Absolutely. We're so excited to talk about our trip to Walt Disney World. We are here. We're in the Geo82 lounge, which just opened in June. It's really, really cool in here. Inside the Spaceship Earth here at Epcot. Yes. And it's adults only, so if you want to come hang, relax, have a nice drink. We're going to get to try some yummy food and drinks later while we're here. But we're really on. I guess it's technically day three because we did get here Monday night and we're able to sneak some activities in. But our second full day, crack of the morning, we're getting up. We're jam packing. These days, we're doing a lot of really fun stuff.

[Fran]

A lot of fun stuff. I don't know if you've noticed, but I can't tell if I should put my elbows on the table.

[Ria]

Yeah, yeah.

So I'm just gonna do.

Just gonna go back and forth here. Yes. We've been doing a ton of fun stuff. Monday night, you guys got in, you know, right off the flight, straight to Disney. I've been here over the weekend. So you were right off the plane. Right to the hotel. And then we got started right away. We had dinner at California Grill, which was delicious. It was amazing. And we got to watch the fireworks at dinner.

[Ria]

Yeah. It really is the best entrance back into Disney World. It's been a couple years since I have been here and seeing that fireworks show with Magic Kingdom over the Castle, the music, everything, it's just. You come out, you're like, oh, I feel it.

[Fran]

I know the magic is in the air. And I saw Noah shed a tear, honestly, at the fireworks. I saw him cry.

[Noah]

I walked up to the, like, balcony by myself first.

[Ria]

Yes, yes.

Took it all in.

Ri and I, we. We had a moment, I think.

Yep, yep, yep. Just cold in Snow White. That's like, you know, right from there.

After the fireworks, which were amazing. Great start to the trip, by the way. Just set the tone. We went to the Starlight Parade.

At Magic Kingdom, which is back for the first time in 10 years. It's now back and they do 9pm and 11pm so we caught the 11pm showing late night, and it was amazing. Like, honestly, I just felt so giddy.

[Ria]

I know.

[Fran]

Watching everybody. I'm such a Coco fan.

[Ria]

So you do love Coco.

[Fran]

Floats are coming around.

[Ria]

Yeah. You were excited. Ernesto de la Cruz.

[Fran]

I just was so excited. And I'm still looking for some coco merch. That's like my goal today. But, you know, you seeing the Disney princesses and the princes and you just.

[Ria]

Get dancing the whole thing. Yes, I know. I love. I love seeing all the characters. It is so fun watching them all in the parade. And there is such a joy to watching it, too, as an adult, because you really can soak it all in. And then on top of that, we had a really great viewpoint, which was nice. We're a little higher up, so we got to see, you know, all the families down below watching as the parade goes by and watching the little kids. And I felt this way when I was here with my. My nieces and nephews as well. But, like, you get to watch it, then you get to watch other people's reactions. And it's just the sweetest thing, you know. They're waving up. They're so excited to see them. They're waving back. Everyone's singing, you know, it's really sweet.

Like, the kids. And I'm waving and I'm like, they're.

[Ria]

Yeah, yeah.

I'm like, oh, my God.

They're waving right at me.

They do, though. They see everybody out there. So that was amazing. Another great start to the trip. In the background, it was just beautiful, cinematic. And then it was time to ride Tron, which was. We had to book it there. They're closing up shop.

We wanted to be the last ones or one of the last ones to ride it.

And let me tell you, I had to dust the cobwebs off a little bit because I can't remember the last time I've been on. On a roller coaster. It's definitely been a couple years. Probably the last time I was here, and I was like, all right, I'm ready. And wow. You know, it shook me up and it made me ready to go for the week. It did dust me off properly.

[Ria]

It did. I think there's five of us in our chicks in the office group. And I did ride Tron when I was here previously.

[Fran]

Yeah, sorry. Second time. And I realized I probably didn't properly describe what this ride was.

[Noah]

I don't know what I was expecting, but it probably wasn't a roller coaster.

