This is Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman from Dudes on Dudes with Gronk and Jules. Rob, I've never asked, are you a dips guy? Like the workout? You can't tell. No, I mean for your chips. Oh, I knew that. Yeah, of course. You gotta try this new Daisy's French onion dip. Goes great on Sundays. I like the sound of that.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
I.
Rob Gronkowski
Everyone knows you need a good dip for game day. Personally, I like to dip everything I can. Veggies, crackers, chips. Heck, I might even dip a buffalo wing in there. That reminds me, they also have Daisy's ranch dip. Now you're speaking my language. Yup, seems like a no brainer on game day. So get out there and give the French onion dip a try. You won't regret it.

Picture chicken nuggets in your head. Okay, now forget them because Taco Bell's crispy chicken nuggets are here. And they're nothing like the nuggets, you know, all white meat chicken coated in tortilla chips for that signature Taco Bell crunch. A nugget like that calls for a sauce that can keep up. Introducing Hidden Valley Diablo Ranch, the iconic ranch you love. Fired up with Taco Bell Diablo sauce Bold meets Boulder. Ranch meets Diablo.

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to a very special episode of Busting with the Boys. Technically not Busting with the Boys. This is actually the football recap that will be coming out on Monday. Listen, if you're in Nashville, Tennessee, right now, there's reports about 300,000 people do not have power. We want to let you know that we're thinking about you, myself, the boys in the back of the bus. Willie C. Cannot be here today because he himself, he's got himself a new beautiful home that he's very fired up about. However, there's a couple of hills getting in and out of that driveway. So a few gentlemen who brave the trip are now sitting in the back of the bus along with myself. So I want to give a shout out to you guys for being able to make it in these treacherous conditions, but also for everybody out there who doesn't have power may not have supplies. Power lines are down. There's a lot of chaos going on with Nashville, Tennessee. And if we can all just be a village, stay together and help each other out. If you have something to give Go ahead. If you have service, reach out to people, make sure they're doing well because right now it's a very tumultuous out here in the 615. We're gonna do our best to have a nice little fun with you guys today. It is a. It's a weird day because of the weather, because of all the things that are taking place. But you come here on bus with the boys to have a good time and that's we're gonna do and give it to you on this beautiful Monday. Sun's out regardless. I mean, there's chaos, there's a lot of going on, but there is sun out and I want you guys to know that. Bust on the boys is presented by FanDuel Sportsbook, America's number one sportsbook. This is Will's. Will is not here. Now the College Football playoff season may be. Boys, let's take a look at the Nebraska Cornhuskers men's basketball record. An outstanding 20. And oh, unfortunately, the Michigan Wolverines are putting an end to the Cinderella run tomorrow night and FanDuel is helping everyone get in on the action. Just check out FanDuel.com or the FanDuel Sportsbook app tomorrow before the Nebraska versus Michigan game. Tip, tip off and opt into the 50% boosting with the boys PBT. You can use your boost on any bet. Maybe same game parl, maybe in total points. But I'm keeping it simple. Michigan moneyline. Maybe you meant to say Nebraska Moneyline because that's who's getting the dub tomorrow night. Whether you're rocking with me or rolling with Will, make sure you're locked locked in a FanDuel sportsbook app. And don't forget to grab the 50% profit boost. Just go to FanDuel.com Bussin to get started. Yes, that is a great spot. Thank you fanduel for the opportunity to talk about this game. Now mission has one loss. All right, Dusty Mays, he's done an incredible job. I think Howard, one of the guys from the Fab five from Michigan, he was a head ball coach for the Michigan basketball team beforehand. Everyone's very excited, blah, blah, blah. Left the program feeling a bit uneasy, a bit unsettled. I don't follow a whole lot of basketball, but it does feel like to me, Dusty Mays comes in one year, his first year being last year. We make it into, I believe, the sweet 16 of March madness. The boys sent themselves a nice little showing. Definitely exceeded expectation, and then all of a sudden came out the gate hot and Boom. Going, putting hundreds and hundreds of points on their opponents. Having a win differential of like 40. Like we were body bagging kids everywhere. Some, some loser team comes in. The boys slept a little bit. One thing led to another. Michigan loses against that team. So they have one loss going the season. Now another team. I will speak for Will here. Nebraska is a team that a lot of people not giving a lot of respect to. They're still like 10th in the Big 10 when they're 15 0. At some point everyone's saying, oh, that fall, that demise will be coming. I'm thinking to myself, I hope to God Nebraska's undefeated when Michigan and Nebraska play each. Turns out Michigan was one that had to hold their end of the bargain because Michigan's got one loss. Nebraska has, is undefeated at this point. And now we're going into a nice little knockdown, drag out fight in the barn in Ann Arbor, Michigan. So it is going to be a wonderful time. If you can get on that profit boost token, go for it. Choose the Wolverines. Choose Nebraska. Whatever you choose, I hope you win. Unless you choose Nebraska. Then I hope you lose horribly. Now I've gotten the basketball part out of the way. That was fun. I don't know shit about basketball. I can even hardly die. These little mitts, you see my fingers right here, I got tiny little fingers. I don't palm a basketball very well. I got offensive line hands. So that was out. Your boy used to shoot threes in the ymca. But let's get ourselves to championship weekend. What a absolute time it was. The first game that took place was the New England Patriots led by what Sherm has up here, Daddy Vrapes. And I feel like we fought it long enough. Every time we get a text from Braves, it's blah, blah, blah, blah. Love, Daddy. Listen, daddy, you handled business okay. We got 3 and 14, 4 and 13 records the last couple of years like. And then all of a sudden, so Mayo, they throw him out the building. No disrespect to him, hell of a player. But he's 88 and out the gate. Enter in Mike Vrabel. Yeah, Mike Vrabel, a guy who was at the the Tennessee Titans. Pouring out for the Tennessee Titans. They might be our Jim Beam and lemonade segment. Even though they didn't make the play, they got top five pick. We might have to talk about them in a minute, but these guys had something beautiful. These guys. Us, Jack, us. Look at me, us. We had something beautiful at the Tennessee tie ins. And it's this cigarette smoking vape Sucking Daddy raves. That's the guy who's getting it done for us. He has a down year in 2022. Amy Armstrong says get your ass out of here. Whatever happened, I know he went in for a meeting, talk about an extension. Came in, rumors were swirling about Vrabel wanted a little bit more power, similar to Billy O wanted when he was at the Houston Texans. That did not work out. They send him out of here. They enter in Callahan. They enter in Ran Ran Carson, ran Carthen. Those guys are now gone. Those guys are now gone. And Robert Sala is the head coach of the Tennessee Titans. But it's not about you guys, not about us right now. It's about the New England Patriots and it's about this, this spoiled fan base, this spoiled masshole fan base that I'll be honest with them, I love this fan base. The way they're just disrespectful. They, they are like self entitled, they're rude. They only care about their teams. Our teams are the best and God damn it boys, they're right. They just. Even when they're down, they're not down for long. And the New England Patriots are in the super bowl after beating the Denver Broncos in the AFC championship in a year two Drake May with a band of misfits, essentially the Indiana Hoosiers of college football in a way of, hey, we don't have a lot of expectations on these guys. Their roster's not put together the way it's supposed to be yet somehow, some way these guys come out of nowhere and absolutely take it to everybody. They go start one and two early in the season and then rattle off a dozen wins like, or one on one. Whatever it was, dude, it was. It's incredible to see the journey that they've had. Vrabel goes over and just as like defensive consultant with the Cleveland Browns for a year, he messes around. The minute that New England job opens up, it's like there's not even to be. We're not even going to do interview process. They might have done one or two to check a box to make sure everyone looks and feels good about it. At the end of day, that was Vrabel's job. He comes in, listen, 2018 Vrabel comes to the Titans and the guy is a complete. And there's variable. We'll talk about this in his team meeting. So any new New England Patriot person that's in the building, whether you're a player, coach, whatever. He talks about losers. Losers get in small groups and they Talk about the situation that they're dealing with. Mike Vrabel had a lot of guys in small groups talking about Mike Vrabel in 2018, about how much this guy sucks. All like, hey, he's such an asshole. He grinds us to the ground, all of those things. But regardless of what you we thought about him in 2018, 2019 was a whole lot better. And just get. And then he just eases up, starts being the players coach, starts teaching the culture. And once he establishes the culture, buddy, it's incredible the things he's able to do and the fact that these. These kids, these guys, these gentlemen, these men for the New England Patriots have been able to sit back, take in Vrabel, his messaging, his culture, and turn around their franchise in the time they have. It is incredible. Sherm wrote himself a little note here will be the fifth coach in NFL history to win a Super bowl, his second season at a team. That's unbelievable. If. If in his first season, in his first season, will be the fifth coach in NFL history to win super bowl, his first season at a team. I don't know why I said second. That's. Hey, they tell me it's cold outside, right? It's cold outside. We're out here just doing the best we possibly can.
