Billy Sticker
So this episode of the Kyle Kennedy Podcast is a presentation I did for the Wellspring Mastermind that I. That I'm in. It's actually a group of seven, eight, nine figure entrepreneurs, and they had asked me to come in and speak on AI and how you can implement it in your business. So I thought it'd be beneficial for you guys to hear the same thing. Enjoy. You're listening to Cairo Dandy, the podcast of sweet chiropractic success. Here's your host, Billy Sticker.
Kyle Kennedy
Hey, guys, I want to bring our next. Our. Our guest up today, and I'm excited about this.
Billy Sticker
It.
Kyle Kennedy
The whole theme of this month is business and AI, Business and AI. But I'm so excited because when we heard about what Billy Sticker was doing at the Wellspring gathering with AI and his business, we said, let's bring him on. Let's have him share today. And not only let's have him share, let's maybe be able to take some questions or have, you know, if you want to be able to connect or reach out to Billy, that would be awesome as well, after the fact. But, Billy, man, I apprec you Rusty your kiddos. I still have the image of your kid on stage playing the drums, man. Maybe we could even get some of our kids. Maybe we have enough kids to have our. And a worship band for our family trip. I know we got one in Billy's family. So, Billy, excited to have you today, man. I'm gonna let you take it away from here as the team spotlights you guys. Would y'all give it up for Billy? Fellow Wellspring member Nicholas barely referred him to us, and I'm so grateful for him and his wife. Yes, yes, yes.
Billy Sticker
Yeah, it was Nick Unsworth.
Kyle Kennedy
Oh, it was Unsworth. I just got the Nick wrong.
Billy Sticker
Yep. Yeah. Nick and Megan. I'm so honored to be here. I love Wellspring and AI is just incredible. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to share. This is a presentation I'm actually giving in Vegas next month for a group of chiropractors. So I tweaked it. There's still some things in there that refer to patients now that you know kind of where this original presentation came from. Hopefully that'll help. I did take out all the HIPAA compliance components, so we'll try to run through it pretty quick. But my goal here is for you to understand the importance of if you were not learning and implementing AI, your competition is. This is something. It's not going away. It's here to stay. It is definitely a game changer for business, but just life as we know it. But it can be very, very overwhelming. So my goal was to how do we take all this information that's out there, simplify it, realize the importance and then figure out what is it that we want to actually implement in our life to improve things. So I'm going to go ahead and share my screen and we're just going to talk about and then we. I'll try to run through some of this pretty quick without going too fast and we'll be able to take some. Some questions and stuff here at the end too. But I am a marketer. I own a couple of different marketing companies. We actually own one that's specifically geared toward AI. So I'm looking at this. A lot of this is how is it going to help me grow my business? How is it going to help others grow their business? Technological advancements and cutting edge tools for running a business it unprecedented levels. Look, we're at a place right now. Let's. The tools that we have access to are unbelievable. Have any of you guys seen the new Ray Ban meta glasses? I actually have them. I shared on my Instagram and Facebook story I was wearing them yesterday and I played guitar. So I was worshiping on stage. Worshiping. And I was able to turn it on and, and take a video from the stage and they're crazy glasses. You can actually look at things and say, hey Meadow, what am I looking at? And it'll tell you. Whisper it in your ear. It'll do translation stuff. We're going to Italy in a couple of weeks or at the beginning of March and it does translations but I mean these are in sunglasses. There's so many tools we have available right now, which I'll go back to sharing this. Some of these things have been around for a while, but they were only available for these companies that had really massive budgets. But to be able to take anybody that goes to your website and capture their name, email, phone number without them filling out any lead forms, they just go to your website. We can get all their information out. We can find people. This is great for local businesses because we work with a lot of chiropractors. We can find people who search for chiropractor near me, but back pain near me. We can get all their information even if they didn't go to a website. Now technically we're not supposed to be able to reach out and call these people, but we can put them in a retargeting audience. We can drop a postcard in the mail, we can, you know, start advertising to them on Facebook now. And guys, this is happening to you. You're looking something up on Google and then you're getting advertisements on Facebook and Instagram for competitors. This is how they're doing it. These tools are available now and it's never been, never been so attainable to do some of these really cool things. But the AI landscape, let's kind of go over this real quick. It is transforming industry just like electricity's electricity did and the automobile did. Currently we're in what some people refer to as a and I. It's very, it's AI, but it's very narrow. There's very limited things we can do. But the goal eventually where these companies are going towards is what's known as AGI, which is artificial general intelligence. And the aim there is for the AI to be able to understand, learn and apply just kind of on its own. And some of it is a bit scary, but like we heard a couple of weeks ago, we shouldn't be fearful of this. If you look at what electricity did to the kerosene industry, right, it was a game changer. Horse and buggies with automobiles, we're