they gave to the Nelk guys in their post interview stream. Let's take a listen. I'm doing a podcast.
Hunter Biden
It's just a podcast.
Ryan Grim
But you don't realize that there's like a gravity there. There are powerful people wanting access to your fucking platform that have an agenda. It's just like when I was asking about, like, Zuckerberg, right? He, like, his stock plummets when he's like doing the censorship around Covid, and then everyone's like, you're anti free speech Democrat. And then, and then he puts a chain against muscles and then his stock goes back up. He's going on podcasts now because this is stock price. It's. They, it's an advantage for them. They're using you guys. They're using you guys to look good, understands, like what happen happen, what's happening in the world. Like. And you guys don't have to because, like, people love you for pranking lifestyle content. But Benjamin Aniel is not promoting a book dog. He's promoting a genocide.
Sagar Enjeti
That's the point. There's a difference though.
Ryan Grim
I am, I'm well equipped to have.
Sagar Enjeti
A conversation with Benjamin anyhow, because when he says something like that, I can.
Ryan Grim
Turn around and be like, well, the.
Sagar Enjeti
World food Program has said that, you know, there is no evidence to suggest that Hamas is stealing aid, whereas you don't have that follow up in that situation. And Benjamin and now knows that, and his team knows that, which is precisely.
Ryan Grim
Why he went on the Nelk Boys.
Sagar Enjeti
Podcast and he didn't go on, you.
Ryan Grim
Know, my stream or something. There's 2 million Palestinians living in Gaza, 2.1 million. And basically their goal since 2023, which was articulated in official government documents, was they want to get all of the Palestinians out. They want them to move to Libya, Ethiopia, Morocco, these other countries. And they're framing it like, well, we're going to let them leave voluntarily. But what they're doing on the other side is they're starving them, dehydrating them, blowing up their homes, so that basically they have no choice. So they say to the Palestinians, do you want to stay here in hell, where you have no home to return to? It's all rubble, there's no food and water, or you want to go move to Libya? And that's really their goal.
Sagar Enjeti
They told me that they had 20 people in the room while they were doing the podcast. I'm like, steiny, that was Mossad.
Ryan Grim
He's like, no, there were just HR people. I'm like, no, that was the CIA and the Mossad watching you interview. So I think Hasan actually puts it quite well. And by the way, there was similar pushback from Nick Fuentes, from Sneako, from all of these other guys who they brought on. On in terms of their reaction. And, you know, I thought Adam Friedland actually put it quite well. Right. He was like, dog, they're not promoting a book. You know what I'm saying? It's about the conduct of the war. And just being.
Sagar Enjeti
Because that was in response to them saying, look, we had O.J. we had. I forget what other bro, you know, O.J.
Ryan Grim
In 2020. Okay. You know, that's not in the middle of the trial, by the way. Oh, did O.J. do any interviews with the trial? Does anyone want to tell him? No, actually, just so you're all aware.
Sagar Enjeti
And O.J. killed two people.
Ryan Grim
Yeah, that's right. It's so preposterous. And it's not. And this is where the. This is the logical endpoint of we'll have anybody on and we'll just talk. And this is the pro. And actually, I'm quite heartened by the fact that there was this left and right kind of pushback and recognition by Nelk almost immediately, but we're like, oh, man, we really messed this up. And I actually, the stupidest thing they did is in the very beginning, aside from promoting sports gambling, was being like, oh, we're so unprepared. And also, what we don't know how to fix our collars. Gentlemen, come on. You know, what are we doing here? The point is just when you have no facts and you're also the guy admits to using you on your show, you should feel pretty embarrassed by that. Like, again, it's not a platforming argument, and that is just where they just humiliated themselves. But I actually think it was an interesting turning point, you know, for the Internet. Let's go ahead and put A four up there on the screen just to give people an example. Right. And we should all be asking what these types of things mean and what are they a consequence of. So for those of you who don't speak French, let me just translate. The Agence France Press, AFP says that its journalists are, quote, in imminent risk of being starved to death by Israel. This has, quote, never happened since the agency was founded and never has any of its journalists ever been starved. And so since I have an expert on that, Ryan, a 5, can we put that on the screen? Why don't you explain to us in detail how this starvation is a direct consequence of Israeli policy. And I should also add United States policy.
