Cartoon Network has less than 50,000 daily viewers, and Warner Bros. is offloading all of its Cartoon Network projects to other streaming platforms. The new Scooby-Doo anime series is coming to Tubi, Gumball and Adventure Time are going to Hulu. Batman is on Amazon. Is it OVER for Cartoon Network as a TV channel? Especially after the Paramount merger finalizes?