seeing the same thing with AI and it's one of those things where if you don't get on board, you will be left behind. And there's this, there's like this graph and the longer you wait, the more further behind you're going to fall. So you really want to get on, on top of these things. Just here a few Months ago, chat GP GPT3 was 100 times more expensive than, than what it, what it is now. So we're seeing the price of all this AI drop as far as usage fees, especially if you're doing the API, which some of this can get a little detailed. We'll try not to get too detailed. But if you're using this, connecting it to other softwares, you're through API and st. The usage is one of those things you have to be aware of because it can be very expensive at scale. But we're seeing the price of this go down and we're seeing the improvement, the reasoning and things getting better and better and better. But 2025 is what a lot of people are referring to, is what we're going to see a full AI agent and this is going to be AI that can actually complete a task for you. Looking forward to 2026, we're going to see more people using AI robots for things and then 2027, we're going to start to see more about the AGI and ASI, which is really super intelligence when it comes to AI. But in any trends in business, you want to follow the money. Where are people putting the majority of the money? And it's obvious we see that money going into AI right now between Nvidia, Oracle, Meta, Microsoft, and then Trump announced recently Stargate, which is going to be $500 billion going into AI to help the US stay dominant on this front. And it's just, it is an unavoidable trend. And then you have this race. I don't know if any of you guys even saw this or paid any attention to it, but OpenAI has raised almost $18 billion. And then deep Seek, what they announced a couple of weeks ago, which is very, very comparable, some people say it's better on some of these tests than OpenAI. They were able to do with just a fraction of the money. Now there's been some investigations and they're saying, well, the reason they were able to do that is because they stole some of the technology from OpenAI. But still there is this huge race and countries are, are really trying to stay on the forefront of things. But I want you to think about this. Every team member you have, they're responsible for an outcome. You pay them not because you're their friend, you pay them because you're expecting them to accomplish something. So when it comes to AI, I want you to think of the same thing. What are different outcomes in my business? And how can I have AI implemented in any one of these things to make our life easier? And a lot of times it's not necessarily going to replace somebody. You're still going to need oversight by a human to make these things happen. But that's a great way to look at it. What's the outcome? Because most businesses, there's four different categories of the business, they need to generate leads, they need to convert those leads into sales. Then you have fulfillment for the client, and then you have retention. You know, we got a new client. How do we keep this client long term selling more stuff? So, like, those are four buckets that a lot of businesses have. So you can almost break it down into each one of these categories. And sometimes that makes the AI talk a little bit easier, more digestible. Okay, just in this section of my business, what tools are available for me to be able to implement some of this stuff? So our goal is to really define the outcomes we want. So it could be marketing, sales, operation, admin, and then what tools are available for me to actually accomplish the outcomes in these different things. So to really try to avoid the overwhelm, here's a couple of different tips. Subscribe to a couple of different AI newsletters you can get on YouTube. YouTube. There's some great people to follow on YouTube that are coming out with information weekly. There's a guy named Matt Wolf that has a great YouTube channel. Every Friday he comes out with a new video on like what happened this past week. But find a couple of people that you resonate with and just make it just. One of your goals is you're going to follow this person, you know, at least like this guy Matt Wolf on Fridays. Just to see what's happened this past week doesn't mean you need to implement all this stuff. You're just going to see what all's out there and then take some time throughout the week to actually test a couple of these tools. Because there's tons of tools and there are a lot of these tools that do the same thing. You're just going to want to try to find best in class or something that you feel that you can. And we're going to get into some of these tools in a minute. But take a little bit of time every week to actually start implementing some of these. Remember to be focused on the outcomes that you need. Just because there are cool AI tools out there doesn't mean you need to use them. If you don't need the outcome that that AI tool is going to provide. Right. It all goes back to the outcomes you're trying to trying to get in your business or your personal life and avoid distractions. Don't get caught up in the shiny new things. Kind of what I was talking about just then. Here are some of the basic use cases that we see when it comes to AI. A lot of people, they're using ChatGPT, which is fantastic. It's great. It's a great tool. There's a lot of stuff you can do with it, but that falls in this first bucket right here, text generation. That's kind of the main thing that people are doing with it when there's so many other things out there that you can do. We can use AI for video generation, speech generation, image generation, can write code, and then actually task completion. One of the things I'm going to talk about here in a minute is 11 labs. I was able to take a lot of podcasts that I've done in the past, a lot of sermons. I preach