Sagar Enjeti
Yeah. So this is a report from yesterday by Abdelkader and Sharif Abdul Kadus at Dropsite News. Abdelkader reporting from Gaza, from Darrel Bali. He's said to us, everyone here is collapsing. Like, we just cannot stand up. So I would encourage everybody to go and read that story if they can, at Dropsite News. But this morning, the Ministry of Health put out its new numbers. In the last 24 hours, another 15 people died of starvation. That brings a total over 100 who have died of starvation. You have to be very, very, very, very, very, very far down the road of malnutrition to die of starvation. That is, that should be obvious to everybody watching. This is not just a fast of a couple days. You have to be way down the road.
Ryan Grim
It's like 70 days or something like.
Sagar Enjeti
That to not eat so on march. And this is right around the time that international humanitarian aid groups were warning that we would hit this point. So the forecasts have been pretty close. March 2 is when Israel announced that it was going to let no more food into Gaza. Now, over the last several weeks, six to eight weeks, you've seen these squid games, firing squads run by the Gaza Humanitarian foundation in which you're seeing dozens of aid seekers killed on a daily basis because the way that they operate these aid distribution sites, they're. They're keeping them far away from anywhere where there is Hamas, which means they're oftentimes 10, 15 kilometers away from where people live. And Internet is very spotty. And they will announce, okay, 6am is when it's opening. And often the aid distribution lasts about 15, 20 minutes. So you've got to be right there at 6am if you're going to have a shot at getting any food.
Ryan Grim
Oh, and by the way, you might get gunned down by the time you're actually doing multiple documented instances.
Sagar Enjeti
So what people do is they walk all night and they crouch on the other side of the dune waiting for the sign. And sometimes they'll just cancel it while people are walking. And then in order to. So now you have crowd problems. In order to disperse the crowd and keep the crowd under control, they use live fire, not just from assault weapons, but they have admitted they've used it from naval warships. They shelled these crowds from their naval warships. The IDF has acknowledged this. And they also use tank fire, and they will shoot tank shells towards the people. And so they will kill dozens every single day. And inside the rations that people, if they are able to get it, are not what aid organizations are used to sending out, like these. You know, they got these, like, nutrition, dense biscuits and other things that the UN that has been doing this for decades, puts in. Puts in these rations so that if you do get that, okay, now you're. Now you're not happy, but you're gonna be good for, like, another 24 hours or so. They're giving them, like, pasta and bags of flour, cooking the flour that you need water, you need fuel oil. You need more than just a bag of flour. And so the result is people actually dying of starvation and emaciated bodies stumbling around Gaza.
Ryan Grim
Yeah, we're not making this stuff up. Okay? You can go on the Internet and you can watch it. I mean, you know, I think Crystal put a photo of a dead child. This is happening, you know, before all of our eyes. It's just a question of, like, okay, you know, that would be another thing where when Bibi gave an answer to that in the show, he's like, oh, that is entirely on Hamas. They're stealing the food or whatever. It's like in these documents, this is literally in the possession of these American and Israeli contractors who are putting this out. Also, they didn't even ask about, why are you shooting the people who are trying to come and get food again. Look, guys, this is all out there and I know that they're gonna say, oh, it's a blood libel to suggest it's all on.
Sagar Enjeti
They're barely even saying that at this point.
Ryan Grim
You're right. At this point they just let it happen because look, what are they gonna do? U.S. ambassador to Israel's main beef is what? Oh, the Christian Zionists can't get into the country. That's his number one critique right now. Which by the way, they've resolved that so great boomers from Alabama can continue their church visits to the holy church in Jerusalem. So all of our problems are solved.
Sagar Enjeti
And then they bombed the church in Gaza and they attacked a Christian town in West Bank. So Huckabee was upset about that.
Ryan Grim
Yeah. So as long as they stop that and they just slaughter all the Muslims, whatever. Okay. Oh, it's all good. Yeah. So that's really the contest conduct of this government. And that just demonstrates, I think, you know, some of the problems here with the NELC interview and again, why I think it's an important turning point for the Internet. People might say, oh, you're being too online or any of that. No, I mean the Internet is real life for young people. That's how they get all their news. So you know, to the extent then that we can see the fallout from this and just kind of the way that their audience and a lot of others feel about the issue, you can clear see clearly, especially given what happened in the Internet or in the election of 2024, that it's going to have a downstream democratic effect in terms of our government, hopefully how our government responds in the future.

