D
Almost. Been going at it for five months.
E
What?
A
I'm not doubting you. Is that the math?
D
Four episodes a month. Four weeks.
E
Yeah, he's right.
A
Oh, my God. I'm sessed.
E
Wait, we've been doing this for five months?
D
Yeah. Because back back in April, we started out as back of the bus and.
A
Then we missed a week or two. So it's been five months.
D
Yeah. Yeah.
C
What's been our revenue?
E
We're like. We're like, in the game.
C
Like, you know, what's it on YouTube?
D
Like, three figures. Three almost.
C
Coming up on that comma.
D
Almost on 2,000 subscribers, though. So get us to this.
E
We got to get one of those YouTube plaques.
A
You can.
C
You can get a counter to 100K. Talked about that.
E
We can make our own.
A
We can buy. You can buy a fake one from this company. That looks loaded.
D
Show today, boys.
A
We got a lot to talk about.
E
Buy fake jerseys back in the day.
D
I have no idea.
E
I used to buy them.
F
AliExpress.
A
Yeah.
E
Probably get it on the HK. Yeah, I heard that one, too.
D
So last week, we were talking about Jared, and he's starting on his comedy side quest.
A
Let's go.
D
He actually had his first challenge in his side quest. Jared. Get into it, people.
A
Also in the comments, I don't know if y' all read them. They like side quest. Oh, they're all about love and side quests. We do.
D
They do want to see content from each side quest.
A
I saw someone saying they want Coop.
D
To stream and they.
A
Multiple people.
D
They said that they would tap in. So, Coop.
A
Yeah.
D
You got an audience out there.
F
I did see the love.
A
I might start.
F
I might start streaming.
A
Dude, you really crazy.
E
Time to have to Sunflower seeds.
C
You will.
D
He always does it.
A
I might, I might start dreaming Load a cho load of Delaney with the girl yesterday yo, how'd it go, dude? Oh, yeah, sorry. It went. It went good. I told all them a little bit about it, but it's like, you go in, you sign up. There's 25 spots.
D
This is the place in east. Correct?
A
Yes, it's called the East Room. And in Nashville. In East Nashville, Yeah. It is really confusing on how to get in, but honestly, the room is so cool. Like, the employees are cool. Uh, I was an idiot. I think I might have the times messed up. But basically like sign ups at like 7 to 8. So I show up at like 6:55, like waiting for them to open it. And the guy, it's me and like one other guy that he's like, it's my first time. Like, we're both like eager and then we get in there. No one's in there obviously. Like, they're opening. And then I asked the guys, like, just like kind of like giving us advice and stuff. And I was like, we don't have to show up this early, do we? He's like, everyone shows up at like 7:55. He's like, because you sign up, you put it in a bucket then. I like how they do it though. They pull the bucket on stage so they, you know that like, no one's just getting up because of like, they're good, basically.
E
Yeah.
A
So they pull it out of the bucket and read it on stage. And then you go up there in the order that you get pulled and pick where you want to be on the lineup. So I pick like third to last. I was like, I want to be. That's.
E
When did you want it?
A
Yeah, I wanted. You get picked though, like middle of the pack. Ish. And I put myself at the bottom of the list because I wanted to be like, when they said my name. I wish. I wish I. This would have been so cringe, like to record it or like y' all to have been there just to see me get picked. Because I was. I was like, no. And then of course the immediate, like, should I just leave? Like, no one will ever know if I left Jared Beeman, literally. And then they all look around because everyone's like, if he's not getting up, like, I want to get up. Like, because everyone's just. Everyone wants wanting to get on. It's only comedians in there. So I went up. By the time I went on, the room was. I mean, like 10 people or less were in there, which is kind of cool. They Weren't comedians. There's only like two more comedians in there. Because the host even was like, who's still in here? Like, because it's like 10:30 on a Tuesday night. And they were like, we're just here like, to watch comedy. And I was like, that's kind of nice. It was like these two. These two girls right here, like a couple of guys. There's one guy in his 60s that was in the back and it went. Yeah, he was. He actually. He did go up at the end of the night, so I guess he was a comedian. But I'm bouncing all over the place.
F
Was that the karaoke guy?
A
Yes, I forgot I told you about that. This guy. I forgot if he went up before or after me. But like end of the night when it's empty. The host was pretty annoyed that, like, we were even still there. Like, he was nice about it, but he's like, like, let's go. And this old guy goes up there and like, you get four minutes. And he's like. He tried like two jokes that were so like, everyone in the room is like less than 30, like probably like 25 or less. And he made a joke about like a show in like the 70s or something. And everyone's like, he's like, y' all don't know that, do y'? All? And then we're all like, no, there's a band behind you. And he's like, fuck it. Like, I'm just gonna do karaoke. Y' all know, like this song. And the band's like, yeah. He's like, fucking, let's play it for the next three minutes. And then he just sang for three minutes, like, awfully. But it was hilarious. Like, we were all in there, like, clapping like, I don't remember. It was some old ass song that I didn't even know. But it was so funny. And he's did it. I wish it was. It was some like, opera ish.
C
Opera ish.
A
It was like opera. It was some song that you couldn't sing along to. But it went good. It was. It went better than I thought it would. I told you all the biggest pop, which is like in that room is like getting a. Like, like was like, you're crushing in there. And I got from a couple people just when I like one of my opening things, just like I work for this podcast because the bit is about Will and Taylor. And like when I mentioned bus and I'm like, has anyone ever heard of that? And like, no one had. And I was just like, that's like the pop of dessert. Like, it was like, in the moment. Everyone's like, yeah, like, we all like. Everyone's like, it's late in the night. That was good. When I. I made a Minecraft joke. As you guys know. Fucking big Minecrafter, Big weekend ahead of Minecraft. We'll get into that later. But that got a laugh. When I said something about Minecraft, the band guy laughed and I literally turned around. I was like, you. Like that? That was funny. I was like, let's go. And then they were quite even after I got off stage because literally there's like one more person. The one of the guy, the drummer, he's like, hey, I got. I got a good, like, punch up for you. And he, like, wasn't being sarcastic. I was like, what is it? And he, like, said it. Like, they gave him a mic to host it. He's like, you should say right here. Right here. Like, da, da, da. And I was like, I was sick that you just did. Like, that was nice.
E
Oh, that's cool.
A
Yeah, it was like. It was like a CTE joke about Will because he.
D
He.
A
I think he knew what Buston was. He's like, when you bring up Will right here, you should say something with cte. And like. And I was like, oh, thanks. And then afterwards, they were like. They came up and they're. That was pretty good for your first time, huh? Huh? Man, I'm stick to the drums. He's like, dude, you suck. I'm trying to be nice, but, yeah, it was fun. Finally did it. Now I'll stop talking about it as much.
D
Well, the comedy that comedian Discovery Shout out, you guys, they commented on the.
A
Episode and we're like, so cool, dude. I finally met him this past Sunday night. He had a. He had a little showcase. It was like this. And he. This isn't a diss to him. He knows it. This tiny show. Like, it was Johnny. Oh, wait, it was in that. I might be wrong on bus in history. The gravel lot that we shot the commercial one for fan. Yeah, FanDuel.
F
Yeah.
A
Is that where they found the bus?
E
Yeah.
A
Okay, so you know that gravel wall? You know that pizza place right there, The Wedge? Yeah. Do you know for people that are in Nashville, it's probably boring. So. Yeah. Do you know there's a room above it, like, to perform in? Tiny little room. But he hosted a comedy show there, the comedian Discovery guy. And there was like five comedians on. Literally, there may have been like four people in the audience, including me and McKenzie. Then just the comedian standing in the back and we're sitting on ottomans, like, in the middle of this room. There's like, just like cool drapes everywhere. I get literally just look like a bedroom. And it was so cool, though. But the comedian Discovery dude is super cool. We talked for a while before and after the show, and then he's been dming me a bunch to help me, so. Shout out, Josiah.
E
That's awesome.
A
Yeah.
C
So back at it again next week.
A
Yeah, we're doing every Tuesday now.
E
I wish I would have done this.
C
Jerry beaming live in Nashville.
E
I should have done this because it's. It would have been way funnier. But yesterday I was passing Zany's and there was a line, and I wanted to roll down my window so bad. In video. Y' all here to see Demon.
A
I need. I. I would have put that shop marquee.
E
It would have been so. In my head. It was so funny in my head.
A
Posting, which it was not funny to anyone else, but posting that. That lineup picture with my name, like, at the bottom.
C
I.
