But first, Chicks in the Office is presented by Microsoft Copilot. Fran
Hell yeah.
Rhea
We are in full Winter Olympics mode. It really is just nice to always have something to throw on the telly.
Fran
It really is. And during the day, you know, like I have a roti, by the way, I have a rotation of sweaters that will be making its way through for the next couple weeks. But waking up and it's always different because it depends on where the Olympics are. So we've had years where it's like it's a full day ahead almost. But this, you know, they're in Italy, so they're what, six hours ahead. And waking up in the morning, you get all the afternoon events and then the big events are on in the afternoon. I feel like it creates A camaraderie. People have it on in their office. If you have TVs in your office, you have the games on, or you work from home, you can throw it on and just stay in tune. And then of course, it's on primetime as well. So you get to watch it all again if you missed it during the day.
Rhea
Exactly. It's really been such a delight.
Fran
Sounds like an ad for Peacock.
Rhea
It really does. It's not an ad.
Fran
I love, I love the Olympics, but.
Rhea
Waking up Saturday morning, being able to throw it on, it's so nice. Yesterday, midday on Monday, we get home a little bit earlier. Throw it on. I honestly had like a really nice nap as I was watching it, and then wake back up, you see what the results are. There's also nothing like catching. And I know this is obviously not what you are rooting for when watching the Olympics, but when you catch a fall live, when you're watching, whether it's whatever sport it is, obviously I'm not referring to the Lindsey Von Fall, obviously, but you know what you mean when you, when you. When there's a favorite out there and.
Fran
All of a sudden there's something happens.
Rhea
There's something happens. There's a slip up. It's just drama.
Fran
It's. It's drama, but it's also soul crushing. Like, I have a really hard, really hard time watching when that happens.
Rhea
But it. Yes, but it gets you involved a little bit.
Fran
Well, you're just.
Rhea
You don't want them to get hurt.
Noah
I'm not rooting for horrible injury. I'm rooting for like a fun little crash.
Rhea
Well, that's exactly what I was just bringing up was that I know that way at all. I am watching. And what I'm referring to was the freestyle skiing and Beijing was the favorite and. Or when I was watching and it was her time and she went first one up, went down and it was a wash for her. Swiss started taking a victory lap and I was like. And Beijing kind of threw her. Threw her hands up in the air and was like. And she was smiling. She was like, I missed that one. And you're just like, wow. You know, like, it's just so much pressure on these athletes.
Fran
Anything could happen.
Rhea
But the thing is, anything could happen. That's, I think, the thrill of it. It's like somebody may be the favorite, but then somebody swoops right in there.
Noah
Sounds like the Herb Brooks miracle speech.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
You just never know what could happen.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
And you obviously feel so bad for these athletes. They put in so Much time and effort. It's all consuming. It takes up their entire life. And then one little moment. Boom. Can change everything.
Fran
Yeah. It just kills me because it's like, you know, it's only every four years, so it's like, you know, if you miss your moment and maybe you're more towards the end of your career, like, that's it. And that is just heartbreaking to watch. A lot of the times when you're like, oh, my God, that was the moment. But the bad feeling or the guy, when they hit it.
Rhea
Yeah. The best feeling is when they hit it and when they get that rush and you see the smile on their faces that they did it, and you're just like. You're so happy for them. They accomplish this moment. But then the scores come in. I'm talking about figure skating now. I was watching the rhythm.
Fran
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Rhea
Which, by the way, I'm back on the ice dancing stuff because of finding her edge. The show that I watched on Netflix was, you know, were they figures, Were they ice dancers? But the sister was solo. And so, you know, they. They look down upon ice dancers. They're like, oh, you're just a mere ice dancer. You know, you don't do the solo. Yeah. And so I was into the ice dancing because I'm like, oh, shit. This is like, finer edge. What's the drama? We got couples. We got people who are married. We got people who don't like each other. Yeah. And you just get so into it, and when they crush it and then they go back and they see their score, and you're just. And it's just, womp, womp. You're like, what the.
Fran
What the hell? You know, apparently we have an evil French duo.
Rhea
Well, so the.
Noah
The.
Rhea
The French duo in ice dancing. Bad news is bad news. And they're number one.
Fran
Yeah.
Noah
Why?
Fran
Yeah, but I saw. I saw.
Rhea
Well, they're.
Fran
They're very.
Rhea
What do you mean?
Noah
Why. Why are they evil?
Fran
Oh.
Rhea
Oh.
Fran
They have bad backstories on both of them.
Rhea
Like, guys, bad couple, bad allegations on both.
Fran
Girl seems to be an enabler. Not great. And I actually saw Kevin just made a video about this too, because the. The French judges on the panel gave them, like, a way higher score than what, like, all the other other judges gave. And it's like, okay. Collusion.
Rhea
Right. Mm.
Fran
The French judges aren't treating everybody equal.
Rhea
Because I was watching the U.S. teams.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
And obviously, I'm like, well, they're fantastic. Yeah. You know, you're rooting for them heavily.
Fran
And they just have such a better story too. You know, they've been together for so many years as partners, and then they started dating, fell in love, and they're married. They're so cute. Maddie and they are. And Evan and they're adorable. They're.
Rhea
Oh, my God.
Fran
A little moment for the moms. Yeah, they're so cute. So cute. But no, you want them to have their big moment. When I was watching the team event for figure skating, the pair team, I was listening to Tara and Johnny commentate and they were like, so happy for them because they were like, this is the best I have seen them in competition in years. And you're just like, so great. They're like, they're having their Olympic moment. They're doing it now. I know. Like, hey, I know everyone has their opinions on Jake Paul, and he certainly hasn't shut the fuck up recently. And he continues to mouth off in not a good way. No, not a good way.
Rhea
God, he is so annoying.
Fran
He can be so insanely annoying. But his fiance is a Dutch speed skater, Juta. And if you watch the show. Which we did.
Rhea
Yep.
Fran
Which we did.
Rhea
Which we did watch.
Noah
You know, completely forgot about that.
Fran
She's a really, really. She's really a dedicated athlete. And, you know, she's competed in the Olympics before and everything was riding on this Olympics for her. This was probably her last Olympics, really.
Rhea
Isn't.
Noah
She must be pretty young.
Rhea
Yeah, but that's why she was.
Fran
You don't go that long. And, you know, that's what the whole.
Rhea
Thing was during the show. Show that she was training so hard and they were going to be separated for. She was really training for that goal.
Fran
She was like, I need to win the gold.
Rhea
And. Which she did.
Fran
And she did.
Rhea
And you know what? I was.
Fran
Set a record, Olympic record and won the gold in the thousand meters.
Noah
100 meters, I think, right?
Fran
I think it's a thousand.
Noah
So the thousand.
Fran
Or maybe 100.
Noah
A thousand. A lot of meters.
Rhea
I don't know.
Noah
I didn't watch, so I don't know.
Fran
How long it was.500 meter. Well, there's the 500 meter. I think it's a thousand.
Noah
Let me see. I don't know how to spell her name.
Fran
G, J, U, T. T, A.
Noah
Yeah. Juta.
Fran
It's multiple laps around the. Around the rink.
Noah
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Fran
A thousand.
Noah
A thousand.
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
And she was flying. There's the video. Jake's crying. They're having this whole moment and you're like, oh, that's sweet. And then you remember he's Jake Paul and it takes it all away.
Rhea
Exactly.
Fran
You're like, oh well he was being an idiot all weekend long.
Rhea
Which was so annoying because I'm like, this is such a happy moment for her. And I know and winning gold is so amazing. But of course the spotlight is on Jake Paul and his stupid ass comments.
Fran
I was really trying to separate him from the moment. I was like, you know what? She on the show has. Has been so dedicated to her sport and training and wanting this so badly. And like I'm taking Jake out of it for a second. Very happy for her for accomplishing that dream, you know.
Rhea
Exactly.
Fran
That's amazing.
Rhea
Exactly.
Fran
And proud of her for that. But you know she has poor taste in men.
Rhea
Right. And then you just look and go, well, you know what? She could do so much better than Jake Paul.
Noah
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Rhea
You always go back to that. And yeah, he's been saying some stupid but yeah.
Fran
Referring to it's important we're bad thing to say about the Bad Bunny.
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
Show which was just like what's good?
Noah
People were.
Fran
He didn't like walk back a lot.
Rhea
And then Logan Paul. Logan Paul quoted and was just like.
Noah
But he said he didn't agree. But then there was a video right before the super bowl where someone asked him on a red carpet like are you excited for Bad Bunny? And he just said no. Like so like scoffed at it.
Fran
Yeah. They both like. And it's like they both realized in.
Noah
Puerto Rico to avoid paying taxes.
Rhea
Yeah. It's like, come on. Yeah. Stupid shit. But congratulations to her because. Yeah.
Fran
That's.
Rhea
That was very well.
Fran
Gold medal at the Olympics.
Noah
You think they're filming that reality show right now or is that. That would be.
Fran
I'd imagine. I imagine so.
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
I went to Cat think that this is a moment they would want to catch on cameras. Regardless. The Paul's just seem like people that are filming nonstop anyway. Like whether they have a TV deal or not. It's like we will film it so we have it in case we do need it for something else.
Rhea
They are exhausting people.
Fran
It is exhausting. So they are sure it's all. I'm sure it's all on camera. But the women's ice hockey team has been crushing it. Big match today. I think it's starting right now. Canada.
Noah
By the way, crazy thing, the goalie for the women's US Hockey team is from my town. Like her brother was on my hockey team growing up.
Fran
That's awesome.
Noah
She's always been like insane.
Fran
Yeah. They're actually. They're they're playing as we speak right now. And men's hockey starts soon, so I can't wait.
Rhea
I'm very excited for.
Fran
Very much locked in. I think the men's free skate is tonight, figure skating. So we'll be tuning in. And we are. We are excited and really enjoying seeing these people live out their dreams. That's what the. You know, that's what the Olympics are for.
Rhea
And I do love the Winter Olympics.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
Every time these. And you know, it's always in a gorgeous place. And of course, like, I think I'm a little biased to this specific area they're in right now. It's just so stunning. Like seeing those beautiful mountain towns up in the Alps of, you know, towards the Alps of Italy. It's just gorgeous.
Rhea
Yeah, it is. Stunning scenery.
Fran
Just gorgeous. So we'll be locked in.
Rhea
Yeah. We will continue watching. Anything else going on for you guys this week?
Fran
No, I've really just been doing that and that's kind of it. We've been reading our same page book club book, which we will have out on this Thursday. Just a reminder for Everybody for part one of the Last Letter. Chapters one through 15 is what we read in case you wanna read it all real fast tonight.
Rhea
Yeah. Catch up.
Noah
That honestly gives me shivers down my spine of, like, being in school and, like, being so behind on reading.
Rhea
Yeah. Yeah. That's why you're not reading.
Fran
Yep.
Rhea
Part of the book club. Yeah. Yeah. And that's why you don't join the book club unless you want to join it.
Fran
Exactly.