Will Compton
At first I thought I had the craziest typo of all time.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
You.
Jeremy Klump
You're probably thinking of the stat that he's the second coach in NFL history to win a Super bowl with a team and now coach in the super bowl for the same team. And then FL that he. If he wins, he will be the first ever head coach to win a Super bowl as a player with a team and then as a head coach. And I know a lot of people are saying Mike Ditka did it. It was the NFL championship, not the Super Bowl. So it's not the same thing.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Here's another stat for you too. Fewest points scored in a wild card, divisional and conference championship games en route to a Super bowl appearance. 2007 Giants 68 points. The 2000 Ravens 61 points. The 2025 New England Patriots, 54 points.
Jack McPherson
Here's another stat. Hey, Mike. Nice Mike Vrabel and the New England Patriots are going to the Super Bowl. Nashville is under siege by the ice king. How does that seem fair?
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
How does it work, Mike?
Jack McPherson
How does it work? God, question mark. But congratulations to Mike. I do love him.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Listen, I hate to put the conspiracy theory out there, but while Mike Vrabel was in Cleveland, allegedly, I heard he was with a Lot of Saudi princes and we know out there. They can manipulate weather out there. Maybe Rabel did this. Maybe, maybe, maybe. Rabel said you to Nashville. Once again. I know there's a lot of people that don't have power out there. We're just having fun right now. We understand. We're doing the best we can. We're helping as many people as we possibly can. Clump, you got something else?
Jeremy Klump
Another stat. Sorry, Titans fans, but oh, my God, why? Since January 9, 2024, when the Tennessee Titans fired Mike Rabel, they have won six games. The New England Patriots, since December 21st this season, have won six games.
Will Compton
Brutal.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
And that's why Clump's the ultimate troll. That's. That. That's. That didn't need to happen, right?
Jeremy Klump
We didn't think it's necessary.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
I thought we did a nice job of painting a picture. We poured one out. We poured one out for the Titans. Us. Us, Jack. Us. That was nasty by Clump.
Jeremy Klump
I'm sorry, but I'm not.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
That's a great stat. Listen, you got to be really excited about the Patriots. And also, let's look over at the Denver Broncos. Their opponent in the AFC championship, Sean Payton, his ability to bring boys in, get stuff going. That defense is absolutely incredible. Like, they are a top to bottom, fantastic defense with certain Cooper, Nick Bonito. Yeah, they have guys all over the field that are just absolutely crushing at 20, 24, 7. They also didn't have a whole lot of expectations going the season. This is where Will Compton would chime in, go, oh, I saw him. I saw them all. I was talking about the Denver Broncos the whole time. No doubt Will did see what they were able to do. Bo Nix, incredible professional individual. He's like 37 years old as a rookie. He comes in, he does a great job. The second year, halfway through the season, we're looking at him going, man, they really don't start fast. They don't have a whole lot. Like, really, they're a second half team. I don't know if they can really sustain that unless their defense just continues to play at a high level. As their defense kind of cooled off late in the year, that's when the Broncos offense really started to pick it up. And you saw a new evolution of Bo Nicks throwing the ball deeper down the field. Doing a great job, wasn't just hitting the bubble screens over and over again. RJ Harvey, his emergence as a premier running back has done a great job. That offensive line led by Garrett, Bulls, those guys have done a great job. Protecting the quarterback. All year, things looked like it was the Broncos year. Things looked like they had the path, the easiest path to the super bowl, but having all their games at home, they obviously get the bye week because they were the one seed. They go in the divisional round against the Buffalo Bills, which we knew was probably going to be like the hardest path. Knowing that Josh Allen was sitting there, even though he had an inferior roster surrounding him. It's like, that's the best football player in the NFL right now. Josh Allen, regardless of who your MVP is, that's the best football player. And tragedy strikes the second to last play of the game as they roll out to the left. Bo Nix gets tackled in the back, backfield, jogs up. We all think nothing of it, right? They go, they kick a field goal, they're going to the AFC championship. People are hooting and hollowing. Broncos are yelling that we're back, everybody else, we're the absolute best. And then all of a sudden, Sean Payton walks up to the podium and just a. In the phrase of would you rather have seven of the chests or one of the head? Sean Payton gave us one of the head right away, walks up, says, hey, listen, I got bad news. Bo Nicks broken ankle. He's out for the rest of the season. The world seems like it stopped turning for a moment, especially for the Broncos country, Broncos fan base. For that, our heart goes out to him. Now, what do you do when you're in that situation, right? As a, as a former player, when guys would go down, Marcus Mariota, when he would broke his ankle against the Jaguars, when Derrick Henry broke his foot against the Colts and still had 66 yards rushing, he stayed in the game, by the way. What an absolute stud for that. There's a rallying cry that takes place in the locker room. Guys will walk in and the coach will say, hey, this is the situation. This is what's going to happen. He's going to point to the individual that's taking over for that person, whether it be, I don't even know who was it for the. For the Titans, Blaine Gabbard, or, you know, a committee of running backs for Derek Henry. You guys are going to handle it. Nothing's changing. The expectation doesn't change for you guys. We just got to keep moving forward. So we go into this week looking up Stidham. This guy gets drafted by the Patriots. He's playing the Patriots. Josh McDaniels apparently loved the guy when he came out. He's got eight touchdowns versus eight interceptions. So guys really 50. 50. He's very. He's well rounded in that sense. Walks out. Did you guys see this man walk into the tunnel? Did you see him take place with that little jacket on there with a beaver pelt?
Will Compton
Handsome boy.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Handsome boy. Handsome guy. Where'd he go to school? He went to Auburn and then Baylor. Baylor, yeah. And you know, at Auburn, them ladies over there like.