A
In my head, it was like, sarcastic, cuz it's like people post like, the marquee and stuff that. And that was my equivalent being, like, first show and I'm like, at the bot list of 25. But it's like kind of like you're.
E
Gonna look back on that.
A
Yeah, that.
E
It is a cool moment to look back on.
A
It's just like everyone else is just so used to it, and they're like, I'm the nerdy one that, like, I didn't take that picture to post. I took that picture so I could keep reading the names to know how long I had to go up because I'm like, having a panic attack in the back. And then it was. There was such a clutch moment where it was like, one guy that was performing, he had like 10 friends in there, which 10 is a lot in this room. And once he got off, they all left. And I was like, oh, let's go. Like, once they dipped, I was like, oh, this room's empty. And then the nerves really went away. My leg was definitely shaking up there. I felt it.
C
So was it scary your last week or this week?
A
I'm not even just saying this. Like, look, like I was right. The Zany's one was scarier.
E
Just, like, because of the building.
A
Yeah, I think that's like, this room was, like, just not that intimidating when there was a lot of people was pretty scary. But like, once, like I said, like, once it started clearing out and I was Doing the math. I was like, everyone's gonna be gone. Like, yeah, there's only gonna be a few people in here. It's not gonna be that bad. And like, I told y', all, it was terrifying. And like the second the host, like said your name and you walk up there and you kind of like shake hands. Like the second, like you grab the mic, I don't know why, it just like went away.
E
Take over.
A
It was kind of just like, it doesn't matter. It just. It felt like this. It was just like, hello again. Like as soon as you hear the reverb and it's not. This sounds stupid, but not as bad as you think it's going to be. Because I was like, that's something in my head. Like, what if you just go up there? I can't talk.
D
Yeah, because you just hear yourself.
A
Yeah, I can't do this. That was once. It sounded okay. I was okay. This isn't that bad.
D
Do you have any drinks to lube yourself up a little bit?
A
I had. I had one beer, then I was going to get a second beer. And then I got such a bad stomachache, I think just from nerves and the beer. And then I just did a ginger ale. So one Bud Light and one ginger ale.
E
You gotta write that in.
C
Yeah, literally.
A
I wanted to, cuz Mackenzie is telling me, she's like, you need like, just drink a little bit before the show. Like, it'll be so much easier. I was like, you're right. And then I had one beer. I was like, babe, I got a stomachache. I'm in the bathroom inside.
C
What? You should go watch his podcast on his YouTube channel. But Jared explained to me that he, like, the way his brain works is that he looks at the best case possible, the best scenario, and what could go wrong with that?
A
And that's like, we came up with optimistically pessimistic.
C
Yeah.
E
Where it's like first special name.
A
We. We were like, there's got to be a joke in there somewhere. But we're like, it's such a weird. I feel like other people do this too.
C
Yeah.
A
Where it's like with comedy, my thing was like, when I first even thought of doing it, I was like, alright, so like, best case scenario, I'm Chappelle. And then.
D
Well, way to show up, man.
E
Yeah, way to show up on time.
A
Producer Matt was late.
D
No, we didn't.
E
We said room 40.
A
Think about how weird it would have been if we said 1240. Like, who starts at 1240?
D
Okay, well, take over, Sherm. Can come on the show then.
A
Matt, you're good. We weren't.
D
Yeah, damn. Like 15 minutes ago.
A
No one was mad at you, but you came in hot.
D
Yeah.
A
Damn.
E
Yeah.
C
You pulled up on us.
A
You can.
D
You can turn.
A
You came in mad at us and you were sure you. Matt.
C
Matt was ready to play.
A
I didn't even know how to talk to you.
E
All.
D
I appreciate coming in hot.
A
Like, that was. What a hilarious way. Not. Not. My bad. Why the are y'. All.
F
I did a Uber order. I'm just grabbing it really quick. Oh, you're the man. Let's go.
D
Flip.
A
Flip.
E
New new nickname. Flip.
A
I told McKenzie that earlier. I was like, hey, we call Matt Flip now. She's like, wine. I was like, a flip of coin if you like him. And she's like, that's really mean. I was like, yeah, kind of is.
E
He's.
A
He's the one who brought it up. Yeah. Yeah. You are the one that brought that up.
C
And he has a theme song, so it's worth it.
D
Flip.
E
Flip, Flip. Shout out song. Game over. Classic.
A
So good.
F
Classic.
D
That's sick. Joe. We can't. I mean.
E
Yeah, that's fire, dude.
C
Can't wait to be invited.
E
Wait, hold on.
D
Before.
A
I can't wait to show up.
E
You do have to, like, close that last thought cuz Ferda walked in, but.
A
Oh, okay. So optimistically pessimistic. When I wanted to start, in my head, I'm like, all right, so let's just say in a year I'm. I'm chappelle level of success, which obviously.
C
But then it's like, what's already crazy in my head? My brain just works differently.
A
Like, I don't think I will get that. But then in my head, I'm like, what are all the problems that come with that, like, logistically? And I'm like, I don't want to figure out how to put together a show. I don't want to travel every weekend. It's such a. Replace you a bus in such an awful way to live.
E
Then you start there and then work backwards.
A
Yeah. And. But then.
F
So the.
A
The. Like the. The light bulb moment that me and JP had was he was like, I'm the opposite. Like, I just want to do something. I do it. I figure out all the details later. And basically we were saying the solution is the same to these opposite problems, which is just. You can figure it out later.
E
Like, just do.
A
Yeah, like with the side quest kind of things, like, just do. And then you can figure out the.
D
Details, like knowing You. That's not you. You need to have.
A
But honestly, the comedy thing is like, my first attempt at, like, trying not to have that many plans. Because when I actually start logistically thinking about it, I actually hate going out on a Tuesday night. Like, I don't want to do this, but then I might. Let's just get, like, stop being pessimistic about it. Like, I. I enjoy it.
E
You're kind of like exercising that. Whatever that is.
A
Yeah, I forgot what that's called.
E
Like, I don't know what it's called.
A
There's a thing. It's like. Yeah, I know what you're talking about.
D
You're not carrying muscle.
A
Yeah. There's a word for it. Yeah.
C
Don't try.
A
Yeah, but now I will. I'll stop being the guy that pessimistic.
E
To bar in one year. That's Jared's special.
A
No, Jared.
E
Yeah. Flip, flip, flip.
A
You gonna open Flip.
C
He's the host. He's the mc.
A
I am gonna stop being the guy. I gotta say this out loud at least once. I will stop being the guy. Now that's like, every week. Like, I'm gonna do comedy. I did comedy. Like, I.
E
No, dude, don't stop.
A
Yeah, I know, but, like, I'll bring it up every now and then, but, like, the comedy discovery, like, Jos. I gotta say his name. Josiah. We were like, it's good that I did it because, like, if I didn't do it this week, it really would have been like, all right, you've been talking online for, like, three weeks about how you're gonna do it. Like, you're gonna. Like this. Yeah, it's gonna start. Because in my head it was like, that'll keep me accountable. Say it out loud first, then do it. But then it was turning to a thing. It's like, well, shit, I didn't get up. Now I'm just turning to the guy. It's like every week I'm hyping up this big four minute set that no one's at.
E
I mean, that's why it's your side quest, though.
A
Yeah, I guess that's true.
E
That's why we gotta talk about them here.
A
Yeah, okay. I guess that is true.
E
What else did we have on that list? There's only one in my head that I want to get to. But what else was on there?
A
Jill's birthday party is on there.
D
The one that I put on there.
F
That's right.
D
What's the one that you.
E
Jared put one on there and took it off. We'll get to that later.
C
He thought about how good it might go. I want to deal with that.
A
I don't think I saw it. I can't wait.
E
It was it.
A
I put it there for, like, 10 seconds while I knew G was on the dock. And I just write. Like, we're all putting topics, and I know G's the only one on the dock. I just write assertits.
F
And then.
A
Did you write something? Yeah, he wrote yes. And I, like, backspaced it because I'm like, oh, we're kidding. And he's like, what the. Dude?
D
How was Jill's birthday?
F
We were all there.
A
They hosted a great party.
D
Yeah.
A
So fun.
F
Jill crushed it.
A
I wish y' all were there. I know y' all obviously were doing stuff.
F
We. We want to host more. That's something. We are, like, really sad about ourselves because we used to host a ton back in Texas. And just moving here, all the logistics of it, meeting friends, Jill getting pregnant, having a baby now. So we're to the same point of, like, the only way to do it is just do it. We were like, we have to host a birthday party for Jill. Jill crushed the decoration stuff. I was just the one that was putting it up, and she was telling me what to do. So it looked good because of Jill. And then you have this guy I.
