Mark chapter 14. Now, the Passover and the festival of unleavened bread were only two days away. And the chief priests and the teachers of the law were scheming to arrest Jesus and secretly kill him. This is literally two days before the crucifixion. This is the week of his death, they said. Not during the festival, though, or the people may riot. So while he was in Bethany, reclining at the table of the home of Simon the leper, a woman came with an alabaster jar. Now, let me just give you the scene here. This is, theologians would tell us, a party to celebrate the Lord. They're celebrating two things. They're celebrating the healing of Simon, who was a leper, and they're celebrating the resurrection of Lazarus. So this is an honor. This is a party in honor of Jesus, a dinner in celebration of Jesus. People should be honoring Jesus. And ain't nobody honoring Jesus but one woman. By the way, 5% of Americans who say they go to church and who attend a church and who say they're Christians, tithe. So I want you to think about this. Just like the vast majority in this room, in this scripture, were not honoring the Lord. Most people don't. And yet one woman was able to unlock something in her life that was going to change her life forever. Watch it. While they were in Bethany, reclining at the table, look what happens. She comes with an alabaster jar, very expensive perfume made of pure nard. She broke the jar and poured the perfume on his head. Some who were present, these are the disciples, and especially Judas, were indignant. And they said, why this waste of perfume? It could have been sold for more than a year's wages and the money given to the poor. They rebuked her harshly. Leave her alone. Jesus said, why are you bothering her? She has done a beautiful thing. Now watch this. He didn't say, for me. To me, the poor you'll always have with you, and you can help them anytime you want, but you will not always have me. Let me just stop for one second while we're talking about this. We are a church who gives 10% of our income away to serve humanity in missions. Giving. But I want to say this. I'm not a humanitarian aide. We're a church. We preach. Is that weird to say? You're like. Because I got a message on Instagram, you don't need that parking lot. You need to give that to the poor. Well, go help them if you want. This is a ministry. We help the poor. We give 10% away to the poor. But this is a ministry. I just think that's important to just say and make it super awkward as we're two minutes into this sermon. Tax the church. You want to give more money to the government? Do you even think about what you say? Not you. The mythical enemy I'm preaching to right now through the screen. We need to tax the church. Have you been to the dmv? Have you been to a post office? Have you seen our roads? Tax the church. Why would we want to give them more of our money? Anyway? Here we go. Verse 8. Y' all with me? Is this okay? Say, help him, Lord. Help him, Lord. She did what she could. She poured perfume on my body beforehand to prepare my body for burial. You know what's amazing about this? I'm going to preach every verse. I got to stop. I got to get moving. They were all in denial that Jesus was actually going to die on the cross. In other words, y' all don't even know how significant her offering is. And I just want to submit to you. You have no idea how significant your offering is. Truly, I tell you, wherever the gospel is preached throughout the world. Watch this. What she has done will also be told in memory of her. Now check out what happens, because giving always triggers Judas. Then Judas Iscariot, one of the 12, went to the chief priest to betray Jesus to them. All right, I want to talk about what happens when you give. What happens when you give. Whether you give here, whether you go to a different church, whether you. I just. I want to. I want to show you spiritually what happens in the spirit realm when you give Jesus. I pray that you'd speak now. I thank you for this amazing thing you're doing in our church. I thank you for these amazing people. I thank you, thank you for the plan that you have for their life and that you're going to speak to us now in Jesus name. Everybody say, my heart's open. Speak to me, Lord, in Jesus name. Amen. Come on. If you're ready for a word from the Lord today, can we just give God the praise? In this place, Jesus reminds us that money is not just paper. Money is not just numbers. Money is not just currency. Money is not just silver or gold. Money is spiritual. Now, I have said that now three times this weekend, and every time I've said it, I've had the same response. Silence. Because when I say that, it's kind of like I don't. What money. Spiritual. Well, I'm glad for the silence because it means you're