He was like, oh, Ozzy doesn't want to send him home because he just wants to be on the next season of White Lotus. Which is funny. But I was wishing, I think, that Emily is more of a threat than Mike White to win in the end. So I think that Christian should have got Emily and kind of just like, kept Mike White around because I don't think he'd win in the end. But then I guess he also just takes up an extra spot in the final three, and that would piss people off. They pissed off Ozzy, and I don't blame him. He's now pissed because they blindsided him. They didn't let him in on the plan. So now he's like, oh, my whole tribe's going against me. So it's a whole thing. And. And on top of that, the Zach Brown thing just went on for too damn long when we. We could have gotten.

But I still think that would be off considering everything that's come out. And then Fran brought up the point of, like, the ad space and all that money they're losing. Here's the thing. I couldn't believe that this video became public. Because the incident has been described in so many ways. Right.

And this is the 2023 incident.

That she had pled guilty and was on probation.

And I have to be honest, I feel like kind of like an idiot, like, not remembering as many details from the 2023 incident. And now that it's been. Been resurfaced and rereading it. And I think we were all.

We were all subjected to a certain. A certain spin on that because we. We only saw certain details. And then the way it was all sort of shown in the show was deep remorse and wanting to be better, you know, so it's like there was a spin to it. And when you read it, it's just different from seeing it with your own eyeballs. Seeing it with your own eyeballs. It's crazy.

It's crazy. And now. So the video that had not been released prior, because I think some people are thinking it's getting resurfaced. No, nobody has seen this.

Now TMZ got a hold of it and released it Thursday morning. Um, a major warning. Like, a major, major warning. I would like. There's a major trigger warning on this, because if this is something that you have dealt with in the past, major. I would not say to go watch this. Like, watch this video.

It felt wild to just have it being posted on the Internet. Like, it was like. I'm like, it's just like, up on Instagram.

[Ria]

Listen, it goes without saying, and we've talked about this before, that you can scroll on your phone and see such an insane video, and then you just keep scrolling. Like, the fact that, like, you could just be scrolling your phone and this video pops up, and then all of a sudden you're watching a video that you didn't intend on watching, and then, you know, it all happens very fast. But this video. I. I want to know, because I'm a little lost on, like, how this video gets released, how it's allowed to be, like, released on tmz. Like, so I guess it was.

[Fran]

The video was evidence in the case. Like, TMZ has obtained. Had obtained the video, a copy of which was. Was presented as evidence.

[Ria]

Okay, so when they went to court in 2023, this video was presented.

[Fran]

Yes, correct.

[Ria]

Okay. Okay. I didn't. I didn't know that. So that is so. That's so insane.

[Fran]

She pled guilty, which is why. Which is why it wasn't as blown up, because it was like she had pled guilty. And she got probation. She was placed on three years probation, which ends in August. And TMZ Said if she keeps her nose clean until then, the conviction will not appear on her record. As part of the deal of her pleading guilty, prosecutors dropped four other charges, including domestic violence in the presence of a child, child abuse and criminal mischief. So those charges were dropped because she pled guilty to the felony charge.

[Ria]

The video is so chilling for so many reasons, but her kid, yeah, being present and hearing.

[Fran]

No, it's terrible. Crying, really, it's, it's a really, really difficult watch.

[Ria]

Extremely difficult.

[Fran]

And I know I, I've been seeing all the different perspectives and all these things. Like, I, I do think that Dakota wants to sabotage her in many, many ways and that's been seen. But like you, you see these videos, you see this, it's, it's just, I mean, it's right there in front of us is the timing, the timing is all crazy because of course, it's the week before the show comes out and Dakota has been asking the court for a restraining order against her. Now, that came out today as well, that Dakota filed for a protective order in Utah on Tuesday after the incidents that TMZ had heard it happened on February 23rd and 24th, which now he has detailed in this in his filing where he called the situation chaotic and frightening and he also wants custody. It's. He claims that after he put ever back to sleep and laid down with him, Taylor pulled the blankets off of them. Dakota said he tried to shield ever, but the child woke up crying because of Taylor's, quote, aggressive behavior. Dakota said he left her home and went to his home with ever further safety. Dakota claims the two were together again in her home the following night and alleges that Taylor threw his phone into the wall and physically blocked him from exiting. Dakota says he got into his truck and Taylor also got and started to attack him. Said he tried to drive away, but Taylor grabbed and squeezed his face, threw a drink on him and struck parts of his car. Dakota said I was unable to safely leave while this was happening and my child had been left inside the home during the chaos under her watch due to our custody agreement. You know, now he's obviously says he's concerned for the safety and well being of his child. And Taylor's reps had put out a statement as well. A rep for Taylor is lashing out at Dakota, telling TMZ it's sad to see the latest installment of his never ending, desperate, attention seeking, destructive campaign to harm Taylor without any regard for the consequences for their child, releasing an old and selectively edited video on their son's birthday is a reprehensible attempt to distract from his own behavior. The rep added, thankfully, the public has seen this act before and knows who he is. And sadly, many will recognize this pattern of manipulation both in his actions on the show and from their own experiences.

It's a. It's a manipulative statement on both sides because it's like Dakota saying one thing, Taylor's saying another. That's a situation like this that he said, she said. You know how Taylor everyone's talking about in the interviews. It's like, well, my truth, it's. It's different from whatever the truth is. And I don't know what. I don't know what the timing is like. I don't know how TMZ got this video. Did Dakota release the Taylor's reps insinuating that Dakota put up his video or gave it to tmz? I don't know what level we've re. Like, it's just. It's just clearly gotten to a crazy level in my mind. I don't know what. What level of sealed these documents are. There was a rumor that Dakota tried to talk to Bachelor of Production about her. I don't know. It's. It's so confusing. There's so many different stories being told right now from both sides. But this video coming out from 2023 from something that had, I guess, been technically dealt with in the eyes of the court and now purposely being shown to the public to force the public's hand in the. In the court of public opinion because it's. Having to see it now is such a different thing, right? Well, it's like, that's. But where I felt is like, did. Was ABC ever able to see this video? Like, was this something that. If they were to do, like a legit background check and to get the details of that situation from 2023, would they have been able to see it?

