Ria
What's up everyone?
Sheena
It's chicks in the office with Ria and Fran giving you that Friday energy on a Friday. Woohoo.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
Boom. It's Friday.
Ria
Everybody running around all morning. I feel jacked up.
Sheena
Me too, sister. You have no idea. I have had a crazy past 20 hours.
Ria
I want you to explain. I want you to share. But first I will acknowledge this is your birthday episode. Happy birthday.
Sheena
Thank you so much. I gotta be honest.
Ria
Big two eight.
Sheena
Big two eight. I'm feeling great about it. I Have to be completely honest, though. I really wasn't expecting the balloons to touch today because it's a weekend birthday. I wasn't expecting it, so. Thank you so much.
Ria
You're welcome. You know, I wasn't gonna forget the balloons. Let me tell you, getting the balloons, I was frazzled. I was like, oh, shit.
Sheena
It's a lot to do in the morning. But here's the thing. My birthday always sets the precedent for. For the next birthdays for the year. Because you're in September, Noah's in October.
Ria
Yeah, yeah.
Sheena
It's like, oh, you know.
Ria
Right, right, right. You're just like, dying for the one year I forget to do it so that you don't have to do it.
Sheena
Yeah. And then I'm like, okay, then I don't have to do anything. I don't have to get the balloons.
Ria
Oh, Fran forgot to decorate. Fran forgot to decorate the studio. I don't have to do it in September.
Sheena
Oh, no. I love it.
Ria
But it's funny because I. You think of it that way, but I think of it just based off last birthday. So in my mind, I'm like, oh, well, Ria did it for my last birthday, so I got to do it for her birthday. You know, like, it's not even an endless. Yeah.
Sheena
And one year we're going to shake hands and go, yeah, that's enough. Yeah, we give each other our little gifts. We always give each other a little something cute. You know what I mean? Maybe when I turn 30, we'll just like wrap it up there. Yeah, but I got my shirt on. God bless me, it's fucking summer.
Ria
Yeah, baby.
Sheena
I go on one ride. God bless me, it's fucking summer. I got my Ibiza hat on because we are going to the Ibiza of America. So I thought that I would wear my Ibiza hat in honor of that. Kind of just to flex on everybody that I, you know, I bought it there, to be quite honest with everybody. But, yeah, it's been a hectic 20 hours. I actually can't even put them into words, really, because it's like. It's one of those things that if you tell somebody the story and they weren't there.
Ria
Yeah. Just sounds like a lot of rambling.
Sheena
It sounds like a lot of rambling. A lot of inside jokes. My cousin Franny's here. She's sitting on the couch. Maybe we can. She's in studio. You don't have to pander her if you don't want. No.
Ria
I was like, that's gonna be real.
Sheena
He Was like, I'm gonna have to get up one of these, but she's here. So we picked her up from the airport last night, and we took her to Hoboken to grab some tacos. And from there, the night just became a movie. I don't even know what happened. Like, we were running. We were running to everybody we knew. It was like, oh, my God, it was chaotic. Right? Franny. It was actually. Franny left and went. I'm awestruck.
Ria
In Jersey.
Sheena
Yes.
Ria
You were just running into all these people on. On your side of the river.
Sheena
It was crazy. I. Like, I said, if I start to explain it.
Ria
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Sheena
No one's ever.
Ria
People from, like, your personal lives. Yes.
Sheena
Oh, and then, you know, some listeners as well. So it was a great little night on the street there. Literally just on the street. It wasn't inside any place. It just got very hectic. And then we went on a lovely walk, and then we hit the hay because we said, okay, we got to go. We got to rest up for the big weekend. And then this morning was just hectic because, you know, I had to get my nails done.
Ria
Yeah, you had to.
Sheena
You literally, Fran, would not allow me to. To go anywhere without getting my nails done this weekend.
Ria
You were supposed to have an appointment on Wednesday. It got. I was like, well, you. You. You're like, I may be a little late to recording because if I keep this appointment Thursday morning, I said, keep the fucking. Keep the appointment. It's a must, Fran. You can be a little late because the nails. I saw them. I said, you can't have your. On your birthday. You can't have your nails looking like that.
Sheena
I know. Fran literally looked at me and was like, I don't care if you're late tomorrow. Get your nails done. Like. And I. So I woke up this morning, and I'm going to be honest, I. I woke up and I was like, oh, I really don't feel like getting them done.
Ria
I thought about that when I was walking out this morning. I said, damn, Rhea's got to wake up soon for her nails. I'm sure she doesn't want to do it.
Sheena
I don't. And you know what? I woke up. I said, I really don't want to get my nails done. And I knew in that moment, I had to, because usually Matt will say, oh, you don't have to get them done. And he said, nothing. And I was like, oh, oh, I really got to get done.
Ria
Silence speaks volumes.
Sheena
It really did. It spoke a lot of volume. I was like, oh, wow. I really have to get them done.
Ria
I like the color. Got fun. Pink.
Sheena
Fun pink.
Ria
Flirty. I went with, like, a little lilac color. So pretty.
Sheena
So fun.
Ria
I went as well, because you were trying to move your nail appointment around on Wednesday afternoon. We were working in the studio, and then we had, like, one other thing to do and record, and I didn't say anything. And then I was like, actually, I have to leave because I have a nail polyphen.
Sheena
Right? Cause I was like, well, why don't we record today and, you know, get our work done early for the weekend? And Fran goes, I have a nail appointment. I was like, you bitch. But now we both have our nails done.
Ria
Exactly. Now our nails look fucking great.
Sheena
They look great. Ready for the weekend. Ready for the birthday. Super exciting. I have such a funny, cute thing to say, and you're just gonna, like, laugh so hard. I already know where this is going, and I've saved it for this podcast because I just know your reaction is gonna be hilarious. So we obviously were going with our friends this weekend and my birthday Saturday, so Matt was like, I really want to, like, go to dinner for your birthday this week, so. And I also, you know, got you some. Some gifts and stuff, some surprises. So I want to give it to you this week before your birthday. I said, oh, my God. Great. Okay. So he gets a reservation at the corner store in New York City. Hard res to get. Beautiful day.
Ria
Very hard.
Sheena
Delicious. Very delicious. It was amazing.
Ria
There was a time when the four of us were supposed to go to the other. But, you know, that's okay.
Sheena
We were. We were. And then he got it for my birthday, and I'm like, yeah, I know. I know. We'll go. We'll go again.
Ria
Yeah. Yeah.
Sheena
And it was great. And so that night, he was like, I want to give you. Can I give you your gifts now since we're not gonna be here on your birthday? I said, please, please. I would love nothing more. Some surprise Lady Gaga tickets, you know, so excited. Cause I have been wanting to go to Gaga, but I didn't put in the effort of getting the ticket, so that's. Whatever. So he's like, I have one more surprise for you, but I need to send it to your phone. And I was like, okay. So I'm like, what is this? What is this going to be? He's like, all right, check your email. It's officially Truly season. I cannot wait to crack open a couple of Truly this weekend while we're away. Summer is here, which means it's finally the return of the Truly Pool Party pack. Everyone's favorite summer drink is back with four refreshing limited edition flavors in the Truly Pool Party Pack. That's Peach Plunge, Strawberry Kiwi Splash, Blood Orange Bliss and Red, White and True. My personal favorite is the Strawberry Kiwi Splash and the Blood Orange Bliss. I can't get enough of those. I cannot wait to crack open a nice cold one this weekend by the pool. It's going to be amazing. It's perfect for the pool, it's perfect for the party. It's perfect for when you combine the two and you have a nice little pool party and everything in between. Find Truly Hard Seltzer in the new limited time only pool party pack at a store near you are located at truly hard seltzer.com so let me give a little background. When we were in France, we were sitting by the pool and I didn't have my phone. I left it in the room and I need to look something up. And I was like, oh. I grabbed his phone, went to go look something up. And I see the last thing when I pulled up Safari, the last thing he was searching was ASMR gifts. Okay. I love asmr. My birthday's coming up. I'm like, aw, that's so like in his mind, he's like, what kind of gift can I give her? That's like ASMR related to help me sleep. No, just wait. Just wait.
Ria
Okay.
Sheena
So I in my house, like, oh, that's so cute. And then I kind of said to him, I was like, I saw what you were looking up. He's like, you saw? And I was like, yeah. He's like, when we just didn't talk about anything.
Ria
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Sheena
So more background on our honeymoon. That with the time difference and the change, it was hard to sleep at night.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
So I would pull up ASMR on YouTube and watch ASMR videos. But the one thing that is so annoying is when you're watching ASMR on YouTube, they will throw an ad in the middle. So like I would be asleep and then all of a sudden, right, you're loud ad and I'm awake. It happened at least three times on our honeymoon where I was like, come on.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
So it was just became like a funny thing. And sometimes when we travel alone, I love like watching ASMR to fall asleep. So fast forward to Tuesday night. He's like, okay, open your email. I opened my email to a cameo. No, a video Matt recorded of himself doing asmr. It is the Cutest, but funniest thing I have ever seen.
Ria
Oh, my God, I'm gonna cry.
Sheena
It is so thoughtful. But at the same time, he.
Ria
Wait. It's even funnier because in my mind, I thought you were gonna say he got a cameo of, like, a famous person doing ASMR for yourself, but he.
Sheena
Did he record himself doing ASMR for 10 minutes? It is literally like my cheeks were hurting because there's two parts of it where I'm like, this is the cutest, sweetest, most thoughtful thing in the world. And on the other side of it, so funny. Like, I. I asked him, I was like, can I play the first 20 seconds?
Ria
This boy with his.
Sheena
So no. It's so good. I asked him, I said, can I? I was like, I'm not. I swear, I'm not making funny. Like, I genuinely love this, and I think it's so thoughtful, but it is so fun funny. And he knows it's funny. Like, part of it is. I'm like, can I please just play the first 20 seconds? And he was like, of course. He's like, it is. It is funny. So can I play the.
Ria
When I need to hear it, I need to hear it. This is like. It's like.
Sheena
It's very.
Ria
If you're looking for a Long island voice to an asmr. Asmr Boy, do we have the person for you.
Sheena
It is unreal. When I saw. I have watched it 10 times now because I'm like this. I'm not gonna play the full thing because it's Is actually really nice because he's just telling me the things he loves about me in ASMR form. But then there's also really fun. He's like, being funny too. But the first, like, 20 seconds are so funny.
Unknown
Hi, Maria, it's your husband, man. That was my wedding ring that I was tapping. Also tapping my fingers because I feel like if you're gonna do asmr, you have to do that at least once. I also know you love this because you always do it at your show. I just wanted to make my own ASMR video for you because I was looking up gifts for you, and all they had was pimple poppers. You wouldn't have liked the pimple boppers. So I said, you know what? When you can't sleep, because I know you have trouble sleeping sometimes, and you watch some asmr, and then all of a sudden an ad pops up when you're about to go in deep sleep, and then you get really pissed off. And I don't want that to happen to you because that makes me mad for you as well. So here's an ad free Ad free. Do it yourself, asmr. From your husband. Happy birthday, baby.
Ria
That's a. Happy birthday, baby.
Unknown
Happy birthday, baby.
Sheena
Is unreal.
Ria
Hey, Maria, it's your husband, Matt.
Sheena
So good.
Ria
I know you have to. I know you have trouble sleeping. I know you've been having trouble sleeping. So here's a little ASMR for you.
Sheena
Ad free.
Ria
Ad free for my wife.
Sheena
It's unbelievable. It's so good. I literally have watched it nonstop. I'm like, so cute, but so funny.
Ria
So funny. He is so thoughtful, but it is really so funny.
Sheena
I'm like, how did you even think I'm doing? I said. I said, happy birthday, baby. Happy birthday, baby. So funny. I. I was like, matt, it's. Did somebody at work help you film this? Like, has somebody seen this?
Ria
Right, right.