Rhea
Because then it feels like homework. And it's not supposed to be homework.
Fran
Exactly. You only do it when we achieve it. But when you want to. When you want to read it. But no, other than that. Not really.
Rhea
Slow.
Fran
Slow.
Rhea
Weak.
Fran
Which is nice. Slow.
Noah
Ish.
Rhea
Yeah. What about you? I'm really excited for the friends experience on Saturday. And I can't even lie to you guys. I am so pumped up. I know I brought it up last week, but it's getting closer and closer. It's so close now. I've been wanting to go for a long time.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
And it feels like, you know, the time is here and I can't wait.
Fran
That's gonna be so fun.
Rhea
Mm.
Fran
Now you got big Valentine's Day plans or gonna tell me to mind my business?
Noah
You were setting me up for that?
Fran
I just thought I'd ask.
Noah
No. No, I don't.
Fran
Did you even know it was Valentine's Day this weekend?
Noah
Of course. Cause my mom gave me chocolates.
Rhea
I Was gonna say. Oh, do you have plans with your mommy?
Noah
No. Oh, your mom's birthday is next week.
Rhea
Was those chocolates from your mom that we ate yesterday? Oh, okay. Thanks, Jen.
Noah
No.
Rhea
Okay.
Noah
No. But I did have a great time.
Rhea
Mind your fucking business, bitch.
Noah
With Balou, our foster dog, when I was home, and I think he sounds like he's gonna get adopted tomorrow. He's the second dog that I. A foster dog that I shared a bed with. Oh. Because my mom said that, like, he would cry, like, for an hour downstairs in the crate, like. And so I'm like, come join my bed.
Rhea
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Noah
So. Yeah.
Rhea
That's sweet.
Fran
Oh, that's. You got you your whole family to meet the breeds. We didn't really talk about.
Noah
Oh, yeah.
Rhea
We went to meet the breeds. Oh, yeah. How was it this year?
Noah
It was great. Just, like, you know, honestly, like, it was a big thing. The past couple years, that greatest mountain dogs haven't been there.
Rhea
Right.
Noah
They weren't represented. They were there this time. Huge news. Good. It's the one thing they need to figure out is, like, there's just too many people. Like, it's. It's insane. Like, you can't even walk.
Fran
I saw a video.
Rhea
Too crowded.
Noah
Yeah.
Fran
Because the weather was so. It was so windy and cold on Saturday that I saw videos that were posted on, like, New York City Instagram accounts of these owners, like, trying to get their dogs into the Javits Center. And they're, like, in these big crates, but they're, like, blowing over. Like, they're like. They're trying to cross the side. I walk and, like, they're blowing over and they're trying to hold onto the crates. I was like, this is madness.
Rhea
I would not be surprised if a dog, an animal, or a human did blow away on Saturday.
Fran
I thought that when I thought with Olive, I was like, she go.
Rhea
I thought I was lifted out on my feet for a second.
Fran
Yeah, you might have been.
Noah
It was funny. Like, when you pull up to the Javits center, like, you see, like, I saw, like, a couple of Bernese, like, walking the sidewalk. It's like they're all, like, headed to the big game.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
Oh, my God, that's so cute.
Fran
How many of each breed are normally there?
Noah
It depends. But some of them, like, have, like, five, six. Like, there's, like, a lot. And then, like, I think they take shifts, you know, like, you always, like, in the back.
Fran
Like, that's fair. That's fair.
Noah
It's a long, overstimulated. If I Don't know how they do it. Like, it's just constant, like, people coming in. Some dogs like it more than others. I'm sure. But. Yeah.
Fran
How do you think Murray would do with that environment?
Noah
Terrible. I mean, I think he likes attention, but I feel like he'd get a little overwhelmed.
Rhea
Yeah. Imagine if you stood somewhere and someone and you had hundreds of people pet you. Yeah, you right, exactly. It's meet the breeds at the live shows.
Fran
That's every chase the office show for me. Now I'm thinking people going up and petting.
Noah
Yeah, yeah.
Rhea
It's the pre meet and greet is with Noah. Imagine we stood there and didn't speak and just let everyone pet us.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
Like that's. That's what it's like to be a dog.
Fran
I know, I know. And they got to.
Noah
It is funny, though, because always, like, there are always so many of the owners who like, look.
Rhea
Exactly.
Noah
They match their dogs.
Rhea
Yeah. They phase. They, like, combine into each other.
Noah
Yeah, yeah.
Fran
That does happen often.
Rhea
Well, I'm glad you enjoyed that. And we hope you have a lovely Valentine's Day with whatever married woman you get up. Yeah, yeah.
Noah
And you guys won't hear about it.
Rhea
Yeah, yeah. Good, good, good. All right, let's get into the rest of the show. We're going to be talking about Dancing with the Stars con announcement that they announced Tuesday morning on Good Morning America. We never talked about the opalite music video.
Fran
So we're gonna catch up on.
Rhea
We're gonna catch up on that. And then Nick Jonas's new album, Sunday Best, that was also released and we have the popcorner, so we're gonna get into it. Thank you, Pepsi, for sponsoring this ad. Have you ever thought you love something but then you realize you like something even better? Maybe this whole time you've been saying that you didn't like pineapple on pizza, but then you have the pineapple on pizza and you go, oh, my God. Actually love this. You gotta let your taste decide for you. And people need to let their taste aside and open their eyes to the fact that Pepsi zero sugar is the best tasting. Zero sugar cola. The ad reveals the phenomenon that blind taste tests have repeatedly proven. The Pepsi paradox. The idea that when labels and bias disappear, cola drinkers prefer the taste of Pepsi. And we did the Pepsi challenge and Fran and I both, both picked Pepsi completely blind taste test. And boom, it was right in front of our eyes that Pepsi was the winner. 66 of participants agreed. Pepsi Zero Sugar tastes better than Coca Cola Zero Sugar. Pepsi Zero Sugar won 100 of markets where Pepsi conducted the Pepsi Challenge. Even in Coke's home of Atlanta, Pepsi wins on taste. And sometimes you just gotta flip your world upside down to discover what's been right up for your eyes the whole time. You deserve taste and you deserve Pepsi. Zero sugar. Let your taste decide and go try it today. Taste, superiority. On Tuesday morning, Good morning America, Dancing with the Stars announced a huge announcement. They were teasing for a little bit. People were guessing what it was going to be, whether it was going to be a fan season or some sort of reality show based on this, the Pros, which was my guess, actually. I was completely convinced that was going to be.
Fran
It would be amazing.
Rhea
Turns out it's Dancing with The Stars Con 2026 taking place in Palm Springs, California, July 31 to August 2. So we have a ton of the pros joining. We have a lot of the stars joining. I have the list right here. It's Brandon Armstrong, Lindsay Arnold, Riley Arnold Allen, Haley. Which is Jenna's cousin. Yeah. Or niece. Niece. Hannah Brown, Sharna Whitney, Val, Sasha, Danielle Fishel, Sochi Gomez, Joey Grass a Day, Elaine Hendricks, Rashad Jennings, Jenna Daniela, Amanda Kloots, Whitney Levitt, Phaedra Parks. Pasha Yan is returning. Gleb Jojo, Emma, Ezra Britt, Johnny Weir will be there. Rumor Willis, Christy Yamaguchi and Ginger Z. And then Dancing with the Stars judges Carrie Annunaba and Bruno will be there as well. I'm sure they'll have other surprise guests that they've mentioned, but they said they'll be live dances. What?
Fran
No. Derek?
Rhea
No Derek. Isn't he on tour? Maybe he's on tour during this time. Maybe. But he was not mentioned.
Fran
No, Derek or Julianne feels.
Rhea
Yeah. Not involved. Yeah. Maybe Julianne will be hosting. Right? Julianne and Alfonso. Alfonso might be hosting it, but I.
Fran
Can'T imagine they wouldn't be involved somehow.
Rhea
No, I would imagine they'll be involved, but there'll be game shows, live panels, interactive experiences as any conversations has. So you know what? I mixed feelings on this because I think that this is really fun for the people that can do it. But I did see sort of a little bit of a backlash because people thought that the live show was hard to get. And now they're like, oh, this is gonna be even harder because it's in Palm Springs and it's convention and all.
Fran
Just like travel wise and you too.
Rhea
Right. But at the end of the day, it's another convention. Just like they do with Brav Con or. Or Comic Con or Jonas Con. It's a thing. And if you are a dedicated.
Fran
Everybody loves a con these days, Right.
Rhea
And if you want to spend your money in this place, then. Then you'll do that. And if you don't, then you won't. So for sure. I think it's another added element to the Dancing with the Stars craze right now.
Fran
Yeah, exactly. It's just a fun way to celebrate all the seasons and everything that they've been through. And I feel like it's just. It's one weekend, you know, It's. They'll see how it goes. And I'm sure. And I'm sure they could go. Go from there, but it's like anytime something's on the west coast, the east coast, people are like, oh, my God, it's on the West Coast. That's far. Vice versa. Like, if it was in New York, the. But they'd be like, ah, it's in New York. Like, it's far for us. So it's just.
Rhea
It's like us with Harry Styles, we're like, well, we're happy he's at msg, but everyone on the west coast is pissed. Exactly. And now being on the east coast, this is on the west coast, and everyone's like, ah, shit. So you're right. You're. You're not ever going to please anybody when you do a con.
Fran
No, no, no. Now. Nope. The big cons, the big conventions, and it is a very popular idea right now. They're doing it a lot. They're getting the people together. They love a fan experience. A fan event. I mean, they're doing it by sea for the Bachelor. So that's basically like Bachelor Con.
Rhea
True.
Fran
Just on a cruise.
Rhea
Right.
Fran
So they're really gearing everybody up. I think I'll be fun, and I would love to. You know, they want. I'll host something. We'll host something.
Rhea
Mm.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
They could need us. Hey, we have experience hosting a con.
Noah
We do con experience.
Rhea
We do have con experience, so isn't that crazy?
Noah
That was almost a year ago.
Fran
Now we are con women.
Rhea
So Dancing with the Stars. I'll do it again. I will do it again. Dancing with the Stars. If you do not have us host a panel, we're here. We will come for you. And we got available. You got to threaten them just a little bit. Like, what we did. We are available. What we did with Jonas Khan, it's like, you really have to look.
Fran
You did all the threatening there. I said, please.
Rhea
You hear me? Have you heard me?
Noah
What did you threaten the Jonas Brothers with nothing specific.
Fran
Yeah, it was just.
Rhea
It's just an.
Fran
Yeah, it was more of an or else.
Rhea
It's an or. You want to keep it open. Open ended. Yeah. You know what I mean?
Fran
You can't be too specific. I don't want to be.
Rhea
I don't want to be too specific.
Noah
You know, and shame if Joey Grass hurt his leg.
Fran
But God got a Tanya Harding situation.
Rhea
It would be a real shame if Joey Grass couldn't do those backflips anymore, huh? It only feels okay to say because we're friendly with Joey.