Knix.com let's get to the policy then, shall we? Part two here, let's put this up there on the screen. Just yesterday, Trump is now in his Biden era where he is, you know, trying to maintain some limited distance from the most belligerent Israeli action. So the White House press secretary Caroline Levitt yesterday said, quote, president Trump was caught off guard by the Israeli bombings in Syria and on the church in Gaza. He spoke to Netanyahu in both cases and asked him to rectify things. And so how did he rectify things? He apologized. He said there would be a full investigation. It was just a stray tank. Armor, of course, had killed these three people inside of this church. Right. That's all. But that's the rectification. You know, at the end of the day, just today, this morning, the United States withdrew from some UN body, I forget that, accused Israel of Starving people to protect it because of accusations of antisemitism. So you're not gonna do anything about it? And let's put a seven, please, up on the screen. This is what they're leaking from the inside. They say, quote, he's a madman, Bibi. He bombs everything all the time. One White House official said, referring to Netanyahu by his nickname. This could undermine what Trump is trying to. Yeah, tell it to your boss. I mean, nobody wants to hear.
Sagar Enjeti
If you're just listening.
Ryan Grim
Nobody wants to hear this nonsense, all right? Either do something about it or don't. And by the way, they're not doing anything about it. The ceasefires have all collapsed inside of Syria. Israeli strikes are basically on and off. The Israeli Druze, or the Druze who are allied with Israel. This one particular commander refuses to basically sign anything with the government, despite pressure, even in their own community. They're. They're currently at it with these Bedouins and now with the Syrian government. And that's where, you know, the rhetoric around all of this is just preposterous. And I don't wanna sound like an apologist or whatever for the Al Qaeda, Syrian government, but let's look at the facts. Like, you had the. What was it? The Bedouins and the Druze got into it. They started killing each other. And so then the Syrian government of Al Qaeda was like, oh, we need to go and restore order. And then the Druze kidnapped a bunch of these soldiers and killed. And then the government was like, hey, look, Israel, we gave you the Golan. We've allowed you to use our airspace. We let you bomb us with impunity, but we need to have some limited sovereignty over our country that you have recognized, that the American government has now recognized, removed sanctions of. And so we're gonna move security forces into that area. That immediately then is met with the bombing of the presidential palace. This entire thing is about the Greater Israel Project, about making sure. Again, it's not. They don't care one iota about Druze at all, okay? They're doing it to make sure that they have this, quote, indefinite presence in Syria to push their border out further and to basically act like a colonial empire in the region. Don't believe me? They're the ones who said, quote, we will have an indefinite presence in Gaza, Lebanon and in Syria. They said that. They took credit for it. There's even a great tweet from Mark Levin, who recently is like, I'm seeing these heartbreaking images of the Druid where he said, assad has fallen. Thank you, Israel. They, you know, it's out in the open. They helped install this Al Qaeda backed leader. They got the United States and said, oh, this is actually a good thing for the stability of the region. And now people are slaughtering each other. And they're the ones who are, you know, they're the ones who are now saying, oh, we gotta take out this new leader of Assad. This is like the Egyptian, you know, oh, you know, when Mubarak fell and the Muslim brother, they're like, oh, well we didn't mean that. They're like, we can't have that, we gotta go back.