D
Was gonna ask about that. All I was waiting on.
A
It's crazy.
F
This.
C
You heard this?
A
No.
F
I have still yet to talk with him, so I'll keep his name.
A
If he watches this. Like, we're sorry that happened.
D
We hope you're okay.
A
And nothing was embarrassing about it because I know. I heard.
D
Nobody was like, it's not like we're making fun of you at all.
A
Yeah, we're not making fun of you. You don't think he's watching this? I've done that twice at events. What exactly happened that's happened to me?
F
Oh, for sure.
A
Yeah. Like, legitimately just found out.
F
Gee.
C
Have you heard.
F
Have you heard this story?
E
No.
F
Oh, okay. Because I wanted my seat that I'm like, I want to hear.
A
I just don't want him to think that if he watches.
E
Not alone.
F
Yeah.
A
Yeah. It's not that, like, crazy.
F
Daryl's not alone. And Daryl's very far from his real name, so that is perfect. So we'll go with Daryl. Yeah.
E
It was just our Derek.
F
Yeah. We're just talking around. Daryl's super nice. We actually went to Baylor together. We were not by any means, like, friends, but we were acquaintances of acquaintances. So it was a fun little, like, we're having this great conversation of. He went to the Auburn Baylor game, and Jill and I did, too, and we're doing all this catching up, and I'm like, this Daryl guy rocks. I can't wait to interact with them for the rest of the party. Also, I look up, and he's talking with Chef, and Chef's coming up to me, and he's like, hey, where's your bathroom, man? And the Daryl comes and grabs my arm. He's like, hey, do you have a bathroom? And he's spaced out.
A
And I'm like, you have a bathroom?
F
I'm like, I do have a bathroom. I'm like, let's go to it. I'm like, man, Daryl kind of turned up because he was really.
A
No one is. No one's drunk at this point, by the way. No one.
F
20 minutes into the party.
D
Yeah.
F
Very early in the night, I walk up to the front door with them. We are literally at the precipice of the door, and he starts going back and forth. I think he's kicking his shoes off. And so I go, brother, you don't got to kick your shoes off.
D
I remember hearing that.
F
And right as I go like that, he just completely falls to the ground. Thankfully, like, his head kind of landed on my leg. I did not catch him at all. The first time.
E
First time.
A
Oh, yeah.
D
Oh, yeah.
F
I. I get him up 10% through.
C
The story right now.
F
Jerry. Jared comes up. Thankfully, we get him up 10 minutes. You know, all of a sudden, he goes. And he's like, hey, do you have a bathroom? I'm like, yeah, we're going to it. Like, come with me. And now my hand's, like, on his back. Jared's holding onto his other arm, barely. And out of nowhere, just again, at that time, I caught him. Mitch, the strongest guy at the party, Mitch, is in the bathroom at this point, but his boy's standing right.
D
Shout out, Megan.
F
And I'm holding this guy that's way bigger than me, and I'm maintaining eye contact with his dude.
D
Yeah.
F
I go, hey, can you grab him?
A
You're like, help.
D
Hey. Hey, can you. Can you grab his feet?
F
And he was like, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. And we get him. We get him on the couch. And he came back to again. He was like, hey, can everybody back up? Can everybody back? What's going on? And we're like, buddy, we want to back up and give you space, but what is going on? We want to help you.
A
Jill is introducing herself to him.
F
Oh, yeah. I mean, it was like, the nerd. Thankfully, Jill's a nurse and all these nurses are there.
D
If you're gonna pass out at a party, that's the party to do it. Because I'm pretty sure every girl there, it was either a pa, a nurse, or in the health field. Yes, something like that.
A
It was.
D
And they all just flood in and it's like, is he okay?
A
It was literally like, someone said, like, does anyone a nurse? Or like, hat everyone. The women moved inside.
E
Literally.
F
Start. Sherman, can you get him a water? We also need a fan. Hey, guys. Jill, where's your stethoscope?
D
Where's your trash? Do you have trash bags?
F
Right there. And has, like eight nurses on him. And they diagnosed it in, like, two minutes. They were like, trying to labrum. He had surgery on it before. While he was talking to Chef and I guess telling a story, his shoulder popped out of socket and the pain from it just like, all of a sudden, the world just kind of like closed in on him and he just started passing out.
E
So you've done that twice?
A
Yeah. I'm like, I don't know if this is, like, I won't, like, make it all about me. All I'm saying is, like, I have a thing where it's like, if I have, like, any kind of pain that overwhelms me quickly, even if it's not excruciating, I pass out, like, quickly. And it's like, I told you. I think I. I don't know. Literally, I don't know if I told you at the party. I told you, like, when I worked at my last job, I dropped a mic stand on my toe. And, like, have you all broken a toe before?
F
No.
C
Turf.
E
Yeah, I'm pretty sure I've had both of those.
A
Like, I broke my toe. When you break your toe, it's not, like, excruciating, but you're just like, I think I broke it. And it's only happened like, three times where you just drop something heavy on it. You go to the doctor and they do an extra. Like, it's broken. You can't do about it. And that day I dropped a heavy ass mic. Sounds like, oh, shit. Like, it hurt really bad, but it. It's not like the end of the world. Like, I know what it is. Yeah. Like, and so me and my. But we were, like, in the parking lot of the office, and we were, like, going to my co worker's car to drop off some equipment. Like, when it happened, I was like. I was like, I'm pretty sure I just Broke it. And then he's like, yeah, like he knows, too. He's like, yeah, that sucks. Yeah, it's crazy. We get into it. Like, I get into his passenger seat. I was like, dude, like, I don't know how to tell you this, but I was like, I'm probably gonna pass out on this ride. I was like, I don't know, it's just a weird thing. And then I did, like, at a certain point, it's like, anxiety or something down the window. It truly is just, like, overwhelming thoughts. Like, oh, shit, it's broken out to go to the doctor. I'm terrified.
E
It's just like, it up in your.
F
Yeah.
A
And then it always happens. It hasn't happened like, a million times, but it's happened like, three or four. Dang.
E
So bro wasn't drunk. He just.
A
Daryl.
E
I mean, Daryl. Sorry.
F
Yeah, Daryl wasn't drunk.
A
Yeah, I just relate to that feeling of, like, when you have pain overwhelming and you're at a party like, shit.
E
He know to be at the crib.
F
My boy Brian, stop settling for weak sound.

A
X. Boom. Best man.
F
My wedding. Shout out. Brian. Brian the bartender killed the wrong drinks.
D
Great drinks. Yeah.
F
His margaritas are nuts.
A
We start getting back there, we say, hey, you go drink. We're gonna start making some.
F
He's never had a bartender job in his life. He does it for the love of the game.
A
Got into it during COVID We talked about it.
D
Yeah.
F
Yeah, he did.
A
He did. He's sick.
E
He's a mixologist now.
F
Mixologist. And his marks are dangerous.
D
Good, good, good.
F
But, yeah, dude, I felt bad for Daryl. His wife and Daryl were leaving, and they were so apologetic. I was like, you have nothing to apologize about.
E
And get that shoulder figured out, man.
A
That's what I feel bad about.
D
Oh, yeah. So Sherm is, like, dealing with all of that. Like, I come out from the bathroom, like, what is happening? I just see this dude on the couch, and I see Matt with your front door still open. I see Matt walking in, and Matt's, like, shuffling.
A
Yeah.
D
He's like. And I'm like, hey.
F
He just Showed up to the party. So he literally is like a. Yo, what up?
D
He's just about to be like, what's up, boys? It's going on.
A
And I'm like, what's going on?
D
Let's just go outside and.
F
Let's go outside. Let's go.
E
And hey, hit him with.
F
Berta starts going like, dude, what the.
C
What?
D
No, that accident.
F
I was invited.
D
And I was like, you know that. That dude just passed out. Like, things are going on in there, but good. Hey, what's up, man? Nice to see you. Yeah. Yeah.
E
Darryl needed a smelling salt so bad, and he.
F
That actually would have helped.
A
It would have helped flip.
D
Yeah. Matt was about to be like, yeah, dude, I was about to come in to make a scene if you didn't stop me, so good thing you stopped me.
E
It was shuffling for sure.
