So there were things that were out of our control. But I just want to give a personal shout out to. I feel like the girls that were on it was technically your side of the stage. I felt like towards the end of the night, like, when I moved over to your, like, playing trivia and then when Melissa came out, like, I felt like I had, like, inside jokes with that side of the. Of the group. Like, we kept looking at each other. They were looking at us. We were like. We were looking at them. You know, I felt. This feels. This feels united.

I agree. I felt that way during the first half of the show when I was just looking at them. It was like we were talk. It was almost like I was just talking to them at one point, which was so much fun. We really. We really had a good time. We went out after.

I love those families. Like, Dolores, her. Her kids were with her and they are just delightful, the whole family. You know, she's such a good mom.

Cause I had something embarrassing happen to me on Friday and I feel like this happens to guys more often. But have you ever been walking in the wind with a hat on? Well, yes, I'm getting to that. So this hat. Like, this has happened multiple times with Matt, where we're walking and his hat flies off his head, and he has to go run for it. And I make fun of him every time. I'm like, that's so embarrassing. It's just one of those things that's not embarrassing, but it is. You know, it's like.

Yeah, I did, but it's like those. The security guard Mike. But it's like those things that. When the caller called in for the voicemail at one time, it was like, things that are embarrassing that are not supposed to be. That's one of them. But I was driving Friday morning, and a guy was, like, walking in front of me. The same thing happened to him. His hat flew off his head. He went running after it. He was, like, laughing to himself. I was cracking up in the front seat. I was like, ah, classic. I love when this happens to guys.

Right? So. So then Matt's dropping me off to get my hair done, and I'm like, in the middle of the street, there was a red light, so I was like, ooh, I'll jump out quickly. So I get out of the car, I'm running. As I'm running, my hat falls off. Okay. And I'm running after it in the wind. As I'm running after it in the wind, a lovely listener of ours is driving behind Matt's car, rolls down the window, and she's like, rhea? And I'm like, no. I'm like, this is my karma from making fun of everybody. This. And then she was like, I'm listening to you right now. And I was like, oh, my God. My hat just flew off my head. It's so embarrassing. And then I was like. I tried to make up for her. I was like, I'm going to get my hair done. Like, I promise. Cause it was a mess. And then she said, I hope Fran notices because you didn't notice hers. And I was like, you know what? That's a true listener right there. A loyal listener. And she just witnessed that just embarrassing moment that you look around after it happens and you hoping nobody saw, but she saw something.

I stayed home, but Joe had Olive at the beach, and he took her to the beach, and then she made a friend, and they were running around, and she was splashing in the water. Joe took her in. She. She swam for the first time. I said. I was like, I'm missing my baby's first steps. Oh, No, I know. He was sending me pictures. I was like, what the heck? Yeah, I know. She'll get a little seal in the.

That's when mom gets her being hung over on Sunday.

Seriously. That is so true. Oh, man, that is so true. She's having a great time. It is hot, though. She loves laying in the sun and just, you know, feeling the sun in her skin. So like you, you know, in New York City, where it's shady on the sidewalk, but then when you walk through the crosswalk, obviously, like, the sun is beating down in the crosswalk. She'll stop now in the middle of the crosswalk and lay down and be like, ah. And I'm like, oh, no, we can't do this.

Relatable, though. Anytime I could just throw my head up in the sun.

The one corner of the sidewalk, when we go out for our morning walks, she's just plops right down. I'm like, okay. She'll go belly up. She's like, ah.

How do I spend my. Asleep? Yeah, I spent my Sunday asleep. There was really no. I. I slept honestly until noon for the first time in years because we got home very, very late. Yeah, like three, four in the morning on Saturday. So I slept till noon, woke up, ate, and then fell back asleep for a couple hours and then went for a lovely walk so I could do something with my life and then watch Love Island. So really not much to add. All right, let's get into the rest of the show. We have Sandoval auditioning for America's Got Talent. Quite the video. Beyonce and Miley performed together in Paris. And then Beyonce brought out Jay Z. Last night or this weekend, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom fought about the space trip. You know, they're fighting a lot about things, but they fought a lot about the space trip. Apparently, Hailey Bieber was seen out without her ring. And of course, last night's Love Island. And we have the weekly Roger.