Sagar Enjeti
And there's a real contradiction at work here in that immediately after the Syrian uprising throws over Assad and takes power and you get the Al Qaeda guy in charge, Israel immediately completely destroys all of Syria's remaining military infrastructure. Tanks, trucks, airplanes. They said they're going after chemical weapons. The new Syrian government said, hey, if you find chemical weapons, take the chemical weapons. We don't want the chemical weapons. That's not now. Okay. Not saying you need to trust Al Qaeda, but as Dragon said, you trust but verify. Instead they go in and just completely annihilate the Syrian military, which is destroying the capacity of Syria to create a central government coming out of this revolution. Then when there's this sectarian conflict, this chaos in southern Syria, Israel says, why is the Syrian central government not doing a better job of expressing its power, exerting its power in southern Syria? It's like you destroyed the Syrian government because they're not serious about wanting a strong central government in Syria. They have very specifically said they want five or six little statelets within Syria. So it's a broken state state and it can just kind of be controlled and bombed at will rather than forming an actual power bloc that then has to, that contests geopolitical power in the region and could be allied with Turkey. And so these Bedouin who are Sunni Muslim are associated with this kind of Syrian government, but they're not remotely controlled. They're much more remotely controlled by Turkey than they are the actual Syrian government. But they have their own, they have their own power base. And a majority of the Druze are supportive and want to integrate with the Syrian government. About a third of the Druze are run by the spiritual leader that you're talking about who has refused to disarm and wants to create their own little statelet that then becomes kind of a protective of Israel. And so for instance, when the central, when the Syrian government withdrew under the terms of ceasefire, those Druze immediately killed about 50 Bedouins, just massacred 50 Bedouins civilians. Now Bedouins have been massacring Druze civilians as well. The footage, and you know the algorithm knows that it's going to feed it to you. The footage coming out of there, just absolutely horrifying.
Ryan Grim
It's horrible.
Sagar Enjeti
It's some of the worst right now. You can go deep into the dregs of the Internet and find this kind of thing elsewhere, but this is some of the worst.
Ryan Grim
Yeah, it's Aleppo level. I haven't seen some of this in a long time. Again, people getting shot. I don't recommend it.
Sagar Enjeti
Please shoot.
Ryan Grim
Please don't look. Please don't spare yourself.
Sagar Enjeti
Please don't look. But the people getting thrown off the buildings and shot at as they're getting thrown off the buildings, just absolutely excruciating stuff. But the Syrian central government has a strong interest in quelling this violence. Israel has an interest in inciting this violence. And so we're gonna see a lot more of this violence.
Ryan Grim
Of course they do. And like I said, it only makes sense in the context of the Greater Israel colonial project, where to destabilize the regime to create a power vacuum. It's good for them because it means what, that you get this pushout. I mean, it's only good for them in the sense as long as the global empire continues to have your back. And let's go ahead and put a eight, please up on the screen because this is. I mean, this is amazing. This is how things are trending and shows you how out of step the United states is now. 25 Western nations have now issued a joint call for the end of the war in Gaza, quote, slamming dangerous aid distribution mechanism. This aid issue, by the way, I have seen turn more people than anything else because I just think it's so undeniable. There's no. But Hamas, there's no human shields. It's just literally starving people trying to get food and then gunning them down with wanton impunity. Now, you and I know who've been covering this war for two years. They've been doing that from day one. But I mean, listen, this is worse. Yeah, we're welcome to have you, I guess, you know, for the people who are just coming around. But, you know, you can watch here how Australia, Canada, France, Italy, multiple members of NATO, huge members of the European Union, large economies and others who are signing the statement calling for an immediate end to the war. But it's the United States, which continues to be out of step, you know, with the rest. Like I mentioned earlier, just today, the United States withdrew from some international body accusing them of antisemitism specifically for bringing up the starvation issue. That is what not just our tax dollars, but the full weight of our diplomatic prowess is being used for. Let's go and put the next one up on the screen. Belgian police have actually questioned two Israelis over war crimes accusations. For those who are wondering about IDF soldiers and all that, please go read Haaretz. Just go to the Israeli press. You have IDF soldiers on the record telling them we're committing war crimes in Gaza. They say it out loud.
Sagar Enjeti
Yeah. And in this case, they don't even deny it. In this case, the Hindra Job foundation, which is its sole purpose, basically, is to create dossiers of specific IDF soldiers who have carried out specific war crimes. And they're creating this absolutely massive database. All of it, for the most part, produced by evidence that the IDF soldiers themselves posted to their own social media media. So this is not based on Palestinians who, like, did investigations or filmed them. This is, hey, I served in the idf. I just burned this building. I just blew this out. I just shot this civilian. Like, they have been announcing their crimes on TikTok and on Instagram. What they also announce on Instagram is when they're going on vacation and where. And the IDF has encouraged, discouraged soldiers from doing that. They've said, stop. When you go on leave, leave, stop posting that you're going to do it because they're looking for you. People can't stop posting. So clearly. These two soldiers posted that they were going to go to this Tomorrowland concert in Belgium. Hindra Job foundation reached out to Belgium and to Belgium's credit, they said, we do indeed have jurisdiction over this issue. There had been the Givotte Brigade flag flying at this concert, which is like, what are you doing? Like, you're carrying out a genocide. You're flying the flag of this. Of this brigade that is notorious for war crimes inside Gaza. And so these two soldiers are then found by Belgian authorities who detain them. There's some. It's not fair to call them arrested. They were in custody, getting questioned about war crimes, if you don't want. They haven't been charged, but they were in custody, they were interrogated and they were released. And the Belgians say that there is an investigation that is ongoing. So they're going to look at the videos and if they find that what they did is outside the lines of international law, they'll charge them.