A
It was also funny to me because Jill is like. She's like, y' all just had a kid. This is like, her first big, like. Like, I get to, like, hang out and, like, drink. And like, we've been telling her all day because I'd been at Sherm's house most today. Oh, this will be so fun. Like, you get, like, finally, like, let loose. Like, even at the beginning of the party, she still had the baby monitor. And we're like, like, it's all good. Like, it's like, finally, we're all, like. We literally said, right, Geo, go get a drink. And like, right when that happened, I was like, hey, Joe, actually, like, can you come help in here? This dude just passed out. Like, I felt so bad that she got pulled at the last second.
F
That was the kicker, I guess from the commotion of that, it. Scarlett wakes up. So as I'm holding him and Mitch's boy is coming to lift him up, I also hear from her nursery just. Yeah, just going crazy.
A
Not right now.
F
I was like, oh, man, this is. But, like, fight. Fight through it. You know, we gotta make it work. And it turned out being a great night.
D
It was. It was great. The only thing, the only negative, the bugs. I got bit up.
A
Oh, I got.
F
My leg got destroyed by bugs.
E
So.
F
So many mosquito candles, it's not even funny. I told Jill we needed the tiki.
D
Torch ones, but other than that, great party.
A
Dude, I live in Bugsburg.
E
Got to get some off.
C
What kind of food do we have?
F
We did have off, food wise. We had.
E
Good question.
F
Kielbasa hot dog, charcoal and jalapeno poppers on the smoker.
C
You're a master at those.
D
Sherman had the smoker in the front yard.
A
Those dogs were good. Yeah.
F
The smoker is such a cheat code for the easy stuff, like burgers, dogs.
G
You just.
F
You throw them on the smoker and it's bang.
A
Such a cheat code, dude, you're in your house. It's funny because the. But like, because I live right by Sherm, it wasn't even that bad compared to my. Like, your neighborhood is just so. I mean, maybe all of Nashville is. But the mosquitoes in that neighborhood are insane.
E
So bad.
A
And I. I told him my neighbor has, like, water standing water in the backyard. So I think it's like 10 times worse than my house. At your house, I was like, this is amazing compared. It's funny to hear that because, like, it's just so bad over there. Oh, the mosquitoes.
F
That makes me sad.
D
She's got a roll real quick. So if we want to do our parlay and then we can get back into other stuff. Yeah, so we can get G's pick.
E
I'm pissed, cuz the two next comp. Like topics.
D
I. Yeah.
C
What's the one that you want to talk about?
E
I want to talk about the worst TV or movie main character.
D
We can save that for the next episode.
A
See that?
C
Yeah, we can save it.
A
We can save it.
E
Okay.
D
Cuz.
E
Yeah, cuz y' all brought up a really good one yesterday to where I was like, yeah, that guy.
A
Yeah, actually I have a bad one.
F
I just thought that's a good tease for the audience. Cuz now I'm sure they're like, wait.
D
We can do that next episode for sure.
F
Yeah, yeah.
D
But to the parlay. Do you want to go first so you can go. You want me to go first so you can.
E
Look, I. I can go. And if y' all have it, I got some options. I'd like. For some reason, I like Bucks. Moneyline.
F
Come on.
D
I mean, I like that too. You want to go Moneyline or you want to go plus points?
E
I mean, we can do plus points, y'. All. Y' all have a say.
A
You know me. I have no thought.
D
Plus three and a half.
C
Yeah. Plus three and a half.
E
Okay.
D
All right.
A
Bucks. Yeah, Wait, never mind. I'm looking.
E
Milwaukee Bucks.
A
No, I'm looking too far ahead.
D
Like, the next week, I am going to Go Chargers -6 and a half against the Giants. I think that defense is going to be too much for Jackson Dart, but I am so hyped that Jackson Dart is starting for sure.
F
It's going to be fun.
D
It's going to be sick.
F
You said Chargers minus six and a half.
D
Yes.
F
I am going Rams minus three and a half. At home against the Colts. Minus 108 odds. Rams minus three and a half.
A
Okay.
C
I think I'm gonna do Lions minus nine and a half. One of the main reasons, because the Browns were able to pull off a little upset last week, I think it's perfect for Dan Campbell to be like, hey, they think. Yeah. Like, we can't let this happen to us.
D
Yeah.
C
So I'm gonna go Lions.
E
Cool.
F
Jared, you got one.
D
I don't know.
A
I'm looking at the Ravens, and I was thinking about moving the line. Okay.
F
I'm gonna do. I'm gonna do the Bills.
A
No, no more.
F
The Bills are currently at minus 15 and a half. I'm gonna move that to minus 13 and a half.
C
I like it.
D
I like that. Let me get there.
E
All right, Jared, what do you got?
A
Ravens are minus two and a half. You think it could be better than that, or.
C
No, I think it's a good spot.
E
I think it's. Yeah.
A
Y' all like, -2 and a half? All right, then can I just say Raven's -2 and a half, then?
E
We.
D
We need to learn you up more on football.
A
No, he knows I kind of don't want to.
E
You said he was gonna move the lines.
D
I know, but he just picks the rave. The Ravens every week.
A
I did. I did. I was pretty scored last week. Ravens, your boy. Oh, yeah, mon. Yeah, whatever. You told me last week they did score.
F
Did he go moneyliner or minus 2 and a half?
A
Minus. I did say before. I was like, if y' all just want to pick an extra one for me. I don't know ball, and I'm not gonna know ball.
E
That one's gonna be tough.
D
So we got our six picks.
E
I gotta bounce.
D
Bucks plus three and a half. Chargers minus six and a half. Rams minus three and a half. Lions minus nine and a half. Bills minus 13 and a half. And Ravens minus two and a half. That comes out to plus 3962. $10 to win. Almost 400.
F
I. Plus 7,655. Did I do something wrong?
D
I think you did. Maybe money line instead of.
F
I moved my line on Buffalo Bills.
D
Did you do money line instead of for the bucks?
F
For the bucks, I did plus three and a half.
C
So that's why his is high.
F
I. I fix it.
C
Okay.
F
I had a. I had the app open earlier, and I had accidentally selected something.
D
All right, so stay tuned for that. Hopefully one of these times, we'll Hit one, Week one, we did really good. Week two, we did really bad. Maybe we'll be somewhere in the middle or we'll hit.
C
Probably hit. That's the only logical explanation.
D
Yeah.
C
Or thought process.
A
Have you seen what Sass and Ron are doing?
C
No.
A
They have this show, I think it's called just like the Whiteboard or something. And I think they. I might misunderstand this, but I think they pick every single NFL game they do of the weekend and make a parlay out of it. I mean, and it's like, odds like, 10 win, like, 100. I mean.
D
Yeah.
A
But it's like. And I think. I think what they always do is bet 100 on it. And I think it, like, is a lot. Like, when they. If they would ever win, they've gotten, like, pretty damn close.
F
Because the biggest winnings I think you can do on or the best odds that you can do, it's like, in the millions. Right.
D
The max you can win is a million dollars.
F
Yeah.
A
Yeah.
C
Because we had something loaded up last year.
D
No, I think it was the first. It was opening day.
A
It was the home run parlays. Yeah. I was one home run away from.
F
Winning, like, 300 grand.
D
Yeah.
A
It maxes out even longer.
F
Like, home run part.
A
Like, tricky.
D
You could only put, like, 2 cents on it.
A
Yeah. Oh, I do know you're talking about. Yeah. What if you're betting like. Like huge units for something that's reasonable? Does that make sense if you bet.
C
A million dollars to win, like, 20,000?
D
I think FanDuel has a cap on.
A
I mean, that would make sense that there's a cap.
D
Yeah.
A
I just was curious. Sure.
F
That, like, depending on your wager, there's probably some kind of rule difference.
A
There's definitely a max on the wager. Even if it's a likely thing, if.
F
You'Re putting, like, 250,000 down, I'm sure that they're willing to accept it. Yeah.
C
You'll be in the suite at any game for sure.
A
Yeah, that. That makes sense.
D
This. The next thing. This happened to me this morning.
A
I want to hear this. Oh, yeah.
D
And I don't know if it's a me thing or a guy thing or just. What. But I got my coffee at Parlor Donuts. Shout out Parlor Donuts.
A
You get any donuts today?
D
Yeah. Let's go on a Thursday. I think I'm now that we kind of, like, sort of have off on Fridays. I think Thursday is going to be my thing. Come in a little bit later for the Thursday stream, but I got that, like, I'm. I'm there. I'm, like, the only one there, and it's later than normal. So they didn't have all my donuts. So I started, like, didn't have all my donuts. They didn't have. I normally get the two that I normally get, and they were out of them.
A
I just love that.
D
So. So I asked, like, I enjoy asking, like, the people, hey, what's your favorite thing? Maybe I'll like that.
A
So innocent.