It's sad because, like, it's so hard when Love island is every night. And then they have an episode like last night where it's like everything you want to talk about. But there was also so Many good things that happened in the other episodes. You know. Right.

Thursday and Friday, you know, there was great things, but now we're so focused on this catastrophe that was Sunday night. Anyways, weekly W. PO I'm trying to not. I'm trying to be calm about it. Cuz, like, honestly, I fired me up. I was a level of angry last night that was a little bit concerning. Like, I was like, okay, you need. I was in like such a bad mood because of it.

This video came out of Sandoval on America's Got Talent. And I don't even know what to make of it. Was this real? Was this just real? Oh, it's real, you know, a little bit. I don't know what happened, but he goes on America's Got Talent, Howie Mandel fills in the judges panel on who Sandoval is and why America hates him. Says he slept with his best friend's girlfriend. And the judges are like, well now we know we get why everyone hates him. Simon Cowell's like, I couldn't care.

Less, less interested in this guy and what's happening here and, and he sings take on me and my goodness gracious. Did I want to say that he was the worst singer I've ever heard. Yes. He wasn't though. I mean it was embarrassing to watch.

And his mic was auto tuned. You know, it had to be. There's no way he sounds like that. We would see better videos of him singing daily if this is actually what he sounded like because it was, it was too good for, for me to think this was actually Tom Sandoval.

Let's also not forget that Howie Mandel was the first person to interview Tom Sandoval after, after, after everything went down. People forget that, which you really do. You really do that. Of all the podcasts for him to go on, it was Howie Mandel's.

What I'm saying, like, no fear, which I can applaud in that sense of like, he really does want to be a performer and a singer. And he gets out there and he does it despite not being the best, and he keeps on doing it for the love of the game. And that I can somewhat appreciate. But he doesn't need to be on America's Got Talent.

That's because his brain is so warped into him thinking that he's some grand guy and that he has all this talent, that he has no fear, because that's genuinely what he believes about himself. Which I would encourage people to have confidence in themselves and believe that they're great. But there's a line, and that line is Tom Sandoval. Like, he crosses it. Sometimes when I see Tom Sandoval, I'm just like, how was Ariana ever even interested in this guy? Because I think Ariana is so cool. Like, I love Everything about her. There was a video going around of Miley, like, looking Beyonce up and down and biting her lip, which obviously people just took too far and just were reposting it everywhere. And they were, like, freaking out about the two. And I was like, you know what? I'd be looking at them both like that. Up and down, biting my lip, because they are just gorgeous human beings who have the most talent. Like, you're putting two of the most talented people on stage together. I really hope the people in Paris know how really lucky they were to experience something like that. It's once in a lifetime.

Can you blame the guy? Really? Can you blame it? Like, the inside, he was like a source that was just like this. You're going to space motherfucking space. It's like, yeah, that is correct. She was so. It's just, I don't know. I said I almost feel bad because it really was like one after the other. And I don't know if the tabloids are just capitalizing on that and being like, oh, they're having issues. They're having. I mean, it's the same with Justin and Haley. Like, it's like no matter what the tabloids are saying that they're having issues. So that is going on. But Katie and Orlando were photographed together in Australia. I feel like for them to be like, there's issues. Like this Page Six article says, while Bloom is most likely in town for his fiance show, neither has posted about his attendance on social media.

So, yeah, you know, it's. People were like, oh, my God, she wants people to see her hand. She wants people to see that she's not wearing her ring. I will admit, watching the video and looking at the pictures, it did kind of seem like she was putting her hand in every shot. But I think that maybe people just wanted to see that. Like, people just wanted for that to be the case. But then the next day, she's seen with her ring again.