Ryan Grim
Well, and this is the irony, as you and I know, if something like that ever happens, what's America going to do? They would pull out. Yeah, they're going to invade Belgium rather than allow to do soldiers to be detained. Just wait. I can guarantee you a U.S. ambassador. Ambassador is gonna summon, or the Americans are gonna summon the Belgian ambassador or something. Withdraw their ambassador for the temerity to do this to two foreigners, I would add. Although who knows if they're even foreigners. Half of these people in the IDF are American citizens, apparently, which is amazing. You got one more thing, last point.
Sagar Enjeti
I'll do it quickly. Cause, yeah, we gotta move through this. The IDF is carrying out an attack on Darrel Bala, which is basically the only remaining civilian infrastructure left in Gaza. This town, it's actually the town where Abu Bakr Abed is from. And they ordered an evacuation of the area in which almost all of the international aid organizations inside Gaza have their headquarters. So none of them see it as a coincidence that they're on the one hand taking over, militarizing this aid through this ghd, and then also now they're trying to drive all of the aid organizations out of their headquarters and telling them to go into tents down by the Malwassi quote, unquote, safe corridor, which constantly gets bombed. The UN announced, no, we're not leaving. So it's setting up a genuine confrontation between the idf, which is coming in, and the un, which says it's not leaving. So we can roll a little bit of this from the UN yesterday. Colleagues on the ground are more than dedicated in staying in the front lines, staying in safe houses that are being attacked, trying to deliver aid. As one of our colleagues mentioned, you know, sitting, and I think Carl Scow mentioned sitting sometimes in cars for 16 to 18 hours waiting for a green light. We are staying, currently staying. And as we've been saying from the beginning, when it comes to. To the protection of civilians, the protection of humanitarian workers, Israel has a responsibility to protect them. Gaza is not a very large place. Darabala is our hub, is our humanitarian hub. Right from there, staff is dispatched to different parts of Gaza. That's where our equipment is. This is where our currently our headquarters are. We will of course, follow and try to deliver humanitarian aid where the people are, and we've continued to do that. So UN showing a little spine. They're not going to move.
Ryan Grim
I mean, they can say again, they're not moving. Problem is they're not moving. But as you know, Ryan, like without the. They don't care about murdering UN personnel.
Sagar Enjeti
Or they've killed over 200 UN personnel and families.
Ryan Grim
Exactly. Oh, but they're all Hamas, according to the secret record. So that's where we are. Guys. It's just. It's crazy. It's absolutely crazy. On a humanitarian level, on a national interest level, the way that our country is obsessed with this foreign country, the diplomatic cover that we provide, not just for their crimes, but for even mentioning it, as you and I know we would be called, this would be labeled as a blood libel. You know, to even used to be. Now it's like, no, but it is though. And this is why it's important. Maybe on the left you got are immune from it and all of that. People are still afraid, man. I mean, there's a reason why they could only talk about the Catholic thing, because that's one of them, right? So in that it's totally undeniable. But the rest of it, you can't talk about the killing of aid or any of that. You're like, oh, that's US international propaganda. We're not there yet at all. You'll still be branded a blood libel if you're even mentioning it. I don't care anymore. But you know, for the rest. And I don't think the people care either. But it's disgusting. It's just disgusting. What's happening?

Right, let's get to Hunter Biden, shall we? Here we have some great highlights from Hunter Biden from his interview with Andrew Callahan. We're going to start with with my personal favorite clip of Hunter reminiscing about the joys of crack cocaine, describing in detail how easy it is to cook and also how it's actually safer than alcohol because when you make it, you cook off all of the impurities. Let's take a listen.
Hunter Biden
The only difference between crack cocaine and cocaine is sodium bicarbonate and water and heat. Literally.