D
So I was like, hey, I'm gonna get. I'll get the chocolate. Chocolate. What other ones do you recommend? And so, like, we started this girl and I started talking, and it's like, she's like, I like this. I like this. I'm like, all right, I'll try that one. So then I. I'm checking out. She's like, so what's like. Like, what's your name? I see you in here all the time. And I'm like, I'm Mitch. Like, she's like, oh, like, nice to finally meet you. And then we just started talking. She started asking about, like, what do I do down here? And I was, like, talking about work. And I didn't ask her anything about her, but, like, essentially it was like, yeah, I've been down here for three years here. Worked in NASCAR for a year in Charlotte and then moved over here. Like, work for bus with the boys, NFL thing and all. To say all of that. To say, how do you know when or when not you're being hit on and if somebody is flirting with you? Because, like, I'm walking out. I'm like, was she trying to, like, flirt with me or something? Like, what. What happened?
F
Was she just being super nice, or was she hitting on you?
D
I have no question. Yeah. Because I have no idea. Like, I. I don't know.
F
I'm thinking I'd be so oblivious to that.
C
I'd be like, have y' all seen the video from that Indian comedian guy? Or, like. Like, Sahib or something? He makes these hilarious sketch comedies.
D
See the one, it's like, when you're a fringe friend trying to, like, yes, bro.
C
He has one. And it was like, when a waitress is literally just doing her job, but your one friend thinks she's flirting.
F
Yeah.
C
And it, like, cuts to the friend, and he's like, look. She's like, can I take your order?
D
He's like.
C
That situation was making me think of it. But I love the question, how do you know?
D
I have. Like.
A
I'm trying really hard to think, because I don't have like an immediate.
D
Because in my, like, in my head, I'm like, oh, I'm just like, having a conversation with her. Like, there's nothing. But then I've been in situations. Like when I lived in Charlotte with, like, my ex girlfriend at the time, she was like, why? Like, what's happening here? And I'm like, right. I think I'm just having a conversation.
C
I think context is everything. Like, I think, what time were you there at the donuts?
D
Like, 11.
C
I feel like at AM it's getting hit on in the. In the AM period is.
D
But she.
C
She's like.
D
But she was like, I see you in here all the time. Like, what's your name?
C
Yeah, but see, I like, I don't do that to girls. But like, if I say at the gym, I see somebody in there I'll go up to and be like, bro, I see all the time. What's, like, what's your name? And I'll introduce myself.
F
That passing convo at a night party, like, drinks and stuff, I'm like, okay, that's normal.
D
Yeah.
F
However, at a. In the morning, everybody's trying to get to where they're going. Everybody's busy, they're tired, and somebody's like, keeps on.
A
Oh, you know, you're saying, like, if.
D
You'Re drinking and stuff, like, I'm saying morning is friendly.
A
Yes. So me and JP are saying the opposite. Like, in my head at a drinking thing, if a girl's like, really, like, talking me up, I think that's flirting more than, like, the girl doing her job. I'm not disagreeing with you.
D
Like, I'm not on sherm side.
A
No, I know, but I'm saying, like.
C
Yeah, we're on more of the same side. And y' all are on more of the same.
D
Because, like, in the morning, like, you just trying to get to work. You're just trying to get my coffee, my donuts and dip.
A
I see both sides. But if she's like, what time were you there?
D
11. Like, 11, 11 15.
C
Just trying to, like, what that says to me is like, this guy doesn't have a lot going on this morning. He's probably chilling.
D
She did ask me, like, what do you do for work here at 11:15?
A
I'm like, and he's take. He's taking his time picking out these donuts and. But I'm just like, so you're not in a rush?
D
We had like a five minute conversation. And I'm like, in the back of my head, do I say, have a Girlfriend, like, what do I do here? Like, what is happening? Just overthinking the entire thing. And she could have just been super friendly, right?
C
And because they are very nice at parlor.
D
They are. They're the best. And the. But I was just like. And in my head, I'm like, should I ask something about her? Like, is that too much of my gut? Am I then giving it. Giving it back to her? Like, what is happening right now? Just overthinking her back.
A
Should we kiss?
F
Is Brooke watching right now?
A
Is this a test? Brook Flanider, best case. Do I want to cheat? No, I want a donut.
F
Yes.
D
Then I got. Then I got in the car. I'm like, do I just text. Do I text Brooke and be like, hey, I don't know if I was just getting flirted with.
A
Do I apologize to Brooke?
C
Yeah, I definitely think you're overthinking for sure.
D
But I think it is a good question.
C
Great question.
D
How do you know? How do you know?
F
And in the off chance, because there are just. There's people out there that are interesting. And imagine Mitch walking in with Brooke one day, and she's behind the counter, and she's just, who's this?
A
Yeah, you always talk to me. It's like, oh, girlfriend drug. The one time. Like, one time me and McKenzie were at this bar. This is the only time that I've been with her, with Mackenzie, where she was like, that girl was flirting with you. Like, you could not tell at all. And it was like, this girl, we know she had a friend. I still don't know who the girl is, but, like, Mackenzie kind of knew her.
C
Okay.
A
And she, like, came up because we're in a circle talking, and she's like, oh. Like, I think it was like when I was working at Barstool, and she was, like, asking about that, and she kept asking about it, kind of, like, work kind of stuff. And I was just like, mckenzie's beside me. So I'm like, oh, yeah. And, like, McKenzie wasn't accusing me of flirting at all. Like, I was just answering the girls questions, talking. Then we walked away. She's like, that girl was flirting so hard with you. I was like, really?
D
Yeah, that's exactly how I'm so.
A
She was, I think, talking to her. I think dudes are almost. I don't know if insecure is the right way. Like, it's not like, an insecure thing, but it's like, yeah, we're almost so, like, just flirting with me. Like, why?
G
Why?
C
Yeah, there's no shot this person's flirting with me.
A
Yeah. Because in my head, it's having a good conversation fully. Like, in my head, it's for maybe.
C
One person in this room.
A
Oh, yeah.
D
Like, yeah, that's what Coop and I were laughing at.
A
Raising his hand, like, he's like, can I talk? If a hostess is like, how many seats do you want? He's like, chill.
D
That's like, chill.
C
You're mad. You have something to say on it.
A
Any female that interacts with you, they're hitting on you. What was the last thing she said to you?
F
That's important.
A
That's a good question.
D
She's like, nice to finally meet you.
A
Oh, yeah.
D
Nice to, like, finally, like, for, like.
F
Put a face to it.
A
Put a name to the mouth. She was flirting.
C
Yeah, she was flirting.
A
It's all about that last line. If she was like, oh, well, you know, nice to meet you. But saying that, like, hey, finally, like.
F
Put a name to a face and.
A
Keep adding on to it. Yeah, she.
C
She was flirting.
D
That's right.
C
Like, and she's all about the last line.
A
It's all about the last one. I like, that's how. It's how they close it.
C
Our resident ladies man.
D
And she was like. She kept asking me, like, oh, so, like, what do you do there? Like, really dying? Like, this is. I thought, like, so I. I do.
C
Think in my head, subscribe.
A
She's already looked at you. The audio board in the morning. What I do?
D
Yeah. So, you know, like, just gave systems.
C
And processes to Jared.
F
Were there people in line?
D
No, it's just me.
A
Oh, okay.
F
Okay.
A
Can you imagine how annoying?
D
Because if it was like that, if there were people in line, I'm like, okay, then definitely.
F
And that's where my brain was now. Like, yalls perspective. Like, hey, she was just doing her job.
A
I don't think y' all are wrong. I just think, like, I, you know, I mean, like, it's not a Take that I'm like, yard. But if.
F
If that place had been packed for sure and she's doing that, I would have been like, yeah, I think she definitely was, like, interested in having a conversation with you.
A
That's a good, like, not debate, but, like, yeah, it's like, when are.
D
I just. I think it just goes to show what an answer. I don't know what an answer. I don't know if it's just how dumb guys are, how oblivious guys are. Like, when it comes to, like, oh, you were flirting with me. Like, is that. That's what happened?
A
I would say the same thing. Like, me and McKenzie have been in a bar where a dude is, like, very obviously flirting with her, and she's, like, friendly, like, just talking with me. Right beside the same exact situation where afterwards, I'm like, that dude was like.
C
It feels. I mean, it's way more obvious with guys, I think, for sure.
A
But maybe we're just ladies. I stand with you. Like, maybe it's like, we're guys. So we don't. Yeah, maybe it's just so.
C
But I think typically, we're the pursuers.
A
So it's like, you're right.