And she even posted on Instagram, like, the day before wearing her ring on her story. So I was like, okay, people are really running with this. Maybe it was hot in New York and she wanted to take her rings off or something. I don't know. Like, I feel like immediately people jump to, like, the not wearing the ring thing. And, like, people need a break. She wasn't wearing any jewelry. Yeah, she was wearing other pieces of jewelry and not her ring. I'd be like, okay, like, if it was, like, all done up, whatever, no rings, I'd be like, but I don't know. Yeah, she was just going, no jewelry.

As a non. Like, when I was a not married person, I think it was always like, oh, my God, like shears. You would see people not wearing their ring and, like, think it's a big deal. And I think maybe too, also, it's like, my mom, like, never took her rings off. Like, it's just like, I literally would never, never see them off. But for me, like, right. I have not been wearing my rings and. Because I don't know what's going on with my wedding band, but I've got some sort of, like, dermatitis. I don't know, 9 million degrees. Sweating. Gross. I had no issues in the winter, but, like, in the summer now it's been a problem. And, like, the inside of my wedding band has little holes that are open. I think shit just, like, has gotten into it and it's, like, gross and. But it's, like, bad because it starts to get better. I put it like, I wore them for the show on Saturday. Now, I don't know what the fuck happened on TikTok, but there was false information being spread on how to vote. Like, I don't. It couldn't be more clear that you are voting for which guy you like the best and which girl you like the best. The way that I saw people voting on TikTok was they were voting for two people. They wanted to be together.

They thought they were. They thought they were outsmart in the game. Like, they thought they were three steps ahead. They were like, oh, to be like, oh, we know what they're gonna do, so we'll. We'll vote this way.

Yeah. They were like, we're gonna vote for two people we want together. So people were voting for Huda and Pepe, like, which was just bizarre in. It's weird in the way anyway. Like, Pepe and TJ were both not interested in Hoda and they made that very clear. But whatever. Now at this point, maybe Pepe will go to Hoda, who knows? And we're watching the episode and we get to, you know, the fire pit. Everyone gather around the fire pit. Immediately everyone's like, oh, my God. Oh, my God, what's happening? Ariana's not there. This is just a cell phone thing. And they get the messages of who the favorite islanders are and who is in the bottom three. Now, I'm not shocked at all by the top three women. Alandria, Ciara, and Shelly. I think they are definitely the favorites. I personally voted for Alandria as my favorite girl. It kind of goes back and forth between Sierra and Alandria. I think Alandra has very funny one liners, but I honestly love Ciara as well and I think that she has great conversations. She seems very intelligent. Like, I love listening to her speak. And then Shelly, we're all blinded by her beauty, of course. So, like, I think top three and then the guys for top three were Taylor, Nick and Ace, which I'm shocked Ace made it into that top three from everything I'm seeing. Yeah, People, like, I think maybe because of Shelley, like, Ace is up there, but, like, people are so pissed at Ace. I'm like, how did he make it up there? And the bottom three women were Hannah, Iris, and Amaya. And then the guys were Jeremiah, Pepe and Austin. As you're seeing this unfold, you go in your head, you're like, obviously the two choices are Amaya and Austin.

Like, it just seemed, it seemed like.

A no brainer from a viewer and, and so clear even from what they were saying that it was like Austin seemed like maybe Amaya was moving too fast and he wasn't that into it and she was confused on if, like, he was into, like, he was into her. It was so, so clear. This is when it gets so frustrating that the girls just won't vote for their friends. Like, it's just more so than the guys. I think. Like, the girls were like, well, Maya's not like, like, why was she immediately not an option? I don't understand. And Hannah just didn't make any sense to me. I don't know if maybe just because in, like, there was that comment she made in past, which is like, I miss Charlie. Normal, but, like, normal. And I. I don't know, it's just she was really, obviously building something with. With Pepe. So it really didn't make any sense.