Sagar Enjeti
That's it.
Hunter Biden
That's it. Anyway, I don't want to tell people how to make crack cocaine, but it literally is a mayonnaise jar of cocaine and baking soda.
Sagar Enjeti
How different is the experience? Experience?
Hunter Biden
Oh, it's vastly, vastly different. I'm saying I don't want to have the experience of some euphoric recall. That's how powerful crack cocaine is. Does crack cocaine make you act any differently? No. Is it safer than alcohol? Probably. People think of crack as being dirty. It's the exact opposite. When you make crack, what you're doing is you're burning off all the impurities so that it combines with the sodium bicarbonate which makes it Smokeable, that's all. You know, all of these actors and, you know, people in the past that talked about they had a problem with cocaine and freebasing. They were smoking crack.
Sagar Enjeti
About time somebody stood up and cracked.
Crystal Ball
Smoking crack.
Ryan Grim
Yeah, he's standing. You know what's funny? It would make sense if you had not ever seen a crackhead. Like, have anyone ever actually seen people who are addicted to crack? They don't look all that healthy to me, all right? I mean, I'm not saying alcoholics look all that healthy, but they only look a little bit bloated. They're not usually missing all of their teeth.
Sagar Enjeti
Give him his point. He's saying the drink drug itself compared to the dirty powder cocaine that you're going to get on the street, okay? Because you're snorting that. Everything you buy, you're snorting that up. And there's all this kind of junk cooking crack.
Ryan Grim
Cook the fentanyl off. Can anybody see? I don't know enough?
Sagar Enjeti
Maybe it does, actually.
Ryan Grim
I guarantee you.
Sagar Enjeti
Let us know in the comments.
Ryan Grim
Down in the comments. You'll be like, yes, absolutely, Zagar. That's why it's safer than everything. Okay, all right. But more importantly for our purposes and to the extent that this thing is newsworthy at all, is what. This is how Hunter and the Biden family see the 2024 election. The Democratic Party and the Democratic voters were not slavishly dedicated enough to his father, and the cult of personality kicked him off the ticket. He blames Kamala for the loss and Democratic elites and that Biden himself did nothing wrong. He was sharp as attack. Let's take a listen to how he had to speak about George Clooney and others.
Hunter Biden
He flew around the world. Basically, the mileage that he could have flown around the world three times. He's 81 years old. He's tired as shit. Give him Ambien to be able to sleep. He gets up on the stage and he looks like he's a deer in the headlights. Fuck him. Fuck him. Fuck him and everybody around him. George Clooney is not a fucking actor. He is a fucking. Like, I don't know what he is. He's a brand. And fuck you. What do you have to do with fucking anything? Why do I have to fucking listen to you? What right do you have to step on a man who's given 52 years of his fucking life to the service of this country? And James Carville, who hasn't run a race in. In 40 fucking years? And David Axelrod, who had One success in his political life and that was Barack Obama. And that was because of Barack Obama, not because of fucking David Axelrod and David Plouffe and all of these guys. And the Pod Save America guys who were junior fucking speech writers in, you know, on Barack Obama's Senate staff who've been dining out on the relationship with him for years, making millions of dollars. The Anita Duns of the world who's made 40, 50 million dollars off the Democratic Party. They're all going to insert their judgment over a man who has figured out unlike anybody else how to get elected to the United States Senate over seven times, how to pass more legislation than any president in history, how to have a better midterm election than anybody in history, and how to garner more votes than any president that has ever won. And they're gonna replace their judgment for his. Who's Jake Tapper's audience?
Ryan Grim
Jake Tapper, My mom or something? I don't know.
Hunter Biden
Well, I don't know for real though. I don't even think it's your mom anymore.
Sagar Enjeti
No, no.
Hunter Biden
By the number. What influence does Jake Tapper have over anything? He has the smallest audience on cable news. The intelligentsia of the Democratic Party with 2020 hindsight believes that Joe Biden should have considered not running again because of their perception that he was too old. The Pod Save America saviors of the Democratic Party, what four white millionaires that are dining out on their, on their association with, with, with Barack Obama from 16 years ago living in Beverly fucking Hills telling the rest of the world what black voters in South Carolina really want or what the women in the waitress living outside of Green Bay, Wisconsin really believes. I mean, what the fuck? I mean, I can't believe that we do this over and over again.