Fran
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Rhea
I wouldn't say that about somebody else. Oh, we might see Joey soon. Don't want to have to take his leg out. Kidding. That is so up. That is. Noah started it. That is not.
Fran
It's also funny because it's like. It's not like he's dancing at the conventions.
Rhea
No, I think he is dancing.
Fran
Are there, like, there's live dances? Oh, live dances. But it's not like.
Noah
It's got to be dancing.
Fran
There's gotta be.
Rhea
Oh, there's obviously Dancing with the Stars convention. There's gonna be no dancing.
Fran
I'm just saying it's not like, announced that he's a part of, I think, performance.
Rhea
I think he will be dancing. It says live dance performance.
Fran
Oh, I missed that part.
Rhea
I. I mentioned it. Live performances, game show, live panels.
Fran
Oh, no, I know that. But I'm saying maybe not everybody is in the live dance performances.
Rhea
Joey's not. I. If I know Joey. Joey's not showing up to this convention unless he has a.
Fran
He's shaking it.
Rhea
He's shaking it in some capacity. And then Val will be like, this guy never leaves.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
You know, we love Joey.
Fran
We absolutely, absolutely love Joey. And honestly, we're just picking on him.
Rhea
Because he's the only one on that list that we know personally. Yeah.
Fran
Yeah. So if he wants to also put in a good word for us, Listen to me.
Rhea
Listen Joey, or else no Dancing with the Stars as a whole. We want to be there. We want to be hosting a panel. We know how to do it. If you also. If you just need advice on how to host a con, call us up. We basically put together the Donuts con ourselves. So let us know. No under threat. Yep.
Noah
We did shit two full days in a mall.
Fran
Yeah. We have the experience.
Rhea
Yeah. So, yeah, let us know if you need us. But no, enough joking. More. On a serious note, I do think that this is really cool for all the fans and to experience a fun weekend of dancing and Fun. And maybe get to meet some of the people that you've looked up to and aspired to be. I think it's very cool and fun.
Fran
Totally. And I think, like, the opportunity for a fan to just maybe get little salsa in with someone is a dream come true. Oh, you know, like a little mean, greedy. Get to, like, do a little move with them. They get to teach you a little something.
Noah
Spend 10 bucks for one minute.
Rhea
Yeah. Yeah.
Fran
I mean, my God, they be raking it in. I think the.
Rhea
What? They're.
Fran
They're on tour right now, and we're going this weekend.
Rhea
Yes, we are.
Fran
We're going Sunday. Sunday. Which we're very excited about.
Rhea
Totally forgot that Sunday.
Fran
I've never seen it. Radio City.
Rhea
I've never been to Radio. I've never been to Radio City.
Fran
They've upgraded.
Noah
That's kind of crazy.
Fran
They've upgraded. They. They have not done Radio City. Years past, has been in New Jersey in, like, the. More at the Morristown.
Rhea
They did Jersey theater. They did it. And then they also did Radio City.
Noah
Radio City is like a nice, like, that feels like it should be dancing.
Fran
No, it's going to be incredible. I've never excited for it.
Rhea
It's a Radio City. My whole life is in New York.
Fran
God, you're.
Rhea
I know I said it three times before this, but. Yeah, stop by my apartment.
Noah
I'm right there.
Rhea
Yeah, sure, I'll stop by.
Fran
Have us over for a little pre.
Rhea
But I, I. My whole life is a New Yorker.
Noah
My favorite venues, I've never been.
Rhea
And so this feels like. Oh, my God. Monumental.
Noah
Oh, my God. You've never been to.
Fran
I've never done the. Yeah, so true. Never done the Christmas spectacular.
Rhea
No, I've always wanted to.
Fran
You should put that on the list for you and Matt to go to this year.
Rhea
I know that would be fun to go take Luca. Yeah, that would be fun.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
Yeah. We did think about going this year. We just never got around to it.
Fran
But it's really a joy. Yeah, I would love it, too.
Rhea
It's just something that I would love.
Fran
Yeah. It just really puts you in the Christmas spirit. Like, that time of year, it's just gorgeous. The music the same, the dancing, everything. It's amazing. But I always say.
Rhea
I'm sorry. I say it again. I think by the time my parents got to me, they just said, oh, this a third kid.
Noah
You know, your siblings go to the.
Rhea
Christmas they saw, they did like, a lot of, you know, they had fun birthday parties and the whole thing. And then I think the third child comes and they're like, this one could raise herself. Right. I'm kidding. That's not right. But you know what I mean. Youngest children, they get it.
Fran
Yeah. And it's. Hey, it's a lot harder to take three kids to the Christmas spectacular.
Rhea
Then one. Then one or two. Yeah. So exactly. I don't fault them.
Fran
No, no.
Rhea
And.
Fran
But I'm excited for you to see Raider City. It's awesome. I think that since they're on tour, I remember seeing at the Beat when they started, that they weren't able to. I think, like, people would wait for a lot of them outside the stage doors after shows and they would, like, sign things and chat, whatever, maybe some pictures. And I think they haven't been able to do that this year. Or at least early on, they weren't able to do it.
Rhea
They stepped back from doing it to avoid getting sick during the flu season, which was running rampant.
Fran
Which was really running rampant.
Rhea
I do not blame them on that at all. I don't blame them. They're dancing up there.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
And you need to be healthy to do that.
Fran
It's physically exhausting. They gotta take care of their bodies.
Rhea
And it's either put yourself at risk of getting sick or cancel shows. You know, And I think the safer option is always to probably stop saying.
Fran
This is such a fun way.
Rhea
Yes. Great.
Fran
You know. You know, do the con. Do the con and get all the fans there and you can all interact and have those fun moments and do it all. And do it all there. It's gonna be great.
Rhea
Yeah, Call us up.
Fran
We're available.
Rhea
We didn't forget.
Fran
No, we didn't forget.
Rhea
We won't. We will not forget. Anyways, on a lighter note, instead of threatening Dancing with the Stars and we threaten with love. We threaten with love.
Fran
It's an empty threat.
Rhea
And care.
Fran
We have nothing to threaten you with.
Rhea
Seriously. I say or else for a reason. I got nothing to add to that. Yeah. Or else we'll be really mad.
Fran
Yeah. Please don't take our tickets away. I love going to the shows.
Rhea
No, they're not going to take our tickets away. No, they won't.
Noah
They won't.
Rhea
They won't.
Fran
No. Come on, abc.
Rhea
You know, I'm actually shocked Andy's not a part of that.
Fran
To Dance with the Stars con.
Rhea
Yeah, Dance with the Stars con. I didn't see his name.
Fran
Andy Richter.
Rhea
Andy Richter. The second my brain went.
Fran
Andy Cohen. Like, he'd be hosting Dance with the Stars con.
Rhea
I don't know. Andy Richter.
Fran
Why would that. Yeah. So true. Maybe they wanted like a mix of not just this last.
Rhea
Right. Season. Cuz there is a good mix there.
Fran
Yeah, there's. There's a good mix of past, past seasons. I bet you they'll add more people. Cuz I feel like once, I don't know if this was. If they said that or not, but I imagine once people kind of see the excitement about it, they'd be like, ah, yeah, I want to go.
Rhea
Right. They're like, I'll just show up as a, as a ticket holder and throw me in.
Fran
Right, Exactly. So very exciting.
Rhea
Very, very exciting. That'll be July 31st, so we can look forward. Moving on. Taylor Swift released the music video for Opalite this past Friday. Originally just released on Apple and Spotify, not YouTube. And it. No, it's gotta make a noise after that.
Noah
Yeah, that was very strategic on her part. That's why. Because of the billboard YouTube stuff. That, that's, that's, that's why she did it.
Fran
Yeah, I think that's pretty obvious.
Rhea
Yeah, yeah, it's on YouTube.
Fran
What's the problem?
Noah
It's on YouTube now. No, I'm just saying I don't really.
Fran
Think there's a problem.
Noah
But I mean it's like to get charting.
Fran
Yeah, but it's not like it wasn't like sneaky. It was pretty trans, a pretty transparent move.
Noah
No. Yeah, yeah, it was.
Rhea
Yeah, that's why I say it was transparent.
Fran
Like it's like, hey, I'm doing this on Apple and Spotify. And we all know why, because YouTube just announced that it's happening.
Noah
Gotta wait.
Rhea
Yeah, yeah, it's on YouTube now. And it was a really fun idea. She said she thought up the idea when she went on Graham North Norton show and she included all of the guests that were on the show with her as well as Graham Norton, which was really fun. It was more like a 90s inspired music video. It had Killian Murphy, Domel Gleason, Greta Lee, Jody Turner Smith Lewis Capaldi, Graham Norton. Yeah, it was a fun idea. Very cute.
Fran
I loved it. This is one of my favorite videos she's done in a while. I thought it was adorable. I thought it was a great concept. Including like the clip at the end I thought was so cute too of them all talking and Donald Gleason being like, you know, sign me up for the next Taylor Swift music video basically. And you could just see it on her face. Like the idea slapped her in the face. She's like, like jaw dropped. And she did it all in Such a cute way. I thought the concept was amazing. He cracks me up. Like, the dancing at the end. I'm like, like, this guy fully committed to being in this music video, and I love it.
Rhea
He.
Fran
He is so multifaceted, that guy. He really is. Like, he's such a fantastic actor because he could do anything. Like, he's done serious. He's done drama. Yeah. He's done funny. He's done, like, he's in the paper, but, like, he also does about time. He's in Star Wars. He's in Harry Potter. Like, he's done everything.
Rhea
And it's so funny because Taylor Swift. Love the paper.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
Because she talked about that when they were asking her when she was on her press tour of, like, her favorite TV shows right now.
Fran
Yeah. Which is amazing. Which is probably why she was so fucking excited that he was like, I'll be in a Taylor Swift music video. And the fact that she got everybody to agree to do it too, is so great. Like, even though Cillian Murphy is not really.
Noah
I was gonna say I didn't watch it yet, but he is. He.
Fran
He. He's. There's a poster, like, of his face. Like, he's a character in it. So his. His face is used, which is super fair because, I mean, it's like that Cillian Murphy is. I can imagine he's not really a music video guy. I just don't get that. That vibe from him. But everybody else, I thought it was so fun.
Rhea
Didn't he do some part of a voiceover or something? Killian Murphy as well?
Fran
Yeah, I think so. Yeah. And. But it was like there was no.
Rhea
He's not. There's no, like, moving around dancing.
Fran
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Rhea
Which is fair.
Fran
But it was so cute.
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
And like the spray and the opal, like, the concept was just very fun. Like, it's such a fun song.
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
That I liked that the video matched that vibe. It wasn't anything too serious or, you know, it was just like, this is just a fun little music video with some friends.
Rhea
Little music video friends still throwing, you know, shade to the exes. Yeah. You know, I. A little bit, as you would in a song about, you know, music video like that. No, I thought it was super fun. And I love, like a 90s inspired video like that. Yeah. And the brown hair, I thought was fun. A nice switch up.