They're sitting on the other side of the villa just watching him, so mad that he's connecting with this bombshell. What do you want him to do? The point of the show is Love Island. He is there to find a connection. But now you're monitoring every which way this man tries to find a connection. It's pathetic. You have Ace, who's just the mayor of the villa, holding little meetings about how they can get Jeremiah out of there. Nick, who probably kind of wanted Jeremiah out of there because he's interested in Andrina as well.

It's so good. It's. My God, I get emotional, like, every episode watching these girls, but to the end, like, I, I. And I was watching Hungover Sunday. I was literally tear streaming down my face at the last episode. They, like, they bring the camera close. They talk about their journeys. They're. They're wiping off their makeup. I mean, these girls are so beautiful and so sweet and they're just great dancers. And they fought so hard to try and get a raise throughout, like, the season. They were talking about it and we don't know, like, the exact numbers, but they did end up getting, like, a large percentage raise. And the girls that were, that it was their last season, they were leaving, but, like, they were like, we left our mark. Like, we're so grateful that we were able to make this change. I was like, oh, girls, well done. Well done. I loved some of the new rookies. I mean, seeing Kelly and Charlie get to be on the team after watching the first season, you know, and seeing all these updates from them, it was so great. And just some heartbreaking stories with, you know, with Shaundi and her ex and like, a stalking situation and domestic, like, domestic violence and the police, like, didn't really do anything to help her. Really crazy. She, she had a, a lot to work through during the season and, you know, then she had surgery. I was just, it's just a lot. But I love, love, love, love watching these girls. They're amazing. I'll give it an A minus. It's, I, I, I just love watching it. It, like, warms my heart just seeing them all and the competition there's, it's so good. It's so interesting. They're so dedicated and they're doing all these other things and still being on the team and. Yeah, just always very impressed by, impressed by them. And I'm trying to think what else I watched. I watched the first two episodes of Real Houses of Miami, new season. It's, it's good. I like seeing what's going on with, with Alexi and Todd and the drama and they're fighting and Larson, Larson, Lisa are fighting over, like, stupid shit too. They, they went to Milan Fashion Week. Larsa's son is walking and Lisa was walking and they're at this party and they're trying to explain their drama to Fabulous, like, the rapper, and he's listening to them and Lars is like, don't you think your friend shouldn't be hanging out with your ex? And, and he's like, oh, yeah, no, like, and she's like, well, Lisa's like, I wasn't hanging out with. It was my boyfriend. Like, and Fabulous is like, oh, well, you can't get mad at her for that. It's like the opening scene, you see her like washed up on the beach and like, it's like, I don't know what happened to me. And it's just like, there's a lot of her inner dialogue. Inner monologue, I should say, is really like a majority of the dialogue. So I've only watched the first episode. I'll give it a. I'll give it a C. You know, it's got.

Yeah, it's a little, like, at least for me, less corny than shrinking or Ted Lasso. I mean. Yeah, so that's a B plus for me. And then I watched the movie Warfare that came out this year yesterday. It's like Will Poulter, Joseph.

Like, for like two weeks. My tick tock was only that group of guys doing interviews and all the content they were doing. And it was like all the comments being like, I. I wouldn't. I don't normally watch war movies, but for them I will, you know?

Yeah, I mean, there's a lot of, like, big actors in it, but yeah, I.

Like, it was a solid, you know, depiction of war, I guess. But in terms of, like, movie watching, it's really intense. I heard it's like really like 90 minutes of just like. It's just non stop action. I just feel like I wasn't attached to any of the cat. Like, I didn't know anything about any of the characters. It was just basically like, you're dropped in real time, people are getting killed and it's like, wow, yeah, war is terrible. But Yeah, I wasn't like, I'll give it a B minus. Like, it has insanely high reviews. Cuz, like, in terms of, like, wow. I feel like I'm at war right now. Yeah. But it just sounds like a format.
