Doctor Who Should FORGET The Last Seasons, Says Comic Book Legend!

According to legendary comic book writer Grant Morrison, Doctor Who needs an almost complete reboot -- and the show should literally just forget about the last few seasons and never mention them again. OUCH. So can we petition the BBC to hire Morrison or what?