Fran
I like the brown hair on her.
Rhea
It's a fun switch up. Yeah, it is. It is.
Fran
I see people saying that, like, she should try to be brunette and I personally don't feel that way.
Rhea
I don't feel that way. I think maybe she could change up the bangs. Yeah. But I don't think she needs to be brunette. I think her staple is, like, blonde.
Fran
I think the blonde just works for her. The brunette.
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
Is fun. But, you know, when you just can rock blonde like that, it just can be more. Can be more fitting, I feel like. So, yeah, what it was. It was a great little surprise for the end of last week. Cause I don't think anybody really had any idea what this video was gonna have or hold or who was gonna be in it. And then you're just, like, kind of totally thrown off when you saw the list of people. It's like, wait, how are all these people in this?
Rhea
It's such a good idea. It's so random. You can't really, like, predict it or be like, oh, I think the music video is gonna be all the people she had. The Graham Norton Show. Like, that's so random. So it's a good idea.
Fran
And it's fun to play off the concept of Graham Norton show because it is such a unique show and people love doing it. And you always get a very random group of people that get to, you know, be on that show and talk on that show. And I kind of wish I watched more of that show, because every time I see clips and stuff, I'm like, oh, my God, this is so fun. This is like, a show that'd be right up my alley.
Rhea
Mm.
Fran
But is it on? Like, where does it. What is it on? Like, BBC.
Rhea
Yeah. I always think the same thing. I'm like, anytime I do see an interview. Yeah.
Fran
I'm like, oh, can you watch it all on YouTube?
Rhea
I'd imagine there's a place for it.
Fran
To watch where it's like, where does Graham Norton show air? Oh, it's a BBC America. Graham Norton show typically airs new episodes on BBC America on Fridays at 11:00pm Eastern.
Rhea
So Fridays at 11:00pmite Eastern.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
It's a tough time.
Fran
Or you can stream it the next day on AMC plus and Acorn tv.
Rhea
So, yeah, the streaming is.
Fran
You can stream, but if you have BBC America, it's like, you know, hit record.
Rhea
Right.
Fran
So then you have it in your dvr. You can watch whatever you want. Because I feel like it's such a fun show. Every time I see it. It is like, if I was mega famous, I'd want to go on that show.
Rhea
Yeah. And it seems like people really enjoy going on.
Fran
Definitely.
Rhea

It's out. I have not listened fully yet, so I'm curious of your thoughts.
Fran
I really, really like it. I think that this is some of his best.
Rhea
So lower high praise. Really.
Fran
I do. I think this is Nicholas. I think we got Jealous. Yeah.
Guest Rapper
Wow.
Fran
I mean, jealous is jealous because it's such a popular song.
Rhea
Just took me so off guard. Really. Jealous is a great song.
Fran
Jealous is fantastic. But I. This album to me is Nick's bread and butter. Like, I think he sounds amazing.
Rhea
What is his bread and butter?
Fran
I think this is his genre. Like the jealous mix up of. Yeah, but it's like a mix of like R B, gospel, soul, pop. Like, he gets these. He gets like the choirs in a lot of these and these big moments. And he go, you know, some of these, he takes you to church a little bit and you're like, okay, Nicholas.
Rhea
Okay.
Fran
You go like Nicholas Jerry. Like, this is not just Nick J. So you. I felt that with this.
Rhea
His middle name is Jerry.
Fran
Mm.
Rhea
Wow.
Noah
Nick Jerry Jonas.
Rhea
I always thought Nick J was Nick Jonas, not Nick Jonas. Oh, yeah.
Fran
Like, not. Not like just the J was Jonas.
Rhea
I thought whenever I heard people say Nick J, I thought it was just Nick Jonas. No, not Nick Jerry.
Fran
No. You could gain Jerry Jonas.
Rhea
You could have gave me a million guesses on what his middle name Would be. Jerry was never gonna be one of them. Them. Nicholas Jerry fit.
Fran
That's why it's so good. Like, there's an ongoing kind of thing is, like, when he does this sort of music, you're like, yes, Nicholas Jerry. Like, he's going, okay.
Rhea
And then Kevin is.
Fran
Paul Kevin.
Rhea
Paul Kevin, Paul Kevin. And then. What's Joe's middle name?
Fran
Joseph Adam Jonas.
Noah
I like that one.
Rhea
Joseph Adam. I could see that.
Noah
Yeah, that's a cool Chad. How would you say.
Fran
Maybe not as. I don't know, maybe not as cool as you think it is?
Noah
J, A, J.
Fran
Just like Jay looks good. Yeah. But I know Nicholas Jerry. Nicholas Jerry.
Rhea
Wow. That one stunned me. Yeah.
Fran
So the. The whole album came out Friday. You know, it's very. It's very interesting to me. I don't really know the answer to this. On why everybody. It feels like all artists recently have been putting out deluxe albums, but, like, right after the regular album comes out, it's not even like a month later, a week later. It's like, the Sunday Best came out on Friday.
Rhea
I keep wanting to say Sunday, but it was Friday.
Fran
Yeah, exactly. I know. Same. I keep wanting to think that should.
Rhea
Have put it out.
Noah
If you're gonna name it after a day of the week.
Fran
Right.
Rhea
You gotta put it out.
Fran
So.
Rhea
Yeah, I agree.
Fran
So that came out Friday, but then he put out Sunday Best Deluxe on Sunday today. I mean, what.
Rhea
Who's doing his marketing? None of these were released on a Sunday.
Fran
No, none of them came out on Sunday.
Rhea
I know the Deloitte came out on Tuesday. Not Sunday.
Fran
Yes, Tuesday. That's even the following Sunday. But I was sad because I was in San Francisco when he was doing his. He did a little show at Irving Plaza of playing some new songs, some old ones, you know, playing some old. Old solo.
Rhea
Nick Jonas unplugged.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
Well, there were instruments, but you know.
Rhea
The vibe that I was going for. Yes, yes.
Fran
He was doing some of these intimate, like, acoustic shows, too. He's been doing for. For Sunday Best, but he also put out on the deluxe. He put out a song that he recorded when he was, like, 17. And I believe the origin story is, like, he sang it one time on, like, a. On like a live stream, and everyone just held onto it forever. You know when someone just, like. You're like. You watch your favorite artist on a live stream, they're like, hey, here's a new song I've been working on. And that song just never comes out. You're like, whatever happened to that song?
Rhea
And Then you would listen to it on SoundCloud. Cause it's the only way you could find it.
Fran
You're like, how. How do I find this song? So he put it on the deluxe. It's called London Foolishly. It's on deluxe. There's another one called While youe're Gone. And then a live of Gut Punch is on there.
Rhea
And London Foolishly he made when he was 17.
Noah
Yeah.
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
So it's like.
Noah
Is it the, like, vocals from when he was 17 or.
Fran
No, I think he redid it because.
Rhea
Yeah, because he only sang it one time on a live stream.
Fran
Yeah, it was like he had written it, but was never. It was never on any of his other stuff. Like, it was never on any of his other solo stuff. But I really. It's a beautiful album too, because it's such an. It's some of his best, most personal writing, I don't think. You know, with his other stuff, it's always been a little more. I don't know, like, he's just younger, maybe less serious relationships, you know, it's like songs by Olivia Culpa that, like, that's jealous, you know, and a different type of relationship. It is a banger. It's an absolute banger. But he hasn't put out any. He's a. Put out a full solo album since getting married, having a daughter. So there's a lot of really, really beautiful songs written for both of them, which is just like. It's so sweet, honestly. It's like, what more can one dream of, I think, than getting to marry a musician and then have them write these kinds of songs about you? Like, it's just like, so stunning. Like, you're Priyanka. You're just like. Yeah, these songs are about. It's just. It's so beautiful. And some of these lyrics are so stunning. Like, Hand Prince is so sweet. I need you is so sweet. Just like all these really beautiful songs that he wrote about Priyanka and his daughter. Princesses is so fucking cute. Like, it's just. It's really sweet. It's really, really sweet. And what's fun is he has a song featuring the Jonas Brothers. So, you know, it's. He does. It's called the Greatest, which is Nick. And then obviously Joe and Kevin are on it as well. So it's like featuring the Jonas Brothers.
Rhea
Gotta.
Fran
You can't throw that one out there.
Rhea
Some love to the Brothers.
Fran
Yeah. Which is great because it's just like, lyrics. It's very. They're very real lyrics. Very Very relatable lyrics. He's talking in a lot of like, literal sentences, if that makes sense. You know, recalling old stories. Like Sweet to Me. The lyrics are just like a lot of real life callbacks for him, which is one of my favorites, I will say. Sweet to me is up there for me. One of my favorites. I think I need you is a beautiful song and I really like the greatest. I mean, the greatest is fun. I will say the first. The first half of this album catches my attention a little bit more than the second half. But then it brings it home with the greatest in princesses for me. But there's really some fun and there's like some more like upbeat ones. But then also he goes slow and gospel y. And hold, you know, very church. Take me to church. Sing for me, Nick.
Rhea
Is any of it sexy?
Fran
There's a little, but it's less. It's less sexy.
Rhea
Okay.
Fran
In my mind, it's a little sexy. I mean, it's. It's Nick singing. It's not sexy, right?
Rhea
I mean, listen, it's. How's it not gonna be sexy? The.
Fran
The man can sing the phone book. It's gonna sound sexy, right?
Rhea
He's just got a sexy voice.
Fran
Oh, he does. So like that is there for sure. But it's less like songs of his in the past have been more lustful, if that makes sense.
Rhea
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Fran
And he's like, this is a man that's married in love. This is a man. This is a man.
Rhea
This is a grown ass man. This is a.
Fran
This is a husband.
Rhea
This is a father. This is a father.
Fran
This is a father.
Rhea
Yes.
Fran
And he's making it clear. And he's that girl dad.
Rhea
Listen.
Fran
And it's a girl dad.
Rhea
And this is his Sunday best. Because he's a father. Father Nick coming to you live for Sunday best. Now, honey, you sold me because I.
Fran
Honestly haven't really listened much, but I'm.
Rhea
Excited to go home and listen to you.
Fran
No, you should listen. You should. Front to back. I'm gonna listen little Nicholas Jerry Jonas for you.
Rhea
And now that I know his middle name's Jerry, like, it really just opens things up even more. I can't believe I've gone this entire time and here I am selling us to Dancing with the Stars for DWTS Con. And. And we hosted Jonas Con. And I don't even know Nick Jonas's fucking middle name. Yeah, the scrap. The eye. I can't. I can't. I'm disappointed.
Fran
I was like, Nicholas Jerry Joseph Adams, right?
Rhea
Joseph Adam.
Fran
How am I supposed to know? Nicholas.
Rhea
I would have thought Andrew. Nicholas. Andrew Jonas. Yeah. That's your middle name? Yeah.
Fran
You know, little close to Noah.
Rhea
Andrew.
Fran
You know.
Rhea
Right. Nicholas Michael Jonas.
Fran
Right.
Rhea
You're.