C
If a girl is coming up to you, it's not.
A
So you think, like, girls, like, they, like, shouldn't be strong enough to walk up to a guy and hit on them. Like, you think they're that little.
C
Depends on the girl.
A
Like, you're being sexist. Depends on the girl. I will say that was a dead denial.
D
Yeah, that one did not land.
F
I will say having a ring on it is interesting in conversations. Like, I will pick up. I don't think these people are hitting on me, but, like, I will pick up on the fact that, like, people. Every now and then, I'll see them look down and see my ring and just, like, small, little.
A
And the girl's like, oh, she will.
F
She. Is that a good thing if she does that?
A
Damn it, this conversation's over.
F
No, they are doing that. But that is one thing that I have noticed.
C
I'm like, oh, Jack.
A
Oh, Jack. I mean, any girl that talks to him is just.
D
We are balls deep in a conversation right now. And. And I'll just briefly tell the story. I went and got my donuts this morning.
G
Parlor.
D
Yep. And the. The lady or the girl that was helping me out, super nice girl. Just started like, hey, what's your name? What do you do for work? Just kept going. And I couldn't tell if she was flirting with me or just being friendly.
G
How do you paid already?
D
I was, like, paying. And then, like, maybe she.
A
We didn't even bring up.
D
Yeah, like, I. Like, I had paid. And then I was standing there for another minute.
F
That was a good question.
A
Maybe she wanted to. Yeah, that's a good question.
G
Names one thing. Because it. Because you can be like, what's your name? Like, for the order, but she's asking your name. She was like, employment. She's hitting on you.
D
She.
G
Or maybe it's just cool to be kind again.
A
See, that's kind of the debate.
D
But I was saying, like, she's like, I see you in here. All the time. Like, nice to finally put a name to your face. Like, name to the face kind of thing.
G
It could be. You've now attained regular status, which is.
D
Right.
G
So that's a big deal. Any.
D
I did see. I did see they had, like, a friends and neighbors. They added that little discount on there. So really. But there was a guy that was there, and he's rang me up. So I don't know if he did it or if the girl did it, but in my. Like, that was another thing. I'm like, what the is happening right now?
A
She's like.
D
But yeah. So that's what we've been talking about for the last 15 minutes.
G
Right on. What's up, guys?
F
That was the perfect third party appearance of just not hearing any of our debate. And you brought up some great points, Jack.
G
Part of me wants her to be hitting on you, but part of me, More of me wants it to just be a kind soul. Like, what? What?
D
Me too.
G
Like, you're in here enough. Like, what do you do? Like, you got. You buy a ton of donuts. You must have a good job.
D
Yeah. Like, I'm. I'm here at 11:15. So what do you do for work? Why aren't you at work yet?
A
It's so nice that you're treating your co workers every week going on. This is just for me.
D
Yeah. But, yeah, that's.
C
Hey, I had a good answer. He was like, it depends on the last line.
G
Yeah.
D
Yeah.
G
What was the last line?
D
It was like, nice to finally put a name to a face.
G
I mean, that feels like it's hitting on you.
D
Yeah, that's exactly what he said.
A
Yeah, yeah, yeah. That. That y' all are just a. Like, yeah. Hell yeah.
G
What up, twin?
A
It's kind of a good. Like, you made a joke about it, but how old was she? Like, roughly?
D
No idea. It's probably like my age.
A
I was gonna say.
C
It's gonna come out. She's like, 70.
A
Yeah. I was gonna say it'd be hilarious if she's really old woman.
D
I think she was, like, around my age.
A
Oh, okay.
D
Then that's kind of. But I like, the thing is, I didn't ask her a single thing about herself, so that's why I was like.
A
I mean, you can't be like, what do you do? It's like you're looking at it.
C
Well in Nashville, though.
A
That's true. A lot of people. That's a very good point. She could be a musician.
D
Yeah.
A
Comedian.
C
Don't judge people just based off of.
E
Their Day job, dude.
A
My dad get a big pop. That was next topic.
G
New York was good. Yeah.
D
Yeah.
G
Quick as always. But I wanted to be there especially because Will obviously, first ball trip to New York, handled it like a champ. All the guys are having fun with it, but the more comments I see, it's were like, I want to dislike this haircut, but they're like, he looks good. I keep telling him, like, dude, I'm like saying this so seriously, you need to have a moment where you consider keeping this haircut. Like, you don't keep it forever, but maybe till Nebraska loses again.
C
100.
G
Well, they have a buy this week, so it's like I feel like every Saturday win he should go clean shaven again. I just, I don't know.
C
I agree because he's. He's a guy that. He wants to make sure there's no stone unturned for sure for Nebraska to succeed. And that's one of the stones.
G
I can feel it in his kind of just energy. His confidence feels like it's boosted because he was very nervous. I'm sure on Sunday and Saturday night when we got back from the bus and bowl for obvious reasons, but I feel like because of the outpour of like, hey, this actually does look good on you. Maybe this is for the best. He, I think is leaning into it a little bit more.
C
He got put on Scott Van Pelt's radar.
G
Yeah.
C
They gave some.
G
Honestly, some pretty solid. Yeah, that was some real breakdown of bald culture.
D
I wonder how Taylor would take being bald. I feel like Will is like he's actually accepting it. I feel like Taylor would be like.
G
I feel like Taylor wouldn't look very good bald, but his hair is going to grow back, so. So probably thicker.
D
Yeah.
G
Right now. And we, we've talked about it before. Taylor's got a great hairline, great head of hair. But yeah, I think Will's understanding that at some point in the future, maybe not tomorrow, maybe not, this is my future years, that, yeah, being bald is his future. He knows that. So I think it's like a good. Just like in the future when you have to stare down the gun barrel. Like a lot of us, like, I'll be one of those guys. Like, my hair is like creeping up on the sides.
D
Oh, yeah.
G
And I don't know how I'm gonna, you know, weather with a bald head or if I'll go that far, but.
C
I think about every day in the shower when I see my hair on.
D
The ground just falling out. Dude, it's bad.
G
Honestly, we'll send a lot of confidence out to those.
A
Yeah.
G
Premature balding guys.
A
Right. Not that Will's ever usually in, like, a bad mood during the week, but he's been in a very especially good mood this week, saying.
G
I think it's his haircut.
A
I think never. I'll ask after.
C
I'll say he's trying to come at you on.
A
Oh, I know. Yeah.
G
Oh, by the thumbnail.
A
Yeah.
G
I mean, that's just. I. I saw that notification I would look at, and I was like, I mean, well, that's just your own fault.
D
That's just you, Will.
F
This may be messy water since they are sponsored, but Roe does have hair regrowth stuff. And I was like, if there are people at the shop that are interested in that, because it sounds like Will is.
G
Yeah.
F
I'm like, we should reach out to them and be, hey, we can do the roast sparks, but also, can we do the finest.
A
We're all bald finaster ride ad reads.
D
I think Will just needs to stay, like, just go out to Turkey while he's bald right now.
C
He's got to ride out the season.
G
Yeah, I agree.
A
Once he grows that beard back in. It looked sharp with the beard.
D
Yeah. When he had the little. The mustache and the little soul.
F
When he gets the Orlando Bloom going.
D
Yeah.
F
Circa Pirates of the Caribbean.
D
Yeah. But yeah.
A
Didn't we have some other good.
C
Yeah, I thought there was another topic.
A
On something else that was good on there.
F
Oh, Tras.
A
What's that?
D
Oh, I don't know.
A
I'm checking it.
F
Jared wrote tits or ass on the. Oh, yeah, on the dock.
D
It was Jared's thing. Jill's birthday party, the one that we just talked about. And then the one was the worst TV and movie main character. But that's when we want to wait for that next week, the parlay. Should we do inside the bus merch. Would you all like that? That and then also, like, start insider questions and, like, comment Twitter stuff like that. Like, not, like a tear talk for busing, but, like, for a tear talk for, like, us.
F
I love that. And can I petition. I said this off of the set, but can I petition for our parlay segment to be called Insider Trading?
A
Are we allowed?
F
Do we like that name?
C
Until someone tells. I love the name.
A
Yeah, Yeah. I was just. I love the name. As long as, like, fanduel is like, yeah, yeah. Maybe we don't call it the illegal thing.
D
Once we. Once we hit a parlay, I think is when we start pushing the fan to, like, hey, we need our Parlay on the site.
A
They'll never do that.
C
We gotta. We gotta take down a lot of names to get on there, which we could do.
F
We can't do it.
C
I think all I'm saying is it might take more than one parlay, which we need to rise up to that.