like, show it to me in the Bible. Well, I'm glad you asked. No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other or you'll be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and Mammon, which was the Assyrian God of wealth and riches. Jesus is saying that money is not natural. Money is spiritual. All money will have a spirit on it. Your money, the money that's either in your pocket or in your bank account right now has a spirit on it. It either has the spirit of God on it or it has the spirit of Mammon on it. But let me just tell you this. Your money is anointed. But you must choose the spirit that it will be anointed with. When your money has the spirit of God on it and when your life is submitted to the things of God that spirit shouts, God is good. God is my provider. God is my source. I have more than enough. And I will never worry about money because I know who my father is. That's what the spirit of God shouts about money. But the spirit of Mammon has a different confession. And maybe right now, maybe this is what's on your money. This is what's on your life right now. And I'm telling you, we can change anointings today. We can change spirits today. But for many people, they shout, God is not good. And I am my own provider and the world is my source. I'll never have enough. I have so many reasons to worry. And I'm telling you, Mammon will keep you in a place of fear about finances. You'll live your entire life thinking, I won't have enough. It is only generosity, by the way, that can break that spirit off of your mind and off of your heart. Giving attaches my heart to heaven. Greed attaches my heart to the things of this world. Look what Deuteronomy chapter 14 says about your tithe. Bring the tithe into the designated place of worship the place the Lord God chooses for his name to be honored. Now, I'm going to stop here for a second and I'm going to answer a question that was asked to me recently. I had a man come to me and he said, javin, I give. And by the end of the year, I give 10% away. But I don't give it to the church. I just kind of give it away throughout the year. He said, is that the tithe? And I said, thank you. I said, you really want to know? He said, yeah, I want to know what you think. I said, I never talk this way. But I'm going to talk to you strong if you want me to talk to you strong. And I'll be honest if you want me to be honest, but I don't really ever talk this way. But I'll tell you if you want me to talk this way. And he said, no, I want you to talk this way. He said, talk your talk as I'm going to talk my talk. Can we put it back up? I said, the tithe goes to your house of worship. Not. Not a. 1% to Philip Anthony Mitchell, 1% Stephen Furtick and 1% to Mike Todd, 1% to Craig Groeschel, 1% to TBN, 1% to Daysar, 1% to that missionary in India, 1% to your auntie who's struggling this month. And, you know, I gave a really big tip at that restaurant, and that was really generous. And so I'm gonna add that to my tithe. And that's not the tithe. And the reason it's so important for you now, again, you're like, I didn't ask. Okay, well, I'm answering. The reason it's important is because you don't just reap what you sow, but where you sow. And if your sowing is divided, you have nowhere to reap from. And usually people that give that way can't get really settled and planted because their heart's in so many different directions. So I don't. I tithe to a house. That's what I do. And he goes, you know what? I think you're right. And I said, see? Yeah, God's already been dealing with you. You just. You wanted to discuss it. And so I'm just telling you what I think now. Here's the power of the tithe. The power of the tithe is what God does in your heart. Look at what happens in verse 23. Doing this tithing will teach you to always fear the Lord. It's what it does in you. More than anything it does on the outside, it's what it does in you. Because every two weeks or every week or every month or whenever you get paid, however it works, every time increase hits your life, you stop and you remember and you fear and you honor and you trust the Lord again. And it is a consistent step of faith, and it is a consistent test of faith. And it's a consistent redrawing you and repurposing you and re anchoring you to the kingdom of God. Giving changes the heart of the giver. It teaches us to remember the Lord and to Honor the Lord and never forget this. To expect from the Lord. You can expect from the Lord. Expect that he's going to take care of you. And if you don't give right now and again, we're not going to ask you on your way out. If you give, don't worry. We're not going to check your bank accounts next week. But see, when you don't give, everything in you right now is screaming, no, I don't have enough. I can't afford this. And I know millionaires who talk that way like it's just too much. I just can't. I just. Okay. And you can't until you take the step. That's like asking Peter, can you walk on water? No. Try it. And then once you do it, you can. And you go, oh, snap. I didn't know I could do this. Can your faith move mountains? Yes, but. But not until you do it. Can the Red Sea split. Not until you take that step and put the staff out over the water. It's not until you do it that you realize that God is actually going to have to meet you in that step of faith. Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant, nor put their hope in. In wealth, which is so uncertain. Just look at that bitcoin price going up and down. Just watch it. Look at that. But to put their hope in God. Now watch what he does, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Okay, Paul. Paul just told you you can enjoy your wealth. That's crazy, huh? You didn't know a preacher would say that? Money can't buy happiness. Sir, have you ever ordered guacamole at Chipotle? Yes, it can. What you talking about, can't buy happiness? Money can't buy happiness. Have you ever said, yes, I would like my fries animal style? Yes, I would. I can. Yes. Amen. Add the milkshake. Of course it can make you happy. I've had cars right now I can just hit a button. It just turns on. I've had other cars where I got to pray in tongues for 20 minutes and believe God for ya. Da da da da da da da da da da. And then it turns on. I've had both. I like the one you just hit the button. It always turns on. Money can't buy happiness. I'm not saying that if you have money, you're automatically happy. Of course that's not true. But because God is good and because God loves you, there is a way that God can take care of you where you actually enjoy what he gives you. Okay, now he's going to show you how. How do I enjoy money? One person said that people who say money can't make you happy, they haven't given enough away. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. That's how you enjoy money. You enjoy it by giving, not by taking. Money can only be enjoyed in an open hand. It can never be enjoyed in a closed heart. It is my giving that can cause me to enjoy the blessing of God. And it is my greed that will stop me from enjoying the blessing of God. Okay, so what happens when I give? Do you want to know? Do you want to know what happens when you give? Four of you? Anybody else want to know? I could preach a new sermon. I get. You're like, talk about something else. Number one. When you give, the devil attacks. Okay, you been there. He attacks. When you give, the devil attacks. The first thing this woman hears is not the words of Jesus saying, well done, my good and faithful servant. The first thing she hears is not, wow, this is an amazing offering. The first thing she hears is not, great job. The first thing that this woman hears is, why this waste? You just wasted your money. Oh, and I've been there, y', all, and maybe you've been there. When you give to the Lord, and, man, you took that step of faith, and all of a sudden, reality hits on Monday, and the money actually leaves your account. Like it actually leaves. And you see City Light Church Incorporated, and you go, he stole. Jabin stole my money. He stole my money. He got me all manipulated. The worship got all loud, and they turned the subs all loud, and the keyboard started playing. And Jabin told a good story. Sam and Kara Coleman tell their testimony. Before I knew it, I gave. And I'm suing. I'm going to sue the preacher. I'm going to sue. Because Judas never encourages generosity. The devil will always attack you mentally when you take a great step of faith. Radical generosity is always met with radical opposition every time. And that's actually good news, because now you know how to deal. When Judas starts talking, why this waste? And then the Bible says they rebuke her harshly. That word, rebuke harshly, literally means to snort and snarl. That's how some people look when I start talking about giving. Can you imagine this beautiful dinner to honor the Lord, and right in front of Jesus, they start snorting and snarling as if they had a problem with her anyway. Their problem was with Jesus. Judas didn't have a problem With Mary, he had a problem with Jesus. He proved it. That's why you got to be. When that thing starts stirring up in you, you got to go, lord, what is that in me towards you? Let me just. And I understand if you don't like my style or if you don't like. I can be a little aggressive sometimes. I could be a little. Then I would just say, take this message of generosity and find another church and be generous there. But don't miss out on what God's trying to do in you with your relationship with the Lord. I'll take an amen if I