Will Compton
Coming here.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah, the ladies were taking Rose Sparks when they saw Stadium. That's how it was. Shout out Rose Sparks. But listen, Stadium walks into the building, he's looking like, yeah, you look at any men ever? Men are everywhere. Like, damn, this dude. If he can win this game, it might be over for all of us. This might be the next one. Might be the next Jared Beeman out there, you know, sneaking all the ladies. So this man walks out on the field. Totes it. He's got one sleeve, one blue sleeve. He's got a nice little swag about him. Little feather coming out of the back of his helmet. And the first three passes, boys, over three. Yikes, right? Yikes. A daisies. We're not feeling good, right? Okay. Handsome, not a good ballplayer. That's kind of the thought process going on halfway through the first quarter. Handsome, not good at football. All good. You have another path in life. Comes out after that. Goes 6 for 7, 58 yards. Starts dicing people up left and right, killing people, hitting the bubbles. And we're like, all right, this guy throws short passes a little bit, intermediate passes, all of a sudden, throws a long bomb, goes up. Hey, clump, look at me. Goes up 7, 0. That's kind of stuff that gets juiced up a little bit now. You're like, oh, damn. How does somebody have this handsomeness with this ability to throw the football? Snow falls, right? Drake may happens. All right. Will Campbell has himself a better game against Nick Bonito. That offensive line has a better game. Stevenson, who's the running back? Can I get Ramanjay Stevenson? 25 carries for 71 yards. Is that what it was? Guy out there, not a whole lot of yardage behind that ass. But the fact that he can just go downhill over and over and over, essentially hit him with a beast mode, right? Hit a in the face, you're not gonna have a whole lot of problems. That's the kind of operation that Stevenson happened. So to the New England Patriots, we say, congratulations to the Denver Broncos. And for our Jim Beam segment, we.
Mitch
Will say, presented to you by Jim Beam.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Presented to you by Jim Beam, we will say to the Denver Broncos we love you boys. We think you got a hell of a future ahead of you. It's absolutely heartbreaking. And Sean Patnus is going to tell these guys in the exit interview, just because he got there once doesn't mean you're get there again. I'm here to tell you as an optimist, you got the roster, you got the team. If you're able to keep your star player, Bo Nix, healthy throughout the season, I have no doubt in my mind that you guys will be back in the same position next year vying for a spot to go to the Super Bowl 61. So enjoy Cabo. We love you to death. You guys got some Knicks bumps, bruises, the whole thing. I need you to get yourself better. Get healthy, have a. Have a couple weeks, right? Eat some bad food. Yeah. Take down some Jim Beam and lemonade. Relax, recoup recovery. Your soul we're talking about. And then let's get back in the gym. Let's get after it. All right? I want to see more muscle definition. I want to be able to put a glass of water on that ass when you're walking on the field. Okay? That's what I want to see out there. I want to see a bunch of burly men out there beating some ass. So congratulations to the Denver Broncos. However, it is absolutely heartbreaking. Clump, you had something.
Jeremy Klump
I just want to say there's. There's one difference between both of these teams in the AFC championship and why I think one is advanced to the Super Bowl. The quarterback of the New England Patriots was on busing with the boys in the off season.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
That is true.
Jeremy Klump
So to add to the Denver Broncos, and this is a formal invite from busting with the boys to Bo Nicks.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Wow.
Jeremy Klump
We would love to have you on busting with the boys, and hopefully then it gets you to that next level of making the super bowl, because I think that's what helped Drake May out.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Now, there's a chain of command that usually takes place when it comes to inviting, getting formal invitations onto busting with the boys. Jeremy Klump just. Just went past all the chain of command. Didn't go through any of the 15 layers you have to go through to give Bo Nixon. Yeah, that was from clump per busing to Bo Nix. And I'm here to say, as one of those chains of command, hey, buddy, I'm in. You get Bo Nicks out here. Endorsed by Taylor Lawan. Yes. That's what we need. Drake May in the super bowl also went on bus with the boys the year Prior.
Mitch
Sam Darnold.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Sam Darnold. Friend of the show. Friend of the show. And Sammy D. When he was at the Panthers. Correct. This is when he was at the Panthers. They came on bus with the boys.
Mitch
I don't know when. I think it was in between. In between years. In between.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Fertile nest egg is all I'll say. All right. That thing incubated for a bit like Jurassic Park. You sit there, you wash the egg, it cracks open. It's a velociraptor. That's what I'm kind of talking about. That's Sam Darnold. And now he's now become himself a full, healthy dinosaur. And that boy is headed to the super bowl as well. Let's go ahead and cruise over to the Rams. Rams, Seahawks game. What were you going to say, Mitch?
Mitch
I know you had something I was going to say. Some are saying that you need to come on bus with the boys in order to make a Super Bowl.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
That's. That's the rumor.
Mitch
Just think. Vrabel, Drake, May. Sam Darnold.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Right.
Mitch
Other people, Christian McCaffrey.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Other people, Christian McCaffrey. He's been to the super bowl. After coming on. I mean, Brock Purdy.
Mitch
Brock Purdy.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
He's a. He went to super bowl or he went to the NFC champion. No, no, he went to the Super Bowl.
Mitch
He went to the super bowl and then came on. And then they came on Travis Kelsey.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
So you got to at least have a plan or already beyond busting with the boys to make it to Super bowl. Are we all 100% on that? Slim Shady. Good bunny. You good over there? Do you agree? Yeah. You?
Jared Beeman
I was looking at Jack like, are you going to say something? Yeah, I agree. I. I was thinking that already. I'm glad you all realized that, but.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Okay, go. Yeah. For.
Will Compton
For some sickos of bossing that know the deep lore. Just thought it would be fun to point out last time Darnold was on solo said with Taylor.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Oh, I forgot. Yeah. When you popped that up, I did think, hey, where the hell is.
Will Compton
That's interesting.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
That is interesting. Interesting world we get to live in. Right?
Will Compton
And so then maybe we could say if he wins the super bowl, even better chance if you do a solo. So with Taylor.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Wow.
Jared Beeman
The Will curse.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
The Will curse.
Will Compton
Nebraska ball wants nothing to do with Will Compton.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Will would say that Nebraska basketball. Will is not on the bus right now. I just had to read a. Read in a bad way in his voice. Might be a bad look for Nebraska basketball if they were to take an L against Michigan Wolverines. Was that 27? 27th. Ought to be tomorrow. Tuesday the 27th. Correct.
Mitch
Yeah, correct.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Tough look for Willie C. Yeah, he's out there. I can't get out, blah, blah, blah yet. I'm bringing him ice right after this. Said, hey, I'll pick you up. He said, don't worry about it. I'm bringing a mice. Bringing them more. Oh, bringing them salt. Thank you. I'm bringing them salt. I love how you checked me on that. My brain still couldn't figure out that we needed salt. All right. We interrupt this episode to bring you something near and dear to our hearts. And that's true classic. The new Pima curved shirt. So just the other day, I'm getting ready to hunker down for the snow. Everything that's taking place. The ice storm in Nashville, Tennessee. I'll walk out and just. Just a T shirt. It's gonna be a quick little rip to the goats and. And the car almost swerves off the road. I ran over there. I'm like, are you guys. Are you okay? And the person gets car. They're like, I saw you in that T shirt, and I took my eyes off the road for just a second, but you look fantastic. Is that grabbing the shoulders? Do you really look that good in real life? I'm like, no, it's just a T shirt, really. It's the black kind of makes everything look better. So if you're looking to cause some accidents, gonna cause a couple accidents. Go and get you some true classic. Find true classic at Amazon and Costco, Sam's club and Target nationwide or online@TrueClassic.com Bussin look good, feel good, play good. Also, we're going to talk to you about neutral. It's cold outside right now. Got to warm that little belly. Let's do it in the best way possible. That's with nutra vodka seltzer. We are brought to you by nutritional vodka seltzer. Have you tried it? If not, you are missing out. Neutral. So much better than anything I've ever tried. It's made real vodka and real juice. That's what makes it delicious. Comes in a variety of flavors. Pineapple, lime. Those are my two right there. In times like this, when snow's on the ground, there's a lot of cloud coverage. Papa pop a pineapple pop a lime. And just think tropical baby. Put on some Toby Keith. Start ripping a little bit. And just think about Cabo San Lucas. That's all right. Neutral is the perfect drink to bring when you're Hanging with friends. It's such a crowd pleaser. Neutral. Keep it tasty. Let's get back to this episode.