[Fran]

Because I was like, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

You're like, wow, this is amazing. So. And it was funny because when we were getting dressed, we're like, okay, we're going to, you know, a lovely dinner.

There was a dress code.

We want to look presentable, but we're also you. When we are sharing rooms, kind of, you know, we have.

We. I was like, by the way, because you had a really cute skirt on. And I was like, by the way, you're kind of like riding a motorcycle on this ride. You're like, oh, that's good intel.

Because you're like, oh, we're going straight into it. I put on a dress, put on bike shorts underneath.

Hack. Yes. That was a good way to do it. Very smart, very creative. My bike shorts were too long with my denim skirt and it looked like I was trying to bring back the denim skirt leggings look from like the early 2000s.

It wasn't the night to do that.

It wasn't the night to try and bring that back. So I decided to just go with these pants that were honestly really nice to another set. Casual top. Had to throw something together. Okay. But it worked out. Went on Tron. Tron was epic. Like, it was sick. It was so much fun. And like I said, it really woke me up for the rest of the week because I was like, okay, you know what? Glad that tonight was a one and done ride and then I could wake up the next morning and be ready to go.

I think my face said it all. We could show the picture that of me on the ride. I forgot wide open.

[Fran]

I forgot about your drawn pictures.

Me being like, oh, this is what.

A road has to do.

Right. Because with the Disney app, when you go on the ride, you could Put it in the little holder that it has, and you put your Bluetooth on, and then it sends the pictures to you.

I feel like it has set up. That shows how long it's been since I've been around. I'm like, wow, this technology is crazy. Pictures are in my right to your phone.

They really amp it up. So getting off the rides and seeing the pictures on our phone is. Has been so much fun with PhotoPass.

And then we woke up on Tuesday. We recorded our show, and then we went right to the parks, and we had the most awesome VIP tour guide, Andrew, shout out. Andrew. He's amazing.

He's my partner.

I was gonna say it is. It is par for the course, going to any sort of amusement park with an odd amount of people. Sometimes.

Sometimes you can do three in a row. But we are. We're five, so we have. Naturally. Even when we just went on Toronto, I was like, ooh, Ooh, awkward.

Oh, yeah. I was like, all right, I'll just be back here by myself.

But all day, Andrew's been with me.

And he's been giving me the tips, you know.

Exactly. You're riding with.

She got to pose for all the pictures. It's by surprise.

Which I love. I love a surprise photograph. Noah is just hamming it up for every picture. We went on Frozen, and Noah thought that there was gonna be a humongous drop, like it was some roller coaster at Frozen.

His hands are in there. He's screaming, and he was like, oh, I.

That was the ride where I think Andrew was like, in your row. The front row. And I go, do you mind if we swap for the photo? Remember?

Fran was like, classic. No one wants us with the cloud.

Yeah. Well, we rode Guardians of the Galaxy right off the bat Tuesday morning, which was the movie.

Had to. Because it was. It's really been the one ride that everyone is like, it's a must. And they're right.

They're right. Guardians of the Galaxy is my favorite ride. I want to do it again today.

Yeah, I think we definitely should.

Right. And so it was really exciting because we were trying to figure out what song we were going to get because they have six songs, and it's really random of what song you're going to get. And Fran was like, well, I hope we get September, because September's her song. Got. She got married on September 21st. And we get on the ride. It starts.

Oh.

We look at each other screaming because September starts playing.

[Ria]

We're just the opening. And we were like, yes.

We were like, this is awesome.

Which was the exact energy you want before. Riding a roller coaster, too. Would have been happy, but really. And I. It was crazy because, like you said, I was like, oh, I hope we get September.

And it happened right away, which was amazing.

Honestly, I want.

Made it that much better.

Have a song playing, like, even, like, the rock and roller coaster. I just feel like that elevates.

It totally does. Because then you're kind of singing, you're rocking, you're having fun. Honestly, I got off. And I was like, why do you think they did that for us?

They told. They totally did. They knew.