can get one. I'll take a cough. I'll take something. I'll take a nod. Every act of generosity comes with a conversation with your enemy. You know, Americans, right Now, we're in $1.2 trillion of credit card debt. 1.2 trillion. Now, some of that, yeah, it is because you had an emergency or we had, you know, a bad season and you had to use a credit card. I get it. But the vast majority of that, 1.2 trillion, which, by the way, that is a number we can't even wrap our head around. The vast majority of that is waste. Just be honest. It's waste. It's the $3,000 Louis purse that's now worth 800. It's the $10,000 Cloud couch that you had to get that's now worth a thousand. It's the $100,000 car that you had to have that's now worth 40,000. It's waste. And by the way. And the devil never goes, hey, I don't know if that's a wise investment. He goes, get it? But you give and you go, what a waste of money. What's that jerk going to do with your money? Well, you don't ever. The devil never goes, what's that BMW dealership going to do with your money? Where's the money go? You never asked that at Louis Vuitton. I just think. You got to be. I just think. I think it's a spirit that's trying to talk you out of what God wants to do in your life. I'm just telling you. I'm just telling you, by the way, the devil always condemns after the fact. God always convicts. Before, I couldn't tell you how many times I've walked into stores to go buy something, and the Lord's gone, nope. Not because it was gonna put me in debt. Not because it was. Because he's just like, no, you don't need to do that. Why don't you give that away. You know that thing you're going to buy. Why don't you buy it and sew it. The other day a preacher wrote me, sent me a video. Shan was, we were sitting in Singapore and I get a video of a preacher going, I love this jacket so much. I'm wearing it today to preach. I love, I've never looked so good in this jacket. Oh my God, I love you so much. And Shane goes, why'd you buy me that jacket? I said, because I wanted it. And I tried it on and I was feeling so fresh. And the Lord says, sow it. And I said, alright, you got it. All I'm saying is there will always be a voice telling you it's a waste and there will always be a fight around generosity. In 2023, the Lord told me this phrase. He said, radical generosity, radical harvest. He said, that's your word for the year. Radical generosity, radical harvest. So in one year my wife and I were able to stretch and plan and budget and change our life for one year and we were able to gave 70. It ended up being 72% of our income away in one year. Now I won't tell you the amount but it was a lot. And I called an old preacher, Charbella called an old preacher and I was in a good way, godly, proud of myself and I needed to process it with somebody and I needed somebody to pat me on the back and go, amazing, right? I needed. Cause I'm a human. Okay, fine, I'm a human. So I call him and I go, pastor, we gave away X amount of dollars this year to the kingdom of God in prayer and fasting. The Lord told me, radical generosity, radical harvest. We've never taken such a great step of faith but we're about to build this building. And the Lord told I got to lead in generosity and I'm so fired up about what God's going to do, but I can't. Here's his first words. He goes, you know, he didn't say I'm so proud of you or great job or oh my God or he went, huh, you need to call a board meeting and put it in the board minutes that that was a loan, not a gift. I said, pastor Judas, is that you? Pastor Judas? He said, you know, one day the church will have a lot of money. You won't be having to stretch like you're having a stretch right now and the church needs to pay you back that money. So write it in the board minutes that once you move in the building, the church starts paying you back all the money you gave. What he really just said was, why this waste? I see you shaking your head at me. I love that. I need a good Pentecostal head shake. My God. I hung up the phone. I've never talked to him since. Because I got to stay away from Judas. Because Judas will get you tripping. I don't hate him. I'm not mad at him. But he ain't in the phone number anymore. He ain't on the phone anymore because I can't entertain Judas. By the way, if the church pays me back those hundreds of thousands of dollars, then that's my harvest. My harvest is back to square one. But if I sow it as a seed, if I throw it into the field of God's kingdom, then Jesus told me, here's my harvest, good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running all over. That if that's the measure that I gave, then God's going to give me that in measure. So am I going to let City Light Church be my harvest? Am I going to let the board be my harvest? You tripping. So