Accumulative constructive survival value = chiropractic care, good nutrition, proper sleep and exercise. Accumulative destructive survival value = subluxations, poor nutrition, improper sleep, lack of exercise. As BJ Palmer would say, it is as simple as that!
"Guard it well" is not a suggestion from BJ Palmer but a strong demand. What are we doing to guard chiropractic well in 2026? FYI---if you missed last week's track, it was recorded live at the ICPA Gathering.; so check out episode 665!
What's been your pivotal moments in your life? What's been the obstacles you had to face to get to where you are? Listen as Dr Rubin inspires over 400 ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) doctors and staff live from the 2026 ICPA Gathering!

More and more patients, both kids & adults, are coming in diagnosed with EDS and/or POTS. These 2 disorders are part of a larger autoimmune issue that we are seeing globally.
Episode 662 "What awakened me?" by Dr. Drew Rubin
"We work on the subtle substance of the soul" is one of my favorite BJ Palmer quotes from the story, "This Inner Power Speaks." Dr Palmer doesn't mention back pain or even the spine...he talks about how we are working on the nerve system which helps our innate intelligence work at 100%!
One of my favorite BJ Palmer 'stories' from my favorite Green Book, The Bigness of the Fellow Within, (1949), brings us back to chiropractic's roots. Come with Dr Rubin in a journey down the Green Book Lane episodes.
Pediatrics is disruptive! Especially chiropractic pediatrics...we are filling a niche that noone else fills, seeing kids that really need specialized care and attention. Honored to be serving the kiddos that we see.
Polyvagal and Prediction? At first, most people don't see how they fit, but Dr Rubin makes it seamless in how well these 2 theories work together, especially when dealing with children with Autism. This talk was presented to the World Chiropractic Congress of Students at Life University. (Please note: this is a secondary recording therefore the sound quality is slightly off. )
