Right now, every single blockchain has a different API, which makes it hard to collaborate and create bridges between each wallet and blockchain type. Blockchain business models and blockchain business applications can be very difficult to understand. Chad is looking at it from a developer perspective, as opposed to a consumer-facing business, which is what this video highlights. This year John Storey thinks we will see a lot more tokenization of real world things, like escrow account on the blockchain. That is his new business idea, and he shares how to start a blockchain business. This year, actual physical assets will be tokenized and represented on the blockchain. This opens the door to fractinoal ownership. It's not easy to own 1/10th of a car and 1/20th of a house. Tokenization of assets makes it much easier to govern and finance an asset. So his idea is governance of shared assets on the blockchain. This is how you start a blockchain business. This also opens the door for insurance. Insurance companies are governing an escrow account. So the blockchain allows you to get rid of insurance companies. Learn more about John Storey here: https://www.linkedin.com/in/johndstorey/