we wrote it. I called a board meeting and wrote it into the minutes. That wasn't alone. And the church never gives me that back. That was a seed that I sowed, not a debt that I owed. A seed that I sowed. And the church don't owe me nothing. And you don't owe me nothing. But God is a good God. And I don't know how that's going to come back into our life, but I know it's going to come back in ways seen and unseen. And I can't wait to see it. Shut up, Judas. God is going to make a way for me. Yep. Number two, When you give, God defends. The devil attacks, but God defends. And God's a greater defender than the devil is an attacker. He said, leave her alone. And then he says something that I just. It just has been in my spirit. She's done a beautiful thing. Watch this. To me. Not for me, like this was. She did it to me. He takes your worship so personally. He takes your generosity so personally. He's so moved by it and he's so honored by it and he cares so deeply about it. In Deuteronomy 16:16, when the people are to bring their offering to the Lord, God says this. No one should appear before me empty handed. Here's all I want to get at this. But they're bringing it to the church. They're bringing it to the temple. They're bringing it to the priest. But God goes, but you're not really bringing it to the church or to the temple or to the priest. You're really doing this for me. I see it. I am moved by it. I am impacted by moves, my heart. Hebrews chapter seven says that here mortal men receive tithes, but there he receives them. So you give through city light church, but you give to the Lord. I'm just trying to make a point. The Lord receives your gift. The Lord was honored by her gift. The Lord, he says, leave her alone. Leave her alone. Reminds me of Malachi, Chapter 3. Bring all the tithes into the storehouse that there may be food in my house. And try me now in this. Test me in this, says the Lord, if I will not open up the windows of heaven, pour out such a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it. Here's the leave her alone verse. And I will rebuke the devourer for your sake. Many were in that room that day. Many were around Jesus that day. Many should have been expressing gratitude that day. But one woman, I'm gonna give a gift. Think about where her life ended up. Think about where Judas life ended up. One person chose to do a beautiful thing. Jesus loved it. Jesus spoke to it. Jesus celebrated it. Jesus defended it. And I'll tell you, with all that seed we sowed, I don't ever look at my bank account to go, okay, where's the harvest? I have met hundreds of people this week who have grabbed me and said, I got saved here. My life's been changed here. We've never been the same. Our marriage got put back together. I got healed here. We walked through the darkest valley here. We made it through the other side here. I got married here. We buried a family member here. That's the harvest. That's my harvest. Now, if God wants to give me some finances, he can take care of that. He knows my address. But I did that for the Lord, and I did that for God's people. Lastly, not only does the devil attack, not only does God defend you, Increase. You increase. Wherever the gospel is preached throughout the earth, all the way to Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2025, we gonna be talking about her. Think about how big her impact is. Notice that he says, wherever the gospel is preached, we'll talk about her generosity. Gospel generosity. Gospel generosity. Because that's all the gospel is. It's a story about a generous God. Can I get an amen, somebody? That's all the gospel is. It's a story about A generous father who gave. And so of course, when we talk about the generosity of God, it's going to lead to the generosity of God's people. If the gospel message hasn't made you generous, you listening to the wrong gospel. Think about how big her life is. Just think about that. Think about how big her life became and how big her story became. And think about how small Judas life became. We are a part of her harvest to this day. Judas settled for 30 pieces of silver, didn't even get to spend it. Imagine if the church paid me back. That's my harvest. You think I'm going to go to hell over hundreds of thousands of dollars. The world of the generous gets larger and larger. The world of the stingy gets smaller and smaller. That's what we're living in. Her impact is still being felt. Her story is still being told. Her choices are still affecting our choices. Just in this church last week, I met a family from Canada, a family from Korea, a family from California, family from Texas, a family from Florida who just all here on vacation who said, while we're here, we made sure to leave after we came to church because we wanted to be a. We