at our church all the time. So I had all these sermons and just all this audio recording of me and I loaded it up in 11 labs and I didn't plan on sharing this, but it's, it's kind of cool. I'm going to pull this. Share this. So we have a three and a half year old grandson and comes over several times a month, you know, to, to stay with us. And instead of me reading a book to him, I'll hop on Chat, GPT or Claude. A lot of times I use Claude and I'll say, I'll ask River, that's his name. I was like, river, okay, what's, what do you want the story to be about tonight? And he'll help me come out, come up with an idea. Like the other day we did one on porcupine, A porcupine or whatever. So I'll have Claude write a thousand word story for a 4 year old about a porcupine. And then I put it in the 11 Labs app on my phone and it's my voice. And then we actually will play things. We'll play the video. He told himself, I just need to find my way back inside. We'll play the audio. And so that's his story. Time is me reading these stories. I don't want to read to him. I have a hard time reading some of the books. I got to sound out the big words. But so we'll come up with these stories and then it's my voice, you know, telling him, telling him the story. He thinks it's, it's the coolest thing ever. So we can do speech generation with this. There's all kinds of really neat things we can do. But we're going to focus a lot of what I'm going to talk about the rest of our time together on this, on text generation, video generation and then the speech stuff. Some of the tools that are available now, I'm going to give you guys access to all these slides. So if you want to take notes, great. But they'll post the video in school and then they'll have a link to the slides too. So you can go through these. But Gemini, this is something that's owned by Google. Gemini is a really cool AI tool. It's very comparable to ChatGPT with a lot of stuff they do. But if you go to aistudio.google.com down here, right here, when you select this, it'll actually allow you to share your screen and talk to AI, have a normal conversation with it. But it's great helping with customer support issues. As an example, some of you guys may have heard of high level or go high level. We use that in our agency. Building out workflows. It's pretty popular software. I can get on high level building out a workflow and if I run into an issue, I can come over here, click this, it shares my screen and then all I have to do is talk to the AI. I'm having an issue building out this workflow or I'm needing this workflow to do XYZ and it talks back to me. And it's already programmed on all the documentation for the major softwares that are available out there. And it will talk you through your next steps on what to do in these softwares. It's pretty impressive. There hasn't been a software yet that I have access to that I haven't been able to get help using this tool. So. Aistudios.google.com it's part of the. It's in the Gemini family. So that's a really cool one for you. Another one. How many of you like to watch long videos on YouTube? I do not. Glasp is actually an extension. It's a chrome extension you can get on your computer. They have a free version and a paid version. But a lot of times what I'm going to do if I'm wanting to learn something, I pull up YouTube and then I try to find the videos that aren't too short, but they're not too long. Well, even a 20 minute video. I don't necessarily want to watch the whole video. Right? Just I just want the baby, not the birth pains. How do I summarize this? Well, what happens is Glasp allows you to once you have it installed, if you look down here, I know this gifs going. It puts these little stars you see right down here on the YouTube. When it pulls back up to YouTube and you click that and it automatically opens up chat GPT, it transcribes it and then summarizes the YouTube video for you. So if you ever wanted a very, very easy way to summarize YouTube videos, this is a fantastic tool and I find myself using it every single day. It'll also summarize different websites that you go to. But this is the most use I've got out of it is just summarizing YouTube videos. A great one. If you're doing any kind of presentation is this tool called Napkin AI. What Napkin AI will let you do is you can upload a bullet point list of whatever it is. If you're giving a Talk or any kind of presentation. Get on chat GPT, ask it to summarize the presentation into some bullet points. Then you can come over here to Napkin and it will actually turn any list of bullet points into a visual diagram. And it gives you tons of different diagrams to pick from. So you can go through. You can change the color, you can change the font stuff on there, change exactly what it says. But it is a really, really cool tool. And as of right now, it's still free to use. So this is one that we actually, we use it quite often. I wrote a book called AI Powered Chiropractic Marketing and I took each chapter and had it. I don't know if you can see like here, but all the graphs and stuff in the book, I just had Napkin do just each chapter I put in there. And then it took some of the bullets and we were able to to pull some really neat diagrams. Very, very simple and it's a lot easier. Typically I would pay one of my graphic designers to do this, but now I can do it on here for free. It's great, great tool. So let's talk about actually AI completing tasks for you. This is one of those tools if you're wanting what would be an AI agent to complete a task. Gumloop is definitely an app that you would want to look into. You can do a lot of stuff with Gumloop. They recently raised $17 million. The founder looks like he's 12. He's from Canada, a real young guy. But if you pull up Gumloop on YouTube, there's tons of videos of him just demoing what you can do with Gumloop. Some use cases for it. He talks about. He gets a text message and email every single