Good. I mean, she picked the perfect day to announce it. It's a 10 out of 10 day in New York. It's a stunning, beautiful weather. The colors seem brighter, smell seems stronger. Like it's just one of those days that already it was such a nice day. This is just icing on the. It's my dad's birthday. Happy birthday to my dad.

Thank you. I mean, it really wasn't that bad. And it's just the Pilates and my legs were so sore that.

You'll get delayed, you know, a couple days soreness, and it'll probably last, but you gotta keep moving to get that soreness soreness out of there. You can't stay put now, so you're probably gonna have to go on some walks to get the blood flowing and recover those muscles.

I had icy hot on my hamstrings last night in preparation. Didn't really.

It sadly is overshadowing you. But honestly, thank God, because anything I was gonna bring to the podcast today wouldn't be even remotely interesting whatsoever. Like, I need to be wrapped in bubble wrap. I think I'm having one of those weeks that I just, like, keep hurting myself in some capacity. My toe is fucked up. It's the whole laundry list of things.

What did you do to your toe?

Well, on Friday, we sat down to watch the map that leads to you. We had some friends over. Not putting the blame on any friend in particular, but. But if I did, Leah. No, I'm kidding. My Stanley cup was on the coffee table, and it was blocking the view of the television while laying down.

[Rhea]

Envisioning it in my head.

[Fran]

So Leah moved my cup to the floor. Okay. And I forgot that she had moved my cup to the floor. Okay. So when I got out, are you.

[Rhea]

On the right or the left side of your couch?

[Fran]

I was on the. When you're facing the tv, I'm on the right. Like, my little corner. You know what I mean? So I. I know exactly what you're doing. Yes. So I was getting up to pee.

[Rhea]

[Fran]

And I must have swung my foot way too fast right into my Stanley cup. And I screamed so, like, you motherfucking bitch. And, like, it was really dramatic. And in my head, I thought, wow, what a dramatic reaction. That really did fucking hurt, though. I look down, I'm gushing. Like, blood is on the couch. It's on the blankets all over my phone. I'm holding my toe. It's all over my hands.

You got a nice white couch, too.

[Fran]

Yeah. So the blood was everywhere, and I thought, oh, this is bad. Looked at my toe. The bottom part of my nail came off. Not the top, the bottom. So you can imagine which toe. My big toe. Oh, my big toe. And a little corner of the toe next to it. The nail.

So it just, like, took a chip out of it. It took a big chip. Yeah.

[Fran]

So that fucking hurt like hell. And then I woke, and then it was just like. You know when you're just clumsy, you're just, like, in a clumsy state. Boom. Like, the next morning, fucking banged my elbow so hard, I'm like, oh, my God, somebody wrap me in bubble wrap all while I have my period. So, you know, like, the things are Just everything's high end, elevated. It's like the heightened dramatics being, like, a total bitch about it, you know? So anything I was gonna bring today, even though I did just bring it by telling everybody, um, you know, the cramps are at, like, the hundredth degree.

As well. So I'm delighted by this news today because it's lovely and exciting and just like, a burst of energy that I needed on this Tuesday.

A toe injury really is nothing you could do for it. And also, it's like. It's one of those things where you tell yourself, you warn yourself, and then you still end up doing it. I know these people understand. It's like when you repeatedly hit your leg on the corner of the coffee table. When you're, like, coming around the corner or the edge of your bed, and you know it's there, but it's just like, you clip the side all the time. I did the same thing this morning. I. My suitcase, which I, of course, have not unpacked anything, was on my floor in my bedroom. And the way I opened it, I was like, I'm opening this in not a great spot. Like, I know I'm not opening it in a great spot, and I'm probably gonna hit my toe against it, and I'll just remember to, like, walk around it when I walk around it. Woke up to go to the bathroom this morning. It was still a little early, so I was gonna go get back into bed. Toe right on the wheel.

Went right into it. Oh, yeah.

And there's nothing worse.

Because you're like, I. And I told myself to watch out for the suitcase, and I did it anyway.

Do you still wanna use this cup? Like, I feel like maybe you have some animosity towards it. And I was like, no, no, I'm still gonna use.

Period and then you didn't and then you got it again. Well, I woke up, you had it in Disney.