They must have told someone. And I was like, I've literally no one knows. I got married on September 21st.

I was like, someone must have done something.

They knew. Andrew told us, though, that it was. It's completely random every time. And he told us the amount of times he's gotten the same song or a different song.

He said it took him, I think, 57 times to get maybe September or, like, one of the songs that he wanted or one of the songs he wanted.

Everybody wants to rule the world.

Which is crazy.

So people ride it, like, a bunch of times until they get the song they want. But you know what? Right off the bat. But I want to ride it again to see if we get a different song or the same one. We'd be excited either way. But that was awesome. I got off Guardians of the Galaxy, and I was like, that was sick.

It's a perfect amount. Like, the mix of. It's really fun and fast, but you're not, like, holding on for dear life, you know, And.

[Ria]

And it's loud, which is fun. You know, it's good volume in there.

[Fran]

You feel like you're floating after.

Yeah, right.

Wow. I'm on a cloud. Yeah.

And then we. We kept it.

So we were, you know, mixed it up in between, which was lovely. Walking around the world showcase, taking it all in, getting some pictures.

Yeah, it was the first. It was the first one that we did. So we didn't have the idea. Well, we went to Canada and UK and then went back and started in Mexico.

We just happened to be over there at that time. So then when we had the idea to take pictures in every place that we went to, we didn't start that idea until after that.

Yeah. Yes. And we had a little, like, you know, we had a little drizzle. So it was like, okay, we're, you know, we regrouped, and then we're like, our time to Hollywood Studios. But we did get to go to. Well, we did the Frozen Ride. We did the Frozen Ride in Norway. We did Remy's Ratatouille Adventure.

Like, people working at each country Like, a lot of them are, like, actually from those countries.

It is awesome. Well, I talked about this recently. My waiter in France told us that he worked at Epcot in France and met his wife at Epcot in France, and they're both French, and then they moved back to France.

No, I, like, walked out of. I forget which country, but I asked Andrew. I'm like, are they, like, doing an accent or are they actually front? And he's like, no, they're from.

[Fran]

Yeah, it's amazing. It's very, very cool.

We did Remy's ratatouille adventure, which is my favorite Ratatouille.

I could buy every single piece of Remy merchandise. I felt I was so jealous because I saw so many people walking around with a little Remy on their shoulder.

I was like, oh, my God. How do. And. But my problem was I was wearing a tank top. So you kind of. It sits on a. On a magnet. Would not have been able to make that work with my outfit.

So I wish I could have.

I was so jealous of everybody wearing that on their shoulder. I wanted it so bad. But you're right. You can literally buy every Remy item in there. Like, I wanted the sweatshirt that was. It was like. It had a tail on the back and then fur on the front. It was amazing. Oh, thank you.

It does. And I kind of kept feeling like I just kept seeing the same people in general yesterday.

But we did go to Mexico for lunch. I love Mexico. At Epcot. It's so cool on the inside. It's like a little darker. They have the boat ride inside. It's. It's really cool in there. And the food is delicious.

And then we had to get dessert, obviously. So we had the ice cream sandwich in France after the ratatouille ride, which was.

Yeah, it really, like, it's this warm brioche bunch that they put the ice cream on the insides. Like the warm bun with the cold ice cream. Different flavors you could put in there. It was like a nothing I've ever really tried before. It was so good.

The hot and cold mixed together. And especially. That's when it started.

There's nothing like that brings people together more than when it starts raining in an amusement park.

It felt like the perfect amount of rain because we went and had ice cream and then it was like, over.

And we went for holidays. It gives you that little.

Exactly. Exactly. We went over to Hollywood Studios. I was so excited to see Galaxy Edge. I just, you know, though I have not seen the whole park and really, you know, soaked it all in. The last time I was here, we did Magic Kingdom and Epcot, and I was not at Hollywood Studios, so I really haven't been to Hollywood Studios since I was maybe 12 or 13. And it was just bringing me back to this trip I took with my mom and my sister. And we have the photos framed somewhere. We bought them all and took them home with us, because every single ride, Gia was like this in the camera. Like, not on purpose. Like, just her genuine reaction to every ride, and it was so funny. So, my God, I can't wait to go on. On all these. On all these rides again and experience this. But when we come. We came in, we're like, all right, what do we want to do first? Walk around. Went over to Toy Story Land, which is so cute.