morning summarizing his day. So he created this gum loop, this automation. Now there's also. You have to understand automation is different than AI. Some things you want to automate, some things you want AI to help you automate. But if you're implementing any kind of AI on scale, you just have to remember that there are use cases or usage fees that will typically be applied. So he does a great job. When you watch some of their tutorial videos and demo videos on helping you think through what do I want to automate, and then what do I actually want AI to be involved with? Because as you scale things, you know, hey, this is great and easy, but next thing you know, you're spending so much money on the AI side of it, so you want to be careful. But great, great stuff there. But he has this One, they're in this process of raising funding. So he has this gum loop that'll look and see everybody that he has meetings with that day. It pulls up their LinkedIn, their website. It puts together this bio of anything financial. He needs to know how much have they invested in startups before, what's their annual revenue, all these things that are important to him. And he gets an email with a summary of all his meetings and the key things he needs to know. And he also gets a text message every morning that outlines that also. That's just one of the things he's done with Gumloop. One of the things we did with it is we do a podcast every week for Cairo Candy and we recently started putting them on YouTube. It's been for the past 10 years, it's really just been something that we've done audio versions of. But now I created a gum loop. I can take the YouTube link to that video and it'll turn it. It turns that YouTube into a blog post. So it transcribes it, it rewrites it puts bullet points. It actually comes up with a different headline than what the title of the. The YouTube or that episode is. And sometimes for SEO, you want it to be different because I want to be able to rank for the same topic under different keywords, if that makes sense. So now all my team has to do is after they've finished editing a video, they drop the YouTube link in there and it turns it into a blog post. Right now we have it just going to Google Sheet, but you can actually connect it to your WordPress and it'll automatically do that. It'll automatically post the YouTube video, you know, in there as well. But there are tons and tons and tons of things you can do with Gumloop. It all goes back to what is the outcome that you want to accomplish. And then this is one of the. A cool tool that you can do to actually create things that will accomplish tasks for you. Lindy is very, very similar. Same type thing. Excuse me. It's all about accomplishing different tasks. You set up a different workflow and then have the a. You know, have the automations and whatever AI you need. But Lindy also has some great tutorial videos on how you can use that. So those are Gumloop and Lindy AI are two when it comes to completing tasks that you can use. There are other tools out there similar, but these are just two that we actually are getting use out of. I saw Stormy Hat applaud whenever we were at in our last Gathering. Who else in here? Can I see a show of hands? Anybody else? Use this? The Plod note. It is so cool. My best friend bought me one for Christmas and I was, I was like, oh great. Something that I have to connect to my phone. But I'm so glad he got it for me. It's. It's just so good. I recorded a lot of our sessions at our last gathering. You just turn it on. It records, it records everything. It'll turn it into two notes on your phone. There's two of them. They have this one that's a credit cards size that you can actually plug into or just you know, connects to the back of your phone. Or they have one that you can like wear on a chain or wear on a bracelet. It's a little bit different. I forget the different names, but I think they're roughly about the same price. But these are fantastic. I definitely recommend getting one of these. Any of you ever want to write code or write program, any kind of programming, Lovable is a great tool to actually create your own software. You can tell it, you can just give it a prompt. Hey, I want to create a software that'll do XYZ and I want it to look like XYZ and it will literally write all of the code for you and you can develop your own software. Whether that's something as simple as. So I can, for a marketing company if I want to put something on my website that you know a tool, some kind of calculator to show chiropractors, you know, hey, if, if we can get leads at $30 a lead, how much do you want to be spending? Like you can plug in all the different numbers for the different metrics that we typically follow and then let them know what kind of ad spend they want, if they want X amount of new patients a month or whatever. This would be a very, very simple tool for you to use to build out different software like that. But there's never been anything and there's other tools other than just this bolt New is another one that's very similar. Lovable, has an easier interface to deal with. But the fact that we can write code now from a prompt is pretty impressive. But here's a great tool for doing that. It's lovable. Syllabi IO is a great one. If you wanted to do faceless YouTube videos, all you have to do is give it a prompt and it will craft the story, it'll come up with all the animation, everything. It even does all the voiceover and all you had to do was give it a prompt and it'll create faceless videos for you. So I've seen people do stuff like this where they'll do, you know, children's stories, bedtime stories. I saw someone when I first heard about this, somebody was using the example of they got on YouTube and found popular YouTube videos on bullying. And they took those popular videos that were already getting tons and tons of views and summarized them and then had AI rewrite them with the same, you