Rob Gronkowski
This is Rob Gronkowski and Julian Edelman from Dudes on Dudes with Gronk and Jules. Rob, I've never asked, are you a dips guy? Like the workout? You can't tell. No, I mean for your chips. Oh, I knew that. Yeah, of course. You gotta try this new Daisy's French onion dip. Goes great on Sundays. Daisy, like the sour cream brand? Yup. That's how you know it's gonna be fire. I use their sour cream all the time. Goes perfect with my taco Tuesday dinner. Oh, Jules the chef. I love it. Yup. And now I've added the daisies French onion dip to my Sunday spread. They make it with all natural herbs and spices. I like the sound of that. Everyone knows you need a good dip for game day. Personally, I like to dip everything I can. Veggies, crackers, chips. Heck, I might even dip a buffalo wing in there. That reminds me, they also have Daisy's ranch dip. Now you're speaking my language. Sundays on the couch just got even better. Yup, seems like a no brainer on game day. So get out there and give the French onion dip a try. You won't regret it.

Yeah, dude, okay, let's. Let's umbrella this thing. I want to get everybody's thoughts on Rams Seahawks game was absolutely incredible. Matthew Stafford had over 300 yards passing. He was dicing them up. Sammy d. Wheeler, Walker Jr. His little. The running back in the back there from Michigan State. He was out there dicing kids. Buddy, did you see the play of that linebacker coming down? Feeling like the gap, gap scheme play, right, left tackle, left guard, everybody else. And now right down the middle, there's a massive hole and it's Walker and the linebacker. We're not going to use names for two reasons. One, I don't want to embarrass the poor lad. Two, I don't know who it was. So Walker comes down, gives him a, a little jab ski to the right. He bites on that jump cut to the left, gives himself 7 or 8 yards. At that point you kind of felt like, damn, hey. The run game that the Seahawks have figured out, which is such a difficult thing to do, is they figure out a run game halfway through the season. They've really done it. Sam's putting a good touch on the ball. Jsn I know. I'm watching the game with my wife and I go, you know where he went to school? She goes, michigan. I go, no, he went to Ohio State. And here's why. All the best wide receivers, all the best wide receivers in the NFL. I hate them, can't stand them.
Mitch
Did the same thing. Yeah, but you know where he went? Ohio State.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Ohio State. What did you say? She said Susquehanna when you asked her.
Mitch
I think she said like some random ass school. I'm like, babe, I wouldn't be telling you this if he didn't go to Ohio State.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. But dude, that catch, he had Sam rolling out to the left, which is extremely difficult throw for all quarterbacks if you're right handed. Left turn, shoulders rotate, hips over the side. Overthrows. Jsn Just a touch. And you watch that slow mo replay. That ball has got a velocity rotation on it like no one's ever seen. That ball sticks to his glove like he got, he's cheating. He got something on them gloves and that ball just stuck. And then he holds it out a little bit while the defenders slapping that bicep and still gets it down. This ain't a big man, ladies and gentlemen. This is a guy. This is a. He kind of looks like a regular person a little bit. No disrespect to JSM, but he's not like 6 4, you know, Calvin Johnson looking ass. You know, they had the same build. Jerry Beeman quote, graphic. I look like Jared Beeman and JSN got the same build. And look what JSN's doing. That's the. I mean, for me, Sammy D, they're on the 10, they're on the six yard line. And he throws it to the back of the end zone, clearly out of bounds. The boy hits the Jordan pose, which seems to be the new trend out in the playoffs. Catches the ball and brings it down. And it's just like this motherfucker really just operates. Doesn't he go down this game? Starting to get out of hand towards the end of the game. And the Rams, or, sorry, the Seahawks stop the Rams. It's 4th and 12th. Woolen DB. Now, listen, Woolen's a hell of a football player, right? This is not going to be an indictment on his character. We're just gonna call this a little blemish on the old personality tree. But he can't. You, buddy, you walk over, you start grabbing the nads like your Baker Mayfield looking against. You're going against Kentucky. Like, you can't have that. You can't have that type of taunting in this championship game. Now, as a viewer, as a viewer who has no skin, the game with either of these teams, I love it because it's truly adding to, like, kind of the storyline that college football gets to give us every single year. The NFC west, we knew at the beginning of the year this could be a juggernaut of a. Of a conference. Now we're looking at these two teams, this is the third time they've played in the NFC Championship. And you got to think to yourself, like, man, this shit is badass. Like, how they're all. They're getting chippy. Every punt that takes place, there's a fight or some sort of argument. Refs are rolling in. Those are the kind of storylines that I love watching because I've really realized the NFL. Love the game, everything about it. At this point in the year, it's reality TV for the men. That's what we're enjoying. We get to watch the storylines, the fun times. Sammy D, is he going to choke? Both times he played against the Rams, he's doing multiple interceptions. What happens this time? Matthew Stafford, he's a guy that I looked at in the locker room and I was like, I'm going to take that type of experience over Sammy D's experience in this type of situation and prove my ass wrong. So really what Bust with the Boys is, is a reality TV show. Where does word is watching it all unfold and getting excited for the next One. Now we have another opportunity to watch the Seahawks and the Patriots. We know happened last time, 4th and 1. Are they going to throw it? Are they going to run it or. Obviously they're going to run it because Marshall, they got Marshawn lynch in the backfield. Pull it. Malcolm Butler. Snipe city. Touchdown. Patriots win that game. Does it flip this year? Could you imagine that? Super Bowl 60 takes place. Patriots fourth and one. They throw a quick slant to Booty, something Henry, one of those two.
Mitch
Diggs.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Diggs. And all of a sudden DB comes, picks that thing off. Almost photographically identical when you put them side by side and the Seahawks win the game.
Mitch
I think Rage is smarter than that, though.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
I think Rape is smarter than that, too. I think he is in McDaniels, he was the OC at the time, right when that happened. I mean, I know they were on defense, but maybe, maybe he's been. He's there all the time until he's not and then he's back.
Mitch
Did you see the. Going back to the Rams Seahawks game? Did you see, like the stats before that game started? They had the same amount of yards, I think the same amount of first downs. And the only, like the Seahawks just had one more point than the Rams and like their two matchups this year, and that was because they went for two to win the. The second matchup. Like, this was an unreal game and it looked like it was going to be doing the same thing, but it was. It was an awesome game to watch.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah, I mean, it was high flying. Both quarterbacks threw the ball well, but they also had great run games involved. We had ourselves a muff punt, like a lot of miscues, while also playing great football. That Seahawks defense, man, that is real. That's a ball club right there. That's a group of 11 savages we got walking around out there quickly. I'd like to know.
Mitch
Clay Corum had a good game, too.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Blake Corm had himself a game. Boy was eating corn right before that game. 1, 9, 9 carries for 30, 55 yards. You boy's gonna be a little stud in the league, isn't he? Little scamper, little guy. Once again, not a big build on the boy. Right? But look what he's doing.
Will Compton
Look what he's. Look what Jared's doing.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Look what Jared's also doing. He's.
Will Compton
He's killing it.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Jared's selling out Zanies.
Will Compton
Come on.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
But Blake Corm is getting nine. Nine carries, 55 yards. Which one's more impressive? Let us know in the comments?
Mitch
You tell me.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Let us know in the comments. No doubt, no doubt. We're gonna do the locker room with myself, Will Compton, Delaney Walker and Clay Matthews, and we will break down the games. The boys in the back, you guys will not be breaking down the games. I'm sure they can go to your socials and find out. However, I'd love to know what your first thoughts are. Right. We haven't watched a whole lot of film. We haven't dove into everything. But I love to start with because it's right next to Mitch right now. Mitchie baby, give me a little Looky Lou on what you're thinking for Super Bowl 16.