Ryan Grim
Yeah.
Hunter Biden
Or I hear Rahm Emanuel is going to run for president. What a fucking like David Axelrod's gonna run his campaign for him? That's like, oh boy, there's the answer. There's the fucking answer. Geniuses all.
Ryan Grim
You know my. Okay, so first of all, there's some news there. He said it's Ambien. Now Emily Crystal and I were on.
Sagar Enjeti
Emily's on election debate night.
Ryan Grim
Yeah, right. But Emily Crystal and I were on after party last week night and Emily brought up a great point is Biden, as you'll famously recall, was cloistered at Camp David ahead of the debate and had been back in the United States for multiple days. So why were they giving him Ambien and he would only been on a seven hour time difference from Multiple days ago. So you need Ambien for multiple days to get over. That's not a good look for an old man. And also, you know, first of all, that's the news is now that they're blaming it on Ambien. It's like, when. Who was it? Rick Perry? Remember, he couldn't forget the third department he wanted to cut. And later on he was like, guys, I had back surgery and I was high on Percocet. And you're like, what? He was like, that's not a very good excuse, actually. But broadly, look at the bitterness. Look at the bitterness towards the Democratic elites. And it's pretty ironic. Look, I'm not some Pod Save fanboy, but, you know, they had a job and they made their name by being attached to a winning campaign. The Obama campaign are the president's son. You have grifted millions of dollars off being his son. They, frankly, are way more accomplished than you. And I'm not some big James Carville defender or any of that. But you're not exactly the right messenger to be talking about nepotism and grifting off of other people's names, are you, Hunter? So this is the view, Ryan. The Biden family, this is what they believe is fuck you. That's basically their answer.
Sagar Enjeti
And what was fun about the whole interview, but also this analysis is that that I'm with him, like, 95% of the way, right? Like, almost all of the things that he's saying, I'm like, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. That's great. But it's like, A, who are you to say it? And then B, when you finish with and therefore Joe Biden should have been the nominee again in 2024, it's like, no, I'm sorry. Like, okay, yeah, he had a good midterm. He beat Trump in 2020. You know, there's an argument that there was a segment of, like, white working class voters that peeled off from Trump to Biden in 2024, and that made the difference. Okay, maybe all that's true. Doesn't mean he wasn't a dead man walking in 2024. Yeah, he wasn't gonna win because he was almost dead.
Ryan Grim
Literally.
Sagar Enjeti
Sorry.
Ryan Grim
And, you know, even Hunter is like, yeah, he's 81 years old. He's old. He aged before our eyes.
Sagar Enjeti
You're like, yeah, yeah, that's the whole point, man. That's the point.
Ryan Grim
And it's like, also, if a single Ambien can take you out from the night before, that's not a very good look, for you, it's one of those. Look, there was so much alternative history there. There's also some great political messaging here from Hunter. Here's him on immigration. Let's take a listen.
Hunter Biden
People are really upset about illegal immigration. Fuck you. How do you think your hotel room gets cleaned? How do you think you got food on your fucking table? Who do you think washes your dishes? Who do you think does your fucking garden? Who do you think is here? And by the fucking sheer fucking just grit and will that they figured out a way to get here because they thought that they could give themselves and their family a better chance. And he's somehow convinced all of us that these people are the fucking criminals. White men in America are 45 more times likely to commit a fucking violent crime than an immigrant. And the media says, well, you got David Axelrod and you know, Rahm fucking Emanuel. So, so fucking smart Rahm Emanuel, he said, we gotta understand that these people are really mad and we gotta appeal to these white voters. Rahm, the only people that fucking appealed to those fucking white voters was Joe Biden. 81 years old and he got 81 million votes. And he did because. Not because he appeased their fucking Trumpian sense, but because he challenged it. But these guys think that we need to run away from all values in order for us to lead. I say, fuck you. How are we getting those people back from fucking El Salvador?