know, the same key points and then put it, pull it in syllabi. Excuse me. To create these faceless YouTube videos on topics that they already know are popular. And so people are building YouTube channels without ever putting their face or their voice. And they're just finding other popular videos and then using a tool like syllabi to create content without them having to be the ones doing this stuff. So another great tool for you there. So how can we use AI to actually grow, grow our business? One of the great things, and this is one of the things we tell our chiropractors to do all the time. I also coach a lot of marketing agencies and we have them go through and do this process. So this is something every single one of you on this call is going to be able to do here. I'm talking about using a patient profile, but you can do this for if you're B2B or if you're B2C, you would just take your client and have ChatGPT build either a business profile or Persona for that person. So what we have our chiropractors do is we want to build a patient profile and we want to know what are their pains, what's their problems, what do they want, what do they not want, and what have they tried. I did the exact same thing for chiropractors. You know, I just told ChatGPT, Hey, I need to build a, a business profile for chiropractors. This is the services that we offer. I need to know what's their pain, problems, wants, what do they not want and what have they tried. And then it's going to give you a great output. Take this, save it in a Google Doc, save it as a PDF or whatever. But you want to save this. There's a couple of different things you can do with it. Once it gives you this output, you can take it and you can either create your own custom GPT, which is, this is one of the things we did with ours. We took it, uploaded it, and then also told if you build a custom GPT, which that's another training in itself. You just upload the PDF. You're like, look, this is my ideal client. I want you to act as a marketing PR genius or whatever, and you train your GPT to whatever it creates. It's always speaking to that specific Persona or that business profile. And so we have our chiropractors do this, upload their patient profile, and then now they can write ads, it can do video scripts, speaking to that specific pain points and things of that, you know, patient profile. It can write email campaigns, newsletters, anything to do with marketing website content. And it's all geared towards that person. We even have, whenever we're doing it for patients, we have chiropractors do it for patients. We have them put in there a patient profile for someone who lives in this, you know, this area, this geographical region. So this is something everybody should do. And then you have it. You always use your AI to speak specifically to that, that person. But content strategies, you can create content calendars, campaign planning, educational content. We did something similar. We built a patient, a very generic patient profile and then had ChatGPT speak to that profile and build out 52 weeks of video content ideas. Because we want our chiropractors to do video content. That's kind of one of our main things we want our chiropractors to do because we use that to build retargeting audiences and really establish their brand and their local environment or their local market. So we were able to do this, speak to that patient profile and build out 52 video scripts, you know, for the whole year. So that's another way that you can use AI. I'm going to show you some cool, cool things on how we're using AI to do videos. Because one of the big things that our, our clients don't want to do is they don't want to put their, their, they just don't want to take the time to do all these videos. And I know we're kind of running out of time, so I'm going to skip through this pretty quick. We use tools called HeyGen 11 Labs, which is for Voice NotebookLM and Claude. Let's see. I want you. I'm hope hopefully you can hear this. I want to play just a little bit of this. And this is all AI generated. Imagine never missing another patient call again. Your practice working for you 247 even while you sleep. Meet your new AICA, your AI chiropractic assistant, your tireless practice. Hope y'all can hear that. Okay, that was like all AI. I just gave it A script. Heygen allows you to create different Personas, like different. You just record two to three minutes of you standing up outside, sitting at your desk, wherever you want. And then you just feed hey Jen a script and it'll actually use your voice and create different videos. But watch this one here or listen to this one. I don't speak Spanish and this is like it was all done with hey Jen and 11 labs just going through and I just had it translated into Spanish and it sounds just like me speaking Spanish. And some great friends of mine speak Spanish. One of my closest friends is from Ecuador and I sent this to him and he was like, just amazed. We can do all this. There we go. Now I'm stuck. But you can do all that with Heygen, 11 labs, things like that. NotebookLM. This is a fantastic tool. Let me give you a really cool use case for this. Let's say that you wanted, you had a topic that you were wanting to teach on. Or let's say you're a pastor and you're wanting to do a series on fasting. You could go on YouTube, go online and find all these different websites, all these different pastors that you actually respect their messages, their teaching on, on fasting. You can create a notebook. Think about it like when you were in college, you have notebooks for each subject. You create a notebook and you just fill that notebook full of information on fasting and then you speak to it just like you would any other LLM, any other AI. I need a four part sermon series outlined from this content and it'll create an outline for sermon series. Another use case. Let's say we'll stay in ministry here. Let's say a pastor