Fran
You're like. I could have gone for any other typical boy name in there. You just. Jerry caught you off guard.
Rhea
Jerry caught me off guard. And you know what? I like that.
Fran
The Jonas's did that is their dad. No, their dad's name is Paul. Yeah, he's. He's senior.
Rhea
Paul Senior. Yeah. And Denise.
Fran
Kevin Senior.
Rhea
And Denise Jones and Denise. Yes. At least I know Denise.
Fran
Yeah, of course.
Rhea
I feel like I need to know their middle names now. What's his middle name?
Fran
I feel like you're second guessing yourself now.
Rhea
You know that I know them. Yeah. I shouldn't be second. What's Frankie's middle name?
Fran
That I don't know.
Rhea
Somebody let me. Let me know stat with Frankie.
Fran
Franklin.
Noah
Who do you think it's gonna be?
Rhea
Franklin. Now let me. Let's all make a guess here.
Fran
Wait, I think I do know it.
Rhea
Don't say it.
Noah
You want me to give the initial?
Fran
No, no.
Rhea
Franklin Joseph. Jonas.
Fran
No, he wouldn't have the same middle name as his brother's first name. Franklin Joseph. I got a Joseph already.
Rhea
I totally forgot. Yeah, like I did not mean. You get it. Joe. Joseph. But it's the same exact name that. You're right.
Fran
Franklin. Is it? Is it? I just want a hint of like. Is it more unique or is it like a standard boy name?
Noah
I would say it's a little more unique. It's not crazy, but it's not like I don't really know many of these in my life.
Fran
Oh, Franklin.
Noah
Shit.
Fran
When I hear it, I'm gonna be mad because I totally know it. Franklin.
Rhea
Zachary.
Noah
It's a three syllable. I'll give you that.
Rhea
That. Zachary.
Noah
No.
Fran
Christopher.
Rhea
Christopher. Christopher is so common. Yeah, it is.
Fran
But I said three syllables. That's what got me.
Rhea
Give us. Give us two more.
Fran
Franklin. Three syllables.
Rhea
Jeremiah. That's four.
Noah
Well then I'll give you the initial if you can't get the next.
Rhea
Okay, give us the initial.
Noah
Nick.
Rhea
List.
Fran
Franklin. N. Three syllables.
Rhea
I am stunned. Don't tell us though. Don't tell us. I want us to have nothing.
Fran
I can't think of a long end name.
Rhea
Me either. Me neither.
Fran
All I got is Noah stuck in my head.
Rhea
Ah, shit.
Noah
It's only two.
Fran
I know. Obviously that's why I'm not suggesting that is Noah. Nicholas.
Rhea
Nathaniel.
Fran
Ooh, Nathaniel.
Rhea
Oh.
Fran
That'S what it is, right?
Rhea
Yes. Yeah. I don't know when. Nathaniel. Well, unless. No, Nate's name is Eric Nathan. Not Nathaniel.
Fran
Nathaniel.
Rhea
Nathan. Barstool. Nathaniel.
Fran
Barstool. Nathaniel. Nathan.
Rhea
Nathaniel.
Fran
Nathaniel. I, I.
Rhea
All right. Like going outside the box a little bit. Jonas is Franklin. Nathaniel. Jonas.
Fran
They gave him a couple long ones.
Rhea
You know, that's mouthful.
Fran
When my mom, when my parents named me, they were like, francesca is a long one. So we'll go short on the middle name. And then Gia has such a short first name, they went longer on her middle name.
Rhea
What's Gia's middle name?
Fran
Christina.
Noah
What do you think Leonard DiCaprio's middle name is? I feel like it would have to.
Rhea
Be like, I would say he doesn't have one. People don't have. Some people don't have.
Noah
Oh, wow.
Fran
Does he have one?
Noah
Yeah. And it fits perfectly.
Fran
It's like Giacomo.
Noah
But I don't even know if I could. If I'm. I'll say it. But I don't know if. You would never get this. But I honestly don't know if I'm gonna pronounce it correctly.
Fran
Sure, give it a try.
Noah
Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio.
Fran
Yeah. Wilhelm.
Noah
Wilhelm. Wilhelm Helm. It's W, I, L, H E, L M. Wilhelm.
Fran
Wait, say it again.
Noah
W I, L, H E, L M. Will Helm.
Fran
It's like not even how. It's like not Wilheim.
Noah
Will.
Rhea
No, there's an L. Yeah, yeah.
Noah
But that's, that's like. I feel like it needs to.
Fran
But that's so interesting to me because that doesn't match. But I feel like that doesn't match Leonardo.
Rhea
Well, that's why I went to Capri. That's why I went. Giacomo. Yeah, yeah. Leonardo Giacomo DiCaprio.
Fran
Right.
Rhea
No, I'm sorry. It's Leonardo Enzo DiCaprio.
Fran
Leonardo Michelangelo DiCaprio.
Noah
Yeah. His first.
Rhea
What's Brad Pitt's middle name? I am now down a rabbit hole.
Noah
I hope it's a one syllable.
Rhea
Brad. Chad Pitt.
Fran
Brad Michael.
Noah
Oh, Brad's middle name.
Rhea
Oh, what's his first name?
Fran
So he. So this is not even his real name. What's his real first name? Kevin.
Rhea
No, it's Paul.
Noah
It's a three syllable W. William. Yeah.
Rhea
William Pitt.
Noah
William Bradley Pitt.
Fran
William Bradley Pitt.
Rhea
Will Pitt.
Fran
Will Pitt doesn't quite pop.
Rhea
Not as big as Brad.
Fran
And that's why they make these people change their names.
Rhea
What's Bradley Cooper's middle name? Sorry, could go down.
Fran
So once you get to the middle of the podcast, Fran and Rhea, just guess. Celebrities middle names.
Rhea
For quite some time, let me tell you. I know people. People are enjoying this.
Noah
It's a one syllable. Bradley's initials are bcc.
Rhea
Bradley. Chad. Pit.
Fran
Carl.
Rhea
Bradley.
Fran
Chris.
Rhea
No, no, it would be Chris.
Fran
It would be Bradley.
Rhea
Bradley Claude Kane.
Noah
No.
Rhea
Bradley.
Fran
Can't think of another fun game.
Rhea
Sorry.
Fran
Can't think of another C name. Bradley.
Noah
There's a river named the same thing.
Fran
Oh, testing our.
Rhea
Yeah, Testing geography. I'll know that one right off the top of my head.
Noah
City. If I give you the city, Bradley.
Fran
Colorado.
Noah
Cooper.
Rhea
It's one syllable. I know, I know.
Noah
In the.
Fran
It's a river in the US on the East Coast. On the East Coast.
Rhea
Now I feel like I'm, like, taking a test. I feel like I'm taking a test.
Fran
In a big city. My God.
Rhea
I'm getting.
Fran
It's making. The clues are making me far, further.
Rhea
And further, further away. A river in a big city. Yeah. Suddenly every name of a river I've ever known. I know has left my noggin. Give us the second. The second letter.
Fran
Cliff.
Noah
The second letter.
Rhea
Cliff.
Noah
No.
Rhea
H. And it's not Chris.
Noah
No.
Rhea
Chet.
Noah
Imagine. Bradley. Chet. Cooper.
Rhea
Bradley.
Fran
The river is really what state or what state does the river go through?
Rhea
No, his last name's Cooper.
Noah
Bradley Coop. Cooper. What state?
Fran
Yeah.
Noah
Massachusetts.
Fran
Oh, I don't know. Rivers in Massachusetts.
Rhea
Yeah, Like a famous river.
Fran
Oh, it's Charles.
Noah
Charles River.
Fran
I got there. Charles in Boston. I got there.
Rhea
I got there.
Noah
State. Massachusetts.
Rhea
Massachusetts.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
Okay. But Charles is. Charleston is one syllable.
Noah
Charles.
Rhea
Char. Rolls.
Noah
Charles is one.
Fran
There's no vows.
Rhea
Charles.
Noah
Yeah.
Rhea
Yeah. Char. Rolls. No, it's Charles. Yeah, you're right. It's one syllable.
Fran
I like that. The thought process, though, is there no. The way you say Charles.
Noah
You might say it that way.
Fran
Charles.
Rhea
Charles.
Fran
Because there's only one. There's only that a. There.
Rhea
Charles Cooper.
Noah
Yeah. Bradley.
Fran
Charles Cooper.
Rhea
Bradley. Yeah, sorry. Bradley. Charles. Cooper. Anybody got one other celebrity they want to throw out there?
Noah
What about Denzel Washington? Washington.
Rhea
Ooh.
Fran

Rhea
Denzel.
Fran
Denzel.
Noah
Oh, you would never. I don't. It's a one syllable.
Rhea
John.
Noah
No. You want me to give you the letter?
Rhea
Yeah, yeah.
Noah
H, Hugh. No.
Fran
If I got that, I would have been.
Rhea
I would have jumped for joy.
Fran
H, Harold.
Rhea
Heath.
Fran
Harry.
Noah
Those are two.
Rhea
Heath.
Fran
I'm just throwing out names.
Noah
Heath. No.
Fran
Denzel.
Rhea
Any H name I could think of has more.
Noah
You might lose a needle in it. Hey, Hayes.
Fran
Hayes. Hayes.
Rhea
That's a cool one. Xl.
Fran
Hayes is cool.
Rhea
That is. That is really cool.
Noah
Yeah. A Y E S, just to confirm. Yeah, Not H A Z. I will say.
Fran
You know, I think that, you know, middle names, they don't get talked about enough stuff.
Noah
It's Hayes, like H A Y E S. I just. I don't know if you were thinking H A Z.
Rhea
No, no, I was thinking Y E S. Okay.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
Yeah, like the name.
Fran
Yeah, like the name.
Rhea
Like when people name their kid Haze, they don't name it like, yo, I'm gonna taste like flowed.
Fran
Well, yeah, because, you know, as you get older, you really don't talk about. Talk about your middle name much. No, but you like to. Everyone appreciates when the name flows. Like when you see your friend is announcing that they're having a baby or that they just had a baby to get the full name and you're like, what a gorgeous full name.
Rhea
Some people just skip a middle name.
Fran
Yeah.
Noah
When are you ever using it?
Fran
You don't for much unless you become a three namer.
Rhea
Unless you choose to use your middle name instead of your first.
Fran
That too. Some people just go full middle name.
Rhea
That's like, really? Women in the south, like Dakota and El Fanny. They both. Their names are not Dakota or Elle. Those are both their middle names.
Noah
So what are their.
Rhea
Mary. And I was gonna say one's Mary, one's Mary. And I'm forgetting the other one.
Noah
Dakota's Hannah. Dakota Fanning.
Rhea
Yeah, Hannah. And then hell is Mary Marielle.
Noah
Why do they do that?
Fran
Well, because if you really. I mean, Mary else, I'd imagine.
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
But I feel like especially at the time when they were coming up and trying to be stars, they probably dealt with people that were like, we gotta give. We gotta give this a little more pop.