Sheena
He's like, no, no, no. They set it up for me, but they have not seen.
Ria
Right, right, right. You're like, I just kept this. I was like, okay, this under. Yeah.
Sheena
He's like, don't worry. They have not seen the context of the rest of this video because the rest of the video is very, very sweet. But it is. There's some funny things in there, but. Oh, my God. Unbelievable.
Ria
Like, the way he really popped those peas.
Sheena
Yeah. Pimple popper.
Ria
Well, Pimple poppers.
Sheena
Yeah. I think he's picked up on it from listening.
Ria
I mean, yeah, asmr.
Sheena
They hit asmr. But I told him, I said, okay, well, here's the problem. Now I need a part two and a part three, and I'm gonna have.
Ria
To keep doing it.
Sheena
And I said, I'm gonna need you to do the items I'm looking for, like a haircut.
Noah
About the ASMR video, you, him and Tommy did. Remember?
Sheena
We did years ago. It doesn't exist anymore. We had to take it down because when we were. When Barstool was with Penn, we couldn't have, like, weed and stuff on camera. So we did a joint or a blunt rolling asmr years ago. That was so funny. Before we ever dated or anything, you know, so. So funny. So funny. I had to bring that up.
Ria
You know? That is. Yeah. No, that's amazing, too.
Sheena
Good. All right. How we feeling, though? Besides that, the rest of the week.
Ria
Excited. I'm really excited for the weekend. Let me tell you, though, the more I have this little dog, the more I get. I hate leaving her. Like, literally, I get so sad every time well, she follows me around everywhere anyway, so. Especially when I'm packing. She's just like, what are you putting in those suitcase? What's so nice? And shout out to Gia. She is great sister. She really helps when I need her to. And Joe's home, so, like, she'll be with Joe, but, like, when? Now. We're leaving. Joe's at work, so, you know, Gia will take her for the rest of the day. But she's. Oh, she's just. She's just the sweetest thing. I want to take her ever with me. I can't. I know I can't, but she's cuddly right now. I know. She's this.
Sheena
She's just too sleeping angel.
Ria
Too freaking cute.
Sheena
Sleeping angel.
Ria
There's. There's a way. Lisa, who run lives event. Live events here, has a little white dog named Bradley Cooper.
Sheena
Never forget when she said Bradley Cooper was coming to our live show.
Noah
Oh, my God.
Ria
Never forget. I was literally our first tour, and it was our first stop in Philadelphia. So, like, you know, it's in Philly, the whole thing. And Lisa, dead serious, comes up to us and is like, by the way, Bradley Cooper's coming to the Philly tour. We were like, what?
Sheena
We were like, bradley Cooper? Because Bradley Cooper is a Philly guy.
Ria
Like, Bradley Cooper. She's like, yeah. And finally we realized her dog is just named oh.
Noah
Fran said, oh, you see Bradley Cooper's out there. When I came in, I go, like, in Montauk.
Ria
That's my favorite thing ever to bring up. When no one. I walked in, I go, you see Bradley Cooper's out there in Montauk? I said, no, the dog out in the hallway.
Sheena
So funny. So.
Ria
But no, they were. They. They were me. They were meeting before. But I guess I'm literally like, I just want to take her everywhere, so. I know, but. But I'm very excited. We're gonna have a ton of fun.
Sheena
Yes.
Ria
Fun itinerary. We're doing a bunch of fun things that I'm excited for. I was like. I was psyching myself up last night before I went to bed. I was like, whoo. Buckle up. I haven't had a three day in a while.
Noah
The three days are hard.
Ria
They are. I haven't had one in a while.
Sheena
I'm not gonna lie. We were on our walk last night. I said, I wouldn't hate staying in tomorrow night.
Ria
It's only about. I honestly, like, I've had a couple side texts where I'm like, I know Ria's not Gonna make it. That Ria's gonna make it that far.
Sheena
I'll make it far on Friday and Saturday night.
Unknown
Yeah.
Sheena
Thursday night, though, maybe.
Ria
I. I'm. I. I'm debating Friday night for you.
Sheena
You think? May I?
Ria
Because I think we're gonna start. I think we're starting early. We're starting earlier in the evening.
Sheena
Guys.
Ria
It's a sunset. Like, I think, you know, you don't realize.
Sheena
Ria's been to Europe now.
Ria
Oh, Europe's changed you.
Sheena
I could. I could go hours without resting now.
Ria
It has. Well, I don't know. I'm excited to see, because that's my limit. Yeah.
Sheena
I realized you don't need that much sleep. No, you know what I mean. Like, you get good rest at night.
Ria
Like, you don't gotta be resting. It's really only so many. It's one weekend.
Sheena
You only live once.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
My goodness. No, don't worry.
Noah
I might need that Marty video to put me to sleep.
Ria
Oh, my God. Should we all listen to it when.
Sheena
We go to the. Oh, my God. Just play it over the speaker.
Ria
Oh, my God. Can we. I also. I'm envisioning we all get home from the bar Friday night and watch Happy Gilmore too. Can we do that?
Sheena
Yeah, we totally can. That's such a good idea.
Noah
It's going straight to.
Ria
It's on Netflix.
Noah
Oh, I thought it was, like, a big.
Sheena
Come on, Adam Sandler's got that big deal.
Ria
Netflix. We've been promoting it for weeks. What are you talking about?
Sheena
Come on.
Ria
Ads everywhere. Julie Bowen is on the show.
Noah
Wow.
Sheena
Yeah.
Ria
Yeah. Netflix. I was watching New Heights and they were talking about it again. You know what? Adam Sandler always does.
Sheena
Adam Sandler.
Ria
Adam Sandler.
Sheena
Always does.
Ria
He. He tells his people he loves him. You know, it's really sweet every time he pops onto new heights. And I don't know if Jason, Travis maybe, like, aren't the love you type, maybe for each other, but, like, maybe they get a little awkward. He's been on their show. I guess this is really only the second time. But of course, you know, Travis did Happy Gilmore, and I think Ed Kelsey has a little cameo in it. Like, they're. They're close. And I was listening to the episode, and when Adam was. Was leaving, he's like, love you boys. Love you, boys. You know, and none of them. They didn't say it back to him.
Sheena
And you know what? Here's the thing. I can relate to Adam Sandler because when Adam Sandler does it. Oh, it's nice. When Ria does it. It's like, pushy and touchy, you know.
Noah
Who says that?
Sheena
I'm kidding.
Ria
Noah. Who says that?
Sheena
Nobody says that.
Ria
But literally, like. Yeah. Have you ever told Noah you loved him when you were.
Sheena
All the time. I remember.
Ria
Did recently say love you back?
Sheena
No. Remember. I remember where we were. It was at the last. It was at the last live shows in Jersey.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
And I was like, love you.
Ria
Love you, bro.
Sheena
Love you, bro. And he was like. And I was like. And you said, noah, say it back to her.
Ria
Oh, I did. I remember. Oh, now I remember. I did. I did.
Sheena
Where were you?
Ria
On the boardwalk? I was like, noah say about.
Noah
It just popped up randomly. I don't know why. Is a clip from when we first got to Fiji last year and Ria, like, did a whole thing on the podcast of like. Like a very sappy type of.
Ria
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Noah
And I was just, like, looking at the ground.
Sheena
Yeah.
Ria
That was like half the time. I end up more on the. In the Jason and Travis side, too, where someone's like. And I'm. They're like, love you. I'm like, love you.
Sheena
I just, you know, life's too short. You gotta tell people 100.
Ria
But I noticed. I was like, that's so nice. He said it multiple times as he was signing off. He's like, love you, boys. Love you guys.
Sheena
Last night, I hit a love you to. To my trainer, and I was like, I don't.
Ria
I don't know, you know?
Sheena
But she said it back and that's what mattered most.
Ria
Yep.
Sheena
You know, because that's one of the people I ran into on the street.
Ria
Yeah.
Noah
Could you overuse Love u where you're. It doesn't mean as much if you use it too much.
Ria
There's certain people maybe, but I don't know. It's. It always. It always has an impact to me. There's certain friends that I've gotten more comfortable with using it because I've. There's some friends. I've just never done it. And then some friends now, like, when I'm on the phone with them, it's always like, oh, you. Love you. Bye. But it's like, you know, I've talked about this before. We weren't really love. I love you by family.
Sheena
Yeah.
Ria
Or at least I wasn't until later. Now we all are.
Sheena
Right.
Ria
But like, as a teenager, I had friends that were. No matter what, it was always love you by on the phone to, like, everyone. And I was never. I was. I was like, bye. Hang up.
Sheena
Yeah. I Can't really. And I know I've talked about this.
Ria
Yeah, no, I know.
Sheena
Like, leaving the opposite. Like saying it to my. My friends at school's parents by accident. Get out of the car and you're like, oh, my God. Like, saying it to your teacher.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
It's like the worst thing ever.
Ria
Yep. Yep.
Sheena
It's like, oh, my. Oh, my God. This happened to me recently. Getting onto a flight, you know, when they're check. You're scanning your boarding pass, they're like, have a good flight.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
I said, you too.
Ria
Yeah. You're not God.
Sheena
I didn't mean that.
Noah
The movies. Enjoy the movie. You too.
Sheena
Yeah, yeah, it just. It just slides out.
Ria
It does, it does.
Sheena
All right, well, let's get into the rest of the show. We're going to be talking about. Miley Cyrus said she wants to do something special for the 20th haniversary in March, which. Wow, I can't believe it's been 20 years. Holy fuck. Hans Zimmer is doing the music for Euphoria alongside Labyrinth.
Ria
Yeah. You know, everything that's come out about this third season has not made me excited until right now.
Sheena
I knew this was gonna get you.
Ria
Because, you know, I. You know, that's my guy.
Sheena
I know it is. And I knew this was gonna pump you the fr.
Ria
It did.
Sheena
It does.
Ria
I got very excited.
Sheena
And then on top of that, Freakier Friday has been doing a ton of press because the movie is out now, I believe.
Ria
No, no, next week.
Sheena
Sorry, August. Cut that out then. Cut that out. Can't be wrong about the Freak Year Friday premiere. Don't put that in there either. Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lou Curtis have been doing not. Not just them. Sorry. Cut that out. I'm so sorry. Leave all of this in. No, no.
Ria
Take it out. Take it out.
Sheena
Take it out. Take it out.
Ria
No, no. Leave it in there.
Sheena
No, no, no, no. It would be funny. Leave it in. No, I say take it out. Take it out anyways. Take it.
Noah
I can't tell what you want.
Sheena
Is it Pam or Pan?
Ria
We're going to have such a funny car ride.
Sheena
Yeah. Free gear Friday. I'm just gonna leave it at that. Free gear Friday. They're doing a lot of press. The movie comes out next week. We're gonna be talking about that.
Ria
Yes. I'm very excited for that.
Sheena
And we have a great interview with Sheena Shay. We did moderate her first talk, her first interview about my good side at 92 and why on Monday night. And it was a really, really great interview. I'm excited for people to hear it. It was really cool that we got to do that on stage in front of an audience.
Ria
I loved being at the 92Y. It was also just such a cool venue. You hear of so many great, you know, fabulous people that have been there, some amazing talks and have been given there, and it was really cool to be in the. In the space. And I'm. I'm grateful that the 92. I gave us the footage for us to use so that we can put it in the show.
Sheena
Yeah. Very grateful. Great footage. Really great interview. So I'm really looking forward to people hearing that.
Ria
Yep.
Sheena
And I do have to say that Noah told me that he didn't want to clip any of the stuff about John Mayer in. In case John Mayer saw it.
Ria
You gotta put little bro on the spot like that. You're gonna blow up his spot.
Noah
I mean, sure. Like, let Sean know that I'm keeping his best interest in mind.
Sheena
Yeah, yeah.
Ria
Oh, true. That's. That's true. Noah's looking out for his guy. He was like, I'm done. I'm done with Sheena.
Sheena
Talking about.
Noah
Someone's gotta say it.
Ria
Look, he's in the book. What do you want? He's in the book.
Sheena
He's in the book.
Noah
All these books about John. Jessica, Sheena, you know, well, look, if.
Sheena
You had John got around.
Ria
If there are time. If you had a time in your life.
Sheena
No, it just shook his head when I said John got around. He's like, don't say that.
Ria
If. If you. If there was a time in your life where you were hooking up with John Mayer, it has to go in your memoir. Yeah, it has to go in your memoir. What, are you gonna leave that out?
Sheena
That's Noah's dream memoir.
Noah
But no, no.
Sheena
No one would write a book called.
Ria
My Night with John Mayer. The Noah Ives story in my One night.
Sheena
One Night with John.
Noah
But in the memoir is different than I think, like, the clip is, like, in a. Well, now I'm just, like, repeating what you said. But it's like, the three girls, it was a multiple girl. Like, six months. Like, too many details, you know?
Ria
Oh, you know. Well, that's. That's your look. That's your prerogative. You want to hear that stuff, by the way? A lot of people do want to hear it.
Sheena
We fucked that up. My prerogative is not Paul Abdul.
Ria
It's not Janet Jackson.
Sheena
No. It's Bobby Brown.
Unknown
Oh.
Sheena
Remade by Britney Spears.
Ria
Oh.
Sheena
Nothing to do with Paul Abdul. I think we were just Singing it in the tune of Straight up. Now tell. You know.
Ria
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't even think we were.
Sheena
I got.
Ria
We were. I thought we were singing it right.
Sheena
I got multiple messages about that. It wasn't Paul Abdul. I'm like, oh, why did.
Ria
I think it was like a. I just envisioned like a 90s pop star.
Sheena
You know what the craziest thing about this is? Is that we both said Paul Abdul at the same time.
Ria
Yeah, I was locked in.
Sheena
No, I think we were just singing it in the tune of. Or maybe not, but. Yeah, no, Bobby Brown.
Ria
I think we were singing the right song, but it was.
Sheena
Yeah, yeah. No, we. That. Yeah.
Ria
My apologies to Bobby Brown.
Sheena
Yes, our apologies. So, anyways, we'll get into the rest of the show and maybe you'll see trivia. We have trivia and we have trivia. Maybe you'll still see clips about John Mayer. Maybe. You will not.
Ria
No, you certainly won't.
Noah
No, I think you will. Oh, well, just, you know, I.
Ria
You're going to do.
Noah
I'm all for the content at the end of the day, although.
Ria
Fair, fair.
Noah
I. Although I'm going to be with John next weekend and if I run into.
Ria
Him, I will say, though, no, it's, it's. It's not like new news. You know, as far as making it a clip. People know about that.
Noah
What if.
Ria
People know.
Noah
What if that happened? You know, what if you had someone who was coming on to talk about a book and they're talking about they hooked up with nick Jonas like 10 years ago and all this stuff. Would you want that clipped?
Ria
Interesting. Interesting question you posed to me, Noah.
Sheena
That is a good question.
Ria
It depends on if people knew it. Knew it or not. Like, if some. If a guest came in and it's just the rehearsal breaking news that one time she hooked up with Nick Jonas, like when. When everyone involved was single, I'd be like, that's a pretty good story.
Noah
Yeah.
Ria
Yeah.
Noah
But this isn't breaking news.
Ria
That's what I'm saying. It's not breaking news. So I understand if you didn't want to do it because it's not like people know.
Sheena
And I'll jump in here and just say this. We have more of a relationship with the Jonas Brothers than you do with John Mayer.
Ria
Also makes another good point.
Noah
As of now.
Ria
Yes, yes. We.
Sheena
Until next week, though.
Noah
Yeah, we.
Sheena
Until next week.
Ria
Wait, I, I kind of jump glazed over that.
Sheena
Where.
Ria
Oh, because you're doing the Grateful Dead thing.
Sheena
Yeah.
Ria
San Francisco.
Sheena
Yeah. You guys are taking on the the big sf.
Noah
Yeah.
Sheena
You're gonna drink some wine?
Noah
Yeah, we're gonna have a nice, romantic weekend.
Sheena
You guys go to Napa?
Noah
Yeah. We have to pick a place. Kelly's, like, working.
Ria
Just the two of you?
Noah
Just the two of us together.
Ria
We can make it. You really didn't put a lot of oomph in that. You know what I like? That was very in between singing and talking.
Noah
Yeah. Halfway through, I was like, I can't do it. I can't.
Ria
You didn't really commit to it, by the way.
Sheena
You did it, but you almost did. Yesterday, Noah sent something in our group chat, and I wrote back. Sometimes you really are funny.
Noah
Yeah, I appreciated that.
Sheena
Yeah, you're welcome.
Noah
You don't tell me that enough.
Sheena
I feel like I do. You know, once was enough. Anyway, all right, moving on. Let's get into the rest of the show. I already said the whole part of the show. I was just about to. I was just about to read it again.
Ria
Yeah, there's no part already.
Sheena
We already did that part. What a fun show we're having. All right, let's get into it.
Ria

Sheena
Miley Cyrus Talked about how Hannah Montana anniversary is coming up in March. Very exciting. She says she wants to do something special around the 20th anniversary or haniversary anniversary. She said she always thought that Hannah Montana was going to be something that she would have to shed, but now it is something that is like nostalgic and she kind of has shed Hannah Montana, but it's a character that's ingrained in people's childhoods and nostalgia. So she wants to do something special to honor that. And my idea would be, you know, like a three night residency in Vegas where she puts on the Hannah Montana. Yeah. She puts the wig on and she does the best of both world. She has to put that wig back.
Ria
Really for the hanniversary whatever it is. As. As long as the wig goes back on. I'll have full body chills just thinking about it. Just like a. Even if it's just a video of her putting the wig on, you talking.
Sheena
About her putting this wig on is doing something to me that I didn't know existed.
Ria
Like slow mo. She's picking the. She's picking the wig off. There's a, there's a. This is what I'm envisioning. There's a line of, of mannequin heads and they all have different Hannah era wigs on them and Miley's just walking behind them. She slow mo picks up one of the wigs, puts it on, turns around and she's just back as. She's just back as Hannah. Clip ends Curtain drops. And maybe that's a little teaser for a little anniversary special. Hope you're all listening out there. That's a great idea.
Sheena
I'm speechless.
Ria
There's a spotlight that just pops on for each wig.
Sheena
It's not often you leave me speechless. And right there.
Ria
Yeah. It sends shivers down my spine thinking about it.
Sheena
I don't have any thoughts to add.
Ria
Right.
Sheena
Because it was that perfect of an idea. You know what I mean? Yeah. I don't need to play with that at all.
Ria
No. So that one should go straight to Miley's team if you're listening.
Sheena
Yes.
Ria
I think that's a phenomenal idea. I'm sure she has the wig somewhere.
Sheena
I mean, she has to have them saved if Jessica. I mean, who's Jessica?
Ria
Who the hell is Jessica? I hope the camera caught that because drool just came out of your. I've never seen like a massive drop of drool just came out of your mouth. No way. You're have to watch that one back. I'm hoping the Camera caught. I mean that was like.
Sheena
Oh my God.
Ria
It just hung out of your mouth.
Sheena
Oh my God.
Ria
I meant my God. Tell me who Jessica is.
Sheena
What do you want to eat?
Noah
Is it because I just said Jessica Simpson? Like.
Sheena
No, no. There is drool on my phone.
Ria
On my phone.
Sheena
Holy.
Ria
Who is Jessica?
Sheena
Sarah Jessica Parker.
Ria
With like Carrie Bradshaw stuff.
Sheena
Yes. If Sarah Jessica Parker has everything that she's ever worn for sex in the city. She talked about the sun. Call her daddy.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
Then Miley Cyrus has to have all the wigs she wore for Hannah Montana. Yeah. Glad I got that thought out there we go very important.
Ria
Straight to Jessica. You know Jessica. Okay. Oh my God.
Sheena
Jessica Parker. That's a good name.
Ria
It is. That is a good name.
Sheena
It may basically exist just with Sarah in front of it.
Ria
Oh my God. That's funny.
Sheena
Wow. I'm a sweating perfect profusely through my poly.
Ria
You think she'll sing some Hannah songs? That's really.
Sheena
Absolutely. I honestly think she will sing.
Ria
They should do a full anniversary special on Disney plus.
Sheena
That would be a good idea. But like one that guests can attend first. Yeah.
Ria
So. So we could go.
Sheena
I would love to go.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
And well she could do like a.
Ria
Big one night only show.
Sheena
Please.
Ria
I know. I wonder.
Sheena
One night at the forum.
Ria
I wonder if she. She's probably regretting even mentioning this because in her mind it was probably like oh, we're going to do something special. Like they're going to post some never before seen photos or something.
Sheena
Yeah.
Ria
And not. And and doing something special in the fans mind is like a full blown anniversary concert event.
Sheena
No, no. Miley wouldn't do that. Miley wouldn't do that.
Ria
She wouldn't downplay it. She wouldn't build up expectation and then crush.
Sheena
Let me tell you, I'm two time Rio this week. I've been repeating myself at a rapid rate. Let me finish my thought before I repeat it again. Miley would not do.
Ria
That. She would not do that.
Sheena
Why is it happening a third time?
Ria
I don't know. You're just taking deep like big pauses between each word. That's really feels like you have more to say in the sentence.
Sheena
Yes. I don't think she would tease. This is what I meant to say.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
I don't think she would tease such a large thing and just have it be never before seen photos. Miley is an entertainer. Like I think she knows enough to not say that she's a crowd. Yeah. If you say put the wig on one more time, she's gotta put that Wig on.
Ria
She's gotta put the fucking wig on.
Sheena
She has to put the wig on.
Ria
She must.
Sheena
Jessica.
Ria
If Jessica has all those clothes.
Sheena
Gotta put the wig on.
Ria
I think I can put the wig on.
Sheena
Anyways, moving on. Hans Zimmer. Yes. I feel like I have drooled.
Ria
You drooled all over yourself. I've never seen that happen before. You just came.
Sheena
Never pouring out of your mouth. I drooled all over my Pauly D shirt.
Ria
He's okay with that. Polly likes a little drool.
Sheena
Yeah. I'm sure Hans Zimmer is doing the music for Euphoria with Labyrinth. Very exciting. I actually feel. This is so sick.
Ria
It is. I mean, they needed something to. To pump it up, because right now it's. I'm sure people are excited, but it's just a lot of hoopla for. No, we. We don't have the results. Hoopla. Hoopla. Spongebob episode. Yeah, Hoopla. Yeah. That's. That's immediately what I think of.
Sheena
Anytime I hear, anytime anybody says hoopla, I agree. This is either the. One of the best episodes we've ever done or one of the bad.
Ria
It's bad. It's bad.
Sheena
I can't decide.
Ria
I think listening to this one back will be like, oh, we felt way funnier. I'm having the conversation.
Sheena
I'm leaning towards it's gonna be one of the best or one of the worst. But some people will fall on the side of. This was awesome. And some people will fall on the side of. I never want to hear this ever again.
Ria
Look, we.
Sheena
That's okay. We're having a good time.
Ria
Needed a bit of a. Of a giggle. You feel like.
Sheena
You know, I feel like we're having a good time, and that's most important.
Ria
I wonder, you know, it does kind of crack me up, though, thinking about, like, when Hans Zimmer jumps in these projects, it must mean that now he's got to watch all of Euphoria.
Sheena
He's got to.
Ria
He could not, of course, but just maybe to get some context to match the music to what is happening, he.
Sheena
Has to get the vibe. And I feel like he kind of has to get the vibe of each character so that when each character's on the screen, they have a different sort of music tone behind them playing.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
You know, so it's like, oh, when Nate's on the screen and he's scary and he's dark, It's a different kind of tone. Yeah. You know, when Maddie's on the screen, it's like badass music. When Cassie's on the screen, it's like desperate, desperate music. You know, it's just. Everybody's got to fit the tone.
Ria
Yeah. Whatever he comes up for, Rue is going to be so good. And of course he is. You know, Zendaya was in Dune. He did Dune.
Sheena
I bet Zendaya's working side by side with him. Yeah, it's gonna be. Yeah.
Ria
He did put out a statement. He said, it's an honor to join this incredible team of storytellers led by the visionary Sam Levinson. Together they have crafted such a bold and moving series that has meant so much to audiences. Labyrinth's music has shaped the show's identity, and I'm looking forward to. To contributing to the ongoing story and helping shape this new season through music, which is honestly so true, because I feel like Euphoria does have such a distinct sound because of Labyrinth. Be a good. It'll be a good collab.
Sheena
It will be. I agree. I think this is something that, honestly, Euphoria needed to rope something big into this season because of how much the hype has fallen off and how much people have been like, you know what? Just wrap it up. Don't even give it to us. We don't need the third season. It comes in with the show's done, but then you throw Hans Zimmer into it, and now people are excited again. They're like, oh, you know, I can get on board with the music. People love Labyrinth to begin with.
Ria
They do. Yeah.
Sheena
With Euphoria. So this just makes it even better.
Ria
And it started filming it, and here's the thing.
Sheena
I don't know, but I am interested in the third season. I know there's a lot of people that are over it and they don't care.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
I love this cast of actors a lot.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
And that's why I think I will be always somewhat interested in this show. Do I think they need to wrap it up after this season? Yeah. I think we could call it a day.
Ria
Right.
Sheena
They all need to move on.
Ria
Unless there's something big.
Sheena
Right. Unless Hans throws a little magic on those keys and boom.
Ria
Something real big.
Sheena
Yeah.
Ria
But they have been filming. I guess they've been filming the last few months, or at least. At least the filming started in February of 2025.
Sheena
It did. Because I remember the clips that people saw of the filming.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
And. Oh, there were just, like, little shots of.
Ria
There were.
Noah
Is Eric Dane filming or is he not in the show anymore?
Sheena
That's a good question.
Ria
I don't know.
Sheena
And I'm not. That's.
Ria
That's. I don't know if he's coming back. We know. Obviously, we know he's been diagnosed with als. I'm not sure what. Oh, here's an article right here. It says, Eric Dane is still able to work on Euphoria and Countdown. So this was a Facebook video. I don't know why this is the first thing that comes up, but it's. It looks like he was able to work on. On Euphoria, which is. I mean, obviously that's. That's good news. That is for sure. A terrible, terrible diagnosis.
Sheena
Yeah, it's awful.
Ria
I feel like they've had a lot of those. They've had a lot of the side characters be very vocal about coming back because the stars have risen so much for Sydney Sweeney and Jacob Elordi and Zendaya and all of them. So everyone else was, like, really trying to get back to work. They were like, these are. This was a really important character to me. So they finally did it. The show, I think, is supposed to come out next year.
Sheena
I think 2020.
Ria
We don't have a date, but they says it said aiming for a 2026 release.
Sheena
Maybe winter 2026. Maybe March.
Ria
March.
Sheena
That's my guess. I would say March 2026.
Ria
I think it. I think they may end up being like, summer, fall.
Sheena
Okay, well, then we can disagree on that one. Finally, something to disagree on.
Ria
Yeah. I actually think you're fucking wrong.
Sheena
I think it's gonna be, like, fine, I take it.
Ria
I think it's gonna be later in the year. Yep.
Sheena
Moving on. Jamie Lou Curtis and Lindsay Lohan, they've been doing a lot of press about Freakier. Saw these headlines, and they. They really. They. They rope you in because they were like, jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan had to agree on this one thing before they can ever do a sequel for Freaky Friday. What do you think that one thing is? Like you.
Ria
I'm sure it's something stupid, right?
Sheena
It was. Jamie Lee Curtis said, Lindsay has to be old enough to have had a teenager.
Ria
Yeah, makes sense.
Sheena
I was like, I thought it was gonna be some groundbreaking.
Ria
Like, Lindsay wanted her to play a younger character.
Sheena
I thought it was like, lindsay Lohan has to go get her life.
Ria
She looks that. They're like, oh, is it believable?
Sheena
Lindsay Lohan really does look fantastic.
Ria
She looked angelic on that carpet.
Sheena
Oh, my God, she looks so good.
Ria
Yeah. Really angelic. You know what I have loved seeing from all of this too, is them rocking out to Some. The music from the original Pink Slip up there.
Sheena
So good.
Ria
You're the ultimate. You.
Sheena
Those are some great songs.
Ria
The songs are so good.
Sheena
Chad Michael Murray.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
You know, we're getting everybody.
Noah
I always forget he's married to. And now I forget her name. But I had the biggest crush on her growing up.
Ria
Yeah.
Noah
Because she fired up.
Ria
Yeah, yeah.
Sheena
Yes.
Ria
Yes. And Disturbia.
Noah
Disturbia.
Sheena
Yeah. Sarah. Sarah Roemer.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
Fired up was such a good movie.
Ria
So good.
Sheena
Go ahead, say it. It's such a good. The Fountain of.
Ria
No, no, no, no, no.
Sheena
That move is prohibitado.
Noah
Soundtrack to my life.
Sheena
Yeah. God. Chumba. Soundtrack to my life. That's definitely gonna be the first song I play in the car today.
Unknown
Gosh.
Ria
That is.
Noah
That would be a great rewatch.
Ria
That is. That is such a funny movie.
Sheena
It really.
Ria
Watched that movie a million times.
Sheena
I was upset, like, the way that just everything they said was. Became my dictionary.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
Like, I only spoke and. Fired up.
Ria
Yes.
Sheena
So good.
Ria
Did you see Charlie?
Sheena
Charlie Davidson?
Ria
Did you see that? Chad Michael Murray pitched or not? I mean, not pitched. You just said it in an interview. His idea for a Cinderella story, A sequel to a Cinderella story.
Sheena
No, I didn't.
Ria
But with them not like another Cinderella. You know, they obviously made all those other ones. But he was like, it's such a beloved movie. Because they must have been asking him about, you know, remaking these movies from that era that everybody is. Has just loved and grown up with and been obsessed with. And he was saying, like, oh, you know, that his character and Hilary Duff's character, maybe it didn't work out. And they were together for a while, but then they went their separate ways. And Chad is now a teacher at the high school teaching English. And Hilary Duff has a child that would be in his class. And it would be like a younger version. Like, it'd be an older, younger, coincide version again. But it's like Hilary Duff and him would have to reunite because.
Sheena
Parent teacher conference.
Ria
Yes. Because now her kid would be in his English class.
Sheena
Yes.
Ria
And like.
Sheena
And he can sort of tell there's something unique about this kid that reminds him of Hilary Duff, but he's trying not to be weird about it. Maybe a son. It's a son.
Ria
Yeah, yeah.
Sheena
Something in the side.
Ria
They flip it.
Sheena
Yeah, boy.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
And then the parent teacher conference. Maybe the son is too good and is really smart and he's like, I got to meet with the parents.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
Meets with the parents. All of a sudden it's Hillary Duff.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
Yeah.
Ria
It was a cute idea, but Then, of course, all the comments were like. All the guys were like, don't fucking ruin this. Because in my mind, those two went off to Princeton. They lived happily ever after.
Sheena
Well.
Ria
And that's it.
Sheena
No, I think they broke up at Princeton. They moved on. Hilary Duff got married, divorce died.
Ria
Oh, you're gonna kill him.
Sheena
Like her mom. You know what I mean? Because that's usually kind of like when they do a sequel like that.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
Follow that pattern.
Ria
Yep. Yep.
Sheena
I don't want to kill him off, but.
Ria
Yeah. Yikes.
Sheena
I know. Sorry.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
It could be a divorce.
Ria
It could be.
Sheena
It could definitely be a divorce. It could be.
Ria
But, yeah, I. I don't.
Sheena
He left her.
Ria
I think that. I think it's enough.
Sheena
She left him. She left him.
Ria
No, she had. She definitely leaves him.
Sheena
She definitely leaves him because she's so open to finding a new guy, and.
Ria
Then she wants a fresh start. So she says, you know what? I'm gonna move back to where I grew up.
Sheena
Yes. Yeah, yeah. He's some from wherever.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
You know, Exactly. He got caught cheating at the Coldplay concert. Yeah, something like that.
Ria
Something like that. Yeah, something like that. I think it's a good premise, but it's also, I don't know, Cinderella story is one of those ones. It's like, I probably would have said that about Freaky Friday too, but there's.
Sheena
Ones that you're like, we don't need to touch this. We talk about this all the time. It's like, you don't need to touch this, but at the same time, if you do, I will watch.
Ria
Yeah. I think Chad Montgomery is just loving that all these characters that everybody loved that he did when he was younger are. Are coming back.
Sheena
This is amazing. I'm getting work. This is perfect. Yeah, Add it to my IMDb.
Ria
Yeah, exactly, exactly.
Sheena
All right, that wraps up the topics.
Ria
The only thing we love as much as you all are some delicious cocktails. And no one serves up real delicious drinks like Rumhaven. Joining her this evening are two Barstool Legends and hosts of everyone's favorite pop culture podcast, Rhea and Fran of chicks in the office.
Now, please help me in giving a.
Warm 92 NY welcome to Sheena, Fran and Rhea.
People came.
Ria
All right.
Unknown
Wait, is this thing on?
Ria
Yes, yes.
Unknown
Mine on.
Sheena
Yes.
Unknown
Oh, okay.
Sheena
We can hear you.
Unknown
Perfect.
Ria
Yours is a little low, though. It feels right.
Unknown
Hello, Hello.
Ria
There we go.
Unknown
There we go.
Sheena
Everybody give it up for Sheena.
Ria
Crystal clear now.
Sheena
Yes. We are so excited to talk to Sheena about my good side. How are you feeling?
Unknown
Excited, but a little nervous. I mean, I've been doing interviews for a week now, but this is the first one in front of a live audience.
Ria
So you're the. This is the first stop on the book tour. Nerves. Excitement to see all these people, to get the reactions from. From the book.
Unknown
Yeah, I'm just happy people came.
Ria
Yeah, of course.
Sheena
Of course.
Unknown
I mean, you never know when you're doing a live show. Like, are people going to come true?
Sheena
They are here and they are ready, ready to hear all about my good side. And we're ready to hear about it too. Okay, now we want to know. You're not calling this a tell all, but you're calling it a tell it. Right?
Unknown
Yes.
Sheena
What inspired you to tell your side, your life in this book?
Unknown
I feel like with a reality show, you only get one side of me. People think they know everything about me from watching a show, but there's so much more. And I felt the need to detail this all in the book. I am an open book. I don't hold back. I hope I don't regret that one day. But it's all in there. The good, the bad, everything in between. And yeah, I'm really proud of what I've done.
Ria
Exactly. And I think there's a. Everyone was wondering why now for this book, right? You've written all of your thoughts, feeling some very, very serious life moments that you haven't shared anywhere else. So why now? Share the story.
Unknown
I felt like it was finally time. I have had a running note tab in my phone for a decade. One day when I write a book, I'm gonna have this chapter. It's gonna be called this. And I'm gonna go all in about this. And it was funny because when I met with my agents and we talked about a potential book deal, I went in my notes, and there were so many things that nine, ten years ago I thought were so important, and I'm like, there's no way we're putting that in the book. So it just kind of felt like the time was right. I always said, when Vanderpump Rules is done, I'm gonna write a book. And then it kept getting picked up. So thankful, you know? But I realized this show could go on forever. Why am I waiting to write a book? I have so much to say. And it's a long process from the first meeting to the day it comes out. It could be like two years. So we started this a little over a year and a half ago, and I couldn't have timed this better if I tried. When we announced the date for the book, I had no idea when the Valley would be airing. It's the season finale tomorrow. I'm like, oh, that's a coincidence.
Ria
Perfect timing.
Unknown
Yeah. Just felt right.
Sheena
Yeah. And we know you from reality tv. We know you from your podcast, but now we're getting to see a whole other side of you. What would you say is the biggest difference from Sheena in this book versus the Sheena we seen on our TV for years?
Unknown
This, Sheena is the whole story. This is everything you didn't get on the show and more. There's a lot of BTs. There's more explanations of why I am the way I am, things I went through in my childhood, just my upbringing. And I felt like there was just such a story to tell that has not been told on the show. I talk about things on my podcast. I have my YouTube channel, but there's just a different reach. When you put it all in a book, you put it all on the show. And I have no editing control when it comes to the show, so I put it in the book.
Sheena
Yeah. How does that feel now that Vanderpump rules? You know, different cast. Maybe you guys have moved on from this and you didn't have editing control, but do you miss it?
Unknown
No, because I still got my fix with the Valley last season, so it was like I didn't skip a beat. I gotta come in as not a main character, which was really fun. It was like. Yeah, it was a bit of a relief. I didn't have to carry any of the storyline. I was involved in the drama, but more from the sideline, you know, just like, light a fire and then run away.
Ria
Right, right, right. Let's call Sheena.
Sheena
Yeah.
Ria
You know, that's.
Unknown
I know. And that's the thing. It's like, these are my friends. So people saying, I'm so thirsty to get on the Valley, and I'm trying so hard. And that's why I'm putting this book out and this and that. I'm like, first of all, the book has been in the works for a long time. Since I think before they even filmed the first season.
Ria
You mentioned meeting Janet in the book too.
Unknown
Years, yeah.
Ria
So really, you have known a lot of them for a very long time.
Unknown
Yes, I have.
Sheena
Now with popping up as a friend of, you know, you just mentioned people are like, oh, Sheena's thirsty. She wants to be on the Valley. Would you join the Valley, though?
Unknown
I mean, if it makes sense and there's an offer there, then, you know, I'm. I'm trying to say yes to more things. That's why I ended up in a bat costume on national television singing espresso.
Ria
Exactly. And it was amazing. I loved reading the book because you do get to see those early years because where Vanderpump picked up for you, there were so many years prior of you hustling. Hustling in Hollywood, working, getting jobs, doing all these things. And we didn't really get to see or hear that much about that on Vanderpump. What's one moment from your. Your Hollywood hustle, that grind that really is just like sticks out to you. You'll never forget it.
Unknown
I mean, honestly, the auditions, I will never forget having to drive from Hollywood to Santa Monica back to Hollywood all before. Sometimes a lunch shift, a dinner shift. Just the actual hustle. When I was gonna say interviews, when auditions were in person, when you went in front of casting directors. Now everything's on zoom. It's not the same. So I am thankful that I had those experiences. And yeah, I'll never forget that. Just going from audition to audition, changing in the car, all of the things.
Sheena
And we know that you were auditioning for TV shows, movies, you had spots. You know, we saw you at Jonas Con, which is so exciting, so fun. And you had a lot of run ins with celebrities as well. You talk about that in your book. You talk about past hookups as well, which I think everybody in this room wants to know a little bit more about.
Ria
You've mentioned you name names.
Sheena
You name names in this book.
Unknown
I did. I didn't give details. No details about all of them, but I was like, just rattle off some name.
Sheena
But there are some names. A couple of. Couple of them stood out to me. I have to be honest. John Mayer has been talked about before. Yes, Multiple times. What's that? Like when you then go see Andy, who's very good friends with John Mayer.
Unknown
Right. So during the commercial breaks, we always have, like, a little Kiki, and I'm like, so, Andy, do you want me to tell you something else? And, I mean, he loves it.
Sheena
And didn't. Did John talk about this publicly? Because isn't he trying to, like. Like, act like this didn't happen?
Unknown
I saw some story or something where they're like, oh, he hasn't come forward, and whatever it was, I forget.
Ria
Yeah.
Unknown
But I'm like, you're lucky I didn't say more in the book.
Sheena
You're like, we were both there. We know what happened.
Ria
Yeah.
Unknown
And it wasn't just the two of us. There were other people involved. Often. So often I come with. It was receipts, witnesses.
Sheena
So it was multiple times.
Unknown
Oh, yeah. Like, multiple times over six months.
Sheena
Wow. We learn something new every day.
Unknown
Okay, am I, like, slipping out of this dress, or can anyone see my nipple?
Ria
Not from our.
Sheena
All of a sudden, you started talking about John Mayer. You were slipping out. But you mentioned Adrian Grenier as well. I'm a big Entourage fan, so this one, I mean, me and Fran both stopped. We were like, wait, what?
Ria
Bri and I were reading this together, and we. There is. You guys will see it all. There's one sentence where I went, oh, my God. It's just because the list is so funny to see. But that was one that popped.
Sheena
It was like, bingo. Like, you were just calling out numbers.
Unknown
Like, hey, I was an extra on Entourage for a couple seasons, and so I was always there. I was one of their featured model extras. So I got paid, like, double sag. I got it. Eat lunch with all of the actors. I was treated as if I was on the show. I just had no lines ever. But if you go back and watch, it's like, oh, there's Sheena. There's Sheena. Where's Waldo? And so sometimes with some of them, you know, we would hang out after hours. And the Mondrian Hotel, you know, a lot of hookups has happened there.
Sheena
Our favorite place.
Ria
If that hotel could talk. Really?
Unknown
Oh, my gosh.
Sheena
It's seen some.
Unknown
They've seen some things with me.
Sheena
So he was just Vince in real life.
Unknown
You know what? Honestly, no. And that's why it didn't go further.
Ria
Yeah.
Unknown
It was different. And I was like, I think I should go home now.
Sheena
Mom, I'm scared.
Ria
Yeah, please come pick me up.
Unknown
So I did not stay the night, but, you know, we Crossed some bases.
Ria
Hey, the name gets put in the book. Yeah, 100%. But you also detail through that whole. That early, you know, scandal. I would. You would call it, Right. Like with Eddie and everything that went down with Brandi and getting on the show and kind of that experience of being the other woman, what was it like re. Kind of living it as you had to write it all out. And what's the perspective on it now so many years later?
Unknown
Yeah, I mean, I just want to put this in perspective that I Met Eddie almost 20 years ago. Okay. This was 2006. I had just graduated college. Camera phones don't exist. IPhones haven't even been created yet. It was such a different time. I didn't even have a laptop. Like, I literally had to walk down to the Internet cafe when I had an audition to print out my sides. So I certainly wasn't thinking, let me go and Google this hot actor who I just met who doesn't wear a wedding ring and kisses me in public. Why would I think he was married?
Ria
Right. Yeah.
Unknown
So years later, you know, reflecting on all of this, I was actually surprised at how many details I remembered from those times, because I couldn't tell you what I ate for lunch three days ago, yet I remember 19 years ago with this man. But reliving it, you know, it is cathartic to write a book recording the audiobook. There were certain chapters that were really challenging for me to have to read out loud. It's much easier when I'm just, like, nails to a keyboard and just reading it in my head. But then there were certain sentences where I write it, and I'm like, okay, this sounds, like, really smart of me, but I have to say it out loud. And I feel like. Like my journalism degree kicks in when I'm writing, but then when I'm reading it, I'm like, I don't know if that sounds like me. Does that sound right? And so we rewrote a lot of things, but I think ultimately it's a really good book. An easy read. I just did Amanda Hersh's podcast, and she told me she finished it in less than 48 hours.
Ria
Oh, yeah, we were.
Sheena
We did, too.
Unknown
So everyone knows what they're doing tonight, right?
Ria
It definitely. But what I also love about it, because there are so many celebrity memoirs that are out there that when you read it, you're like, I don't hear the person through the book. You're like, this maybe was written by somebody else, or they're retelling the story. But it's marketed as a memoir. But reading this, I was like, this feels like Sheena. I can hear Sheena through the writing, which is really cool. Not a lot of people do that.
Unknown
No, totally. And I mean, I'm not gonna lie, I did work with a collaborator. You know, this is my first book. I don't know how to structure a book. I may be a great storyteller and writer, but the semicolons, the dashes, how long are chapters? Like, I don't know how to structure a memoir. So I'm like, I need to partner with someone who can help me structure this. But it is 100% my words, my writing. And I think you can obviously tell that it is my voice. There were parts where when my manager was reading it, he's like, I think you say iconic too much in this book. And I'm like, but that was iconic.
Sheena
That's exactly how I describe it.
Ria
And.
Unknown
And then we searched it, and it was only twice. I was like, they're staying in.
Sheena
Yeah, there you go. You've opened up about so much in this book. You've opened up about personal losses, your struggle with fertility and other issues. What did you learn about yourself and your strength while writing this book?
Unknown
That's exactly it. That I am a really strong bitch. You know? I am. And that's the thing. I mean, when you suffer a pregnancy loss, I mean, I went 35 years of my life, you know, never got pregnant, never had a positive pregnancy test. Then all of a sudden, I'm pregnant. I'm thinking of names, our life together. And then in just a few weeks, that's all taken from me. And it was. I don't even have a proper way to say this other than it was such a mind fuck. And then getting pregnant again a month later, I was so blessed, but I was terrified the entire pregnancy. I didn't feel her move until 22 weeks, five days. Like, I remember that moment. And I was like, we have life. We are okay. I mean, I was terrified my entire pregnancy. And then going through a very traumatic birth. She comes out limp and blue and isn't making a sound for almost a full minute. It was the scariest minute of my life. And then I'm whisked off to the high risk icu. They're like, you now have HELP syndrome. I'm like, help me what? Excuse me? I skipped that chapter. I remember specifically getting an email from, like, what to expect. And it was like, signs for P eclampsia and HELP syndrome. I'm like, don't have that. So I had no idea what was happening to me, but my whole body was in shock. My placenta was poisoning me. I couldn't encapsulate it and eat it like I wanted to. But it's okay. I just got postpartum ocd, not depression. So there.
Ria
I think a lot of people are going to be able to connect with that story.
Unknown
I hope so.
Ria
It is really important to share, and I know you were able to share a little bit of it on. On Vanderpump, and you talk about that as well, but not as much in. In as much detail as you would like to, which you can obviously now do.
Unknown
Yeah.
Ria
In the book. So what do you hope that other women who have been through similar experiences feel when they get to read. Read your story?
Unknown
I hope they feel less alone. I hope they really just feel seen and heard. And that is why I love doing reality tv. There's so many parts that come with it that are so hard, but it's all worth it. When you meet someone and they say, you know, I got diagnosed with OCD because of you speaking out, I saw the signs for preeclampsia. Like, whenever I know that I have helped someone, I'm like, this is why I keep doing it. It makes all the hate and all the trolls worth it when I know I'm actually making a difference for people.
Ria
Definitely. Because I think ocd, too, is one of those things where people have enough that, like, they heard it, they have a general idea, but there's a lot of maybe stereotypes about it. You don't fully understand the extent that it can really affect somebody.
Unknown
Exactly.
Ria
So I think it's really great that you were able to share that all in the book.
Unknown
Yeah.
Sheena
And I think people being able to watch anybody on TV or living the life that you live go through these struggles is super relatable and will help a lot of people.
Unknown
Thank you.
Sheena
You also opened up about other things within your marriage, which has made headlines in the past past week. We saw your cover on Us Weekly as well. You learned that Brock had cheated on you while you were pregnant, and he came clean two years after that during the whole miss of scandal.
Unknown
Yeah.
Sheena
Which was insane. And I think we were shocked to read it. I'm sure you guys were shocked to read it as well. Can you just take us a little bit through writing that in that book and deciding to share this story? Because you did keep it from everybody while filming, you know, the last season of Vanderpump.
Unknown
So I wanted to write it. It was actually, I think, the first full chapter that was written. But I was like, I don't know if this is ever going to make it into the book. The book sold with a very vague description of what this chapter could look like. So I was like, oh, my God, I got a book deal without them even knowing my husband had an affair. We can just take this to the grave. But then I really sat back and thought about it, and I'm like, if I'm writing a memoir, I need to be an open book, literally, about everything in my life. What's the point of writing a memoir if I'm not gonna tell it all? And I felt like I would be extremely inauthentic to not be giving my full story. It would do a disservice to not only all of the readers, but also to myself. I wouldn't be fully proud of this book of work that I've put out there. And after multiple drafts of the chapter, there was just no way I wasn't going to put it in. And it was probably eight months of conversations with Brock. When I read him the first draft of the chapter, he was like, absolutely not. It's not going in the book. And I was like, well, it might be.
Ria
You're like, well, not your decision.
Unknown
Yeah.
Sheena
After doing that, you did this.
Unknown
But he was like, no, if you're gonna put it in the book, you need to say it all. He's like, you're trying to, like, beat around the bush, and you're being quite vague. Just say it all. So I did. I offered for him to read it before the final draft was due. He said, it's your story. I want to have no input on this, so just turn it in. And I said, okay. And then when I got the books about two weeks ago, I saw him reading it in the studio, and he was like, oh, wow, you really said it all. I'm like, you told me to add more details, so.
Ria
Yeah, but you are. You're right, because it does create this. This conversation immediately of, you know, oh, she didn't share it until now, and all these things. But imagine if you did put out a full memoir of your life, and then later this comes out and. And you would get absolutely destroyed for leaving it out. Then it's like, oh, yeah, then she lets it out. She didn't tell anybody.
Unknown
Exactly.
Ria
Put it in there. You included it. Everybody is hearing about it now because it. You know, the excerpt went out, so they can read that part. How do you feel seeing the public's reaction, or do you try and just avoid.
Unknown
I have not seen it at all. I've been told some highlights of. Well, a lot of people are saying this. A lot of people are saying that. Address this on your podcast. But I have genuinely stayed out of the comment section. I've not looked at my for you page or whatever it's called on Instagram nowadays. Like, popular page it used to be. Remember when you, like, made it on the popular page?
Ria
That was cool.
Unknown
But.
But I also felt like if I opened up about it at the time, everyone's, you know, calling me a hypocrite. Well, you're saying, you know, Ariana wasn't being open or whatever. Had I opened up about it then, I felt like I also would have been destroyed. How dare you take this narrative away from her. You're just trying to get the Ariana sympathy. And, you know, I felt like that moment needed to stay about her. Season 11 really needed to be about her. It was a very difficult season to film because we still had to try and keep the group together because she wouldn't, but rightfully so. She didn't owe it to anyone. She respected herself, she held her boundaries. And it was really hard for me to see that at the time because I'm going through a devastating heartbreak and I want to tell my best friend, but I also don't want a trauma dump on her when she is going through so much. But in hindsight, looking back, I wish I too gave her more grace because we were both going through something at the same time. But. But for me, it wasn't so easy to just walk away. We have a child. I had to think about her. And not opening up about it was not protecting Brock, it was protecting my daughter. And, you know, once it's out, you can't put it back. So I felt like as much as I have signed up to tell 100% of my life, tell my story on this show, I don't owe it to anyone to tell it on their timeline. It's on mine. And season 11 was not the time or place. I don't think our marriage would have survived it. I needed more time to process, to figure out, am I strong enough to forgive him? Am I strong enough to walk away? What am I gonna do? And I needed more time than 10 weeks of filming season 11 to figure that out.
Ria
Absolutely.
Sheena
Yeah. I wanna ask maybe a hard question that is sort of a conversation I've seen online about. About you revealing this. And people noticed that Brock seemed maybe easy to forgive Sandoval. And then you Guys were a little bit more easy to forgive. Sandoval in season 11, did part of that stem from what you were going through?
Unknown
I think all of it stemmed from that. You know, I felt like, how can I try and forgive my husband but not try and forgive my best guy friend of 15 years who didn't do it to me, but he did it to my other best friend? And it was just. Just again, a mind fuck. I was like, I don't know how to release one without releasing both. And I don't think I went about it the right way. If I could go back, there are things I would do differently. And the main thing with Sandoval, it wasn't the affair that was the biggest thing. That was a horrible thing he did, but it was the lack of accountability time and time again, doubling down the. I'm sorry, but. And all of that was so hard because I kept. I'm like, I'm trying to give you grace. You're telling Lisa and everyone you're suicidal. I mean, A, why are you still filming a show if you're feeling this way? But B, an affair doesn't warrant the death penalty. So it was just like, it was such a struggle for me. It was the hardest season I've ever filmed. You would think after 10 seasons, by 11, I'd be like, this is a walk in the park. No, no.
Ria
And knowing what we know now, it makes a lot of sense of what we. And how we watched it all go down with you and everybody else. Did the cast, are they finding out about this, about Brock from the book or event? They.
Unknown
Most of them, yeah. The only person from Vanderpump who I told ahead of time was Lala.
Ria
Okay.
Unknown
And that was only recently? Just like a few months ago.
Sheena
Wow. How did she react to finding that out? Because she had dealt with that as well.
Unknown
The thing is, I think because so much time had passed since it had happened and I had already processed it, grieved it, had therapy about it, moved on from it and decided to forgive and stay. It was easier for her to do the same because at first she was like, I am so mad right now. I'm like, I know, but I'm just letting you know this because I don't want you to find out about it in the book. But she also knows how incredible Brock is, not only with Summer, but with Ocean. I mean, he's like another dad to her. And so every time he's with the girls, you know, we just melt. He's such an incredible dad to Summer.
Sheena
Was There any part of you that was like, does Raquel have something to do with this? Like when you, when you found out? Because there were those rumors that people just tried making up and you included that in the book that people were making up rumors and that's why Brock came clean.
Ria
Yeah.
Unknown
It's kind of what forced his hand. You know, I did absolutely have those thoughts in the back of my mind. Could there have been that one night when Summer and I stayed at my mom's and Brock stayed at the apartment with Raquel? And I'm like, no.
Sheena
Did that happen?
Unknown
They were both at the apartment? Yes. Because why was it that I needed to stay there with Summer? Oh, because she had her dog.
Noah
Dog.
Unknown
And Graham. It was Graham then. Graham did not like kids.
Ria
Graham and kids. No, I don't.
Unknown
Graham had bit my sister. I was certainly not having Graham around a baby. So there was one night when Brock's just not comfortable staying at my parents house. He's like, I just want to sleep in my own bed. I'm like, yeah, no problem, little sis. You know, I just, I didn't think anything at the time. There was even one time where I, I think I said this on the show. We were all in Vegas and Raquel just like didn't want to go back to her room and she just like crawled on the side of our bed and I was like, okay, guess I'll go in the middle and Brock will go here. And it was just like she was like a little sister. Like, like Summer in the bed with us. It was like, can we cuddle? And I'm like, okay. It was like I felt bad for her and so I definitely babied her.
Ria
Yeah. Yeah.
Unknown
And yeah, I thought that. I thought things about him and Lala. Just my intrusive thoughts go to like really gnarly levels. But none of that was true, thankfully.
Ria
No. No. But you did hold her hand a lot and we saw that and we. You mentioned. Yes, we are in the.
Unknown
You are mentioned in our own studio. Yes.
Sheena
You guiding her through the interview because she had mentioned to you that she didn't want to do any more interviews. You can clearly tell.
Unknown
Yeah.
Sheena
She was nervous. And you thought she was just nervous about the Schwartz kiss. Yes. Little did you know she was hiding this secret that came to light after.
Ria
You left our studio that night.
Sheena
That night.
Unknown
That night.
Ria
Which is. It's really so crazy. And I know you, you completely write about it. Your journey of finding out and hearing all these things and moving on from it and everything that happened. And I Want to keep talking about how now you have transitioned from the show. You did 11 seasons of Vanderpump Rules, what's something that you think fans still get wrong about you?
Unknown
I think a huge misconception is that I was a mistress, because in order to be a mistress, I would have had to have been complicit in the affair. I did not know he was married. So that's one thing. Being called a home wrecking whore and a mistress, I don't like that. I don't like that label because that wasn't me. I would never willingly enter into a relationship with someone who is in another relationship, whether married or not. That's not okay. So I think that's a big one. Also, people thinking, I'm not a girl's girl, I'm not loyal. Like, you could ask the 150 people who were at my 40th birthday if I'm a girl's girl and a loyal. And they will say yes.
Sheena
Also, all the celebrities that love you and talk about you, how do you feel?
Unknown
So crazy.
Sheena
Every time somebody is asked, who are they? Their favorite person on Vanderpump Rules is it's you, Sheena.
Unknown
Real recognize Seth Rogen.
Ria
Like, list goes on.
Sheena
It just. It's endless. We had somebody in our studio recently who said it in the superhero movies.
Ria
Yes, yes, yes.
Sheena
And. And I'm blanking on the name. Right.
Ria
Karen Gill. And said it. Yeah.
Sheena
And she.
Unknown
Oh, yes. I love her. We follow each other. Yeah.
Sheena
She was like, Sheena. And we were like, you. You are the 500th celebrity to mention.
Unknown
Who I found out just pre ordered my book. Diane von Furstenberg.
Ria
Oh.
Unknown
I was like, what? Come to my show.
Ria
I know. I mean, you're gonna have to, like, do a special edition version of the book where maybe you get a quote from all these.
Unknown
Yes.
Ria
That are.
Unknown
I know Demi Lovato is a fan now. Selena Gomez.
Ria
I'm sure they'd write you a little forward or something.
Sheena
Yeah, it really. It really is endless. And, you know, we've seen you cut down to 43 minutes on TV. It's so hard to get who you are in that amount of time. And all these years of filming, how do you think that has shaped you and your identity and your sense of self?
Unknown
It's beaten my confidence down, I'll say that. You know, when you're on reality tv, you pick apart everything of yourself. I didn't know that I had a bad side. It's not a bad side. It's just a different side. Until I was on a show, and I have people pointing out that my lip is thinner on one side and just different things about me, that I'm like, oh, okay, I need to go get lip filler. I need to do this. And, I mean, no, I just needed better makeup, to be honest. I am a fan of the lip flip, though. I don't do any filler anymore. But. But a lip flip is one thing there.
Sheena
You go through phases, though.
Unknown
Yeah, totally. And it was. It was the time on themselves.
Sheena
They're like, no, that was the time.
Unknown
Statement necklaces and all of that. But, I mean, overall, I think it has made me. I've always been a very empathetic person, but I think it's made me a stronger and even more empathetic person. And that's why every time someone new would come on the show, like, I wanted to welcome them in. But then I'm also trying to appease Stassi, Kristen, and Katie, and they're like, we don't like Lala. I'm like, but I like Lala. But, okay, yeah, I don't like Lala, and that's not me. So being someone who stands up for herself, I've gotten better at that, I think, even since the show. I'm now 40, and I'm not taking anyone's.
Sheena
And trying to appease your cast members while also trying to appease Lisa Vanderpump.
Unknown
Oh, God, it's impossible.
Ria
This was one of what I found extremely interesting reading the book because there is. It's almost like a taboo. Nobody talks about their real relationship with Lisa and what's going on and maybe what Lisa's involvement was like with the Vanderpump cast members as far as what do we want the story to look like? And you detail a little bit more of, like, maybe she wasn't telling you exactly what to do, but there was hints towards maybe if you wanted to do this or.
Unknown
Well, I can't tell you what to say, darling, but if it were me, and I'm like, okay, so that's what you want me to say, right? I can't say that, but I'm just. I'm like, okay, so I'll tweet that. I'll say that on camera. Like, it was just. I felt like I was being coached in not a manipulative way at the time. Like, I genuinely thought, I'm teacher's pet. I'm her favorite, and she's just trying to help me, you know, be a better reality TV star. This was a new lane for Me, I filmed two episode of the Hills, and that was completely scripted. So this show was not scripted. And I took those calls very seriously. I've always been a people pleaser. If my boss or producer, whoever asks me to do something, I would always do it.
Ria
It.
Unknown
Now I stand my ground a little more. Just a little.
Sheena
What's your relationship. What's your relationship now like with Lisa?
Unknown
I haven't been close with her in years, to be honest. I mean, the last I saw she was on Watch what Happens live, saying, I'm just one of 700 employees. And of course, I had to write about her in my book because I have nothing else to say.
Ria
It's just. Yeah, it really makes you shake your head a little. No, I know why. Well, because it's like the small. Sometimes she. It's. She just turns and you're like, whoa. It takes it to the absolute extreme. And I feel like as you got older, through the show, things started to click a little bit more with maybe what Lisa was doing on having you on the show in the first place. Right?
Unknown
Well, yeah, I just found that out, like, six, seven months ago that she did know the whole time about Eddie, which I'm like, how could you not? I worked at Villa Blanca for two and a half years before the show. I remember vividly the kitchen staff passing around, like, an US Weekly magazine that had photos of me and Eddie in it. Everyone at Villa Blanca knew. Her daughter knew, but she didn't. It was just a coincidence that I got asked to work the same party Brandi was at right before they wanted to shoot a pilot for Vanderpump Rules. How crazy. And I'm like, wow, LA is so small.
Sheena
What was that like? Leading right into, you know, Beverly Hills. I remember it going Beverly Hills right into Vanderpump. All the things about you. Were you excited at the time because.
Unknown
You were like, oh, I was terrified.
Sheena
Getting my own show.
Unknown
No, it was really scary because I didn't. Other than Tom, I didn't have any friends going into the show. None of the girls were my friends. They did not want me on their show. And I realized that, okay, I'm gonna be the outsider. But also, when you were watching Beverly Hills Live, back when we all watched live tv, and it went into the most seamless transition in, like, reality TV history. That was iconic.
Sheena
I will always remember that. Always.
Unknown
Yeah. I'm like, I did that. Not Lisa. I did that.
Ria
Exactly. It must feel so good to, though, move on and look at that and read and hear and be like, wow, Younger Sheena, she went through all these moments and these viral moments and these sheenaisms and everything that we've gotten through your journey. What would you say to young Sheena now?
Unknown
To trust her gut and to stand her ground? I think that one thing I've struggled with my whole life is being a people pleaser, trying to always live in the gray, not taking a side, seeing all sides, which I never want to completely lose that part of myself. But sometimes you do have to take a stand and always follow your gut. Because there were so many times where, you know, maybe there's a line given to me in an interview and they're like, oh, well, it would be funny if you said this. And I'm like, or it could go wrong. But okay, I'll say it. And it went wrong.
Sheena
You're thinking of every which way somebody's gonna speak.
Unknown
Yes, exactly. And if it comes out of your mouth, you know you said those words. You have to be accountable. I can't be like, my producer made me do it. No one's making me do it. They're not holding a gun to my head. They're just like, we think this would be funny.
Sheena
That's true.
Unknown
And I'm like, okay. And then it's not funny.
Sheena
We're going to wrap up before we get into some fan submitted questions.
Unknown
Okay.
Sheena
We're going to do some rapid fire light hearted questions.
Unknown
Okay.
Sheena
What's your favorite Sheena ism that didn't make it into the book.
Unknown
Oh, Sheena ism. Honestly, I feel like everything made it in the book. I can't think of anything that didn't make it in. Can I phone a friend for help?
Ria
Mom says like, no, she said it all.
Unknown
Yeah.
Ria
Yeah, she did.
Unknown
I think I did.
Ria
Who from the Vanderpump Rules cast has read the book?
Unknown
No one. I sent them all books. I just talked to Kristen before I got here and she said that hers still hadn't arrived yet. So I feel like. And then Ali last night was like, where's my book? I'm like, well, if you ordered it on Amazon tomorrow, but the one I'm sending you, it should be there. So. No, Janet was the only person I gave a copy to a few weeks ago. I wanted to get some input on it from a close friend, but also someone who knows me really well but could have different opinions of. I wish you talked more about this or I wish, you know, this and that. So she and my cousin Kelly are the only people who really read it before, I think this week.
Ria
Oh, wow.
Sheena
Us too.
Unknown
Yeah.
Sheena
Is there anybody you asked before putting anything in besides Brock?
Unknown
I did have a sit down with Shay about, I don't know, seven months ago. I know, right? I'm like, if those Casabaga employees watched Vanderpump Rules ever, they were like, oh. But I felt like I at least owed him an in person conversation to let him know I was writing a book and there's gonna be a lot in the book. Asked him if there was anything. He was worried about being in it because I did still have some time to tweet, tweak some things. And he said, and I quote, I don't give a fuck. It's your book, it's your story. And then I said, do you want me to give you a copy before it comes out? And he said, hell, yeah, sign that shit, please.
Sheena
Sign it.
Ria
That's a great place to wrap it up. Sheena. Thank you so much. Thank you all for coming. You obviously have your copies. We're talking about my good side. We're loving it. Tell your friends. Make sure everybody gets a copy.
Noah
Yeah.
Sheena
Order it on Amazon.
Ria
Spread the good word.
Sheena
Yes.
Ria
Gina, thank you so much.
Unknown
Thank you so much.
Sheena
Thank you, guys.
Ria

All right, ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to another game of Beatrie and Fran. This is game number 182 and we are joined by Abby and Ashley from Pittsburgh. We are super excited to play with you guys.
Unknown
We're excited to be here. Thanks, guys.
Sheena
Yeah.
Unknown
So excited.
Ria
Amazing.
Unknown
Nervous.
Sheena
Same.
Ria
Yeah, it's going to be great. We've had a lot.
Sheena
We.
Ria
We've had a lot of giggle energy today. So I don't know if that means our brains are on or off.
Sheena
I can't decide, I'm sure.
Ria
But it's gonna be 15 questions. You got the question right, you get the point. If you get it wrong, the other team can steal the point. Whoever has the most points at the end wins. To determine who goes first. Noah's gonna give us a movie. We're gonna guess the Rotten Tomatoes critic score of that movie. Whoever is closest will get to go first. We all get our own individual guests. We will alternate between teams for guesses. So, Noah, what is today's movie?
Noah
Risky Business. Oh, never seen it, but.
Ria
All right, so one of you. I actually have never seen either one of you guys guess first.
Unknown
I'll go 89. I feel like that's high. But Tom Cruise, everyone loves. So 89.
Sheena
I'll go 66.
Unknown
I think 73.
Noah
Take your time.
Ria
Yeah, I'm really thinking. Well, everyone's. Everyone's guesses were so close together. Like, yeah, you know, the higher scale, but I don't think it's low. 78.
Noah
89'S the closest. It's 93.
Ria
Wow.
Noah
Yeah. Is that, like, a funny movie or is it a serious movie? I'm not sure.
Sheena
I'm not quite sure based on the description.
Noah
It seemed more, like, funny.
Sheena
But I think it's funny. And I only seen it, like, when I was way younger. Very popular.
Ria
He's dancing in his underwear, so.
Unknown
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Sheena
Very popular Halloween costume.
Ria
Yes.
Noah
Okay, question number one. To Abby and Ashley, shout out Gage from Maine in the movie Easy A, who plays the guidance counselor? What. What actress?
Unknown
It's Phoebe from Friends. Oh, my gosh.
You totally cannot remember her name.
Ria
I know.
Unknown
I can picture it in my head.
I can't believe I'm blanking on her name.
Noah
Five seconds.
Unknown
Once they say time is up, I'll.
Sheena
Come back to Melissa Kudrow.
Noah
Correct.
Ria
All right, I'll be honest. I was spacing for a second there, too.
Noah
If they didn't say Phoebe from Friends, would you have.
Sheena
Yes.
Noah
Remembered.
Ria
I would have also said Phoebe from Friends.
Noah
Okay, one, nothing. Re and frame. Question number two. To them, shout out Mallory from Nashville. What Jonas Brothers song starts with the lyrics? Got the news today.
Ria
Got the news today. Doctor said I had to say a little bit longer and I'll be fine.
Sheena
A little bit longer.
Noah
Correct. You knew that one, too?
Sheena
Only when she started singing.
Noah
Okay, two. Nothing. Re and friend. Question number three. To Abby and Ashley, shout out Taylor from Ohio. Name the three main actresses in the movie Aquamarine.
Unknown
Okay. Sarah Paxton, Emma Roberts and Jojo. Would you agree, Abby?
Yeah, I've never seen it so.
Sheena
Sure.
Unknown
That's our final answer.
Noah
Correct.
Unknown
Good job.
Ria
Okay, that was Hayden Panettiere Classic 2.
Noah
1, re and Fran. Question number four. To them, shout out Jordan from Kansas City. Name the actor or actress from these films and TV shows. Brokeback Mountain. Freaks and Geeks. Legally Blonde.
Ria
Say them again.
Noah
Brokeback Mountain, Freaks and Geeks. Legally Blonde.
Ria
One person.
Noah
Actor or actress?
Sheena
Luke Wilson.
Noah
15 seconds.
Ria
Seeing freaks and Geeks.
Sheena
I don't recall that, but he.
Ria
Or is it an actress? Oh, no, it's. Oh, no, no, it's not.
Noah
Five seconds.
Ria
It's not Cartel.
Sheena
Now go with Luke.
Noah
Time is Luke Wilson. Incorrect. Tabby National.
Unknown
I have no idea. But could Linda Carlini be right?
Let's go for it.
Okay, that's, I think, our best guess. I haven't seen most of those movies.
No. Okay. Linda Carlini.
Noah
Final answer correct.
Ria
Darn it. Darn it.
Sheena
Ah. We should have went with that.
Ria
Yeah. Yep, yep.
Sheena
I'll blame that on.
Ria
We said it. We said it.
Unknown
I feel better about Lisa Kudrow now.
Noah
Okay, tied up at two. Question number five to Abby and Ashley. Shout out Jordan from Kansas City again. Which actor made a cameo in the movie Ferris Bueller's Day off in the police station scene.
Unknown
It's been so long since I saw this movie. That's an old movie. Like, should we say, like, Jim Belushi?
I don't know who that is, but sure.
Do you have a better guess?
Sheena
I'm not. I've not.
Unknown
No, no. Go for it.
Okay. Jim Belushi.
Noah
Incorrect. Korean friend.
Ria
I have no clue.
Sheena
I have no idea.
Ria
I'm not a big Ferris Bueller's gal.
Sheena
You've never even seen the Breakfast Club.
Ria
That was a really cool. That was.
Noah
What's more.
Ria
That was a fantastic scoff.
Noah
What's more iconic? Ferris Bueller's Day off or Breakfast Club?
Ria
I mean, they're neck and neck. Yeah, they really are. It's personal preference, I would say, on that one. They're pretty. They're pretty iconic in their own right.
Sheena
I agree. I don't.
Ria
I don't have an answer. Yeah, I got nothing.
Noah
Charlie Sheen makes sense. Remember that? And she had, like. The sister had a. They were, like, flirting in the police station.
Sheena
I said, amelia Estez is. If he's in Ferris Bueller. He's not. He's in the Breakfast.
Noah
I was like that. I don't know who that is.
Sheena
I just. Because I was already thinking of. Well, did you. You don't know who Amelia Estevez is?
Noah
Maybe if I saw him.
Ria
You would.
Sheena
You would. Because. And it's also Charlie Jean's brother.
Noah
Where's the last name come from?
Sheena
The. The parents.
Noah
Oh, Emilio Estes. Mighty Ducks.
Ria
Yes.
Noah
They're okay. They look alike. Okay. I'm confused by the names, but Charlie Sheen. That's not his real name.
Unknown
I don't think Sheen is his last.
Ria
Is not his real.
Unknown
I think he changed it.
Ria
He was born Carlos.
Noah
Wait, Emilio Estevez was married to Paula Abdul? Wow.
Ria
I don't think I knew that.
Noah
Okay.
Ria
He changed his name to Charlie Sheen and.
Sheena
Because his. Martin Sheen.
Noah
Yeah, that I knew. Martin Sheen was the best.
Sheena
Janet Sheen. So then Emilio Estevette and then Charlie Sheen went with Sheen.
Noah
What a family. Okay, tied up at two. Question number six. And this is to Rhian. Fran, shout out.
Sheena
Sarah, you didn't know who Amelia Westefez was, and you didn't know Ozzy Osbourne was the lead singer of Black Sabbath Wild. All right, sorry, Moving on.
Noah
I didn't know he sings the song changes, by the way. I only knew that from the Eminem song. And I was like, wait, this is Ozzy. Like, I learned so much this week. I learned that a lot of people love Ozzy Osbourne. I didn't really know that. Okay, sorry. Question number six. To reenfranchise Sarah from Louisville, Kentucky. It's tied at two. What was the lead single off of Harry Styles album? Them Fine line.
Sheena
Okay, so it's either watermelon sugar or Adore. Adore you. Adore you.
Ria
I feel like. Adore you.
Sheena
Let's go. Adore you. Because I remember the music video coming out.
Ria
Yeah. Yeah. All right.
Sheena
Adore you.
Ria
Yeah. Oh, no.
Sheena
I think.
Unknown
I think they're right. It's watermelon sugar. High Watermelon sugar.
Noah
Final answer also incorrect. Lights up. Sick. Golden, remember?
Ria
Lights up.
Sheena
And he sang it on snl.
Noah
And that music video is sick.
Ria
Yes. Yep. Yep.
Noah
Damn. Okay, question number seven to Abby and Ashley. Still tied at two. Shout out Marissa from Mentor, Ohio, though, in the Devil wears Prada. How does Miranda end all of her requests?
Unknown
She says something like that. Oh, what was it, Abby?
I think it's. That's all. But it could be. That'll be all.
I think that's all we can go with. That's all.
That's all. Final answer correct.
Good job, Abby.
Noah
All right. Three, two, one. Three, two. Abby and Ashley. Question number eight to Re and Franchetta Bethany from Boston on season two of the traitors, Us who was murdered first.
Sheena
Season two.
Ria

Sheena

Ria
Thank you.
Noah
Okay, tied up at three. Question number nine to Abby and Ashley. Shout out Marissa from Mentor, Ohio, again in Veep. What fake excuse does Mike always use to avoid having to stay late for things?
Unknown
Abby, do you know I never watch Veep?
No, Never watched It should we say.
Like, his kids have a PTA meeting?
Sure.
Okay, that's a final answer.
Noah
Incorrect.
Sheena
It's either his dog or his wife.
Ria
I think it's. I think it's dog. And then they find out he never actually had a dog.
Sheena
He has to go walk.
Ria
Yeah, Walk his dog.
Sheena
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Ria
Final answer.
Noah
Correct.
Ria
Yeah. Nice.
Sheena
This episode is brought to you by McDonald's. Right here in front of me, I have a bacon, egg and cheese McGriddles. Oh, my gosh, it looks so good. So delicious. I got two hash browns because one is just never enough for me. We also got a sausage McMuffin with egg. Honestly, the options are endless with McDonald's breakfast. And that's why you gotta wake up in time for it. Today I was lucky enough to wake up in time for McDonald's breakfast to hit it before the buzzer so that I can enjoy this beautiful, delicious breakfast. My favorite combination, honestly, is the McGriddles with a syrupy bun. Put the hash brown inside. There is really nothing. Better get a little high C to go with it. Oh, it's amazing. So what time is it? It is breakfast time, and it's time you wake up for McDonald's breakfast.
Noah
Okay. Four, three R and Fran. And this is question number 10 to them. I'm going to play a movie clip and you tell me what movie it's from.
Sheena
We ran into each other.
Noah
You came to my class.
Ria
I had no idea this was your class.
Unknown
You called to ask me if this was my class.
Sheena
No, you never called back.
Ria
It's because you told me not to call you if it was my class. Which it was.
Sheena
We just ran into each other.
Ria
Okay. Just two innocent folks who happen to be working out near each other. Exactly. He's just not that into you. Right. When she goes, it's Bradley Cooper cheats with Scarlett Johansson. Yeah, he's just not that into you. Final answer.
Noah
Correct.
Sheena
Nice.
Noah
Five, three. Rhiann, Fran. Question number 11 to Abby and Ashley shadow Evelyn from Arizona in Friends. Phoebe dates a cop named Gary. What ends their relationship?
Unknown
Ash, this is you.
Oh, my gosh. He gives a ticket to someone or something with maybe a homeless person.
Noah
15 seconds.
Unknown
Or he litters. Oh, my gosh.
If only John was here.
Here, I know. He gives a ticket to a homeless person on the street.
Noah
Correct.
Sheena
He shoots a bird. That's my answer.
Noah
Correct.
Ria
Yes.
Noah
All right, pulling away. 63.
Ria
A bird. I forgot about that.
Noah
Question number 12 to re enfranchise Julie from New Jersey. How do you spell chapel? Roan song, feminomenon oh, is this us?
Ria
It's a feminineomenon.
Sheena
Okay, wait, let me.
Ria
Feminine.
Sheena
Feminomenon.
Noah
So if you like the place of origin.
Sheena
F e m. Femme. I n a, A.
Ria
No, A feminine I n I. Feminine.
Sheena
Feminomano. It's not.
Ria
It's a feminine. It's like.
Sheena
It's like five seconds. It's the word. The full word. Feminine. Or is it phenomenon?
Ria
Feminomina.
Sheena
So it's not the full word of feminine?
Ria
No, no, no.
Sheena
F e, m I, n, o, N, a M a.
Ria
M, n, o, M. I mean, there's no A in it.
Noah
Yeah. Okay. It's Abby Nash.
Sheena
Sorry.
Ria
I can envision the word. There's a lot of O's and a lot of I's.
Sheena
Sure. If it was the full word. Feminine.
Ria
Yeah.
Sheena
And then Abby, do you have any idea.
Unknown
And could it be, like, phone?
That's what I was thinking.
Want to try it?
Go ahead. You go ahead.
Okay. P H E O or P h e n o m e n o, N A.
I think you said time is the.
The active second P h e n.
Noah
M I n. I'll save you.
Ria
It starts with an F. So you're. Say it to me.
Noah
Fe.
Ria
No, no. The way you were saying it said feminomenon. Yeah, it's that he's saying it wrong to us.
Noah
I don't think I am.
Ria
You are. It's the way I'm saying it. It's feminine. Nominon.
Noah
But that's not how she says it.
Ria
Yes, she. That's how she sings it. It's a feminine.
Sheena
Yeah, Femininomy. You kept saying fenomenomon.
Ria
You're saying you got rid of an I n in there.
Noah
So. Feminine. Oh, wait, Feminine. Feminine.
Ria
Yes. Like the way you're saying.
Sheena
No, no. Feminine. Nominal.
Ria
Yeah, the way he was saying it to us made it sound like we lost a middle. That's why. Because it's feminine.
Noah
Feminine. Ominom.
Ria
Close enough.
Noah
Okay, well, it's F E M I, n I n o M e, N. Femininomina.
Sheena
Got it.
Noah
That's a tough one.
Ria
That's why when he was saying it back to us, I was like, I think he's saying it wrong. But now it's making me think that the spelling is different.
Sheena
I know. I got all freaked up there.
Noah
Okay.
Ria
As a spelling bee moderator. That would not have flown. That would not have flown.
Noah
Six, three, ran. Fran, question number 13. And this is to Abby and Ashley. Shadow Anna from Philly. She says, go, Bert, finish this quote from the Office. I'm not superstitious. But I am.
Unknown
Is it? I'm a little bit stitious.
I think that might be right.
Okay, final answer correct.
Noah
A little stitches.
Ria
Little stitches.
Unknown
Good job, Abby.
Noah
Okay. Six four. Technically they could send it to overtime if they get play the cards right. Question number 14 to reinforce.
Ria
Forget you. Absolutely. Flubbery.
Sheena
That last question I don't think you would have gotten. It was hard.
Noah
You were putting A's in there.
Sheena
Yeah.
Ria
I knew there was no way I would have changed it.
Sheena
Sorry. Moving on.
Noah
Okay. Shout out. Gage Remain. Before they started on the Hills, Brody Jenner and Spencer Pratt had a six episode season of what show?
Ria
I have no clue. They had their own show?
Sheena
Yeah. I forget what it was called though.
Ria
What do they do on it?
Noah
15 seconds.
Sheena
I forget it was like be about being their friend. I'm pretty sure.
Ria
Whose friend?
Sheena
Like Brody and Spencer.
Noah
Five seconds.
Ria
Boys of Beverly Hills.
Noah
Final answer incorrect.
Sheena
Tabby.
Unknown
Abby. Was it the Princes of Malibu?
That's. I feel like I've heard of that show. I don't know what it was about.
Do you have any other guesses?
Nope.
We'll go with the Princess of Malibu.
Noah
Correct.
Sheena
Yep. That's what it is.
Ria
As soon as she said it.
Noah
Choice of Beverly Hills is such a.
Ria
You know, I was on. I was on.
Sheena
That's such a good name. Boys of Beverly Hills, Princess of Malibu.
Ria
Is such a good name. Yeah.
Noah
Okay.
Sheena
But there was a show that Brody Jenner did about becoming his friend. I'm pretty sure. Brody Jenner best friend show.
Ria
Like people turn Brody's friend.
Sheena
Yes. It was called Bromance. Guys compete in a series.
Ria
Oh, it's a competition show.
Sheena
To be like a part of. To be a part of Brody Jenner.
Noah
That's an insane show. Who is signing up for that?
Ria
People did back in the day.
Sheena
I. I mean I would. I would imagine people wanted to be Bro Jenner's friends.
Ria
Yeah, for sure.
Noah
Okay. 65 Ran Fran Final question to Abby and Ashley. If they get this right, it goes to overtime. Shout out Allison from Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Gracie Abrams is featured on what Noah Khan song.
Unknown
It's Everywhere all at once.
That sounds good to me.
I don't know.
Just thinking that's what I. That's what comes to my head.
Ria
I don't.
Unknown
I don't think it's right, but I.
Think we can go with it.
Okay. Everywhere all at once.
Noah
And correct.
Ria
It is something with everywhere. Every. Everywhere.
Sheena
What about just everywhere.
Ria
Everything. Everything Everywhere.
Sheena
Everything Everywhere.
Ria
Yeah. I don't know. I feel like there was two words. There's like a.
Noah
There's a comma, maybe 15 seconds.
Sheena
Everything, everywhere.
Ria
Yeah. Final answer.
Noah
You had it backwards.
Ria
Everywhere, everything.
Sheena
Sit. So close.
Noah
Wow.
Sheena
So close. We were all, you know, we were all on the right track in some way.
Noah
Final score, 6 5. Re and Fran.
Sheena
Close game, guys. That was so close.
Unknown
That was better than we thought we.
Sheena
Would always, you know, got to get a few on the board. And you feel good?
Noah
Oh, yeah. I mean, yeah.
Sheena
That was a great day. Yeah, that was great. Thank you guys so much for playing. It was so nice meeting you guys and thank you guys for coming to our shows.