Mitch
See, I think on paper, like, it feels like the Seahawks are just like far and away the better team. And like, I believe that they are. But like one thing that's not like anecdotal and like you can really write it down. It's like the coaching and everything I've heard from you and Will and anybody who's, who's played for Braves, it's like he is able to like point some things out to make the game. So even to where it doesn't feel as such like lopsided in one way. Because like, like you said, the Patriots is sort of a band of misfits. There's like three or four like name brand players on their team, but the rest are kind of like just random guys. Whereas the Seahawks, they got like studs everywhere, I think. I don't know what the spread is now or if it's even out yet. Four and a half for the Seahawks.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Wow. Four and a half. Super Bowl.
Mitch
I think I like, I think the Seahawks will win. But like it just. If it were any other coach on the Patriots other than Vrabel, I would be like super confident about it. But like, I just think the way Vrabes is and like how he can coach, it just makes it a lot more even. But they're. Drake May is going to need to throw for more than 85 yards this week and he's going to have to be like, Drake made Drake May over the regular season.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah, Drake May had a weird postseason, didn't he? Like, he wasn't throwing the ball well. It was a bit of a turnover machine in the wild card round in the divisional round. I wonder if a weather's playing a factor for him. I wonder how much is weather and how much is pressure. Because me as an office alignment, I look at the weather and I just think to myself, all right, like, everyone's kind of Slowing down a little more. It feels like a bit of an equalizer for me from an off, from a quarterback's perspective. Matthew Stafford, he was quoted perfectly after the Bears game saying like this is, this had a big effect on me. And so Seattle, I'm not sure what the weather was there. I'm assuming it was a little chilly.
Mitch
40 degrees.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Okay. So a little chilly is perfect way to put it. And then you got there in Denver, starts snowing the second half of the game. New England, both games were frigid and cold. So getting to San Francisco, does that change or was this really a pressure thing? And is that kind of the Drake May we're seeing because he's such a young lad, he's 23 years old or 22, whatever he is, he's so young. And being in this position of if you play well, we win, that's kind of the idea for any quarterback that's playing in the NFL. If you play well, we're probably going to win the game. So there's, there's a lot to look at in that. But also you look over at Sammy D. Sammy D. Wright gets drafted by the Giants. Correct. Jets. Gets drafted by the Jets. He has the infamous quote of I'm seeing ghosts. Van Noy, friend of the show. He's asked after the game, hey, did you hear that? He said he was seeing ghosts. And Van Noy's look on his face is like, I cannot believe this kid just said that. Goes into an absolute tunnel of chaos for a little bit, bounces around a little bit, goes to the Panthers, finds himself over to the Vikings and now all of a sudden goes to school of Kevin o'. Connell. He's feeling good about life and then he's had this crazy surgeons resurgence ever since then. So it is extremely impressive to see Sam Donald. However, this is also the first time he's been in the situation. So do we see nerves from both quarterbacks and we watch these Seahawks and the Patriots kind of lean on the run game a little bit more and see what happens there.
Mitch
I think Sammy D. Kind of put those nerd like the nerve thing like away after this past weekend. I mean he threw for 350 against the Rams. Solid defense, like Patriots defense with Rabes, like who knows. But I think the Seahawks like match up a hell of a lot better against the Patriots than like vice versa.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah. So you're saying it could be a hell of a blowout, possible blowout situation taking place. The only X factor here is Mike Rabel.
Mitch
Yeah. And I think He's. He's going to make it, so it's not going to be a blowout.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
I like it because this is also my rabel. This is also McDonald's first time. We don't know, like, Vrabel will speak from a player's perspective, what the feelings and the emotions are like, what the confetti looks like when it comes down. But McDonald doesn't know that. All he knows is University of Michigan winning great defenses. Clump.
Jeremy Klump
Sam Darnold did make a little joke. Everyone's like, he made his first super bowl. First quarterback from the 2018 NFL Draft. That is incorrect. Sam Darnold made the super bowl as the backup quarterback of the San Francisco 49ers in 2023. So he made a little joke about that, that he's been in the super bowl already.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Nice. So he's keeping it loose.
Jeremy Klump
Keeping it loose already. He knows how week plays out, so I think that might be a good factor for. For the Seahawks.
Will Compton
Yeah.
Jeremy Klump
He kind of knows what to expect.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
And then Stevenson and Walker and if you're going to draft a running back, who are you drafting?
Mitch
Walker.
Jeremy Klump
Kenneth Walker. Kenneth Walker, he's solid, but Kenneth Walker, man, he's.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
He's.
Jeremy Klump
He's a good player.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
He's a great ball player.
Jeremy Klump
After that juke move, too, they went right back to him on a screen.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
I know. Picked up like 14 with no charbonnet as well. Because they're saying in the beginning of the broadcast, they're talking about how he can he take all the carries and be able to take all the snaps or in the first series, second series of the game, and they get, I think, at the ball three times in a row, and it's like if you're. You're not worried about his, you know, durability and all that right now because you're down, you know, you're one, two punch. You're just down to your one punch. And, buddy, he is operating. He's had a lot of growth this season as well. Earlier in the season, especially that first Rams game, you see him kind of that east to west move where he's making shifts and turning his shoulders towards the sideline behind the line of scrimmage. Now you can see he's taking the coaching that he's obviously been given of taking his foot in the ground, making one initial cut and getting straight downhill. And it's paid dividends for that entire team, especially himself, from an individual player standpoint. So it's really cool to see both these teams. There's A lot of fun things to break down when you watch these team, because the Patriots, they don't get a lot of pressure unless you're rushing more than four. You have to simulate rushes in order to get pressure. However, every once in a while, you'll sit there and you're like, oh, that guy just. They'll get quick wins. You look at the Seahawks, they can get pressure with four. They like to bring a lot of blitzes. They do a great job of covering up those zone holes when they bring those blitzes. So it's very hard. You have to nickel and dime yourself away down the field. And then there are fantastic in the fringe area. That fringe area is like the 35 to 25 year line. Like you're in field goal range, but you're not quite in the red zone yet. It's all about punching yourself into the red zone. And then they just get even better and more stout from there. It's gonna be very interesting to see the kind of shots that the Patriots take in the middle of the field in order to just, hey, let's get past that fringe area and red zone area all the way and just take shots. Because Drake may, other than these last couple of games, has been the best quarterback in the entire NFL throwing the deep ball. So it is going to be incredible to watch on the offensive side of the ball for the Seahawks, you all, you clearly have JSN on your outside. You have Barnum, the AJ Barnum, Michigan man, Barner, who has done a great job of like kind of coming up as a receiving threat and a blocking threat as a tight end. So if you're the Patriots, you're like, oh, we got to take away jsn, take him away, make him beat him with everybody else. And then also your next game plan of that is to go with the run game. If you can take away those two things, you've now equalized, you know, your ability to win that game. And that's what Mitch is talking about with Mike Vrabel and having the keys to victory and getting guys ready to play game. Two weeks to prepare is incredible. And before this year, Mike Vrabel was undefeated on bye weeks. And then he goes in against the Patriots, against the Bills. They end up losing that game. So lot of different things to break down, a lot of exciting things to break down. And what I'm most excited for are these parlays that we're going to dive into on fandom. Sportsbook buddy. I mean, my God, it is going to be incredible. Mitch, you got The Seahawks. Is anybody else taking Patriots? Oh, we got pats.
Will Compton
I'm taking bats.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Okay.