Ryan Grim
Yes, fuck you, Ryan, for being concerned about illegal immigration. It's so funny too, because even the most like open borders, left wing people would be like, look, these are human beings. We need to reform the system to make it so that they're not illegal anymore. And we don't support the chaos of what is going on there. But Hunter just flips. I mean, look, he's like Donald Trump almost in a certain way. He also said he would invade El Salvador to get back the sea. Well, I guess they're not there anymore, the Venezuelans. They've been sent back to Venezuela. But he said he would be willing to invade El Salvador on behalf of it. I just. My take with Hunter, broadly, again to the extent that he matters at all, is that is the view of the Biden family. And I think that's very important for the. Because there's some lot of Democrats who watch the show. That's what they think of you. And that's also what they think of the voters, is screw you, you didn't have enough field. To my dad, we don't care about the democratic process. We don't care about you know, he blames Nancy Pelosi and all these others for kicking his dad out of the race. He genuinely believes his dad is some messianic figure who had this unique political talent. It's like, yeah, maybe in 2020, but like by the end, bro, all of the Democrats are like, please don't run. You remember on our show we covered for years 70, 80% of Democrats. He's too old. Get him out of there. He's too old. Right.
Sagar Enjeti
And also he stunk in 2020. Like he, yes, he beat Trump in the general election.
Ryan Grim
Not that well.
Sagar Enjeti
He lost that primary 30,000 vote pole until the party like basically handed it to him. He got finished fourth in Iowa, fifth in New Hampshire, lost 2 to 1 to Bernie in Nevada. And then the entire party establishment, including cnn, New York Times, msnbc, which is what really mattered. Everybody telling him, okay, it's Biden, Biden or fascism or communism. And so you have the biggest swing in polling history. And then Covid hits and he doesn't have to campaign for the rest of the campaign. Literally, that's how he won. So let's not let Mr. Biden Jr. There rewrite it.
Ryan Grim
It's just so. It's eerie how much he sounds like it is crazy. It is crazy. And we'll all just remember yesterday was the one year anniversary. Let's put that up on there on the screen. I've lived a thousand lifetimes since this moment moment since Joe Biden announced that he was not running. Funny fun story. That was the day after my.
Sagar Enjeti
And that statement that did not include endorsement for Kamala.
Ryan Grim
Did not include an endorsement for Kamala. How my, my, my, how many lives we have all lived since that day.
Sagar Enjeti
Football is back.
Ryan Grim
Let's go, baby.

Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar – Episode Summary: July 22, 2025
Title: NELK Boys Meltdown After Bibi Interview, Trump Loses Patience With Israel, Hunter Biden Pops Off On Dems
Release Date: July 22, 2025
Hosts: Krystal Ball and Saagar Enjeti
Publisher: iHeartPodcasts
In this episode of Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar, hosts Krystal Ball and Saagar Enjeti delve into a series of explosive topics that have shaken the political landscape. The discussion centers around the controversial interview between the Nelk Boys and Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, the shifting dynamics of former President Donald Trump's stance on Israel, and Hunter Biden's scathing critique of the Democratic Party. This comprehensive analysis provides listeners with an unfiltered look at these pivotal events, offering insights into their broader implications for politics and media.
The episode opens with a critical examination of the Nelk Boys' recent interview with Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu. Originally scheduled for public release, the interview was delayed but eventually premiered to widespread negative reception.
Key Points:
Interview Dynamics: The Nelk Boys, known for their prank-centric YouTube content, attempted to transition into political discourse by hosting Netanyahu. However, their lack of journalistic rigor and preparedness led to a disastrous exchange.
Netanyahu's Deflection: Netanyahu openly deflected blame for the humanitarian crisis in Gaza onto Hamas, stating, "Why don't you see what's good for them? ... They let food trucks in, and Hamas steals the food" (06:10).
Platforming the Wrong Audience: The choice to bring on Nelk Boys, who lack credibility in serious political discourse, resulted in Netanyahu's messages being poorly received and widely condemned across both political spectrums.
Notable Quotes:
Impact and Fallout:
Universal Condemnation: Both right and left-wing commentators uniformly criticized the Nelk Boys for misrepresenting Netanyahu and facilitating the spread of misinformation.
Loss of Credibility: The Nelk Boys' attempt to engage in substantive political dialogue revealed their limitations, painting them as "idiots by their own admission" (08:01) and showcasing the dangers of platforming unqualified individuals.
Krystal and Saagar shift focus to the ongoing Israeli military actions in Gaza and Syria, highlighting the severe humanitarian impact and international responses.
Key Points:
