It was once again terrible all weekend. It was cold.

My weekend was good. I haven't been. We haven't recorded since Beyonce. So I went to the Beyonce show last week. Oh my God. Incredible. Granted, I did go Wednesday night. It was pouring sideways all night. There was not one break in the rain. It finally started to stop raining as the show ended. Of course, like, that's how it went. And it rained the whole time. And you know you can't bring no umbrellas or anything like that. Which obviously makes sense. Like, people can have their fucking umbrellas up, like.

It lights up a stadium. Of course, like, even in the rain, like, it's just like, there's some moments where she just break into this jaw dropping smile that I was like, she has the best smile I've ever seen of anyone. She sounded incredible. Her vocals were incredible. I think I timed my bathroom run merch run extremely well. I didn't really want to look at the set list too much beforehand because I wanted to experience it all while I was there. But I looked right before the show started. Just like kind of early because I was like, I. I was. The show started, I was like, oh my God, I. I'm gonna pee my pants already, you know? Yeah, but you know, like when you have that feeling before a concert that you need to pee and then the concert starts and you're just so excited, the pee kind of goes back up.

The design, so sick. Like, it's really, really cool. I love the front. It's got stars on the side. It's really cool. But I was seeing some people discussing it on Reddit. Cause I obviously searched it afterwards. Cause I was like, this sweatshirt. This can't be what everybody. And then some people were saying, oh, posting like, oh, me and my friend both got the sweatshirts, but we were at different merch stands or whatever. And hers is so thick and nice and mine's not. And I think that's so one that I got. I'm not complaining, but, you know, it's an expensive sweatshirt.

I would like the quality. Yeah. Little slugs. Part of the stitching on the pocket was already kind of falling off. I was like, this is not good. I'm gonna have to take this to be altered. I have to take this to my guy to be like. Imagine I walk in and I've done it before. I did it with my Taylor Swift quarter zip. Because these concert. This merchandise that they're selling, they're hawking us because we're, you know, I'll buy it. I will always leave the show with your consumers. And I left with that Taylor Swift aerosore quarter zip. And no less than a week, the stitching on the sleeve popped open. I took it to my tailor and was like.

No, it was soul crushing. I was so excited. Finally, like, she plays it later in the show, and when it starts, I got so excited. She also just, like, is amazing. She. She's riding around on a horseshoe that goes around the whole stadium. And she's on the horseshoe when it starts, and I'm like, oh, my God, she's going to sing 2 Most Wanted while it's raining. And she's on the horseshoe. And it was maybe 20 seconds before she went into another song.

She plays a. Like, the set list is long. And then certain songs, she only plays like, you know, 30 second snippets of kind of. Or like, medleys of sorts of, like, some of her old songs. She just kind of does, like, all together, which honestly was awesome, too. Like, irreplaceable into Viro Boy into, like. It's just. But yeah, I. Maybe just because it is, like, such a duet that she didn't want to do it. I don't know. But that was sad. Blue Ivy's a star.

Blue Ivy is an absolute star. She has one, like, dance break moment towards the beginning where. And it was. I mean, it was really raining, and she was so cute. She had a towel and she wiped the ground before she, like, did her. Her moves. Maybe she was afraid she was gonna sleep.

I know. I mean, to be honest, I kept looking at Lauren being like, I can't believe no one's fallen. Like, and towards the end, there's some amazing dance moments and dance performances, and I'm like, the fact that nobody slips.

Is incredible. I mean, the fact, like, Beyonce's in stilettos, like, I don't know. And in between every time she goes in for a costume change, the guys are coming out. They're pushing the water off the stage. But there must be some. I don't know, something on their shoes or something on this. Something. I was very impressed. But it was. It was so much fun. But. Oh, my God. We. We took the train there, and then on the way back, we were like, oh, let's just get a car on the way back. The train's always nuts on the way home. Whatever. So Lauren gets. Only Lauren gets this, like, limo company. So we have this guy, and he's. He's out of his car and he's trying to find us. We're trying to find him. Lauren's on the phone being like, stay where you are. We will find you. We're running around. We finally find him. He got kicked out of the lot he normally stops in, so he was all frazzled, and he pads a park in the American Dream Mall parking garage. We find him. He has no idea where the car is.

He's got a picture of the. The pillar he parked next to, but it's, like, blurry. Like, he, like, took it and ran. Like, it was, like, not a great quality. And it. It didn't really have, like, what floor it was on, but it was white. And we couldn't find anything white.

But we were. I mean, it wasn't. We found it eventually. It didn't take that long. It was maybe 20 minutes or so.

And we were. But we were. We were dying laughing because he was so cute. And he's walking around, he's throwing his arms in the air. He's looking at his phone. He's throwing his arms in the air.