Will Compton
I'm going purely off storyline, though.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
I love the, like, it's just reality tv, baby.
Will Compton
Yes. I love the Sammy D. Like, reclamation. He's proven himself. But I feel like Mike Vrabel has that same story, too, and he's obviously a very big friend of the show, so. So I'm going Patriots.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
God, it would be so great to watch Mike Vrabel win a Super bowl with his team.
Will Compton
That'd be sick.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
It also could be the worst thing that's ever happened to us.
Will Compton
Daddy's gonna be.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Daddy's gonna even. He'll be super daddy, and I don't like that. I already don't like the idea of me calling Vrabel daddy because he's kind of pounded me and. Well, hold on, hold on. Let me figure something. Let me just figure something out here. He's kind of beat me and Will in a submission. All right. Right.
Will Compton
Yeah.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Beat is way better than pound. Way better than pound.
Will Compton
Yeah.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah. So anyway. Right. Oh. Anyway. We're just having fun.
Jeremy Klump
Just having fun.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah.
Jeremy Klump
I'm gonna pounded clump. I was gonna make a joke. Didn't do it. But I'm going Patriots. Yeah. I feel like Drake may Mike Vrabel, but there's, like, the secret weapon no one's talking about. Cardi B. I mean, the Patriots have Cardi B on their side. We had the Taylor Swift with. With the Chiefs for a while now, and, I mean, Cardi B was celebrating on the field. Stefan Diggs after the game saying, we're going to the Super Bowl. She's bought in.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Bought in.
Jeremy Klump
So I think it's funny, the NFL needs to cover her a little more because I feel like they really covered the Taylor Swift stuff. Cardi B's bought it.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Cardi B's bought.
Jeremy Klump
She's a die hard hanging out with Robert Kraft. I mean, I'm going. I'm going Patriot.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Her story's incredible, too.
Jeremy Klump
Let's get her on the bus.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah. Her story is incredible. Yeah.
Mitch
You want to tell it?
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
I mean, I know spark notes, but, hey, this. This chick was just use Gahl. Get it how you live. She was just getting how she lived. She was stripping, allegedly.
Jeremy Klump
Yeah.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
She was robbing people. Allegedly. She was getting it how she lived, right? Yeah. Very attractive woman. How do I handle business? This is how I'm going to decide to handle business. She goes and handles that way, but it's not good enough for her. The rap. All the things she has crushed it. She follows me on Instagram ever since myself and Quentin Nelson made that video in Cabo San Lucas after her and her ex, who we will not bring up out of respect for. Stefan Diggs, made a little video in the hot tub. I'm sure some other things happened, the hot tub that Quentin Nelson and I did not do, but we made the video that they posted online. She followed. She also follows like 3, 000 people online. Who gives a dude viral video? Jackie, who you got for my mental health?
Jack McPherson
I think it's obvious.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah, I gotta take the Seahawks.
Jack McPherson
A Patriots win would hurt a lot for. For Tennessee fans, there's gonna be the cheap shots, the low hang fruit jokes that Clump likes to make, all that. But I feel like we're not talking about that. This year has been the year of the NFC in the NFL.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Allegedly.
Jack McPherson
Allegedly. Do you think? Allegedly it has been. And so I think that that's going to continue and I'd like to see the reverse effect happen. Seahawks get their get back. I like McDonald.
Sponsor/Ad Voice
He.
Jack McPherson
He's a gamer. He likes getting those boys riled up. There's been a few of these pregame speeches I've watched of his to get me ready to go shovel ice and snow here in Nashville. So I do. I'd like to see Sammy D. Get it done there.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
At the end of the day, if.
Jack McPherson
Mike Vrabel wins, it'll be one of those classic fairy tale endings. I mean, obviously not the ending, but I. I wouldn't be upset if the Patriots won, but I. I do think the Seahawks are going to get it done. Patriots got to travel. I know it's two weeks, but San Francisco is a lot closer to Seattle than it is New England.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah, but you travel a week before.
Jack McPherson
I. I know, but. Dude, there's something about being closer to your home if you're. Let's say the super bowl was held in Atlanta and the Titans were going to it and they're facing the Chargers, even though that wouldn't happen. But you see what I'm saying? Yeah.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Something happens in the world. Two AFC teams play in the Super Bowl.
Jack McPherson
That's why. Okay, what are we doing?
Jeremy Klump
49Ers play.
Jack McPherson
Yeah, 49ers. I just said that wouldn't happen, but here we are.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Good save. Good save to Jacks.
Jack McPherson
No Seahawks, the Patriots.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Which I know wouldn't happen. That. First off, Sherm's got a picture of Vrabel up right now. That's not. That's not the guy we know now. All right. That's not the guy we know now. That might have been my variable. I know it's AI. I understand that now. That might have been the Rabel when he played, but that ain't him now.
Jacob Goldstein
All right?
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
That vest gets bigger and bigger every single year, buddy. But you keep winning Super Bowls. Look at all the super bowl winning coaches. A little hefty, right? Andy Reid's won a handful. Look at him.
Mitch
Sean McVeigh won one.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah, Sean McVeigh does look good. He's another handsome boy. You saw he get a while. Got away from the fingerless gloves this past game, too. He thought that was gonna be the answer. Damage was already done. Jared, I know you picked up the mic. I would love to hear your breakdown on the Seattle Seahawks versus the New England Patriots. Who do you got and why?
Jared Beeman
I got nothing to break down. All I have is I'm foreshadowing or I'm foreseeing a Jim Beam. Pour him out for the Seahawks. The Patriots will win. This is only because we all know I'm not that into football. The reason is because I grew up a Patriots fan.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Come on, man.
Jared Beeman
As a little kid, I would just.
Jack McPherson
Are you from Atlanta?
Jared Beeman
I would. I'm from New Hampshire.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Your dad's. Oh, my.
Jared Beeman
And, oh, no. I've never been a Falcons fan. As a child, I would. My dad would say, look, the Super Bowl's on. When? Oh, look, the next year, the Super Bowl's on.
Sponsor/Ad Voice
Win.
Jared Beeman
That's why I'm not into football, because all I did as a child was win. And as a 25 year old, I'm not a Patriots fan anymore. But the nostalgia will bring me back. We're gonna win this year.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Who's your team now?
Rob Gronkowski
Ravens, man.
Jared Beeman
Baltimore Ravens.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Shout out.
Jared Beeman
Rashad Bateman, 229.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Stand up.
Rob Gronkowski
Stand up.
Jared Beeman
Ravens nation. We'll get them next year.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
We'll get them next year.
Jared Beeman
Who's my new. Like the details? We got Rashad Bateman.
Will Compton
That's all.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
That's all it matters, man. I know nothing.
Jared Beeman
But, I mean, the Patriots would just be kind of. I don't know, in the back of my head, I kind of like them. I truly was a Patriots fan as a kid.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Have you watched any football? Did you watch the games last night?
Jared Beeman
Yeah, I watched the Patriots game.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
What'd you think?
Jared Beeman
It was fun.
Jeremy Klump
I was really.
Jared Beeman
I was on my phone.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
A lot of it. No, that's fun.
Jeremy Klump
It was the least fun game of the week.
Mitch
Sucked.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah, the game. That game was brutal.
Mitch
All right.
Jared Beeman
It wasn't fun. What do you want me to say.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
If you had fun and you watched ball. That's all we care about now.
Jared Beeman
Letting clump dictate if I had fun.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Or not watching football. Also, Jared, I'll tell you this. No way the Titans will play the Chargers in the super bowl. Ever. Ever. Maybe.
Jack McPherson
And that was already. That was already specified. So what are we doing here?