does a series. We're in February right now, so you know, he does one on relationships, four different sermons. He takes all of his sermon notes, puts in a notebook, he takes all four of his videos from YouTube, his sermons, puts them in there with his notes and then says I need a 14 chapter book outlined from this content. And now he can take all of the stuff he's already done and now he can turn his sermons into a book very, very simply using a tool like NotebookLM. So this is a great tool. So we're teaching chiropractors how to do something very similar, coming up with their video script ideas, but put all their different information in here and then building from there. But then you have Claude or whatever write the video scripts for you. And 11 labs is how you can do your voice cloning. There's a couple of different options you can do one where you only upload four or five minutes worth of audio, or you can do like I did and upload three hours worth of audio and it does a more professional voice for you. Another cool tool that we're doing for chiropractors, we're telling them to create a series, a Google Drive with a bunch of B roll video. And this is something all you guys can do too. If you need to create content, just have a bunch of B roll. You at the gym, you playing with the kids, you walking in the neighborhood, you doing dishes like whatever, all this B roll video and you just upload it to a Google Drive and then you can have your team go through you tell it what the different topics are you want videos on. And it can actually have your voice because you use 11 labs, connect it to these different tools, you create the video scripts, and then your team can actually use several different tools out there to make these videos. And it's your voiceover because you just have chat, GPT or Claude or whoever you say, I need a 30 second dialogue only video script on this topic, speaking to this demographic or whatever, you know, patient Persona or whatever you've already created. So it'll create all these different video scripts. You have your team do videos and it's all you like, they're seeing you, they're hearing your voice. You didn't do any of that. Your team and AI did all of it. So that's one of the things we're having our chiropractors do now, is we're clone their voice. With 11 labs, all the B roll goes into Google Drive and then we use AI to create the dialogue video scripts and then turn those into videos without the doctors having to do work every week. Creating these videos, heygn is a cool tool for that. This here you can kind of see some of the different Personas I have, like sitting down, standing up, different shirts, different hats or whatever. But let me show you how we're using it to get the most for new business. We're actually creating these AI chatbots. You can actually just use Zapier, connect it to Zapier. If you're familiar with Zapier, they do have a way that you can build chatbots inside of Zapier. It will actually communicate with leads for you. We do a lot of speed to lead with this. So if we're doing lead generation for chiropractors, when somebody fills out a lead form or a form on the website, the AI just takes over and gets them booked on a calendar. But these are some tools. There's different tools out there that you can use to do this. This is great. Something else that we found extremely beneficial, we're probably seeing the most success with this strategy would be using something like this. And we can do voice AI now. So we have voice receptionists. People call, can answer the phones. We can even make outgoing phone calls. And it's all AI. We don't hide that it's AI, but you can give it different accents, you can give it different personalities. But we can have it where a lead comes in schedules, and then AI calls them to confirm. Hey, John. Saw you just scheduled an appointment. Fantastic. We just emailed you over all your new patient paperwork. Make sure you get that filled out. And any other information like AI voice can do it all. But where we're seeing the most success is database reactivation campaigns. So any of you, if you're sitting on a big pile of leads that you've already paid for, they're just sitting there. Nothing's happening with them. You can use AI to go start having conversations with all those people, and we just come up with a creative hand raise. Like, what's something we can ask them to see if they're still interested, you know, hey, don't mean to bug you. We're just cleaning up our database. You'd ask about. We're doing this for a solar company right now. You had shown some interest in the past. You know, do we want to. Do we need to go ahead and remove you from our list? Or is that something you're so interested in? And then we just look for a positive response and then the AI takes over and gets them booked on, you know, on a call or whatever the next step is. We can even do the same thing with voice, where voice can go through and call a lead. This is great for realtors and stuff. You can use this the way I like to tell people, even clients, even though we make more money. Whenever we set up voice AI for somebody, my best friend, if he needs me, he calls me. No, he texts me. Sorry. If he calls me, there's a problem. Right. Text is still more powerful, we think, and more effective than doing. Than doing some of these. Let me see, for the voice AI, we use Synth flow. You can also use VAPI plus make, which is a little bit confusing. It's a little bit cheaper doing it that way. But this is how you can do. Set up a voice AI whether you want to do inbound or outbound phone calls, and that's it. And we're Pretty much out of time. There's a lot of stuff we can cover. There's several of these things we could have gone deeper into, but with the last little bit, I want to see if there's anything that, any questions or whatever that I can answer, and I'll be more than happy to hop on a call with anybody to go deeper on any of this.
