Through her work, she helps create meaningful, engaging experiences that support both physical wellbeing and emotional connection.

With a Master's degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling and more than 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Aysha combines clinical expertise with creativity and compassion.

She trains instructors across the country and empowers caregivers, activity directors, and wellness professionals to make a lasting impact, changing lives one beat at a time.