D
To that occasion.
A
Hey, fandom. We hit a parlay. When is our photo shoot?
F
Yeah. For the app after this week. If we don't hit this parlay, I think we go, we all try and find an alt spread that we really like. Just go super safe with it.
D
Yeah.
F
Like alt spread into the safer direction.
D
Odds, like plus 300 type.
F
Yeah. Per leg.
A
Let's just win lunch.
F
Let's just win lunch, right?
A
Just a little lunch. Yeah.
D
Yeah.
F
Just a little lunch.
D
Yeah.
A
Try to change our lives.
F
And then let's build on that.
D
And then we go.
A
Then maybe we get dinner. Then we get maybe a vacation.
D
And then we get cane prime dinner.
A
Yeah. And then we buy busting with the boys. Then we buy Fanduel.
F
I was gonna say if we wanted to do just a quick one. What's everybody's favorite cut of meat for a stage? Like, if you're a cook or order ribeye, probably New York bone in, boneless.
G
Bone in revive temperature.
A
Set your temperature medium rare.
G
And then you don't have to like, if you like it medium or well done, like, just rise up. Just say your own self.
A
I'll say it medium well.
D
New York strip, medium.
F
Okay.
D
Give me mashed potatoes on the side and I'll dip the steak in the mashed potatoes. Get a little combo.
G
Little a jus maybe on the potatoes. I like a strip. If I'm making one at home, I like a strip. It feels like it's the most consistent cut.
E
Right.
G
To cook with. I actually cooked two strips last night that came out. I like it medium rare. Plus I don't like it where it like feels like it. Like you could question if it needs a little more time, but I do like it to be pretty wall to wall pink. And if I can remember, I'll send you the photo. You can put it up there. It came out pretty damn good, but it looked good.
A
Your steak's always good that you post.
D
Yeah. I don't think we saw your meat pick last. Did you post?
G
Yeah, it was like. It was a little late. It was like right when we were taking off to go to New York yesterday.
F
But it's a good.
G
I also love a ribeye. A good fatty piece that just.
A
Yeah, those are good. As someone that doesn't know how to order steak. Well, as someone that's, like, started liking steak in the last, like, year with the cut of me, I always just ask, like, what's, like, the most popular thing at the place? And I order that. Medium. What'd you get at Kane, you remember Wagyu filet?
C
Medium well.
A
Medium well.
D
I feel like ever. Ever since JP's engagement dinner where you were like, taylor, order for me. I don't know what I want. Yeah, yeah.
C
You should not like steak.
D
Right?
A
I did. I didn't like steak before that dinner.
D
Yeah.
A
And I'll say this, like, really, whichever. McKenzie always, like, makes jokes about it. Like, before I, like, started eating steak, I never, like, dislike steak. It always tasted all right.
D
But what. How you liked it.
A
That. But like, even when I ate it, like a good one, I was like, this tastes fine, but, like, it doesn't. Like, I don't love it. And it's expensive, so it's like, why would I be ordering this? You know what I mean? So I just never ordered steak because it's like, if I'm at someone's house and they're cooking steak, I enjoyed it, but I didn't, like, love it. And now, like, recently, I kind of started, like, not loving it, but, like, it's still not my favorite food ever, but it is pretty damn good.
D
Yeah.
A
Especially in a nice place.
G
What you're saying there's no shame at all in asking a waiter what they would prefer?
A
That's what I always do now.
G
Especially if a waiter comes up and right off the jump, you can tell that this guy isn't just trying to sell you on, like, the highest price cut.
A
Right.
G
Because I went to Sperry's, like, a little, like. Like maybe a month ago. Sperry's Gas. I think it's my favorite steakhouse in Nashville. And I asked the guy what he would have preferred I was gonna get a strip.
A
Yeah.
G
And he told me to go with this. Like, I forget what it was. It was some cut of a ribeye, and I got it phenomenal. And then another thing, I feel like I will even ask, even though I. I feel like I can cook a steak to pretty solid temperature. Whatever you want. I'll be like, what does the chef prefer on it? Like, if it's a ribeye, it's going to be cooked a little bit it less. As opposed to, you know, a strip steak or something like that.
A
Yeah. He didn't even recommend the most expensive one. Like, there was other ones. And it's like, I Don't really order steaks at not nice places, because I don't love steak that much. Like, I only get steaks when it's, like, nice places or if we're cooking at home. That's different. But, like, I'm only getting steak at, like, a nice steakhouse.
F
That's been a pretty fun added bonus of that Rec tech smoker that I got is just reading through the app of, like, the temperature settings Jack just brought up. How many ounces is your boneless rib eye? Okay. Then you'll want to smoke it to get it to this temp for medium rare. And I'm like, fire.
G
So after that, will you, like, take it off and then would you sear your steak afterwards, or will it do it for you?
F
You can reverse here. You can reverse here with the smoker, which I. I like that Jill does too. Not everyone does.
G
I love the char in it. That's probably my favorite part of a steak with pink in the center and. And good crust.
F
That's a crazy amount of olive oil.
G
Smoke point olive oil.
F
Oh, yeah.
A
Hockey puck.
F
Oh, it's so good.
G
Steer the out of that thing.
F
And to answer the question, I think I would do a boneless ribeye medium rare plus or just, like, a heavy sear on it.
A
I feel like I do have to say, is the guy that, like, orders medium well? If it's. If someone's ordering steaks for the table, I don't say anything.
G
Wait, do you actually order your steak medium, medium well?
A
Yeah. I don't say, like, right before we.
G
Started this conversation, I did not want to come in here and just be nasty anyone. I was like, jared, honestly, if I had to pick someone who orders, yeah, well, it would be.
A
Yeah, like.
G
But I wanted to give you an opportunity to.
A
You said you were like, be honest. I was like, I'll be honest. It's medium well.
G
Like, dude, enjoy your steak how you.
A
Want, but if someone orders for the table, I am not ever being like, can we get this one a little bit more. Like, when we. When me and Taylor were in Vegas before we went to ufc, he ordered steaks for the room, and, oh, my God, they were, like, mooing. They were like. It was just raw. And I didn't say anything. I ate the whole thing. It was like, it was fine. But it's like, if you had, like.
C
A true, like, medium steak or.
A
Yeah, yeah, yeah, like, for sure. And it's not bad. Like, it's fine. I'll eat it. But it's like, at Kane, I was Telling Mackenzie I was like, should I just like order me? She's like, you're paying over like a hundred dollars for this. Like, just get it how you want it. But if I'm with people and it's like a big thing, I will not do that. Yeah. But if I'm like at Kane with just my girlfriend and I'm paying a lot, I'm gonna get it how I want it.
G
But sure. Somehow ties back in with Will's bald head. Like at the end of the day, you need to start order it like medium well if you're paying for it.
D
Right.
A
Well done.
G
You're gonna get. You're gonna get judgment and comments every time. But at the end of the day, doing what you want to do type.
C
Shit, you're paying for it.
A
Yeah. If I'm not paying though. Yeah. It can be.
G
However, it's actually overcooked.
A
Yeah. That's why when at your thing and when Taylor's ordered steaks, I just get it however it comes.
G
Triple entrance.
F
Are you coming in, G? Let's go, G. I'll. I want to be here for when coup closes.
G
Oh, hey, I finally.
A
Doc, how about that ending?
C
I started it.
A
Is anyone. Is anyone in the middle of it?
G
I won't say anything, but dude, that doc, I thought you probably appreciate it for what it was just like it was so well done. No matter what the subject was. The documentary was just.
A
There was no part of it that got born or long winded.
G
Integrate like old movie clips that would give context to the specific story, but has nothing to do with it.
A
I'm like, this is a bunch of Two and a Half Men clips.
E
Yeah, yeah.
G
I finished it last time. The Planet New York. And it just felt like a good omen. I. I finally lay down my bed, it's like 12:30 and I'm like, I could. I kind of want to watch like 20 minutes of a show and fall asleep and you know, it's like 12:56, I think at this point. And so at 1:00am One singular episode of Two and a Half Men was started with Charlie Sheen. I was like, gotta watch it TV a ton lately. It's probably because this doc and his press tour, they're just like CBS or whoever does it.
F
I'm sorry.
E
No, I know.
G
Blasting it.
E
I love the like how they interview him the whole time. I thought that whole setup and shot was.
F
Yeah.
G
Wild ending I'm seeing.
A
Yeah, the ending just kind of caught me off guard. I haven't seen it.
E
We'll recap it.
F
I Wanna. I have to watch it.
