You've seen your guy, Jared McCain, you will see him. He didn't play in the beginning one series. The beginning of the series, he wasn't playing. Now he's starter. Yeah, you just.

Well said. Does that lead to like player development? Cause I know inconsistencies can make a player falter in that situation, but it seems like everybody they throwing the game. Who on that is ready to play? Is that something that they know opportunities there or is that good player development too?

I'm gonna go with player development. I'm pretty sure he probably reassured everybody to stay ready. I think with that organization, you know, you got an opportunity to play and I think they treat everybody like they're a real player. Some organizations where you go to, you might never talk to the gm, you might never talk to any of the coaches. You might be cool with an assistant coach, head coach might never speak to you. And I could tell on that team that he talks to everybody, he believes in everybody and everybody know they really might have an opportunity to get in the game.

And that make you stay locked in when you know at some point I'm about to get to play. Like on some teams you like. I'm never gonna play, bro. Somebody gotta get hurt on that team. Like he told Jerry McCain, you're gonna play, so just be ready.

Or if they paid them. So if I brung you over here and I paid you 100 million, yeah, I want you to be successful. Some of them, I look good. Like, whoever drafted Draymond Green in the second round and they played him, I look like a genius. Like, so Bob Myers look like a genius. Because I drafted Draymond Green, played him second round, he became a really good player. I look like a genius. People want their draft picks to do well. I'll give you an example. When I was at the Hawks, yeah, I got a new gm, Danny Ferry, and those guys, they picked Dennis Schroeder and dude named Wes, who was assistant gm, would text Dennis our stats every game to tell. Like, you play better than Jeff tonight, or your per 36 is better than Jeff, like, right now. Like, that was his guy. I wasn't his guy. I came from an old regime, so stuff like that. And you think you playing for this dude, but he really doesn't have the best interest in you because he want his guy to do well. And, like, when the extension time came, I just made the all star team ask for extension. They said no. The next year, they gave Dennis 70 million. That was they.

But to get another layup, the confidence goes back up. I get an easy basket, my confidence go back in. And he did a great job. Instead of settling, he attacked, got to the rim.

Yeah. Like you said, he ended up having a game where he hit five threes. So him making those right reads. But you putting your big in a tough position.