[Fran]

So, so cute. I love the Toy Story ride, Midway Mania. Although I was not.

[Ria]

No, we get too competitive.

No, I. I honestly just was like, what's happening? Like, I thought I was trying to be too precise with You.

[Ria]

Because, you know, it's like an aim and shoot game, but you could just, like, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot. And I was like, aiming then shooting, aiming and then shooting. And then I look over at France, she's got all these points. I'm like, I think I'm doing this wrong.

I've never been more stunned than when after, like, the first round of that, I was like, wow, I'm killing it. And I looked down, like, I don't know what I was thinking, that I thought I was going to have more points than Andrew.

It was embarrassing.

Got off when we did. We did it twice. And after the second time, because we. It was me and you the first time. Then we switched, and I was with Maddie. And Maddie, what had. Was really good, too. And I, like, was gripping it. I was like, I have f. My nail marks were in my hand because I was, like, gripping it so hard.

And my arms were sore after.

Well, Maddie and I were in stiff competition. After the second round, we were only 200 points apart. And we both looked at each other. We were like, ah, you guys might.

Have to run it back today to see who the real champion is.

I know. And I. As soon as it ends, I'm like, no. What did you get?

No. Meanwhile, me and Sarah were just like. We're like, all right.

And can I just say, the thought that I had on that ride, and I almost said it out loud, and I stopped. Cause I was like, if nobody laughs, this is gonna be like Wednesday's episode when no one was laughing at my jokes.

But I was gonna say what there was like, A certain drop. And I was gonna be like, this is how Belly feels with Conrad. But then I was like, you know what? Don't say this in the middle of the ride right now.

That's. Yeah. The timing of that would have been. Would have been interesting, for sure. No, and you're. That. That coaster's outside, too, which I like. Which, you know, you feel the. The wind in your hair and really enjoying it, which is. Is so fun. I actually, like, started straight up. This is nothing. I mean, it has to do with Toy Story, I guess, but when I got into bed last night, I opened TikTok and actually almost started sobbing because this video went viral. And it was this. I might cry again thinking about it. It was this boy going to college and. Oh, and his mom took all of his toys and lined them up in.

The hallway to say goodbye to him.

No, I'm literally gonna start crying again. They were all lined up, and they had little signs like, congrats. Like, you're gonna do so well. Honestly, there was one, like, Sorcerer Mickey, and he had his wand, and he was like. The little thing said, like, good luck in college. And they. All the stuffed animals, all the toys were lined up, and for him to, like, walk down the stairs for him to go to college. And the. You know, the kid posted, he was like, will my mom be okay when I leave? Like. But I was like, that's. It was really Toy Story.

Which is fun. And we did Tower of Terror, which I haven't done since I was a teenager, too. And it's funny, like, I've been telling everyone that that whole ride is so iconic and such an experience from the start of the line to the end, you know, going up and them scaring you and the whole thing. And I was like, if you told me what that ride did, like, I would have described that ride. Because when you're younger, you're just like. It just knocks you off your feet. Now it's fun because it's like you don't know if you're going up first, down first. But we were just kind of chatting away, and then all of a sudden, you know, we're get. We're getting on the ride. It's like, okay, buckle up. We're. We're getting ready, and we're in the line, about to walk onto the ride, and I just start. Sarah's behind me. I just turn around. She's like this, like, looking at the ground. I'm like, oh, my God. Wait here. Are you okay? Like, because we have really haven't had any issues with any rides or anything. We've all been good.

She was like, I just don't really like when it drops.

And by the way, Sarah is down for anything at any time.

Yeah. We made sure we got our rock signs up. Riding in the first car is always just such a little.