watch online and we wanted to be a part. Now think about that. That's your story. That's your story. Since I've told that over the last two services, I had a family go, well, we're from Utah, we're from California, we're from Florida, we're here from Canada, we're here from Minnesota. Next week, a pastor, he reached out to the office and said, we're flying in Saturday from Tennessee to come to Saturday night church to sow a seed in miracle offering because we're believing God for a building. We will then watch this. We will then get on a red eye and fly home to be at church Sunday morning. Okay, Next week. I don't know what he's gonna sow, but I'm not expecting. I don't know. I mean, I have no faith, I guess, right? But. So that's next week. Last night, I meet pastors from Minnesota. They're sick. The church is six years old. And they said, we just broke 150 people, man, we're. Man, we're taking ground. We're so excited about what God's doing in Minnesota. Minnesota. Well, you know what happens, right? I go, well, we got to sow into your church. Tears fill their eyes. I said, we're going to sow $10,000 into your church. We want to help your church. Now here's what I Know, because I know God and because I already know what he's doing in my heart. I guarantee whatever that dude sows next week into our church, I guarantee we're going to give him more than he sews into this church. Like, I just know it because I already feel the Lord going, you're not going to let some guy fly in from Tennessee and not sew into his building, right? And I'm like, So I already know it. Now. I got. I got Judas over here going, he should give. You need to build that parking lot. Shoo, shoo, shoo. And I got the spirit of God over here. See, that's spirit of Mammon, but I got the spirit of God going over here going, why don't you bless his socks off? Why don't you blow him away that when he lands next week thinking he's going to sow, you're actually going to cause him to reap. See, now I know you see how weird it gets in the room. Do you all feel it or is it just me? It's like body language goes from this to like, because Mammon says, you don't have enough to build that parking lot, but the spirit of God says, give it away. See what I can do. See how I might show up in your life. Paul is receiving. Don't play. Not yet. I ain't in a hurry. Don't hype me up yet. I'm not in a hurry. You chill. I know, I know. It says minus four minutes. I'm not in a hurry. It has. My clock's going. My clock's in the red going. You're late again, right? Every week. I don't even know why they even put a clock anymore at this point. It's like, just turn it off. No, it's good. Leave it, leave it. Second Corinthians, chapter 9. The apostle Paul is receiving, offering for the church in Jerusalem. The church in Jerusalem started the Corinthian Church. Now they're being persecuted, they're losing jobs. It's literally the mark of the beast of the Book of Revelation. They have not taken on the mark of the beast, they've taken on the mark of Christ. They're losing family, they're losing friends, they're losing businesses, they're losing money, and they're suffering for the name of Jesus. And Paul goes to the Corinthian Church and says, you need to help them now. In my mind, he should have said, they're our mother church. They helped us. They've sacrificed so much for us. Empty your bank Accounts and help them, you rich gentiles. You know what he does? He goes, hey, remember this? Just so you know, we're actually not even giving. A farmer who plants seeds gets a small crop. One who plants generously gets a generous crop. Paul goes, you're not even really even giving. You're actually sowing. Now each decide in your heart what to give. Don't give reluctantly. A response to pressure. For God loves a cheerful giver. Isn't that great? I feel like Paul should have went, I'm putting the pressure on you. Give. You're only saved today because of them. Give. You're only a Christian today because give. He does. He goes, hey, don't. No pressure. Do whatever the Lord tells you to do. But just so you know, if you do give, God will generously provide all you need and you will have everything you need. And religion is okay with everything you need. Religion doesn't like this. And everything left over. Plenty left over. Excuse me, to share with others. People don't like leftovers. People don't like abundance. A religious spirit doesn't like that. And religion is always attached to poverty, and poverty is always attached to religion. Just letting that settle for a second. For God is the one who provides seed to the farmer and bread to eat. I want you to notice this. You don't just sow, you eat. God supernaturally takes care of you. And in the same way, he will provide, increase your resource. Okay, Paul, Paul is