Kyle Kennedy
Well, Billy, that's generous, man. Hey, guys, we all give it up for Billy on this. We all give it up for Billy. You know, I, I. It blows my mind away what's possible with AI I think one of the biggest things for me, Billy, is I heard that the reduction in even force for Perry Belcher. Perry Belcher has 300 AI employees, and they, like, he's got one AI employee that all it does is write subject lines for him. But Somehow the, the 300 employees are also communicating with one another together, like, congruently. And it just blows my mind away. The possibility and even hearing today some of the things you're sharing, it's just.
Billy Sticker
In Perry's group, are you. Because he was staying so, you know, so far ahead on a lot of this stuff. It was one of the best places I found to, you know, to, to get more information. You know, I do like how he's using it.
Kyle Kennedy
So, basically, guys, we don't have to join Perry's group because Billy just offered a phone call.
Billy Sticker
He just said, anybody who wants to talk.
Kyle Kennedy
And I'm telling you, this guy is generous. This guy is generous. Like, I want you guys playing with it or playing with it at another level if you've already been playing with it this month, like, take it to another level. Help it save you time, save you money. Hey, any questions for Billy before we. Well, we're coming to the top of the hour. Billy. I want you to pray and just bless everybody. And if there's any questions. Holly, we're going to hang out for 10 or 15 minutes. I'll let you navigate that. If anybody wants to just ask Billy a direct question. I want to finish at the top of the hour like we said. We will, but, but, but we're gonna, we're gonna officially close and then unofficially open up some Q A time for anybody that might want to ask Billy a question. So go ahead. Go ahead. Billy, will you, will you pray over everybody?
Billy Sticker
Yeah, absolutely. Father, we thank you so much for all that you're doing in our lives. And you have us here at this time for a certain reason, and we want to look at the tools we have available is simply that they are simply tools to help us accomplish more, to help us further your kingdom, further our businesses, so we can increase the impact we have on your kingdom. May you receive glory and honor from all that we do in Jesus name, Amen. Amen.
Kyle Kennedy
Hey guys, give it up for Billy in the chat. Give it up for Billy in the chat. So, Billy, you think Perry's maybe the most cutting edge right now out of anybody?
Billy Sticker
I don't know that if he's the most cutting edge. I just wanted to be a part of something that we're people were actually using it. And as long as he's been around because he's, he's an old school marketer, I was pretty impressed with, with how well he's doing it. So he's referring to all these employees he has. The majority of them are just custom GPTs that he's built. That's all it is. And so he's like, hey, I just. This is where I go to for writing headlines and all this. So it does sound, hey, this is pretty cool. I have 300 and I actually have access to the majority of those. I don't necessarily use them all because I, I want to create something that's going to speak specifically to my demographic. And yep, it's kind of. So we just kind of make our own. But yeah, there's some great stuff he's doing. One of the things was a little distracting whenever I went to like their last event is they are, they're working with just people. I mean, I'm kind of agency focused and they're entrepreneur focused. So they were talking about AI for Amazon and AI, like in these different verticals and things, which I totally get. But it's. As an entrepreneur, we probably all agree it's easy to go, oh, I could do that too. That's another source of income, a stream of income. But it's like, nope, no, I don't want to do that. I need to focus. Right?
Kyle Kennedy
So I love it. Hey guys, I want to open it.