Noah
Dakota and.
Fran
Dakota and Elle, I think are both much. You know, they're. They're not heard as often as Mariana, you know.
Rhea
Yeah, yeah.
Noah
Wow. You could just do that game forever and.
Rhea
Yeah, you could. You really could. Let me tell you, that's talking middle.
Fran
Names and everyone listening at home is.
Rhea
Going, no, I for one had a blast. New segment. Guess the middle name. Yeah, we just have guests on. When we have a. When we have a celebrity guests, we end with, okay, now you have to guess.
Noah
No, we guess there. You guess there.
Rhea
We have to guess their middle name.
Fran
To guess their middle name. That's a good one.
Rhea
That's a good one.
Fran
Except. Although, while we. We'd have to really go out of our way when. When like researching our guests to not glance at what they're missing, we have to close one eye to not know what their middle name is.
Noah
All right, let's see one more. George Clooney.
Rhea
Okay, George. All right, I like that one. George Clooney. I'm gonna go Michael.
Fran
George Michael.
Rhea
Because of Jordan Michaels.
Fran
George. Matthew.
Noah
It's a three syllable.
Rhea
Christopher.
Noah
You want me.
Fran
You want the letter Samuel?
Noah
No.
Rhea
Yes, please. Let me take the letter T. Theodore. Tommaso.
Fran
I love Tommaso.
Rhea
Tommaso.
Fran
T. George. Theodore is the only tristopher.
Rhea
Tristan.
Fran
No, that's only two. Three syllables. T, Ty.
Rhea
Sin.
Fran
That's two.
Rhea
I can't. I'm having trouble with the three and the one. Yeah, two I feel is a bit easier.
Fran
Yeah, there's just more twos, you know. Thomas. Theodore is literally only three. One I could think of.
Rhea
Give us the second letter, please. We'll take the second letter for. For 300.
Noah
I. Timothy. Yeah. Not spelled like Timothee Chalamet. Timothy.
Rhea
Timothy. Chalamet is like French.
Fran
Yeah. Timothy's. Yeah, Timothy's Timothy.
Rhea
What's Timothee Chalamet's Little name. And that's it. And that is where we draw the line.
Noah
Oh, interesting.
Fran
Francois.
Rhea
That's where we draw the French. Is it French? Is it French?
Noah
No, I mean, I don't read it as French. Who knows?
Fran
Claude.
Noah
So it's a one syllable, three letter. Three letter.
Rhea
Claude. Three letter.
Fran
Yeah, three letters.
Rhea
Timothy.
Noah
Let me know when you watch the first letter. No.
Fran
K.
Rhea
L, M, N, O, P. Timothy. Sam. No, give us the first letter, please. H. Hey, no. Q.
Noah
No.
Fran
H. And it's Only three letters.
Noah
Heck, The famous movie. The name.
Rhea
Her.
Noah
No, Timothy. Her Chalamet. Imagine it was him Timothy. Him Chalamet.
Rhea
It's a famous movie.
Fran
It's a famous movie or a character?
Noah
Both.
Fran
Oh, and the movies.
Noah
Movies names, something.
Rhea
Oh.
Noah
In fact, you want me to give you the first part of that movie title? You might know it. I don't know.
Fran
Ham.
Noah
No.
Rhea
Surely that would have came out by now if his middle name was Ham. Please.
Noah
The movie is shallow.
Rhea
How. Yeah, how? Timothy.
Fran
How shall.
Rhea
Huh?
Fran
How shall a man.
Rhea
How shall.
Noah
Imagine if he changed his. Like he used his middle name as Hal Chalamet. Kind of like that kind of pops. Hal Chalamet starring Hal Chalamet in the Oscar ghost tune.
Fran
No, I mean, it's Hal Chalamet.
Rhea
Okay, that wraps it up.
Noah
Before I named the Oscar, they should have to read the middle name when you win an award. And the Oscar goes to Timothy Hal Chalamet.
Fran
Yeah. You should have to go full government for award.
Rhea
I could go on and on, but I'm gonna stop myself while we're ahead.
Fran
We could be here for days.
Rhea
We really could be once a month. Yeah. Thankfully, if we ever run out of anything, we'll know. Just bring up the last.
Fran
Our listeners are gonna know. On the days that it's a slow news day is when rigging Fran start playing against the celebrities building.
Rhea
And let me tell you, it's a freaking blast. The day that we get it right on the nose.
Fran
Oh, it's gonna be a big day.
Noah
For first guess.
Fran
Yeah, for first guess.
Rhea
First guess right on the nose without the letter. I did that with Trent's brother's name. You did. And that was insane. That was wild, because we had. We knew that Trent had a brother, but we never knew Trent's brother's name. And we were in the car. We were in the car, and I was like, trent, I don't know your brother's name. None of us did. None of us did.
Fran
And I just.
Rhea
Just threw one out there. And it is in not a common name. And he was like, yeah, that is it. It was. It was like.
Fran
It was. It was crazy.
Rhea
It was a crazy moment. And I will never forget that. I'm still holding on to hope that I will do that again at some point with these last names.
Fran
One of these times, you're going to get a middle name like that. So.
Rhea
Yeah. All right, well, that wraps up today's topics.
Fran
And go listen to Nick Gillis Jerry Jonas's album. It's Sunday.
Rhea
Yeah. And don't let us know about any other celebrities? Middle Ages. We want to be surprised. No, don't tell us. All right, that wraps up the topics.
Fran

All right, let's get into the popcorner where we're taking your hot takes, your voicemails, your opinions. Noah, play that track.
Voicemail Caller
Hi Ria, Brandon, Noah, longtime listener, first time caller. Love you guys so much. And I want to ask you guys if you have seen anything about the dating history between Olivia Dean and Harry Styles after the Grammys and all the hype about Olivia winning her first Grammy and Harry being there to present the award. I've been seeing stuff online about how they used to date and there's photos of them and some of her songs are allegedly about him and I just think that's so crazy. Haven't heard this rumor before now, so want to know your thoughts. Love you. Bye.
Rhea
Love you too. Thank you.
Fran
There's a lot of lore around this and as somebody I think like I had just known about it because part of me, like even finding Olivia Dean in the first place was through my.
Rhea
You specifically scouted her through my sister.
Fran
And Gia really found her because she had remembered her name with rumors that she was baby dating hairstyles.
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
So it's like the One Direction fan world I think was very aware and it wasn't as far as I know, it wasn't like as far as I know, I know nothing but that. It was like not a serious thing. It's been described as maybe like a situationship.
Rhea
Well, we saw them making out in the crowd at Glastonbury.
Fran
Yeah, they had. There's a lot of pictures and some of them.
Rhea
Yeah, yeah. And then I remember that. And then they were maybe seen in, like, an ice cream shop somewhere.
Noah
Yeah, they were seen in and out. Because I was trying to. When I heard this pictures of them. And they were in and out.
Rhea
Yes, they were seen in and out. Yes. That was it as well. So they've been spotted out a couple of times. And because I've seen people being like, olivia Dean, stay away from Harry Styles. And then everyone was like, guys, she's already been there. Like, they already had a fling.
Fran
That has been the funniest part of this, is that after the Grammys, like, so many people went viral, and the comments were so funny. Like, people were just so funny because they were like, olivia Dean, you're. You're Harry's type. Like, look out, girl. You could be next. And all the comments were like, who's gonna. Who's gonna tell her? Like, it's just, like, already. Already happened. I weirdly have, like, a disconnect in my mind of I know people about her.
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
People say, like, there's some songs about him. I mean, people think Man I Need is about Harry cells.
Noah
Oh, but then she say that she thinks that there's Harry songs about her.
Fran
No, I think she was saying there's Olivia songs about Harry.
Rhea
But I have a question. Do they. Are they just saying that there's Olivia songs about Harry? Because it's the only person that they know. Olivia Dean has dated publicly 100. So they just go, oh, it must be about Harry Styles. Meanwhile, she's probably had other relationships.
Fran
Absolutely.
Noah
They think, man, I need, need.
Fran
People think, man, I need.
Rhea
Oh, it's Olivia Dean's most popular. Let's take Olivia Dean's most popular song and say it's about Harry Styles. Yeah.
Fran
People are like, hey, it was maybe a situationship. It was a serious, you know, come be the man I need.
Rhea
Yeah, I mean, that. That seems like an open song about. Could be about many people. Could just be an open thing about, you know, I need that man in my life. But I remember talking about this on the podcast when it. When we saw them, like, making out, we were like, oh, Harry Styles spotted making out with, like, you know, new singer Olivia Dean. You know, or not. She wasn't new singer, but just.
Fran
So, No, I think it was almost like mystery girl. Like, people didn't know who she was.
Rhea
Right. And then. And then, oh, it's a singer, Olivia Dean.
Noah
I can't Think of anything else right now other than what their middle names are. Both of them.
Rhea
No, seriously, what's his middle name? Harry's middle name is Andrew. No, no, no. So June back into this. Just find. Just let me know what his.
Noah
You want to tell you.
Rhea
Yeah. Was Harry's Edward. Yes. Okay. Edward.
Noah
And Olivia's Lauren with a Y.
Fran
So it was June 29, 2025, and the article was, watch Harry Styles passionately snog mystery woman as sparks fly impact Glassbury VIP area. And then people were like, oh, is that Olivia Dean?
Noah
We gotta use snog more in American.
Rhea
Yes. Yeah. Angus Thong's in Perfect snogging.
Noah
What?
Rhea
Nickelodeon movie type thing from back in the day.
Fran
Angus Songs in Perfect Sogging was a movie that I watched no less than 100 times. Ultraviolet is one of the best songs ever made. I stand by that. Like, that song is so good. And Aaron Taylor Johnson getting up there and performing. That's his big breakout role. Aaron Taylor Johnson.
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
That's so crazy. I fucking loved him. Like, was obsessed with him. And oh, God, she dresses up as a giant olive and she runs out. Yeah, yeah, it's amazing. That movie's fantastic. I haven't watched that movie in forever. But it's ever.
Rhea
But it was always on Nickelodeon.
Fran
It's a absolute. Because it was one of those ones that. That came out, like, in the UK and then was just on Nickelodeon all the time. Like, maybe like 73% licensed through Nickelodeon. But. Oh, my God, this must have been.
Noah
When he met his wife, Georgia.
Fran
No.
Rhea
Oh, my God.
Fran
I was about to like, be like. No, that was. It was only like three years later.
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
Creep swooped in 2008. Angus songs and perfect snogging. And it was a. It was a book as well. But Georgia, popular book. Georgia Nicholson, Me and my. I have friends that we still like, quote this movie all the time to each other.
Rhea
This was a good one.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
All right, let's play the next voicemail.