I guess maybe not. But it's not like they didn't know that this was happening.

Right. I do want to know about that. I also. It's very, very dark to think about, but when you see this on video, you think about, okay, this is on video. What. What has happened between these two that are. Is not on video. Yeah, the kids being involved genuinely makes my stomach turn. Terrible. I really cannot fathom it. It makes me sick to my stomach. Like, I. It is so, so scary. And on top of that, back to the ABC discussion. I really want to know. And they'll never say, but did they see this video right before all of this, what was the exact statement ab

for the cancellation of Disney Entertainment Spokesperson tells us in light of the newly released video just surfaced today, we have made the decision to not move forward with the new season of the Bachelorette at this time. And our focus is on supporting the family.

That's just crazy, though, because it. It's like they knew the story of that. They just didn't see the video. But it's like it was all I said before.

[Fran]

It's like you have a different idea when you physically see the video. It evokes like. But it's just such a different feeling. But yeah, no, you are new.

I wonder how the guys on the season like their reaction right now. I know.

Well, they look, they're banking on some sort of success after the show comes out in that way.

And then on top of that, just like their feelings of, you know.

Kind of developing a connection with her and. And you know, this is everything after that. So it is just.

So this is just fucking nuts. And you know what? It's. It's. You really. Like you said, you can't. There's really no one to blame but abc because at this point it's something where. And casting. Because it's like this incident was always heavily reported on and because the public. Because it never really got to the court of public opinion because we all didn't see the video and she became such a big star for Mormon wives. It was like, well, everybody's kind of ignoring that.

Everyone's kind of ignoring the way that

they were shaping it was that like, oh, her and Dakota back together and he forgives her and. And you know, she's guilt and she's not going to be charged.

And then you see. And you're like, well, you can't. You can't ignore it. You can't ignore it when we're watching the video, which is where it is crazy because it's like, did Dakota do That on purpose to ruin this whole thing. And that's not negating any of Taylor's actions. T, like Taylor's actions are in those videos. Like, I'm not. But from that side too. It's like the thought process of that is crazy.

So many things go through my head because when it's being described, you know, allegedly in these articles on TMZ of like Dakota going out into his car and Taylor following him and doing whatever in the car. And then like Dakota leaves. Right? That's what said. So then Dakota leaves, but the kid is still in the house alone. Right. Or with the Taylor's other kids. I don't, I'm not sure. I don't know the situation with her and her ex husband or whatever.

Then Taylor goes back inside in the state that she's in.

If, if they're, if Disney's gonna say we're canceling the Bachelorette, I don't know how they let her still be on Mormon Wives. No, it's like, oh, we're, we're taking away Bachelorette. Oh, but this other reality show on our network, you can stay on.

Right. And then like, you know, I'm sorry, I'm like dissecting this whole situation more with that. But then Like, Dakota leaves the kid behind, you know, Like, I. I'm just. I'm just like, oh, it.

I don't know. I was thinking, too, that, you know, Michaela posted on her story that the girls had gotten together to. They just confirmed me that the girls have gotten together to put a pause on filming. And I was kind of thinking about how they've all acted towards these two in previous seasons and Dakota, like, they all really dislike Dakota. They all really actively have terrible things to say about him and do not like him and want Taylor to stay away from him. And in my mind, I was thinking, like, if these. Whatever instances happened in February, if that fell more on Dakota, I don't think the girls would have had as much of an issue continuing filming because it would have been. We, like, Dakota's the problem.

But I think for them to pause it because they're not comfortable shows that maybe they're. They were perhaps a little afraid and scared of what was going on. And that makes me. What. Yeah, not good. I don't really. There's not too many details about it. TMZ also posted about this, saying that they heard that there was an incident with some saying that it ended up as a fist fight between the two. But Their Bieber sources say there was no physical contact, but it was intense. Sources connected to Justin tell TMZ Usher came up to Justin at the party with, quote, energy and anger, and the two got into a heated exchange. But Beaver sources say there's no. There was no physical contact. TMZ said they blown up the telephones of Usher's camp to see if they have a consistent story, but they've not heard back. We're told Justin has been trying to erase everyone in his past. And one source connected to JB told us he has always been rude to Usher. Still, it's unclear what the argument was about, though we're told it didn't drag on. They were like, there's certainly plenty of witnesses who could have seen it all went down. Naming all the very famous people that were at Beyonce and Jay Z's Oscar party. This is not good. But at the same time, I am like thinking about the history between these two and I had imagined Justin probably wants nothing to do with Usher anymore at this point. Justin seemed to have gone through a process of healing maybe, or just trying to perhaps deal with that, the traumatic events of his younger life. And I know people speculate on a lot of things and we don't really have fact on a lot of things, but Usher was there for those really young, formative years.

So, yeah, I get why they're saying Justin Bieber kind of wants to move on from the people in his past because especially. And now we don't know, obviously, but a lot of speculation of, you know, the things that happened with Diddy and past videos of Justin Bieber hanging out with Diddy and everything. And so I feel like he was probably around a lot of bad people during his rise and now is probably like, I don't want to be around any of these people. And it reminds him of things, of being around these people. So who knows what happened here? But it kind of came out and I was like, oh, wow, that. I wonder what was said. And.