She's got the worst phone on the planet. It just wasn't pairing. As soon as someone else tried, it worked immediately. But he's just. We're parked still. We haven't even left, and he's yelling from his driver's seat. Did it pair?

I will wear my cowboy hat. But no, it was amazing. Loved it. Loved every second. And the weekend was good. Like, you said, it was cold. So, like, we didn't go. Normally we go out to the beach, but we were like, we're just gonna stay home. And, you know, Olive needs a little bit more adjustment time, I think. It's been a month, and she has her moments, and she's kind of been peeing all over the place. You know what? That's bound to happen. It is bound to happen. And I'm trying to come up with every excuse in the book for her on why it's happening. You know, it's like, last weekend, we took her out to Long Island. She peed in multiple homes. Yesterday, I took her to Gia's to try. And we're slowly trying to get her to meet Anchovy.

So we're getting up to it, but then she peed a little, and Gia's wrong. And then that's okay. And she hasn't peed in our apartment once. And then last night, we came home, and she was totally fine. And all of a sudden, she just.

I know. And then. But I feel so bad because she, like, knows that she's not supposed to. So it's like she started peeing, and then she got, like, her tail tucked beneath her leg because she got scared that we were gonna be mad, but she was still peeing. Like, it's just, like she couldn't control it.

So I don't know. I thought. I think maybe. Because the vet. Like, the vet thinks that she has had puppies at some point. So she's had puppies, and then she was spayed, like, not too long ago.

So I'm thinking maybe she. Maybe she thinks she's just a little bladder control. Lack of bladder control for her.

I know. I know. She's just a little pup. I know. But then I feel so bad. Cause I think about her past. Like, where was she before? Right? Because she had a clear fear of, like, oh, no, I just peed in the house. Like, am I gonna be yelled at?

Yeah. And it really tastes like. So they were these sour fruit things. And it really tastes like each fruit, you know, like even when the candy really hits. I bought a Squire sweatshirt. Just felt like I had to. I wanted a comfy sweatshirt. Well, I stained the sweatshirt that I Brought to wear for the weekend. That morning, getting breakfast, and I stained my sweatshirt. What am I wearing? The car ride home. And then I was like, oh, I'll get a sweatshirt.

So I got a Squire sweatshirt I wore on the way home. Nice and comfy and. Yeah, it was gorgeous. Unfortunately, it was a little. It was still cold and, like, a little. Yeah, I'll call it misty, maybe foggy, but it was gorgeous. Like, just absolutely stunning. But, yeah, I didn't, like, go to the beach because it wasn't right. You know what I mean?

And then the next day, we drove back to Long island because it was my aunt and uncle's anniversary, and my parents wanted to surprise them with a little dinner and. Fantastic dinner, honestly. Fantastic. Got muscle juice in my eye. But that's okay. We prevailed.

So it's like in your friend group you do laugh about things or whatever, but you also have to remember the person sitting there is actually hurt by those actions. So it's. Maybe it's not funny to her.

You know, doctors.

Who they seem to tease that they're killing off, I'm gonna be very upset, very upset. Because there's a certain character who I think deserves her happy end. And, and she's getting it. Obviously, it's, like, older now, so it's not as impressive and flashy and, you know, all the. The Big moments. The second one. The second one is like a bad. Like it came out, I think in the late 90s, but it's like a bad 80s, campy action movie almost like, which kind of made me love it at the same time. And the music was, I guess, Hans Zimmer. I don't know if he did the music for a lot of the other ones. Obviously he doesn't do the iconic. That's like his own thing. But he scored Mission Impossible 2 and there were so some moments where I was like, okay, I feel like I'm having an out of body, like Hans Zimmer expert. Like, it sounded almost like Dune esque, like some of the music. And then there was also one scene that almost felt like Lion King, like Mufasa's death, like music which made it feel very kind of campy and ridiculous. There's some like slow mo shots that are so insane. The dialogues also kind of insane, but in like a bad way. I kind of loved it. And, you know, they really just apparently forgot about the second one. Like, he has a love interest in the second one, which I feel like they just ditched her. And then the rest, you know, there's another person in the. In the movies going forward. But, like, that's like it. I mean, it's a c. It's not. It's not great by any means. But I did. I will say I did enjoy watching.

My. My parents went to go see the new one because my dad is a big Mission Impossible guy and they never go to the movies. Like I can. My mom was like, I don't even remember the last time I went to the movies. And when we texted being like, what'd you think? And my dad goes, not sure. Very long over the top drama. And then my mom's review was, I can't believe he did those plain stuff stunts. Insanity. Literally 20 minutes hanging off not one, but two planes.

So I asked the stunt guy, like, I want to do this. And the guy was like, that's. Like, that's way too unsafe. Like, you can't do that. So I got another stunt guy.