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
We're actually trying to have fun, Jack. We're just trying to have fun.
Jack McPherson
What are we doing here?
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Just trying to have fun, Jack.
Jack McPherson
Yeah, well, that's fine.
Jared Beeman
We're running off a little sleep.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah, we're running off. Yeah. Did boys get sleep last night? None. Very little. Okay. Sure. Not bad with a young baby at home too.
Will Compton
Got a little baby at home. The dogs helped. The dogs always help. It was kind of nice having them on the chest. I like. I like snuggling with the doggies.
Jared Beeman
I had the Me and Sherm both slept at the office last night. Oh sure, shout out Sherm. He slept in the inside the bus studio with the dogs. I slept in the streaming room with the dogs. The dogs didn't help me. They kept me up all night. I ended up falling asleep on the floor with my dogs. I woke up just on the stream room floor, which we have carpet in there, but that carpet is like an eighth of an inch above concrete. Yep, it sucked.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
I How's your back this morning?
Jared Beeman
Terrible. Everything sucks. I hate everything.
Mitch
We're having fun.

Lenovo College football Indiana Hoosiers. Incredible. Who do we like as our early number one and I'll start and as long as clump doesn't get in the way, I think your preseason number one is the Oregon Ducks. Dante Moore Delayed gratification they have an absolute roster. I mean that's the team to beat. Yeah. Am I wrong in that they got.
Will Compton
Great backup quarterback as well?
Jeremy Klump
Great backup quarterback quarterback with plus 4,000 odds to win the Heisman, which is just insane.
Mitch
What?
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah, the Vanduul put out the odds and Bryce Underwood's at +3000. I think he's like 12. And then like 15th is Dylan Rayola at +4000 to win the highest one.
Mitch
And Dante Moore's one.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Dante Moore, I think he is one. One or two.
Jeremy Klump
I think he's. I think he's two because he's tied with C.J.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Carr. Yeah, C.J.
Jeremy Klump
Carr, number one. One one of those ways.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
But we really didn't get to talk about a whole lot of this. But I. I did. The transfer portal is done. There's a couple of guys that are still stringing along that will sign with places. Jack, I'd love to have your thoughts on the Vols. Mitch, your thought on Ohio State. I'll say for the Michigan Wolverines. Boys, I am way too optimistic about this potential of the season. With winning hand taking place. Jason beck is the O.C. j. Hill. We retained all the roster that we wanted to retain. We brought in key guys like Snowden and the defensive end from Utah as well. Brought in French with two Fs, which shout out to Klump. We're sitting there at their Red river rivalry and we're watching the warmups and Jeremy Clump points at French and goes, that kid's not playing a whole lot here. He's probably going to the transfer portal. It'd be an awesome get for Michigan. Sure enough. Bing, bing, boom. It happens. Retain the entire offensive line. And Now Coy Detmer Jr. Who is a quarterback coach for Michigan. We actually have a quarterback coach now. So this is really. Is Bryce Underwood who we think he is? I think he is. And I believe even with the. The gauntlet of a schedule that we have. Playoffs, boys. I love us in the playoffs.
Jack McPherson
Well, before we go on to our teams, we need to talk about. You say the preseason rank for you would be the Oregon Ducks. Does the Clump curse follow into 2026? The answer is yes.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah. Can I just interrupt you real quick? The reason why that sucks so bad is Clump so high on Michigan this year. He's so high in Michigan, and that is my biggest. Like, oh, no.
Jack McPherson
You don't want him attached to your program in any sense of the word.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah.
Jack McPherson
But I. I do hope. I love Dan Lanning. Love those boys. They always host us well. So I hope that something breaks that before the season starts, and I think it's possible. But we'll see for the Tennessee Vols. Still some pieces that need to land. We got to figure out our quarterback situation.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
That's a big one.
Jack McPherson
Big one. Obviously. We got Chaz Coleman Though the edge rusher from Penn State, I believe, which is a huge pickup. We also just hired the strength and conditioning coach from Indiana, which is massive. He had our boys tuned up from a national championship program. I think that's huge. We got a lot of young guys coming in. Faison Brandon, who is everyone, if you follow the portal, and then these young rival cats. He was a five star. We have Tristan Keys, who hopefully is going to be the dynamic duo here in a couple years. I don't see Faison Brandon starting at quarterback this year. I think he's way too young, and I think this is a big prove it year for Hypo, because if they go 8 and 4, the mob comes out for sure. And I'll be part of that mob.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Started to come out.
Jack McPherson
I know, but I'm not in that mob yet. I still. I still believe in Hypo. I think he's got something going there, so I think he's got a lot of decisions to make for the quarterback. I think ideally, you. You find a guy who's experienced, and you can get him in there one year, let him teach these younger guys how the system operates, move on from there. But, yeah, quarterback is the number one issue. But I do love us getting Indiana strength and conditioning coach, because I know, you know, as a former college football athlete, that it starts in the weight room.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
It starts with, got to have it.
Jack McPherson
Got to have it. So, you know, I always have optimism, so I hope that Tennessee Vols prove me right.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
There is not another man besides maybe Will Compton that has more optimism for their teams than Jack McPherson during the year. It's tough to watch sometimes.
Jack McPherson
It is tough.
Will Compton
Tough schedule as well.
Jack McPherson
Very tough.
Will Compton
Yeah. Georgia Tech and Texas in the first four weeks.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
And I feel like Arch Manning is gonna.
Jack McPherson
He's, like, found himself in Knoxville, though. Gotta come to Knoxville.
Jeremy Klump
We wouldn't consider this a curse, would we?
Jack McPherson
Shut up, Clump.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Nothing's a curse until a curse is mentioned.
Jack McPherson
How would this be a curse?
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah, foundationally. That's the start of a curse. If the volunteers go 8 and 4, this conversation can get real.
Jeremy Klump
They won less games without Nico this year. Is it a curse?
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Curse is Chef the curse is Chef the curse?
Jack McPherson
What are we doing here? Me and Chef have died with our programs. Clump, on the other hand, Bandwagon hooked his trailer to the easiest.
Mitch
Jack, don't let him rage Bait.
Sponsor/Ad Voice
You don't.
Mitch
Oh, I'm not.
Jack McPherson
But I mean, I'm just saying.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Mitch, you're. Hey, that was a good find, Mitch. That was a Good find right there, Jack. Hey, I know I'm not. I'm on your side.
Jack McPherson
And I know Chef's not the curse.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
He's the worst. No one's Matt Malone. The curse is a good question, though.
Jack McPherson
The only person that's the curse is Clump. When he decided to hitch his wagon to Tennessee before going to Florida before going to Oregon.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
So you're telling me Clumps the ultimate cursor.
Will Compton
Yes.
Jack McPherson
If he touches your program, good luck. You might as well look for 20, 27.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Here's the problem, though. As the. The ultimate curse guy, does he not have the power to give another curse out?
Jack McPherson
No, dude, he just wants.
Will Compton
Can you.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Is club a witch? Is what we have to ask ourselves. If Clump is a witch. We gotta get to Salem asap.
Will Compton
Can you reverse curse it like you did in New Orleans? You reverse curse it?
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
I didn't reverse curse cursed it. You know what I did? Hey, sure. That's. That is just manifestation, brother. I've just manifested a lot of good.
Will Compton
Yeah.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
All right. So Jack can start to manifest. But to play devil's advocate to myself, he's kind of manifested every year. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Ultimate optimism.
Will Compton
Good.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Is Jack being around Clump a curse?
Will Compton
Yes.
Jack McPherson
That I agree with. Yes. And if. If, you know, if you've been in our shop, you know that my desk is the farthest desk from Clump.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah.
Jack McPherson
For a reason.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
But it's also a straight shot.
Jack McPherson
Right. And it's just a.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
He's. Yeah, he's got you right down center lane.
Jack McPherson
Lot a lot to consider going into this year.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Oh, my. You might have to move into here, into this part of the shop.
Will Compton
Up a Jack.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Sweet.
Jack McPherson
Maybe.
Jeremy Klump
I curse Tennessee by moving to Tennessee. Yeah, that could be the.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
That. Yeah. But you live in Vanderbilt. You live nearest Vanderbilt, not in Vanderbilt.
Jeremy Klump
Vanderbilt lost. They didn't make the playoff, which is crazy.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
They should have made the playoffs.
Jack McPherson
I mean, they would have gotten yacht in the first round.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Are we. Was anybody ever on the Notre Dame would have won all like, following Will and being like.
Jack McPherson
Like I was for like the first round.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
But like, yeah, the whole bit of.
Jack McPherson
Like in the national championship, Notre Dame would beat these two.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
No shot. No.
Jack McPherson
But yeah, I think Notre Dame should have been in it, especially over Vanderbilt.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
If I'm being honest, I'm surprised Miami held on as long as they killed Indiana.
Sponsor/Ad Voice
Yeah.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
That was.
Jack McPherson
Fun game, though.
Will Compton
If we're gonna like go go down the list of teams that didn't deserve to be there. I feel like a M really proved that they didn't need to be there.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
With just no offense. They score three points.
Mitch
Impossible to keep.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah, no doubt they had one.
Will Compton
Very true.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
But let me. Okay, another. This is another part of the conversation. Are we at the point where we're inflating the SEC too much? Every year the SEC is the most teams in the top 25. They get the most love. And the Big Ten has won the last three national champions championships. And SEC team or Georgia hasn't been in the last three championships. Also one of Jared Beeman's team. I'm just saying, with the nil, this new equalizer that's kind of taking place, we can assume, not assume, whatever we want to do about before nil and the SEC paying players. We've only gotten like 15 words of confirmation on this bus about that. But do we feel like the SEC is a little more inflated? No.
Jack McPherson
Because really, the Big Tens only won two of two natties in a row because one was an asterisk. Championship.
Jacob Goldstein
Yeah.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
It's okay, though. That's an 8 and 4 mindset.
Jack McPherson
No, that's me looking at what's going on. And a major cheating scandal in college football rises. And that's okay. I mean, that's just. That's the M logo.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Clearly you didn't see the top 10 past national championship rankings that was put out by a sports media personality that had Michigan number one. It's hard to argue that that same sports media personality had. Was the only person to have Oregon in the semi final.
Will Compton
True.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
So the most credible sports personality had Michigan number one. So it's very difficult for me to even see your argument.
Jack McPherson
Jack, when you say it like that, It's. It makes a little more sense. But I still see the asterisk. It's so clear. But yeah, you know, you're not wrong. That's a good pull.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Thank you. I do appreciate that.
Jack McPherson
I'll give you that.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Also, the. Like, take me out of the Michigan biasness. It's gone. I just got holy watered on me. That team was so well coached and they didn't make mistakes. They were very much like the Indiana Hoosiers of this year. They were. They're like. Like the whole.
Jack McPherson
Also almost got accused of cheating.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Allegedly. Almost got accused of cheating. There are rumors strolling around the Internet. Hoosiers and Mark Cuban. Allegedly. That's alleged. Alleged. Fun rabbit hole to go down Fun rabbit hole.
Mitch
I think y' all would lose to the 2019 LSU team, though.
Jack McPherson
Maybe the Michigan team that year.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
I don't know. According to that sports personality, that had them ranked number one. They thought you wouldn't cross the 50.
Will Compton
But hey, and that guy, he.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
That guy actually was the, like the. The best at College Football in 2025. Of 2025, the most locked in as far as seeing downrange.
Will Compton
Yeah.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Thing that it's like, though similar to the way Clump sees downrange in the office and just curses the guy straight across from him.
Mitch
I mean, you. This said guy looks like he's wearing camo and he sees downrange when he's young.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
I see downrange. He sees downrange in camo. Is there. Dude, I put this camo on the other day. I just felt cool. I. Dude, I got a pocket knife. I got a pocket knife. Daniel goes, what are you gonna do with that? I said, work, honey.
Will Compton
What do we have?
Mitch
Manly shit.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
These are just boots. I don't even know what kind of boots they are.
Will Compton
North face.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
North face. They are frayed, though, at the bottom of my. With my strings. And that kind of pisses me off.
Will Compton
There's nothing better than some camo boots.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
And also everybody who watched Busting with the Boys last week. Hope you're enjoying your snow days, Arizona. It's 63 degrees today and it's sunny.
Mitch
Save it for the pod.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Save it for the pod. Guys, listen, we feel good, feel great. Is there anything we want to break. Break down in football? Jared.
Jared Beeman
Dan Lenning followed me a couple weeks ago.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Oh.
Jack McPherson
That is in. That's really weird.
Jared Beeman
It was just at night while I was playing Xbox and I wasn't even following him. I had to hit him with a follow back. It felt weird.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah, Dan Lanning does watch.
Sponsor/Ad Voice
Don't know why.
Jeremy Klump
Really weird.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Which of all people that should not consume the locker room. Dan Lanning's that guy.
Mitch
You don't follow me.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Oh, oh, oh. I do have one more thing to talk about. Arthur Smith. All right. Texted him. What are we doing here? Hey, just put. Hey, this is like an NFL roster. I. Shut up, Art. You. I. I hate this hire. I hate it because it's so good. I hate it for the Michigan Wolverines. I hate it for the Big Ten. Arthur Smith becoming the OC of Ohio State. I'm not even giving that a round of applause. I'm not talking about, like. I'll tell you what, though. They're going to run the ball a whole lot better next year.
Mitch
I was going to say, you asked for an Ohio State preview. We have two former head coaches, two former NFL head coaches as our coordinators. We're getting Julian saying back Jeremiah Smith back. We're losing downs and Carnell Tate but like we're going to be a very, very well coached ball club.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Yeah. You talking about Matt Patricia?
Mitch
Yep.
Host (likely Jeremy Clump or main Busting with the Boys host)
Let's end the show on this. Keep your eye on Matt Patricia. Ooh, that's the end of the show.

In this episode, the Bussin’ With The Boys crew — with Will Compton and Taylor Lewan absent but the rest of the boys holding down the bus amid a Nashville ice storm — break down the NFL Conference Championships. The focus: new storylines with Mike Vrabel’s rapid New England Patriots turnaround, the heartbreak of Bo Nix’s Denver injury, Sam Darnold’s resurgence with the Seahawks, and a preview of Super Bowl 60. The boys serve up trademark banter, insider player stories, stats, conspiracies, and bold takes on which QB will step up — all with their brand’s irreverent camaraderie.

It’s reality TV, football-style, as Bussin’ With The Boys blends authentic locker room banter, hot takes, personal stories, and seriously deep (and not-so-serious) football breakdowns. With the Patriots’ Cinderella run on one side, Sam Darnold’s revival on the other, and Mike Vrabel’s “Daddy” energy looming, Super Bowl 60 is set up as a battle of narratives.
“God, it would be so great to watch Mike Vrabel win a Super Bowl with his team... it also could be the worst thing that’s ever happened to us.”
(40:09, Host & Will Compton)
For listeners who missed the episode: You’ll walk away caught up on NFL playoff madness, key players’ arcs, smart (and goofy) betting angles, and even the latest college football intrigue. Classic Bussin’: high-energy, hilarious, and every bit the inside look at football’s culture as you’d hope.