telling you two things happen when you give. Increased resource that's outside and a great harvest of generosity in you that's inside. Did y' all catch that? That means he not only, but you know, we don't give to get. Amen. Okay, no amen. But you know, when God, when you give, you know, don't expect material. He just said, you should expect a harvest of your resource and a harvest of generosity on the inside. Now, one time I was watching a pastor's conference that was an anti prosperity conference, how they were talking about. Basically guys like me, we're like, oh, these prosperity preachers, they tell you, if you give, God's gonna bless you. And the pastor, can we put that verse back up without giving the reference? Cross quoted Second Corinthians, 9, 10. And the other preacher didn't realize he was quoting the scripture and said, well, well, what? What? No, no, no, we don't, we don't believe that because that, that sounds like you're giving to get. And the guy went, oh, well. And then it got awkward because they're like, oh, crap. So he was like, oh, actually, that was Second Corinthians, 9, 10. And then the other guy goes, oh, oh, yeah, praise God. Amen. Yeah. No, but, oh, Because you can act when you sow. You can actually believe that he will do two things in your life. He will increase resource and he will increase you. That's the Bible. That's not the law of attraction. That's not karma. That's not the secret. That's not Tony Robbins. That's not Oprah. That's the Bible says that. So I believe that as you give, and as we give next week, you can expect God to provide for you. God to make all grace abound to you, causing you to reap, causing you to. To have seed to sow and bread to eat. And I'm going to show you how God does it, because God provides for you in four ways. And I want you to believe God for this in this season of your life. Number one, God provides for you through people's hand. God gave Joseph special favor with Pharaoh. That Pharaoh said, I want you to be my prime minister. I want you to be my vice president. I like you. I love you. I trust you. I don't know why. I just like you. Be the boss. And God can give you unique favor with people. All right, one. Amen. It's all right. I'm okay. I'm all right. I know where I'm at. Number two, God can provide for you through God's hand. Manna on the ground and water in the rock, and coins out of the fish's mouth, multiplying bread and fish. It's like supernatural. You go, I don't even know how else to explain. This is like God's. This is manna. Number number three. God provides for you through your hand. He blesses the work of your hand through your gifts and through your sowing, and through reaping and through working and through gifting, and through God provides through your work. Fourthly, God provides through your enemy's hand. God sends 10 plagues to Egypt, judges Egypt. And as Israel is walking out of Egypt, God goes, hey, just before you leave, go knock on all the doors of the Egyptians and ask them for their stuff. This is in the book of exodus. So after 10 plagues hit Egypt and destroy the nation as 2 million Israelites are walking out of Egypt. Hey, John. It's been a little awkward. I know you just. Yeah, you just lost your son. You got frogs living in your house and your water's blood and. But can I. I've always loved your Rolex. Can I have your Rolex? John's like, yeah. And that ring. Yeah. That BMW 7 series. Yeah. And the. The people. Egyptians give them all of their silver and gold before they leave. Kenneth Hagin called this friends of righteousness. They're not righteous, they're not Christians. But for some reason, they become your friend. They. You find favor with a boss, or you find favor with a person of influence, or you find favor with. And God uses them and bless them only to get it to you. I'm just telling you, this is in the Bible. And what God did for his people in scripture, God is still doing for his. His people today. And I believe God is going to provide. I know about the economy. I know about the interest rates. I know about the wars. I know about the rumors of wars. I know about all that is happening in our world. I know everything they're saying about Vegas. And in the midst of it, I am not a part of this economy. I am a part of an unshakable kingdom where God provides outside side of what's happening in the 702. I believe that. I believe it. And as your pastor, I'm fighting for you to get faith today to believe that God can take care of you even in famine and in drought. Come on. If you believe it, give God a shout of praise if you receive that word. Come on, stand up on your feet. I got to finish preaching. Hallelujah. And I believe he's going to do it in different ways, at different times, in different seasons, but I believe he's going to do it.