And then I woke up with my period period in Disney World on Wednesday and I was like, oh my God, what a terrible time. But then I guess it was just like a little preview because it went away this weekend and then because it was early, I was really supposed to get it this week and now it's back the week that I'm really supposed to get it and oh my God, I couldn't sleep last night because my cramps were so bad. I was just cuddling my heating pad all friggin night.

Yeah, you can't go to Gaga like that.

Yeah. So thankfully Matt was able to change the tickets and now we're going to Gaga on September 6th, Saturday. Super exciting. We'll have a great night. But I was gonna be going tonight and although I wish I was going with you guys, like having like some pre show festivities and all that, I gotta, I gotta lay down with my heating Pad.

So it had to have been after that because he's got the short hair in the pictures. Of course he's got the short hair during the New Heights podcast too. I always fall in the category of like, thinking Taylor Swift has everything so planned out, but at the same time, I go through that thought process and then I reach the conclusion of, you know, she is a hopeless romantic and she's probably so fucking excited and you get engaged, you want to scream it from the rooftops.

Yeah, I'm not sure as if it was some other big. They obviously did show clips that we saw more of. Like, we saw the conversation when they sent home Hannah and we saw the conversation when they sent home Jeremiah, which I think was a lot of what Nick was talking about too, because in that conversation, Nick was, you know, sticking up for Jeremiah. A sense that, like, maybe he wasn't the one. And then he just kind of was like, look, look, it seems to be two against one here, so it's going to be Jeremiah. But we didn't get to see that whole clip. And also the extended version of the heart rate challenge where, you know, those cheeks were in Ace's face.

I want to know why Ace was not questioned. Because Ace looked like he was thoroughly enjoying what was going on with Huda in that whole thing.

He was making out with her. He was looking at her with these eyes. He was grabbing her ass, looking like he was about to eat it. Why did nobody question how Ace was very much thoroughly enjoying what was happening with Huda there? No, I think, you know, you know, they could say Huda, like, took it too far or whatever she did, but Ace was so into it. So why was there no line of questioning for Ace being like, you literally grabbed her ass when she was shaking in front of your face. Face, you know?

Yeah, Look, I think right now everyone on the show is very, like, looking out for number one, which is so fair. It's like they're very focused on their worlds and what's being and what's being said. You know, Ace brought up a tick tock that Amaya made with Alex Cooper. Like, just like, little things. I was like, is that, does that need to be discussed right now? You know, I feel like there was probably so many, so many other things. And it was the same with. Same with Huda, like, obviously talking about everything that she went through and saying, oh, maybe using like, the word bullying was not the, the right word to use. And she didn't name names, which ended up kind of being more harmful than naming names. And it broke my heart to watch Alandria talk to her because they were supposed to be very close. And like, just, for example, could have went on social media pretty quick to be like, hey, like, I don't like when people talk about my. Like, I don't want to. I Don't want to talk about my relationship.

Meanwhile, Alandria is getting these heinous, disgusting, racist messages and things sent to her, and she's asking her friend to like, hey, can you please just say something about this? And she didn't.

And Huda said that she was going to make a post about it, and that's all Alandria wanted. And Huda didn't do that. You know, she spoke about it on a podcast, she said. But, like, she didn't go ahead and make that post that she promised Alandria she would do, which rightfully, Alandria is hurt by.

Yeah, Abs, absolutely. I think that that's like, when you're in that position and you're reaching out to a friend to try and help you, and it's something that. That feels pretty clear cut to condemn. Like, pretty easy to. To put that up on your story and be like, hey, guys, this is absolutely wrong. And not. And not doing that. So I don't know the clear. I don't think, like, that. That seems to be probably a friendship that will just veer in different directions. I felt that way with Huda for a lot of them. I think I saw that Nick unfollowed her on Instagram now too.

Right. But also Shelly and Hood as well.

Yeah, Yeah. I think that's. That's just the way it goes. Shelly and Ace seem like they're in a great place in their relationship. Not official official, but they are in love. What is it, 10 days too, like, that they had in between here. This, all this with Iris and Pepe went down. Maya and Brian and followed each other. But Nick and Alandria seem like they're in a great place, and Ace and Shelly seem like they're in a great place.