Voicemail Caller
Hi, Rhea, Fran and Noah. This is Rachel calling from Ontario, Canada. So my hot take is that I just hate when artists will announce that they're going on tour, put their tickets on sale before we're actually able to listen to the album. I know that you guys just got your tickets to Harry Styles, but the album hasn't come out yet. Noah Khan just announced. Announced that he is going on tour this summer with an album coming out in April. And I really just want to hear if the album's any good or not before I actually commit, like hundreds of dollars to go See them in concert. Yeah. I'm just curious to hear what you guys think about this and if you're willing to just take the plunge and assume that it's good or not. But I just don't really like it anyway. Love you guys.
Noah
Bye.
Rhea
That is so completely fair. And I usually do lean that way. Like, I am not one to just buy concert tickets. I have to, like, really, really, really love the music to want to go to a concert. Yeah. As for Harry Styles, for me, all the elements aligned. It was Harry with Shania Twain in London on the week that we have off. And I thought, well, God, this is just fucking perfect for me. And so I. I was willing to take. Take that jump. Yeah. Now it will then be a decider for me if I try to go back for msg. Right. Like, I'm not gonna go back for the MSG show if I didn't even really enjoy the new album.
Noah
He's gonna play the hits regardless.
Rhea
You know that.
Noah
He's gonna play music.
Fran
You true there will always be.
Rhea
Right.
Noah
He's not only playing music.
Rhea
No, it's so true. No, no, it's so true. And he. And seeing him in concert, I know how good he is. So I have that good faith already. Like, he is a spectacular performer, regardless.
Fran
Yeah. I do think that sometimes you can even listen to an album and may not necessarily love it, but go and see it perform live and it changes your opinion. Because I've had that happen to me too.
Rhea
I didn't even like Uconn by Justin Bieber until I saw him get up. And this is me watching it from my television. But seeing him perform it at the Grammy, I've listened to that song every day since. Yeah. And it changed it for me. It's like when you see the artist singing it and be so passionate, I think it changes things. But I'm totally with you. I mean, it's so fair to not want to just jump on the train of spending your. Your money for something that you don't even know if you're gonna like.
Fran
Absolutely. And it couldn't be more fair when the tickets are so expensive.
Rhea
Exactly.
Fran
These tickets are just so expensive. Like, tickets are so expensive to go see a show that it's not really. And it's hard because it is such a commitment. Because it's like the way it goes these days with a lot of the times is like, if you don't get the tickets right when they go on sale, it can be a challenge. So it's one of those things where it's like you really kind of have to commit to knowing. You either really love the artist or you're just gonna enjoy the show anyway. But, yeah, there are certain people that I'll buy tickets blind no matter what. But I think that's super fair to, like, want to hear the new album and see what they have. Especially for artists that don't have, like, a massive discography that you're like, majority of the show is going to be the new album because there isn't that much else.
Rhea
Right.
Noah
So I just saw a clip of John Mayer actually today talking to Matthew McConaughey about, like, if he ever did a tour. It was talking about how, like, he has to play certain songs at shows. Like, otherwise, people are pissed. He's like, if I ever went on tour and wasn't going to play my hits, like, I would tell everyone before.
Rhea
I announced the tickets.
Fran
And honestly, that is so smart, like, because I'm sure there are some acts that want to go out and just, like, play new stuff or play a new album and, like, don't want to. Certain songs, they just don't want to play. But the transparency should be there like that. I think that's a great point from John Mayer to be like, hey, guys, I'm going on tour. I'm just getting this off the tour.
Noah
If I do it.
Fran
Yeah. I'm letting you all know right now, you are not going to be hearing Wayne around the world change. Like, it's just like, it's. I'm not playing it.
Noah
I went to. He talks about, like, there was one show that he did. Like, it was the first show of a tour, and he didn't play Gravity. And I was like. I was speechless. I was like, what the hell? And then he. He talked about, like, after he saw. The reaction was like, I can never do that again.
Fran
It's like the beginning of that. You know, it's the viral trend of being like, what they. You're at the. They didn't even play.
Rhea
Right. Whatever.
Fran
It's like Noah's still sitting in the seat. He didn't even play Gravity.
Rhea
Gravity.
Fran
He didn't even play Gravity yet.
Rhea
Yeah. Yeah. That's so true, though. And that. That's smart.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
To say that. Because you gotta warn people.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
Because at the point now rips people.
Noah
It'll be. Have four albums now. Like, he's got plenty to hit.
Fran
Like, totally. Totally. But, like, it's the same kind of thing, you know, he, like, has to play Watermelon Sugar. Yes. You know, there's Just ones what's where. Like you have to do it.
Rhea

Voicemail Caller
Hey, Rhea and Fran, it's Claire from Atlanta, Georgia. Wanted to get Yalls take on the slight bit of controversy around Tate McCrae's Super bowl ad with U.S. athletes and similarly Dua Lipa kind of being a representative on NBC commercials for their Olympics coverage. I mean I'm all for these ladies getting their bag and, and America is a nation of immigrants and you know, if people want to, you know, join the country, represent all for it. But I don't understand why we aren't having like our US based pop stars like Sabrina Carpenter or even a Lainey Wilson type be that representative. Obviously not one to stoke nationalism or anything like that, but curious Yalls take on it.
Rhea
Bye. I gotta be honest, I really didn't think much of it it at all.
Noah
Like she got a lot of backlash.
Rhea
She did.
Noah
Because it's like, why are you like promoting the US and not Canada that.
Fran
I get a little bit more? Because it's not like it's, you know, especially with the Winter Olympics, Canada is one of our biggest rivals. Like it's as far as like hockey goes and you know, really a lot of the sports I figure skate, there's like a lot of great, there's so many great Canadian winter athletes. So it is. That is interesting. And I know, I feel like I've seen. To be honest, I blocked so much out when it comes to a lot of this stuff. Like I saw a lot of the discourse over it of like, oh, well, Tate McCray and she's dating Jack Hugh, right. He's on the USA team. So it's like, oh, she's rooting for USA because of him. But she's Canadian and Like, fair, I guess.
Rhea
Yeah. I think that is so completely fair.
Noah
For the US and speed skating. Yeah. Right.
Rhea
No, it's like, yeah, obviously she's going to be rooting for her boyfriend. Like, I don't know. I really didn't think even a second thought about the Tate McQuarrie stuff until everyone. I saw people getting, you know, Canadians were passed. But then she posted on her story, being like, you know, you know, I support Canada.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
Then, like, obviously she's gonna root for a boyfriend. So I don't.
Fran
Guys, I'll be honest. I don't even think I saw the ad.
Rhea
I didn't see it during the super bowl, but I've been seeing it leading up to the Super Bowl.
Fran
Okay, okay, well, like, because I was gonna say, I don't remember a Tate McCray ad, like, during the actual game.
Rhea
No, it's. It's just been.
Fran
It's just been, like, playing.
Rhea
It's just been playing on tv.
Fran
Is it just like an Olympics ad?
Rhea
Yeah, yeah, yeah. For Team usa. Yeah. Okay.
Noah
Well, she said, y' all know I'm Canada down.
Rhea
Yeah, Yeah, I, I, I didn't see it during the super bowl, but I just.
Fran
No, I mean, it definitely, like, makes you scratch your head for a second to be like, who did, you know, NBC reach out to that said, no, I didn't. Like, right.
Rhea
And she was like, all right, yeah. Or.
Fran
Or they thought like, oh, you know, she's dating the hockey player.
Noah
Maybe that's NBC ad for the Olympics in which she expressed support for Team usa.
Fran
Yeah, I. Look, I, I can't say I thought about it for more than two seconds.
Rhea
Me either.
Fran
I definitely. I saw Dua Lipa standing in the Milan square, like, during all the promo as well, for, for the Olympic. And I thought, oh, Dua Lipa. And I was like, okay.
Noah
She said, yeah.
Fran
It just wasn't like, you know, I wasn't like, oh, my God, it's Dua Lipa.
Rhea
Right. But just as if somebody from the US Was rooting for another country, I wouldn't be mad at them. You know what I mean? Like, I wouldn't be like, why aren't they rooting? Like.
Fran
And I didn't find. I didn't find Dua Lipa's ad to be like, go, Team usa. I thought it was just like, her promoting watching the Olympics, which is a universal, I guess.
Noah
I'm trying to get to Milan for an amazing opening ceremony and meet Team usa. Gonna spend the week with some of America's best skating for gold and Lindsey Von's epic comeback and back to the States for the big game, Super Bowl. So that's pretty. Like, I'm. I'm coming for the U.S. no, no, it's.
Fran
No, it definitely is.
Rhea
It is.
Fran
NBC paid her to do a commercial.
Rhea
I'm not, like, too torn up. Like, I really, like, honestly, just like, this. Is this something?
Fran
No.
Rhea
Here's the thing.
Fran
If I was. If I was Canadian, maybe it would bother me.
Noah
It's funny. Right under that is a tweet from biz, and it's. Tate McCrae has been compromised. Abort mission.
Fran
They've been talking about it a lot. I've seen the chicklets guys talking about this a lot. No, I. Like, maybe if I was Canadian and I thought, like, why is she just blatantly promoting Team usa?
Rhea
But if Sabrina Carpenter was dating a Canadian and then was, like, rooting for Canada, I would be like, that's kind of fun. Like, I don't think I would care that much. You know what I mean? Like, if it was like, oh, she's dating somebody that's playing for Canada and she's gonna root for Canada. Yeah, I'd be like, well, she's dating himself.
Fran
Yeah, but that's like, I feel like, you know, people take their. Their sports very seriously. Even if we just went. Even if you just went fandom, it's like, I'm a. If I'm a lifelong Eagles fan, I'm. And I just, like, start rooting for another team because. And then it's just. They're like, well, what happened to that?
Rhea
Well, it's like Taylor Swift, she was an Eagles fan and started rooting for the Chiefs because of her fiance. And everyone was like, well, that makes sense. It's her fiance.
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
She was literally wearing Eagles merch. Like, everyone was like, are Justin and.
Noah
Hailey Bieber like, going at each other when it's US versus Canada and hockey?
Fran
Justin Haley, I can't imagine.
Noah
Hockey guy, and he's from Canada, but she's American.
Fran
I can't imagine Haley is that invested.
Rhea
Yeah. I feel like she's like, you know, just like.
Fran
Also depends on your level of, like, what kind of family.
Noah
I feel like with the Olympics, it's like you're gonna always normally default.
Fran
Olympics is different. Yeah, Olympics is different because it's just you're.
Rhea
You're.
Fran
You got the commitment to your country, you know?
Noah
Yeah. It's like, it doesn't matter. Like, I'm not a big figure. I'm gonna root for America, right? Yeah.
Rhea
Because you don't know them. Regardless. So it's like, all right, well, I'm gonna root for America. America. Right.
Fran
Which is why you'd be like, she's rooting for team Canada and other things. I guess.
Rhea
Yeah. Maybe it's just the hockey.
Fran
Yeah, yeah, maybe, maybe. But, yeah, I get it. It's.
Rhea
It's.
Fran
I. I definitely thought, like, interesting choices, but that's.
Rhea
She probably got paid a lot of money. At the end of the day, all this comes down to is she got a good deal. Right?