G
It's only two hour and a half episodes, so you can, like, split it up by, like, night. By night, if you like, watching a movie type, or just, like, throw it on. But so many people in it that you'll recognize.
A
And all of his wives that he's.
G
Had just kind of really hearing. I think we were just kind of.
F
Oh, I can step out. I can step out.
C
Oh, no, no.
A
If you.
C
No, no, no, no.
G
I don't think we should genuinely. Maybe we can discuss in the comments now. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
C
I want to say it.
A
There's just such. There's just. I'm not going to say what it is. I'm not even going to allude to it. All I'm going to say is just, like, at the end, it's just like, when, like, the story feels finished, there's just this random thing that you're like, wait, what? And, like, they don't even make a big deal out of it. Which is kind of cool, I think.
G
Just to give context without giving it away, he goes, all right, now tell us about all the crazy stories you've never said, like, on record.
A
Yeah.
G
So it's like, all stuff he's never spoken about. It's not like, you know, it goes on the list where it's like, whoa, whoa. Yeah, there's a couple things that jump out where you're like, oh, whoa.
A
It's things that you like. People would like. They almost, like, preemptively were like, these are gonna be things that we couldn't dive into because we didn't have information on it. Like, let's just quick hit these at the end. Tell us about this. Tell us about this. And then he just answers all of them where it's like, if you were a Charlie Sheen fan, you were, like, mad or worried that something was gonna be left out. It's like he answered all of it real quick.
C
He's going viral. Yeah, he's going viral right now for a podcast. He's saying he got with, like, X amount of girls.
G
He was 47.
A
Yes, I saw that.
C
And somebody did the math. They were like, this would mean like, three girls per day for X amount of years straight. Because he said, do we think that's real?
G
No, but I definitely believe I did it up there. Yeah.
F
His number was 47, 000.
G
If you guys can repost this clip about it.
A
Love it. I haven't watched it yet, but I want to.
G
Yeah, but definitely watch the Charlie Sheen doc. It's.
F
And it's on which streaming platform?
E
Netflix.
G
He was just such a polarizing figure that you kind of forget about how just influential he was for so long. And, yeah, cheering on, like, the destruction of his life and, like, it's kind.
A
Of the whole story.
E
He just was in, like, that. In the weird, worst way. Perfect time period. Like, 80s 90s, early 2000s.
C
The last era before.
E
If he was doing that stuff now, it would. It would never work.
C
He would have gotten. He would have gotten nipped in the.
G
Butt, like, slow crack and be a.
E
And the highest.
F
Maybe paid.
E
The highest paid TV person.
C
Yeah, I have a lot of NDAs.
A
What was the offer that they made him per episode?
G
Was it just 2 million an episode?
E
Holy. I'm watching. I'm literally watching an episode last night thinking about that.
G
I know. The whole time I felt bad for Alan or whatever his name is in real life.
C
He's like, you see how I look right now?
A
Yeah.
G
But he was like, I'm getting a third of that. I'm like, I mean, I don't know. Two million. You know, man, 600, 000 episode. Like, I. I understand, but it's like.
C
Dude, y' all gotta watch Unknown Numbers.
G
What's up?
C
This is true story. This high school couple, they're freshman sophomore. They get. They're getting cyber bullies, and it's all about finding who did it because it's in this small town, and you want to talk about a crazy ending.
G
Okay.
A
I told McKenzie because.
C
Yeah, okay.
A
We decided not to. Like, I'm not hating on the doc. We didn't watch it. We watched a little bit of it, but then we didn't finish it. And.
G
Like, the Charlie Sheen one.
A
No, the Unknown Numbers. So, like, I decided that we weren't gonna finish it, so I let you spoil it for me. And I asked Mackenzie last night, are you gonna finish it? Because if not, let me spoil it for you. And then she was mind blown too.
D
Yeah.
A
What you told me.
D
Some of these shows we gotta watch between. Like, if people stay before the Thursday stream, like, we could in that little dead period before the Thursday flip.
G
Episode three, season two. Oh, episode three is awesome season. I mean, season three is an awesome season. Episode three is awesome too, though.
E
Episode three of all.
D
How long we been going that?
G
59.
D
Oh, right on an hour.
A
You want to close this out for a minute, Coop?
G
We got a. Have you already built the parlay? Oh, okay. What can we. Yeah, I'd like to add in.
F
Yes, yes.
D
Yeah. This.
G
Well, what do you guys have here? I'll show you run me. Run me down because I need to wipe me down. Shout out fans.
D
Wipe it down.
G
So you guys have been going for a minute.
A
When I walked in like 59 minutes.
G
You guys were like the first thing you started. Was Mitch getting hit on?
D
No.
E
Oh, yeah. How did that go?
C
Mitch has two girlfriends.
D
Moral of the story. I was getting hit on this girlfriend.
G
Did you ask her if she's a good videographer?
C
Moral of the story. I'm handsome.
G
What are you doing on Wednesday nights?
D
This is what we have so far.
G
Okay. We got Tampa Bay plus three and a half. Chargers minus six and a half. Rams minus three and a half. Detroit minus nine and a half. Bills minus 13 and a half. Baltimore minus two and a half. Plus three 900 almost plus 4,000.
A
So put us over the edge.
G
Let me Titans money line.
A
Let me just bomb this parlay.
G
Let me do something quick.
C
I was thinking about who are the Titans playing this week. I was thinking about putting that in there but out of respect for the room.
G
Dude, honestly, I believe in Carson wins.
D
So do I. I almost did.
G
I like. I like Vikings minus two and a half. Who they have the Steelers.
D
But in Ireland.
C
Oh, the Vikings defense is going to win.
G
Think about in Ireland. Carson wins with his red hair.
D
That brings it up to 35. 26. $10 to win 752.
E
Oh send.
F
Send that in.
D
Bang.
A
Can you send the the bet slip like link? Yeah. Sign us out.
D
Coupe.
F
We're going to Ireland.
A
19 Episode 19 thank you all for.
F
Tuning in to episode 19. Please be back for milestone episode next week. Episode 20.
G
Let's go.
F
Maybe a guess. Gotta get more guess. That's a big episode everyone.
G
Hashtag the insiders.
E
Hey, but apparently people like side quest too.
A
Oh yeah.
G
Like as the name or as the just the vibe?
D
Let us know in the comments what you want to hear.
G
Let us know next week your name again.
F
Let us know if you want us to call our side quests our inside quest.
C
Wait, Jack needs a side quest?
D
Yeah. What is your side quest?
G
Oh yeah. I, I Garrett kind of threw me on this. I will have on concrete next week. I feel like the obvious one would be like really diving into the content I've been doing with like Titans games involved.
E
Did you show you what about painting?
D
Yeah.
A
Wasn't your name painting is something I.
G
Actually and I I was thinking about making secondary bedroom some kind of not archery but a place where I could at least just stride and like go painting. So either be that or I know Coop has been talking about clipping on like video game stuff. I've been playing the new skate game and I saw a lot of people been streaming it and like part of me almost wanted to stream a little bit of it but that's a big time commitment so I will come back fully.
A
You need to go full Gary Busey fully quested out.
G
Honestly. Yeah, painting might have to be it because I feel like we have a video game lane. So maybe expand the chair tentatively right now. Painting.
E
You could paint further.
G
Maybe I'll bring a painting in next week. Just show my commitment. Hey, maybe I'll have my mom on next week and just paint.
C
Hey, she paints us while we're doing our show.
D
Episode 20 guest shout out side quest.
F
Shout out inside quest.
D
I think that. I think we're good.
A
Yeah, I think we're good.
F
Tune in next week.
E
Next Wednesday, East Room.
A

Inside The Bus – Episode 19 (September 26, 2025)
In Episode 19 of “Inside The Bus,” the Bussin’ with the Boys crew gathers for a candid, comedic roundtable to talk about side quests, doing stand-up comedy, deciphering flirting cues, hosting parties, steak preferences, NFL bets, and (of course) Will Compton’s new bald look. This lively episode, full of inside jokes and group banter, explores everyday moments, personal growth, and friendship, all while keeping the locker room dynamic and tone fans love.
The group closes by encouraging listeners to comment with insider questions, side quest ideas, and feedback for the show’s next milestone—Episode 20. Expect more inside banter, new side quests, and fan-driven content next week.
“Let us know in the comments what you want to hear… maybe I’ll bring a painting in next week just to show my commitment!” – Jack, [63:20]
Next Up:
Episode 20 (“The Milestone One”) – Possibly with guests, new side quests, and the long-awaited debate: Worst TV/Movie Main Character.