Fran
Then it's a commercial. Like, that's like Dua Lipa. I was like, dua Lipa is just really promoting watching the Olympics, right?
Rhea
Yeah. Yeah. All right, let's do one more.
Voicemail Caller
Hi, Rhea and Fran. It's Noel here from Cincinnati. I did meet you guys at the meet and greet. My boyfriend said I was painfully awkward. I swear. I'm sure you were your favorite starstruck. But my question is around Olivia Flowers from Southern Charm. Oh, it's a two parter. The first part being she got engaged and then broke it off, which I'm not married, but do you think you could ever be engaged to someone, break it off and still be with them? I don't know. It seems crazy. I don't think I could do that. And the second part is also online. It's saying that she did it for a brand deal for like $50,000, which, after taxes. Is it a lot? I don't really know. But a two part question. Could you be with somebody, break off the engagement and still be with them? And then also too, would you and your man get engaged for $50,000? I don't know. I love you both.
Rhea
I would say no to both. I feel like if you are breaking off an engagement and then you're just gonna stay together, you might as like, there's a reason you broke off the engagement. And if you don't want to get married, then just stay engaged and never get married. You know what I mean? Like, if you. If you're two people who are against marriage for whatever reason and you don't want to get married, then you could just stay engaged. But to like, break off the engagement, be like, we are not engaged. We are just boyfriend and girlfriend. Like, that's odd to me. And there's a reason for that. And I would, I wouldn't do that. I would just be like, we're either broken up or. You know what I mean? Yeah, that just feels odd to me. And no, I would not. If she got engaged just for an ed, you don't think that's real. I don't think that's real. That'd be fucking absurd. That'd be so crazy.
Fran
I saw that. And I choose to not believe that because I think that's insane.
Rhea
That would be so insane. You can't compromise. I don't think that's.
Fran
I don't think that's true.
Rhea
Your morals for that. That. That's.
Fran
And it better be for more than $50,000, I guess. But, no, to be honest, my friends and I have been, like, kind of fascinated by this story. Like, because it was just one of those things where dating. This guy gets engaged, weddings planned, wedding gets called off.
Rhea
Yeah. No, no, no, no.
Fran
Like, wedding is being planned, the wedding gets called off, and yet they're still together.
Rhea
Now, if the wedding gets called off and something. No good is happening. Calling.
Fran
What's the reason you're calling off the wedding? If it's not a fundamental problem between the two of you.
Rhea
Right. If you're getting cold feet about all that. Yeah. Then you have cold feet about the relationship as a whole. You probably should just end it.
Noah
Like, let's loop back in, like, a year, Right?
Rhea
Like. No. Like, that's. That's strange to me.
Fran
I know.
Rhea
It.
Fran
It is bizarre.
Rhea
Unless they thought that they moved too fast. But still, like, I don't know. I think. I think that would put a whole damper on the relationship for me as a whole. I'd be like, what happened here?
Fran
And I haven't seen her.
Noah
Why not just stay engaged and, like, put off the wedding?
Rhea
That's what I said. Like, if you're gonna stay together, just stay. That's why it feels odd to call. Like, they're like, we're not getting married at all, but we're gonna date. Like, that feels weird.
Noah
And then you have to propose again at some point if you do change your mind.
Rhea
Yeah, it's a lot. It's a big process there.
Fran
Right. So she was supposed to get married in November, and she had posted pictures in December and was like, well, November wasn't the month I pictured, but it was still a special one thanks to these beautiful people with a bunch of, you know, pictures that she had posted. And they, you know, whatever. They pivoted to different things and just canceled. I forget when exactly they called off the wedding. Wedding, October 2025. Olivia announced she and Alex had decided to cancel their November wedding. It's a month before.
Rhea
Right. That's something. Something happened. They got cold feet. I don't know what happened, but I just know that that wouldn't Sit right with me. Yeah.
Fran
Yeah. Because that. I just, like, don't think I'd be able to.
Rhea
To.
Fran
To still date the person because it's like, on both sides. If I'm the one that was getting cold feet and calling off the wedding or whatever, like, isn't that speaking volumes on how I really feel? And why would you want to still date that person?
Rhea
Yeah.
Fran
And I mean, vice versa. Like, why would you want.
Rhea
And then if someone called it off on you, I'd be like, oh, you don't want to be with me?
Fran
Yeah. Like, if he was like, I don't think we really should get married in a month, but I think we should keep dating. It's like.
Rhea
Well. Right?
Fran
Yeah.
Rhea
Like yoga. You don't want to. You don't want to commit to me. Yeah.
Fran
And it's not like it's. It wasn't, you know, a six month whirlwind, let's get engaged kind of thing. They had been dating for a little while, so, yeah. Definitely a little bizarre, you know, teach their own. But this is not something that I would probably do.
Rhea
Exactly. Me too. All right, that wraps up the popcorner. Keep calling in with all of your hot takes. All right, that wraps up today's episode of Chicks in the Office. Thank you so much for watching and listening. We love you guys so very much. Reminder, tickets are on sale and we want to see you there. Big smooches. We'll talk to you on Friday.
Guest Rapper
Yeah, chicks in the office.
Noah
Long time listener, first time caller.
Guest Rapper

It's not even a flex Last minute red carpet flew them out on the jet yeah, they're who you want to be they're always on your screen Two questions queens and they might be spilling royalty A lot of topics that are popping here to get into. I know a show that you probably want to listen to. Who turn the heat up turn the beat up record the pod made a bag put their feet up the ones that leave no crumbs when they clean up who's the pod that they all want to meet up? Who turned the heat up Turn the beat up record the pod made a bag put their feet up the ones that leave no crumbs when they clean up up who's the pod that they all want to meet up.
Episode: Taylor Swift Is a Genius, DWTS Con + Obsessed With the Winter Olympics
Date: February 11, 2026
Hosts: Ria and Fran (with producer Noah)
Theme: The Chicks break down everything pop culture, from the Winter Olympics frenzy and Dancing with the Stars convention announcement to new music releases from Taylor Swift and Nick Jonas. This episode is laidback and chatty, with plenty of sidebars, fun tangents, and the show’s signature humor.
The episode’s primary aim is to keep listeners "in the know" on the latest in pop culture, with a special focus on:
The Olympics Are Back!
Both Ria and Fran express their love for the Winter Olympics and how it brings people together, whether in offices or at home.
The Drama of Live Sports:
Fran: “When you catch a fall live… it’s just drama.” (03:01)
Ria and Fran discuss the emotional highs and lows of watching events, from triumphant moments to soul-crushing upsets.
Figure Skating Storylines & Scoring Bias:
The hosts get invested in ice dancing rivalries (“Apparently we have an evil French duo”) and discuss real-world drama, alleging French judges gave inflated scores to their own team (06:06–06:55).
Olympic Athletes’ Journeys:
They shout out U.S. teams, and discuss athlete stories like Dutch speed skater Jutta Leerdam (and her fiancé Jake Paul), applauding Jutta’s gold medal and record-setting run.
Fran: “I was really trying to separate [Jake Paul] from the moment… Very happy for her for accomplishing that dream, you know.” (09:47)
Olympics as a Shared Experience:
Fran: “Waking up in the morning, you get all the afternoon events...It creates camaraderie.” (02:16)
Announcement & Lineup:
Dancing With The Stars Con will be in Palm Springs, CA, July 31 – August 2, featuring numerous pros, past winners, celebrities, and judges.
Fran and Ria excitedly read the guest list, note the absence of stars like Derek and Julianne Hough, and predict more surprise guests.
Fan Experience & Critique:
While some fans are excited, others complain about the convention being harder to get to and more exclusive than live shows. Fran notes: “It’s just a fun way to celebrate all the seasons… You’re not ever going to please everybody when you do a con.” (21:26–22:12)
The Chicks Want to Host!
They playfully campaign to host a panel with mock threats:
Ria: “If you do not have us host a panel, we’re here. We will come for you.” (22:57)
Timestamps:
Release Strategy & Genius:
Taylor Swift released the “Opalite” video exclusively on Apple/Spotify first, not YouTube—a clear chart strategy.
Rhea: “That was very strategic on her part. That’s why…she did it.” (30:25)
Video Cameos & Concept:
Set after her Graham Norton Show appearance; includes Cillian Murphy, Domhnall Gleeson, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, and others.
Fran: “I loved it. This is one of my favorite videos she’s done in a while.” (31:27)
Fun Details:
Video has a 90s vibe, features brown-haired Taylor, and ends with fun behind-the-scenes moments.
Fan Analysis:
Hosts and Noah speculate about cameos, and note Taylor’s superfan excitement at getting these A-list stars on board.

Fran’s Review:
Fran says this is “some of his best,” highlighting the R&B/gospel/soul elements, the use of choirs, and the personal nature of the lyrics.
Fran: “This album to me is Nick’s bread and butter. Like, I think he sounds amazing.” (38:09)
Album Details:
Includes a newly recorded song Nick wrote at 17 ("London Foolishly") and deeply personal tracks inspired by his wife Priyanka Chopra and their daughter.
Deluxe Album Trend:
The group discusses the oddity of deluxe albums dropping almost simultaneously with main releases (39:57–40:34).
Running Joke:
Extended tangent about Nick Jonas’s middle name, "Jerry," which sets off a half-hour of middle name guessing later in the episode. (39:11–46:43)
Possibly a new segment is born, as the Chicks and Noah spiral into a hilarious and increasingly elaborate guessing game about celebrities’ middle names—Jonas Brothers, Bradley Cooper, Leonardo DiCaprio, Timothée Chalamet, Denzel Washington, and more.
Memorable for fans of the show’s loose, conversational style—this segment shows the hosts at peak chemistry and humor, riffing and failing at geography just as much as showbiz facts.
Harry Styles & Olivia Dean’s "Situationship":
Discussion of fan rumors that Harry Styles and Olivia Dean had a brief, not-serious fling, and whether her song "Man I Need" is about him.
Rhea: “…Are they just saying that there’s Olivia songs about Harry because it’s the only person we know Olivia Dean has dated publicly?” (67:52)
Artists Announcing Tours Before Album Release:
A caller laments buying expensive tickets “blind.” Fran and Rhea admit it's risky but sometimes the live show can redeem mediocre albums.
Fran: "I do think that sometimes you can even listen to an album… but go and see it performed live and it changes your opinion." (73:09)
Tate McRae & Dua Lipa in Olympic Ads — Nationality Controversy:
Caller questions why non-U.S. pop stars (McRae is Canadian, Dua Lipa is British) front U.S. Olympic promos. The hosts basically shrug off the drama, but see why some Canadians are annoyed.
Fran: “If I was Canadian, maybe it would bother me.” (81:00)
Breaking Off an Engagement (Southern Charm’s Olivia Flowers):
A caller asks if it's possible to call off a wedding but stay together. Both hosts agree: hard no; Fran calls the idea “bizarre.”
Rhea: “If you’re breaking off the engagement…there’s a reason. I wouldn’t do that.” (84:08)
